传统DEA模型在数据两分(偏好与规避)的基础上考察决策单元的有效性,在某些场合不再适用,文章根据决策者的偏好将数据分为三类:规避、偏好、中性类,在此基础上构造评价相对有效性的DEA模型.相较而言,基于数据三分法的DEA模型更具一般性,利用该模型,文章考察了中国近年投入产出绩效问题.  相似文献

基于DEA的企业自主创新能力评价,能消除企业自主创新的基础条件差异带来的影响,客观地反映企业在自主创新过程中的主观努力程度.构造企业自主创新能力的投入产出指标体系,利用模糊多粒度语言对定性指标进行量化;利用C2R模型判断企业自主创新能力的相对有效性,利用"投影"分析非有效DMU的成因,利用改进的DEA模型确定创新能力相对有效的企业创新资源投入产出的"扩大系数";以某地区5个开展自主创新的企业为例,利用该方法对自主创新能力进行了评价,并提出了有效和非有效DMU自主创新能力提升的策略.实践表明,该方法能有效地评价和提升自主创新能力.  相似文献

传统数据包络分析(DEA)模型只能用来评价具有精确投入和产出数据的决策单元.然而在实践中决策单元的投入产出数据可能存在一定模糊性.为了评价具有模糊投入产出数据的决策问题,研究工作者提出了模糊数据包络分析模型,并给出了相应的有效性定义.对于不同研究者提出的有效性定义方式有众多地方需要改进.通过这些改进提出了相关模型及新的有效性定义方式,并给出了相关实例.  相似文献

将DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)应用于投入产出表,这将有助于从投入产出表的使用和投入角度计算各个部门的相对效率,以此分析了经济系统各部门之间的相对依赖程度.为了证明这一点,本文从使用和投入的角度设定了五个目标对建筑业进行分析.结果表明建筑业对其他部门的使用相对依赖程度很小,而建筑产品的生产对其他部门的中间投入有很强的依赖性.此外,建筑业与制造业基本上是同相的.  相似文献

养殖和屠宰加工是决定猪肉质量安全状况的两个关键环节。本文运用双种群进化博弈模型研究了猪肉供应链中养猪场与屠宰加工企业质量投入决策机制。研究结果表明:养猪场和屠宰加工企业质量投入策略的选择与其质量投入收益率密切相关。当单方质量投入收益率较小时,政府应采取补贴措施,激励养猪场或屠宰加工企业进行质量投入;当单方质量投入收益率较大且双方质量投入收益率较小时,养猪场和屠宰加工企业均有“搭便车”行为,政府应采取惩罚措施,迫使其进行质量投入。  相似文献

为了解决M/M/c模型中恒定输入率和服务率假设与现实现象不符的问题,本文提出了随系统状态变化的输入概率和服务度,并通过新输入概率与平均输入率以及新服务度与平均服务率的结合分别构造了动态输入率和服务率。基于上述动态输入率和动态服务率,建立了依赖系统当前状态的状态转移过程,从状态转换强度方面优化了排队理论及其度量模型,同时,设计了结合系统实际的后确定法求解动态输入率与服务率的相关参数,从而构建了扩展M/M/c模型。由于输入率和服务率的动态性,扩展M/M/c模型具有比原排队论模型更广的适用范围和精度更高的模拟结果。最后,通过一个生活实例对新模型的有效性和实用性进行验证。  相似文献

The dynamic input-output model is well known in economic theory and practice. In this paper, the asymptotic stability and balanced growth solutions of the dynamic input-output system are considered. The stabilization of a class of Hamiltonian systems with state time-delay and input saturation is addressed in this paper. Sufficient conditions are derived by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional theorem to guarantee the systems as well as the resulted closed-loop systems by output feedback to be asymptotically stable when input saturation effectively occurs. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper a novel approach for recognizing actions in video sequences is presented, where the information obtained from the segmentation and tracking algorithms is used as input data. First of all, the fuzzification of input data is done and this process allows to successfully manage the uncertainty inherent to the information obtained from low-level and medium-level vision tasks, to unify the information obtained from different vision algorithms into a homogeneous representation and to aggregate the characteristics of the analyzed scenario and the objects in motion. Another contribution is the novelty of representing actions by means of an automaton and the generation of input symbols for the finite automaton depending on the comparison process between objects and actions, i.e., the main reasoning process is based on the operation of automata with capability to manage fuzzy representations of all video data. The experiments on several real traffic video sequences demonstrate encouraging results, especially when no training algorithms to obtain predefined actions to be identified are required.  相似文献

We study a single-server finite-capacity queue with batch fluid inputs. We assume that the input traffic is observed in an interval-wise basis; that is, along the time axis divided into fixed-length intervals, with the amount of work brought into the queue during each interval sequentially observed. Since the sequence of the amounts of work during respective intervals, which is referred to as the interval-wise input process in this paper, does not reveal complete information about an input process, we cannot be precisely aware of the performance of the queue. Thus, in this paper, we focus on knowing the performance limit of the queue based on the interval-wise input process. In particular, we establish an upper limit of the long-run loss ratio of the workload in the queue. Our results would reveal useful tools to evaluate the performance of queuing systems when information about input processes in a fine timescale is not available.  相似文献

In cost allocation problem, traditional DEA approaches allocate the fixed cost among a group of decision making units (DMUs), and treat the allocated cost as an extra input of each DMU. If costs except for the fixed cost are regarded as inputs in the cost allocation problem, then it is obvious that the fixed cost is a complement of other inputs rather than an extra independent input. Therefore it is necessary to combine the allocated cost with other cost measures in cost allocation problem. Based on this observation, this paper investigates the relationship between the allocated cost and the DEA efficiency score and develops a DEA-based approach to allocate the fixed cost among various DMUs. An example of allocating advertising expenditure between a car manufacturer and its dealers is presented to illustrate the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献
