对2种混合菁染料吸附在溴化银颗粒表面形成的J-聚集体的反射光谱及感光性能与对应菁染料单独吸附在溴化银颗粒表面进行了对比研究。用紫外-可见分光光计测定了菁染料吸附在溴化银颗粒表面形成J-聚集体的反射光谱。结果表明:2种混合菁染料吸附在溴化银颗粒表面形成的J-聚集体的反射光谱分别具有2个最大峰值波长,并且与对应菁染料单独使用时的峰值波长相一致。2种混和菁染料的感光性能比对应菁染料单独使用时有较大提高。 相似文献

用原子力显微镜观察了阴阳离子菁染料及对应的阴离子菁染料和阳离子菁染料吸附在立方体(100)和八面体(111)溴碘化银乳剂颗粒表面形成的J-聚集体的微观结构,得到了3种不同排列的J-聚集体结构。研究结果表明,菁染料分子在溴碘化银颗粒表面不是单层吸附,而是以一定的形状聚集在溴碘化银表面。阴阳离子菁染料形成的J-聚集体为"鱼骨"状;阴离子菁染料的J-聚集体以"卡片堆积"式排列;阳离子菁染料J-聚集体为"磁砖"式结构。 相似文献

本文对两种阴阳离子菁染料在碘溴化银立方体颗粒表面的聚集行为进行了研究。用紫外-可见分光光度计测定了菁染料J-聚集的反射光谱曲线。与对应的阴离子、阳离子菁染料各自在碘溴化银立方体颗粒表面的聚集进行了实验对比。结果表明:阴阳离子菁染料吸附在碘溴化银立方体颗料表面形成的J-聚集态的反射光谱具有单个阴离子、阳离子菁染料形成J-聚体反射光谱的峰值波长。表明阴阳离子菁染料具有两个感色区域,既有阴离子菁染料的感色区又有阳离子菁染料的感色区。 相似文献

染料J-聚集体对于现代彩色信息记录与存储材料、生物光电子器件、光合作用、太阳能转换与存储等方面具有十分重要的应用前景和理论意义。感绿菁染料在适当浓度时,对立方体氯化银微晶有增感效应,文章应用吸收光谱法对增感后的氯化银微晶样品进行了研究。研究表明, 增感染料浓度低于0.02 mL(染料浓度为5.0 mg·mL-1)/40 g乳剂时,感绿菁染料在立方体氯化银表面不形成J-聚集体,吸收光谱没有J-聚集体吸收峰出现;当染料浓度高于0.2 mL(染料浓度为5.0 mg·mL-1)/40 g乳剂时,染料开始在立方体氯化银微晶表面聚集并形成J-聚集体,吸收光谱有J-聚集体吸收峰出现。随染料浓度进一步增加,J-聚集体的吸收明显加强,吸收峰有微小的红移。 相似文献

染料木素及其葡萄糖苷与DNA相互作用的研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
在pH 7.2 Tris缓冲溶液中,采用紫外、荧光、粘度等方法研究了染料木素、染料木素葡萄糖苷、染料木素7,4’-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷与小牛胸腺ctDNA的作用。结果表明,在ctDNA存在下,染料木素及其葡萄糖苷的紫外吸收光谱的最大吸收峰均产生明显的减色效应。三种化合物的加入均能有效猝灭EB-DNA体系的荧光,而猝灭方式并不唯一。另外,ctDNA溶液的粘度也都随三种化合物的加入而增大。据此推断,染料木素及其葡萄糖苷与ctDNA之间具有较强的作用,可能以部分插入及氢键作用与ctDNA结合,其作用强弱顺序为染料木素葡萄糖苷>染料木素7,4’-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷>染料木素。结果提示染料木素的7位或4’位葡萄糖基化修饰有望作为抗癌活性候选物,值得进一步深入研究。 相似文献

Picosecond pulse generation in longitudinally pumped dye laser generators and amplifiers is studied experimentally and theoretically. Frequency-tunable pulses between 720 and 940 nm are generated with a picosecond ruby laser pump source. The amplification of spontaneous emission and of seeding pulses in the generator and amplifier cells is investigated. Stimulated emission cross-sections and excited-state absorption cross-sections are determined by computer simulations. The coherence properties of the generated radiation are analysed. Photophysical properties of heavy-water-based rhodamine dye solutions have been investigated, with a view to assess the suitability
of heavy water as a solvent for high-power, high-repetition-rate dye lasers and amplifiers. We have measured the quantum yield
of fluorescence of the commonly used dyes rhodamine-6G, rhodamine-B and kiton-red, dissolved in heavy water, ethanol and normal
water. The performance of a heavy-water-based pulsed rhodamine-6G dye laser has been investigated in broadband, as well as
in narrowband wavelength-tunable resonator configurations, yielding laser efficiencies comparable to those achieved with ethanolic
solutions of the same dye. We have also studied the thermo-optic properties of normal and heavy water, using the Z-scan technique.
Finally, photodegradation rates for laser dyes have been compared in heavy water, normal water and ethanol. Our results establish
heavy water as a solvent superior to both ethanol and normal water, on account of the lower thermo-optic effects and the higher
photostability of rhodamine dyes when dissolved in heavy water.

We report on the generation of intensities of 1019 W/cm–2 by focusing the output beam of a table-top hybrid dye-excimer laser system operating at 248 nm. The design and operation characteristics of a distributed feedback dye laser (DFDL) system pumped by the second harmonic of a flashlamp pumped mode-locked Nd: YAG laser are described. The DFDL oscillator facilitates a large tuning range with nearly Fourier limited pulse durations of about 1.6 ps. The combined action of saturated absorption and amplification results in a pulse shortening to about 600 fs, with small fluctuations in the pulse duration. Output pulse energies of more than 400 J are achieved, corresponding to a peak power of more than 650 MW. Since the dye amplifiers are pumped by pulses of only 25 ps duration the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) is very low, typically less than 10–4. 相似文献

We have developed a high-spectral-resolution laser system for two-photon pump, polarization spectroscopy probe (TPP-PSP) measurements of atomic hydrogen in flames. In the TPP-PSP technique, a 243-nm laser beam excites the two-photon 1S-2S transition, and excited n=2 atoms are then detected by polarization spectroscopy of the n=2 to n=3 transition using 656-nm laser radiation. The single-frequency-mode 243 and 656-nm beams are produced using injection-seeded optical parametric generators coupled with pulsed dye amplifiers. The use of single-mode lasers allows accurate measurement of signal line shapes and intensities even with significant pulse-to-pulse fluctuations in pulse energies. Use of single-mode lasers and introduction of a scheme to select nearly constant laser energies enable repeatable extraction of important spectral features in atomic hydrogen transitions. 相似文献
