通过在强磁场条件下,利用环形刀口石墨阴极(刀口尺寸38~39mm)开展电子束轰击收集极内表面铜箔和垂直轰击金属靶片实验,对无箔二极管中电子束的空间密度分布进行了初步研究,并对其产生原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,电子束径向分布在37.2~40.2mm,存在密度较高区域(38.8~39.4mm)和密度最大值点(39.2mm),且均偏向于阴极外侧。无箔二极管环形阴极爆炸发射产生电子束的径向密度分布可用偏态分布近似。 相似文献

研究了能量在100到300 keV区间的低能宽幅电子束从真空引出到空气中的特性。利用EGS5程序模拟了电子束穿过不同厚度钛箔后,在空气中距离钛箔5~10 cm距离处的能量损失、束流损失和束流分布均匀性等。模拟结果显示,对于低能电子,钛箔厚度应该在10 μm左右为宜,其透射率与能量直接相关,在距离钛箔5 cm的位置,电子束的分布不均匀度低于±2%,优于工业应用±10%的标准(特殊情况下要求为5%),完全满足工业辐照要求。In order to investigate the characteristics of extracting low-energy electron beam from vacuum into air, EGS5 is used to simulate the energy loss, beam loss and spatial distribution uniformity at the irradiation position, which is 5~10 cm to titanium foil with different thickness. The simulation results show that the transmittance is directly related to the incent energy of low-energy electron. When the titanium foil thickness is 10 μm, the inhomogeneity about the energy beam spatial distribution is below 5% on the treatment plane 5 cm away from the titanium foil. Calculation results and experimental data on shaping the cross-section of a nonrelativistic (10–30 keV) high-current (up to
25 kA) electron beam are presented. A circular beam is successfully transformed into a beam with a quasi-rectangular cross
section. Transformation is carried out using flat buses or circular pins as return current leads over a short (4 cm) section
of the beam transport channel. The distance between the edge of the beam and the leads is comparable to its radius, and the
external guiding magnetic field is comparable to the self-magnetic field of the beam. The calculation results are compared

The theory of electron acceleration in a plasma wake wave is developed, and the dependence of the main characteristics of accelerated electron bunches on the wakefield parameters is investigated, It is shown that using a prebunching stage, under proper conditions, the final electron density of a compressed and accelerated bunch can exceed the initial electron beam density by orders of magnitude and that longitudinal bunch compression provides quasi-monoenergetic acceleration to high energies, It is demonstrated that, for an initial electron beam radius smaller than the optimal one for efficient beam trapping, the energy spread of the compressed and accelerated electron bunch and its length can be evaluated by using the simple analytical predictions of a one-dimensional (1-D) theory. An equation describing the evolution of the transverse energy of a segment of a paraxial axisymmetric relativistic electron
beam (REB) propagating in a gas-plasma scattering medium along an external magnetic field is used to find the equation relating
the final equilibrium radius of the beam to its initial nonequilibrium value. An analytical expression for the increase in
the mean-square emittance of an REB during transport up to achievement of the equilibrium state is found for the case considered.
The dependence of the final equilibrium radius and the corresponding increase in the mean-square emittance on the density
of the scattering medium and the induction of the external magnetic field is investigated.

从同轴回旋自谐振脉塞(CARM)放大器的回旋动力学理论入手,详细分析了各参量对同轴CARM放大器的线性增益的影响。通过数值模拟,发现该器件的线性增益对及对同轴波导的外半径、电子导引中心半径以及加速电压的变化非常敏感,而随波导内半径的变化不敏感。经优化,当外半径为3.805 cm,导引中心半径为1.309 cm,内半径为1.039 cm,加速电压为54.9 kV时,器件的线性增益最高为294.96 dB/m。 相似文献

对TWTCAD微机版、工作站版本、EGUN,CAMEO以及Orprogr电子光学软件背景和特点作了一个简单介绍,并利用其模拟计算了11支不同结构的电子枪。将计算得到的导流系数、射程和注腰半径与实验数据列表对比,结果表明:不同电子光学软件计算不同类型电子枪其计算精度也不一样。在导流系数方面,EGUN和Orprogr的计算精度较高,绝对平均误差分别为7.18%和7.4%;在射程方面,TWTCAD的计算精度最高,绝对平均误差为5.69%;在注腰半径方面,Orprogr与实验值偏差较大,绝对平均误差为47.43%,而工作站版本的计算精度最高,绝对误差仅为2.29%。 相似文献

设计了一套0.22THz折叠波导行波管电子光学系统,详细介绍了电子枪和周期永磁聚焦系统的设计过程,在电子枪电子束束腰与磁系统不匹配情况下,对磁场过渡区进行了优化设计,以此为基础利用磁场仿真软件对磁场进行模拟和优化,并把磁场位形代入电磁仿真软件进行电子束传输仿真,优化后的电子光学系统发射束流10mA,阴极电压15kV,束流通过率96%。通过实验验证,流通管束流通过率93%,高频样管束流通过率94%,与设计相符。高频样管实现连续波运行,功率大于0.4 W,3dB带宽大于12GHz。 相似文献

用蒙特卡洛方法来讨论束参量(半径、发射度和能量)对轫致辐射照射量的影响.结果表明,当束击靶半径一定时,靶正前方一米处的照射量X1随发射度增加而减小;当发射度一定时,照射量先随半径增加而急速增加,在束半径大于Rbm后,随半径进一步的增加而缓慢降低.也研究了束参量对照射量角分布的影响.因为使用了电子束的K—V分布,所得X1值是偏于保守的. 相似文献

采用粒子模拟的方法并考虑电子束与电磁波的相互作用,首次直接得到了速调管输出信号的离子噪声图像,阐述了束电子、二次电子、离子、电磁场之间的相互作用的动力学过程. 指出离子噪声所表现出来的相位波动是由电子束速度的波动引起的,电子束速度的变化来源于管内离子数量的变化,离子的数量的变化又与电子束状态变化相互影响,这是离子噪声产生的根本原因. 二次电子对离子噪声产生过程的影响甚微,但是其行为却反映了离子噪声的形成机理. 离子噪声引发的输出信号幅度波动取决于电子束速度和半径的改变,与离子行为密切相关.
