The entropy density, energy density, pressure and equation of state around the RNAdS black hole are calculated in the WKB approximation on the Teukolsky-type master equation. The appearance of spin-dependent terms is demonstrated. The existence of these terms shows that the black hole radiation is not exactly thermal radiation and the black hole entropy is not strictly proportional to the area of the event horizon.  相似文献

Operating a laser diode in an external cavity, which provides frequency-selective feedback, is a very effective method to tune the laser frequency to a range far from its free running frequency. For the Ca atomic Ramsey spectroscopy experiment, we have constructed a 657-nm laser system based on the Littman-Metcalf configuration with a 660-nm commercial laser diode. Continuously 10-GHz tuning range was achieved with about 100-kHz spectral linewidth, measured with beat-note spectrum of two identical laser systems.  相似文献

Neutron-rich isotopes of Mo (Z=42) around A ⋍ 100 have been investigated within the formalisms of cranked Nilsson Strutinsky and CHFB, to study several interesting features of nuclear structure in this mass region. The total energy/routhian surfaces have been generated for the isotopes of Mo ranging from A ⋍ 96 − 112, as a function of deformation (β 2 and γ) for ground state and higher angular momentum states. Results of calculations using two different formalisms have been compared and combined to have a better understanding of the underlying mechanism of shape evolution.  相似文献

The absorption spectrum of HCCF in the region of the CH bending fundamental ν4 has been studied at a resolution of about 0.03 cm?1. In addition to the fundamental, the rotational analysis has been performed for six “hot” bands. Several molecular parameters have been derived. The effects of l-type resonances have been discussed. In particular, the influence of the resonance between the sublevels of ν4 + ν5 on the effective centrifugal distortion constants has been investigated.  相似文献

We study the problem of standing shocks in viscous accretion flows around black holes. We parameterize such a flow with two physical constants, namely the specific angular momentum accreted by the black hole j and the energy quantity K. By providing the global dependence of shock formation in the j - K parameter space, we show that a significant parameter region can ensure solutions with shocks of different types, namely Rankine-Hugoniot shocks, isothermal shocks, and more realistically, mixed shocks.  相似文献

Three time scales of a fissioning nucleus starting from the ground state to the scission point are defined and calculated by the Monte Carlo method. The result shows that the time of oscillating around the saddle point is longer than both the mean first passage time from the ground state to the saddle point and the time of descent from the saddle to scission points. Thus it is suggested that more neutrons could be emitted from a hot heavy fissioning nucleus during the period of the stretching and contracting of the deformation process.  相似文献

Ablation process of 1-kHz femtosecond lasers (pulse duration of 148 fs, wavelength of 775 nm) of Au film on silica substrates is studied. The thresholds for single and multi pulses can be obtained directly from the relation between the squared diameter D2 of the ablated craters and the laser fluence φ0. From the plot of the accumulated laser fluence Nφth(N) and the number of laser pulses N, incubation coefficient of Au film is obtained to be 0.765. Some experimental data obtained around the single pulse threshold axe in good agreement with the theoretical calculation.  相似文献

Using the quantization procedure involving in the Boulware vacuum state and Killing time t, we evaluate the entropy density, energy density, pressure and equation of state around the Reissner-Nordstroem black hole by the Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin approximation on the Teukolsky-type master equation. We find that, near the event horizon, there exist subleading order terms with spin dependence beyond the expected Minkowskian hightemperature contribution. In particular, the terms are important and cannot be neglected for near-extremal black hole cases. At large r, the Boulware state approaches the Minkowski vacuum and the theory agrees with that performed in Minkowski spacetime.  相似文献

We investigate the electromagnetic perturbation around a stringy black hole. A second-order differential equation is obtained for the perturbation. The variation of the effective potential with r is presented. The complex frequencies of the quasinormal modes of electromagnetic perturbation around a stringy black hole are computed by the third Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin (WKB) approximation. The results show that the parameters resulted from the compactification of higher dimensions can influence the quasinormal complex frequencies, and the Maxwell field around a stringy black hole damps more slowly than that around a Schwarzschild black hole.  相似文献

The sequence of prominent fractional quantum Hall states up to ν=5/11 around ν=1/2 in a high-mobility two-dimensional electron system confined at oxide heterointerface (ZnO) is analyzed in terms of the composite fermion model. The temperature dependence of R(xx) oscillations around ν=1/2 yields an estimation of the composite fermion effective mass, which increases linearly with the magnetic field. This mass is of similar value to an enhanced electron effective mass, which in itself arises from strong electron interaction. The energy gaps of fractional states and the temperature dependence of R(xx) at ν=1/2 point to large residual interactions between composite fermions.  相似文献

We studied the fission properties of neutron-rich nuclei 278,286Cf around the end point of r-process by microscopic self-consistent approaches. The fission barriers and potential energy surfaces are obtained by constrained static Skyrme Hartree–Fock-BCS calculations. Fission fragments are studied by dynamical time-dependent Hartree–Fock+BCS calculations. We demonstrate surface emitting distributed feedback quantum cascade lasers emitting at wavelengths from 8.1 μm at 90 K to 8.4 μm at 210 K. The second?order metalized grating is carefully designed using a modified coupled-mode theory and fabricated by contact lithography. The devices show single mode behavior with a side mode suppression ratio above 18 dB at all working temperatures. At 90 K, the device emits an optical power of 101 mW from the surface and 199 mW from the edge. In addition, a double-lobe far-field pattern with a separation of 2.2° is obtained in the direction along the waveguide.  相似文献

Based on the systematic studies for low-lying states of the odd-A49-57Mn isotopes, the groundstates inversion and the rotational properties of a ground-state-based sequence are revealed and discussed. Fidelity for two-particle wave packets of spin- particles moving around the Schwarzschild spacetime is discussed. Both acceleration and gravity cause to produce a Wigner rotation that transforms the wave packet as it moves along a specified path in the gravitational field. For considered circular paths, the fidelity between the spin parts of initial and final states of the system, called the spin fidelity, is obtained as a function of angular velocity, elapsed proper time and radius of circular paths. For fixed elapsed proper time and angular momentum of the centroid, there always exists one circular orbit with determined radius on which the fidelity of spin parts is minimum. Using a numerical approach, the behavior of the spin fidelity in terms of the angular velocity, as well as the radius of paths is described for both the spin singlet and spin triplet states.  相似文献

We report the realization of a tunable sub-Doppler heterodyne spectrometer with high absolute accuracy, employing side-band generation with a CO laser. The fixed-frequency CO-gas laser, working from 4.7 to 8.4µm, is made partially tunable by the use of microwave side-band generation in a CdTe Electro-Optical Modulator (EOM). This leads to tunable radiation of high spectral purity. We describe the design of the microwave EOM, adapted to the CO laser, its performance and its first application to highly accurate frequency measurements. The side-band radiation is used for sub-Doppler stabilization of the CO laser, while the carrier frequency is mixed with the frequencies of two CO2 reference lasers. As a first result, we present measurements of OCS transitions in the 4.9µm (61 THz) region, reaching an absolute accuracy of 30 kHz (/ = 5×1O–10). Further application of our spectrometer to calibration gases will establish a variety of InfraRed (IR) calibration standards with a new quality of accuracy. Samples with 5.1%9.8% and 15.3% HbA1c were extracted from normal subjects and patients with slight and serious diabetes respectively.Extended x-ray absorption fine structure spectra of Fe K absorption were collected at the EXAFS experimental station of the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility.The step-by-step fluorescent mode was employed with a count time of 10s per point.Several independent scans were averageed to eliminate the statistical nosie.Reference backscattering amplitudes and phaseshifts were calculated using the curve wave theory (FEFF code) of EXAFS.Apart from the nitrogen neighbors around the central iron atom,oxygen neighbours are also found.The Fe-Nbond length increases by about 0.02A for the sample with 15.3% HbAlc Compared with the others,but the Fe-Obond length is almost unchanged.With increasing of HbAlc concentration,the content of Hb increases and the content of HbO2 decreases.This demonstrates that the glycosylation of haemoglobin will decrease its ability to carry oxygen.  相似文献

We have studied the equipotential surfaces of a thick accretion disk around a Casadio–Fabbri–Mazzacurati compact object in the brane-world scenario, which possesses a mass parameter together with a parameterized post-Newtonian(PPN) parameter.With the increase in the PPN parameter, the size of the thick accretion disk decreases,but the corresponding Roche lobe size increases.
