Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by the novel coronavirus,has spread rapidly across China.Consequently,there is an urgent need to sort and develop novel agents for the prevention and treatment of viral infections.A rapid structure-based virtual screening is used for the evaluation of current commercial drugs,with structures of human angiotensin converting enzyme Ⅱ(ACE2),and viral main protease,spike,envelope,membrane and nucleocapsid proteins.Our results reveal that the reported drugs Arbidol,Chloroquine and Remdesivir may hinder the entry and release of virions through the bindings with ACE2,spike and envelope proteins.Due to the similar binding patterns,NHC(β-d-N4-hydroxycytidine) and Triazavirin are also in prospects for clinical use.Main protease(3 CLpro) is likely to be a feasible target of drug design.The screening results to target 3 CLpro reveal that Mitoguazone,Metformin,Biguanide Hydrochloride,Gallic acid,Caffeic acid,Sulfaguanidine and Acetylcysteine seem be possible inhibitors and have potential application in the clinical therapy of COVID-19.  相似文献

A systemic and comprehensive ESD-induced parasitic model is presented in this paper, which is used to analyse the parasitic influences of electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuits on the performance of radio frequency applications. A novel low-parasitic ESD protection structure is made in a 0.35\mum 1P3M silicide CMOS process. The measured results show that this novel structure has a low parasitic capacitance about 310fF and a low leakage current about 12.2nA with a suitable ESD robustness target about 5kV human body model.  相似文献

When a high frequency tone is amplitude-modulated by another sine wave of low frequency,a distinctand predominating pitch corresponding to the frequency of modulating wave can be heard and it changeswhen the frequency of modulator is in turn modulated by a rectangula pulse.Thresholds of frequencydiscrimination of such an amplitude-modulator(f_(am))can be measured in guinea pigs by recording the slowcortical respones evoked by frequency-modulation of the modulator.f_(am)in relation to frequencies of thecarrier and modulator,to the depth of amplitude modulation,to the duration of the rectangular pulse and tosound intensity are systematically studied.The ability of guinea pig for discrimating the modulator seemsrather good.At optimal conditions the f_(am)of guinea pig amounts to 3—4 Hz,quite close to its frequencydifferential thresholds for pure tones.f_(am)in guinea pig and in human(measured by psychophysical method)are compared and mechanism of perception and discrimination of the modulator pitch is disc  相似文献

A novel slotted helix slow-wave structure (SWS) is proposed to develop a high power, wide-bandwidth, and high reliability millimeter-wave traveling-wave tube (TWT). This novel structure, which has higher heat capacity than a conven- tional helix SWS, evolves from conventional helix SWS with three parallel rows of rectangular slots made in the outside of the helix tape. In this paper, the electromagnetic characteristics and the beam-wave interaction of this novel structure operating in the Ka-band are investigated. From our calculations, when the designed beam voltage and beam current are set to be 18.45 kV and 0.2 A, respectively, this novel circuit can produce over 700-W average output power in a frequency range from 27.5 GHz to 32.5 GHz, and the corresponding conversion efficiency values vary from 19% to 21.3%, and the maximum output power is 787 W at 30 GHz.  相似文献

This investigation was designed to approach a novel estimation method of glottal vocal efficiency (GVE) based on conversion function of voice source. The conversion function of voice source was defined the ratio of supra-glottal acoustic voice source signal to the glottal air volume flow velocity waveform in frequency domain. A carefully designed in vivo canine larynx experiment and several human experiments including different vowels, pressed, falsetto, breath and typical laryngeal diseases were adopted to demonstrate this alternative GVE method. Compared with other vocal efficiency, it is shown that this method could eliminate the contribution from the super vocal tract transmission and resonance to GVE, and reflect the differences of phonation modes. The average magnitude of this conversion function in frequency domain represents GVE, and the variation of the magnitude in fundamental frequency is identical to AC/DC value.  相似文献

A novel algorithm for automatic localization of human eyes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Based on geometrical facial features and image segmentation, we present a novel algorithm for automatic localization of human eyes in grayscale or color still images with complex background. Firstly, a determination criterion of eye location is established by the prior knowledge of geometrical facial features. Secondly, a range of threshold values that would separate eye blocks from others in a segmented face image (i.e., a binary image) are estimated. Thirdly, with the progressive increase of the threshold by an appropriate step in that range, once two eye blocks appear from the segmented image, they will be detected by the determination criterion of eye location. Finally, the 2D correlation coefficient is used as a symmetry similarity measure to check the factuality of the two detected eyes. To avoid the background interference, skin color segmentation can be applied in order to enhance the accuracy of eye detection. <正>A thick-screen frequency selective surface(FSS) has not only a broad bandwidth but also the advantages of overcoming the multilayer FSS shortcoming of complex structure and low transmittance of centre frequency due to the cascade of FSSs,and this means it could potentially be applied in a stealth curved streamlined radome.However,there is an unsteadiness of centre frequency in a wide range of incident angles and another unsteadiness of polarization in a big incident angle.In order to solve these problems,in this paper we provide a novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS.The structure is analysed and simulated using the mode matching method and moment method.The centre frequency,the transmittance of centre frequency,and bandwidth of the structure are investigated when some parameters including the polarization at a big incident angle and the incident angles of TE & TM waves are changed. The novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS has better transmission properties with a better steadiness of polarization and incident angle independence.The novel structure of the four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS provides a valuable reference for their application in a stealth curved streamlined radome.  相似文献

Considering that the silicon-on-insulator(SOI) devices have an inherent floating body effect,which may cause substantial influences in the preformance of SOI device and circuit,we propose a novel device structure to suppress the floating body effect.In the new structure there is a buried p^ region provides a path for accumulated holes to flow out of the body.Numerical simulations were carried out with Medici,and the output characteristics and gate characteristics were compared with those of conventional SOI counterparts.The simulated results show the suppression of floating body effect in the novel SOI device as expected.  相似文献

设计并合成了结构为TPP-Lys(Acp-DOTA-Gd)-COOH(简称Gd-DOTA-TPP)的小分子磁共振探针,通过电转染的方式用探针标记人源脐带间充质干细胞(hMSCs).11.7 T磁共振成像(MRI)扫描结果表明,Gd-DOTA-TPP标记的hMSCs在细胞内Gd含量为9×109 Gd/cell时,T2加权信号强度即可低至背景信号强度,呈现较强暗信号.将Gd-DOTA-TPP标记的hMSCs移植入小鼠脑室,可明显提高移植干细胞在MRI设备上的检测灵敏度,检测限可低至103个细胞.  相似文献

Recently, a novel mechanical energy harvesting method named triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is reported, and it has aroused great repercussions in the academic fields. But, the complex preparation process still limits its wide application. In this paper, the cotton film was used as the triboelectric material to fabricate a novel wearable TENG (W-TENG). The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film and cotton film play the role of triboelectric pair. The W-TENG can be used to harvest low-frequency mechanical energy in our environment, especially for human body mechanical energy, and then convert them to electrical energy. In addition, the cotton coated with conductive ink plays the role of conductive material for TENG. The Voc and Isc of W-TENG can reach 556 V and 26 μA, respectively. As for the maximum power density of W-TENG, it can arrive at 0.66 mW/cm2. Also, a combined W-TENG was proposed to improve the electrical output. Moreover, the W-TENG can play the role of human motion sensor for human walking posture monitoring. This will open up a new path for the preparation of high output TENG at low cost, and promote the TENG devices in the field of sports monitoring.  相似文献

In this work, a double-gate-all-around tunneling field-effect transistor is proposed. The performance of the novel device is studied by numerical simulation. The results show that with a thinner body and an additional core gate, the novel device achieves a steeper subthreshold slope, less susceptibility to the short channel effect, higher on-state current, and larger on/off current ratio than the traditional gate-all-around tunneling field-effect transistor. The excellent performance makes the proposed structure more attractive to further dimension scaling.  相似文献

海量天体光谱的自动分类以及从海量天体光谱中发现新类型天体或新的天文规律(知识发现)已经受到天文工作者的普遍关注。在相关文献中这两方面的研究工作都是分别进行的。文章首先提出了一种相融性度量的概念,该度量能够刻画一个样本与训练样本集融合为一体的程度。然后,在此基础上给出了一种基于相融性度量的k-近邻分类方法。该方法不仅能够实现较准确的分类,而且还具有相当好的知识发现能力。通过对活动星系与活动星系核实验表明,该方法无论对分类还是对知识发现都是非常有效的。  相似文献

A novel super forward error correction (SFEC) coding scheme, based on the block turbo code (BTC) of Bose–Chaudhuri–Hocguenghem (BCH)(64,57)×BCH(64,57), in high-speed long-haul dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) optical communication systems is proposed. The simulation results and its analyses show that the net coding gain (NCG) of the novel SFEC code at iteration 6 is, respectively, 0.31 and 0.34 dB more than those of the BCH(3860, 3824)+BCH(2040, 1930) code and Reed–Solomon (RS)(255,239)+convolutional–self-orthogonal code (CSOC)(k0/n0=6/7, J=8) code in the Recommendation of ITU-T G.975.1 at iteration 3 for the bit error rate (BER) of 10−12. The performance analyses for the novel SFEC code show that it has excellent advantages such as the shorter component code and rapid encoding/decoding speed; thus, both the complexity to implement its software/hardware and the delay time for its encoding/decoding can be greatly reduced. As a result, the novel SFEC coding scheme can better be applicable in high-speed long-haul DWDM optical communication systems. In addition, the design and implementation of the novel BTC are also analyzed and probed.  相似文献

Histogram-based methods have been proven their ability in image enhancement. To improve low contrast while preserving details and high brightness in near-infrared images, a novel method called adaptive gamma correction based on cumulative histogram (AGCCH) is studied in this paper. This novel image enhancement method improves the contrast of local pixels through adaptive gamma correction (AGC), which is formed by incorporating a cumulative histogram or cumulative sub-histogram into the weighting distribution. Both qualitatively and quantitatively, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed image enhancement with the AGCCH method can perform well in brightness preservation, contrast enhancement, and detail preservation, and it is superior to previous state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献

A novel finding is herein reported that the bidirectional‐signal nanoclusters self‐assemble simultaneously on the nanoflowers as a result of four‐way folding (FWF) nanoprobes and DNA rolling circle replication reactions. The functionalized FWF nanoprobe containing the identification region for two targets monitoring and the trigger region for amplification signals is first used to activate the clustered amplification for two cancer‐related microRNAs (miRNAs) assays in single cells. Furthermore, the self‐assembled nanoclusters with two‐way amplification signals can provide more reliable information in situ in individual cell. Importantly, this new method can significantly distinguish cancer cells from normal cells and identify changes in the expression levels of cancer‐related miRNAs for single cells. These findings have exciting potential to provide new opportunities for detection and enhance the accuracy of early disease diagnosis.  相似文献

提出了一种计算复色光下人眼视网膜空间像调制度的方法.利用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器测量的波前像差数据,求得眼睛光学系统的调制传递函数;利用CSV-1000测试仪和VAF-1000视锐度测试仪分别测量同一只眼睛的全眼对比敏感度函数以及视锐度,由调制传递函数、对比敏感度函数以及视锐度之间的关联获得复色光下人眼视网膜空间像调制度曲线.结果表明:视网膜空间像调制度曲线与眼光学系统的调制传递函数无关,并且正常人眼(无视网膜疾病)的视网膜空间像调制度值相近.因此多眼的空间像调制度曲线的统计平均值可以作为标准,用来评判人眼视网膜及视神经疾病.  相似文献

A novel technique to implement a microwave photonic filter structure with multiple taps and arbitrary frequency response is presented. The proposed filter is based on Four-Wave Mixing (FWM) and Cross-Gain Modulation (XGM) in a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). Two-tap notch filter and three-tap bandpass filter with arbitrary bipolar tap generation, high rejection ratio, and widely tunability are successfully demonstrated in the experiment. Extensions to this concept by adding new probe light to provide more taps and improve the bandwidth to high frequency regime are also discussed.  相似文献
