柱形梯度材料是最有潜力的锂离子电池电极之一. 为了研究恒压充电过程中柱形梯度材料颗粒电极下力学机理, 以Li1.2(Mn0.62Ni0.38)0.8O2为例, 讨论弹性模量、扩散系数和偏摩尔体积三个重要材料参数对应力场影响. 并推导出非均匀柱形颗粒电极的扩散方程和力学方程. 结果表明, 柱形梯度材料纳米电极, 沿着半径方向Mn 的材料组分升高Ni 的材料组分降低, 其材料结构有利于降低最大径向应力和环向拉应力, 有效地避免电极的力学失效现象. 并根据计算结果, 对梯度材料电极提出材料结构优化建议.  相似文献

针对薄片激光介质抽运和温度分布不均匀的问题, 设计了分区域主动冷却控制薄片激光器. 根据热传导方程, 对端面抽运方形薄片激光介质在均匀冷却和分区域主动冷却两种冷却方式下的温度和应力分布进行了模拟计算. 结果显示: 分区域主动冷却能使薄片介质横向温度分布趋于均匀, 相对于均匀冷却时最大温差的改善率达到了约86%, 介质边缘的张应力转变为低值压应力,有效地抑制了热应力炸裂. 搭建了分区域主动冷却控制实验装置, 并进行了验证实验, 实验结果与模拟结果相符. 为薄片激光器的热管理方式提供了新的思路. 关键词: 薄片激光器 端面抽运 分区域主动冷却 数值模拟  相似文献

Laser cutting of sharp edge: Thermal stress analysis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Laser cutting of sharp edge and thermal stress development in the cutting section is examined. The finite element method is used to predict temperature and stress fields while the X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique is used to measure the residual stress around the cut edges. A mild steel sheet with 5 mm thickness is used in the simulations and the experiment. The morphological and metallurgical changes around the edges are examined using the optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that temperature remains high at the sharp edge when the laser beam is located in this region. This, in turn, lowers the cooling rate and reduces von Mises stress in this region. The magnitude of the residual stress is about 90 MPa at the sharp corner while the maximum von Mises stress is in the order of 280 MPa, which occurs away from sharp corner. In addition, the residual stress predicted agrees with the experimental data.  相似文献

采用数值计算的方法,对脉冲激光二极管三向侧面抽运固体激光器中,激光晶体的温度场时变分布进行了计算. 分析了三向侧面抽运情况下晶体内光强分布,在此基础上,采用有限元法,以脉冲激光二极管侧面抽运Nd∶YAG激光器为例,对单脉冲过程中晶体温度分布及其影响因素进行分析. 结果表明,晶体升温过程受到抽运条件以及散热条件的影响,但是主要受到抽运条件即抽运光强度和光束半径的影响,降温过程受到晶体热物性参数和晶体半径以及散热条件的影响. 当晶体温度达到周期性分布后,由于晶体径向温度梯度的周期性变化,引起通过晶体的平面光波的中心和边缘光线相对光程差也随时间作周期性变化. 关键词: 激光二极管侧面抽运固体激光器 热效应 有限元法 时变过程  相似文献

研究了CO2激光局域辐照对熔石英损伤特性的影响, 发现当辐照中心温度较低时(1139 K), 辐照对损伤阈值没有明显影响, 但辐照中心温度较高时(1638 K), 辐照对损伤阈值有明显的影响, 损伤阈值随距离辐照中心间距的增大而减小, 在残余应力产生光程差最大处附近, 损伤阈值降到最小, 随着与辐照中心间距的进一步增加, 损伤阈值略有上升. 对导致此现象的原因做了分析. 由于残余应力的存在, 在辐照中心发生再损伤产生的裂纹后, 裂纹先沿径向扩展, 在残余应力产生光程差最大处附近, 裂纹转而向切向扩展, 这可能与径向和环向张应力随半径的变化有关. 在采用热处理炉退火消除残余应力时, 必须注意元件的洁净处理, 否则退火会出现析晶现象, 对损伤阈值和透射率造成不良影响. 关键词: 2激光局域辐照')" href="#">CO2激光局域辐照 熔石英 损伤特性  相似文献

When the silicon material is irradiated by laser, it absorbs the laser energy leading to the temperature rise and the thermal stress. The damage effect includes melting, vaporation and thermal stress damage. Once the thermal stress exceeds the stress strength the crack will initiate. The silicon surface cracks induced by a millisecond laser are investigated. The experimental results show that three types of cracks are generated including cleavage crack, radial crack and circumferential crack. The cleavage crack is located within the laser spot. The radial crack and circumferential crack are located outside the laser spot. A two-dimensional spatial axisymmetric model of silicon irradiated by a 1064 nm millisecond laser is established. To assess what stresses generate and explain the generation mechanism of the different cracks, the thermal stress fields during laser irradiation and the cooling process are obtained using finite element method. The radial stress and hoop stress within the laser spot are tensile stress after the laser irradiation. The temperature in the center is the highest but the thermal stress in the center is not always highest during the laser irradiation. The cleavage cracks are induced by the tensile stress after the laser irradiation. The radial crack and the circumferential crack are generated during the laser irradiation.  相似文献

Thermal heating is a major limiting factor in scaling the average power of a solid-state laser. The relationship between the heat intensity in a laser slab and the heat transfer coefficient has been studied by considering the variations of thermal conductivity and expansion coefficient of the laser slab with temperature. In this paper, the laser rod has been studied by including its thermal, stress and optical aberration effects. It is pointed out that different heat transfer coefficients should be adopted according to different heat intensities inside the laser rod in order to obtain better pumping input as well as to optimize the cooling effects.  相似文献

Ultrafast thermomechanical responses of silicon thin films due to ultrashort-pulsed laser irradiation were investigated using an atomic-level hybrid method coupling the molecular dynamics and the ultrafast two-step energy transport model. The dynamic reflectivity and absorption were considered, and the effects of laser fluence and pulse duration on the thermomechanical response were studied. It was found that both the carrier temperature and number density rapidly increase to their maximum while the lattice temperature rises at a much slower rate. The ultrafast laser heating could induce a strong stress wave in the film, with the maximum compressive and tensile stress occurring near the front and back surfaces, respectively. For laser pulses of the same duration, the higher the laser fluence is, the higher the carrier temperature and density and lattice temperature are induced. For the same laser fluence, a longer pulse generally produces lower carrier density and temperatures and weaker stress shock strength. However, for the fluence of 0.2 J/cm2, the lowest lattice temperature was simulated for a 100-fs pulse compared to the 1-ps and 5-ps pulses, due to the increase of reflectivity by high carrier density. It is also shown that the optical properties as functions of lattice temperature usually employed are not suited for modeling ultrafast laser interactions with silicon materials.  相似文献

第二代(RE)BCO 高温超导带可以进行切割和堆叠以形成叠层状的复合导体结构, 具备磁化后捕获强磁场的潜力. 脉冲磁化条件下, 叠层导体会受到电-磁-热多物理场作用, 易对高温超导带的力学稳定性造成不利影响.本文基于电磁场 H 格式和热传导方程对叠层导体进行了多场耦合建模分析, 同时结合有限元方法, 分析了圆柱形叠层导体脉冲磁化过程中的应力分布特性. 结果显示, 环向拉应力是叠层导体的主要破坏因素. 环向应力的主导成分为热应力, 其变化趋势与热应力变化高度吻合. 热应力在叠层内部处于较低水平, 表现为拉应力, 沿半径逐渐变更为压缩应力, 在边缘区域达到峰值-34 MPa, 随后转变为拉应力, 并在边界处达到峰值38 MPa, 峰值时间点都位于升磁阶段, 降磁阶段峰值不断降低  相似文献

建立了激光二极管阵列(LDA)端面抽运棒状激光介质的数值模型.考虑到介质与空气的对流换热和介质的热力学参数随温度的变化,根据经典热传导方程和热弹性方程,运用有限元法得出了复合棒状介质和未复合棒状介质内瞬态温度、热应力和应变的时空分布,分析了温度、热应力和应变随抽运功率、换热系数和时间的变化规律.结果表明,复合棒的最高温度、最大张应力和最大轴向应变的位置与未复合棒不同,并且数值分别为未复合棒的73%,60%和33%.由此可知,利用复合棒可极大地减小热效应的影响.理论分析结果可为LDA抽运固体激光器的结构优化设计和实验研究提供理论参考.  相似文献

 基于一维应力松弛模型和粘弹性本构关系,对1.06μm连续激光照射下K9玻璃板中的温升和应力作了计算,结果表明,由于应力松弛效应,激光停照后的冷却过程中产生的残余拉伸应力可达到玻璃的拉伸断裂强度阈值,而激光加热期间的最大压缩应力却小于压缩断裂强度要求。对3mm厚的K9玻璃板,由应力松弛引起破坏所要求的激光参数为946kWm-2作用0.2s,因而应力松弛可能为1.06 μm连续激光大光斑照射下K9玻璃窗口损伤的主要模式。  相似文献

通过实验详细测量了水温、工作电流对二极管激光器发射波长的影响;采用光线追踪法模拟计算出在不同泵浦参数下半导体泵浦光在NdYAG棒内的分布情况,得到了圆周上泵浦模块的个数,泵浦光发散角等因素对泵浦光分布均匀性的影响.采用直接泵浦方式,分别设计了二种不同功率水平的半导体泵浦的NdYAG固体激光器聚光腔,得到了170和800 W的输出功率,并对激光器的输出特性进行详细测量,最大光-光转换效率达37%,电-光转换效率约为16%.  相似文献

为研究红外探测系统受激光辐照后的热效应与二次热辐射对探测器成像的影响,使用Ansys软件对红外探测器进行热辐射仿真和有限元结构仿真;采用黑体辐射定律和DO辐射计算模型模拟计算探测器内光学系统在不同激光辐照度下的温度随时间变化情况以及探测器内部温升对靶面成像的二次热辐射干扰情况;采用热弹性力学模型仿真计算探测器内部的热应力和热变形情况。结果表明:探测器受到1.06μm激光照射,矫正镜激光辐照度在50 W/cm2时,靶面受到二次热辐照度在0.6 s时达到100μW/cm2的量级,使红外探测器达到饱和;探测器受激光辐照后系统最高温度出现在矫正镜中心处,拟合得到系统最高温度与受照时间函数关系,可预测探测器升温结构破坏;最大热变形出现在矫正镜背面中心处,由外向内形成不等附加光程差,干扰探测器的成像效果;最大热应力出现在矫正镜前面中心处,得到最大热应力与激光辐照度间的线性关系曲线,为矫正镜热应力破坏提供预测参数。  相似文献

The purpose of this research is to establish the technique of laser flattening and to consider the fundamental mechanism. The thermal stress produced by heating with a laser beam is used to make a flat sheet from a sheet metal of protruded distortion. Three kinds of protrusions are chosen as the typical protruded distortion; point protrusion, line protrusion and face protrusion. For point protrusion, laser irradiation along the circular path is effective when the height of protrusion is large, and the laser irradiation along the radial path is effective when it is small. For line protrusion, laser beam is irradiated along the short straight path whose direction is normal to the centerline of the protrusion. For face protrusion, the height decreases from 1-0.1 mm by the laser irradiation along the circular path. The residual stress at the convex surface of a point protrusion on the sheet metal changes from a large compressive stress to a small tensile stress by the laser irradiation.  相似文献

为了研究1064 nm激光对增透熔石英的热应力损伤机理以及等离子体分布等效应。基于热传导和气体动力学理论,探究了毫秒激光对增透熔石英的热应力损伤和致燃损伤的理论模型,利用comsol软件模拟了1064 nm激光作用增透熔石英时材料内部的热损伤、应力损伤以及激光支持燃烧波,模拟结果表明在激光光斑半径区域内,温升较为明显,形成较大的温度梯度,激光作用区域受热膨胀,其余区域会对膨胀发生抵制,因此材料内部产生应力,其中上表面的径向应力、环向应力在激光光斑边缘附近达到最大值,应力损伤应该先从辐照中心点或激光光斑边缘附近产生,同时发现等离子体的传播是稳态的,燃烧波的最大速度发生在最初时刻,并随着扩散时间逐渐变低。  相似文献

 基于激光介质的非均匀内热源模型,利用有限元数值方法,模拟计算了热容模式下高功率激光二极管阵列(LDA) 重复脉冲泵浦片状激光介质的瞬态温度分布和热应力分布及其波前畸变和应力双折射。结果表明:热容模式下,当增益介质不能够被全口径泵浦时,也会出现严重的热效应,介质的表面靠近边缘处会出现大的拉应力集中,介质表面的最大轴向位移和最大拉应力随泵浦光斑尺寸缩小而增大;而当全口径泵浦时,介质表面热形变大大减弱,较小的拉应力存在于介质内部,而且泵浦光斑和介质的几何形状对热分布有很大影响。结果还表明,介质片表面变形和热光效应是产生波前畸变的主要原因,而热应力双折射产生的附加相移与激光介质的切割方向有关,它对光束产生较大的退偏作用,从而影响激光器的输出性能。理论模型得到了实验结果的验证。  相似文献

为了研究复合结构掠入射板条放大器的热效应,采用在Nd:YVO4晶体抽运面上键合具有高热导率性能的蓝宝石的复合结构,并建立了相应的热力学模型,对激光介质的温度场分布、光程差(OPD)和热透镜效应进行了详细的理论分析,利用有限元分析软件COMSOL模拟了晶体内部的温度、应变、光程差(OPD)及热焦距的分布情况。结果表明,板条厚度为2 mm、键合层厚度1 mm、抽运功率60 W时,复合结构相对于单一结构最高温度下降了约50 K,晶体中的最大形变量降低超过了1/3,极大地降低了介质中的热效应。  相似文献

A theoretical quantitative analysis of processing parameters for application of an elliptical laser beam to achieve maximum patterning area is the focus of this study. Direct laser patterning (DLP) of self-assembled monolayers (SAM) is achieved by localized heating of the sample above the SAM desorption temperature. Through use of elliptical laser beams in the present work, three goals are achieved by analyzing the heat diffusion model and related thermo-kinetics model: (1) optimal working conditions (combination of laser power, scanning velocity and aspect ratio) for DLP to produce maximum feature size, or highest processing velocity at a given power; (2) identification of conditions that reduces the potential thermal damage to the substrate; (3) shedding light on issues related to uniformity or homogeneity of heating a substrate using an elliptical laser beam. A heat diffusion model is employed to provide the resulting surface temperature caused by elliptical laser beams, and the coupled thermo-kinetics model is used to determine the final SAM coverage generated by DLP. Parametric analysis revealed that 70–150 mW can be used to pattern feature sizes in the range of 2–10 times of equivalent circular beam size. It is also found that each elliptical laser beam has a unique optimal aspect ratio to result in the widest feature size for a given laser power and scanning velocity. The edge transition width increases with an increase of the aspect ratio. Keeping the aspect ratio of elliptical laser beam small (i.e. β<20), a sharp edge definition could be obtained; if an aspect ratio larger than 30 is used, a surface with gradual edge definition could be obtained.  相似文献

直接从激光二极管发光强度的角分布出发,采用光线追迹方法获得激光棒内的热沉积分布,在此基础上采用热传导模型和热力模型,比较了不同抽运功率、不同棒半径下达到稳态温度分布的时间,并且对稳态和瞬态热应力进行了详细模拟计算。结果表明,采用环形激光二极管阵列侧面抽运的棒状激光器中的热效应问题十分严重,不同的抽运结构参量下,温度分布不同;达到稳态所需时间随棒半径增大而增加,而不受抽运功率的影响;抽运功率越大,棒内温差增大,热应力也越大;热破坏主要集中于激光棒中心区域和表面区域。  相似文献

Efficiencies, lasing thresholds and thermal lensing of a Nd:YAG rod side-pumped with two 10 W diode-laser-arrays are measured for various rod temperatures between 80 K and 380 K. The threshold is reduced by a factor of 2.5–4 on cooling from room temperature to about 100 K, while the slope efficiency is increased by between 0% and 50% depending on the reflectivity of the outcoupling mirror. Extrapolation to a 240 W pumped laser gives an increase in optical efficiency of 25% to 30%. The thermal lensing measured with a beam deflection and an interferometric method is reduced by a factor of 10.  相似文献
