In the first part of this investigation we generalized a weighted distance function of R.-C. Li's and found necessary and sufficient conditions for it being a metric. In this paper some properties of this so-called M-relative metric are established. Specifically, isometries and quasiconvexity results are derived. We also illustrate connections between our approach and generalizations of the hyperbolic metric.  相似文献

本文研究的是华罗庚域的特殊类型第二类Cartan-Hartogs域的不变Bergman度量与Kahler-Einstein度量的等价问题.引入一种与Bergman度量等价的新的完备的Kahler度量ωgλ,其Ricci曲率和全纯截取率具有负的上下界.然后应用丘成桐对Schwarz引理的推广证明ωgλ等价于Kahler-Einstein度量,从而得到了Bergman度量与Khhler-Einstein度量的等价,即丘成桐关于度量等价的猜想在第二类Cartan-Hartogs域上成立.  相似文献

Comparison theorem on Cartan-Hartogs domain of the first type   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper the holomorphic sectional curvature under invariant Kahler metrics on Cartan-Hartogs domain of the first type are given in explicit forms. In the meantime, we construct an invariant Kahler metric, which is not less than Bergman metric such that its holomorphic sectional curvature is bounded from above by a negative constant. Hence we obtain the comparison theorem for the Bergman metric and Kobayashi metric on Cartan-Hartogs domain of the first type.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss a class of Finsler metrics defined by a Riemannian metric and a 1-form on a manifold. We characterize weak Landsberg metrics in this class and show that there exist weak Landsberg metrics which are not Landsberg metrics in dimension greater than two.  相似文献

In this paper, we study generalized Douglas–Weyl(α, β)-metrics. Suppose that a regular(α, β)-metric F is not of Randers type. We prove that F is a generalized Douglas–Weyl metric with vanishing S-curvature if and only if it is a Berwald metric. Moreover, by ignoring the regularity, if F is not a Berwald metric, then we find a family of almost regular Finsler metrics which is not Douglas nor Weyl. As its application, we show that generalized Douglas–Weyl square metric or Matsumoto metric with isotropic mean Berwald curvature are Berwald metrics.  相似文献

In this paper,we discuss the invariaut complete metric on the Cartan-Hartogs domain of the fourth type.Firstly,we find a new invariant complete metric,and prove the equivalence between Bergman metric and the new metric;Secondly,the Ricci curvature of the new metric has the super bound and lower bound;Thirdly,we prove that the holomorphic sectional curvature of the new metric has the negative supper bound;Finally,we obtain the equivalence between Bergman metric and Einstein-Kahler metric on the Cartan-Hartogs domain of the fourth type.  相似文献

本文给出了第三类超Cartan域上不变Kalher度量下的全纯截曲率的表达式.利用其Bergman度量的完备性,构造了一个不比Bergman度量小的完备的不变Kalher度量,证明了在此Kalher度量下的全纯截曲率有一个负上界,从而证明了第三类超Cartan域的Bergman度量与Kobayashi度量的比较定理.  相似文献

This paper provides extensive evidence from a simulation model supporting our claim that it is not appropriate to use the Euclidean metric in a competitive system where the Manhattan metric would provide a more accurate representation of distances. The Euclidean metric has the property of biasing firms' demands by a distortion of their sensitivity to competitive strategies and, therefore, generates an excessive level of competition.  相似文献

In this paper, we are interested in investigating the causal relationships among futures sugar prices in the Zhengzhou futures exchange market (ZF), the spot sugar prices in Zhengzhou (ZS) and the futures sugar prices in New York futures exchange market (NF). A useful tool called Bayesian network is introduced to analyze the problem. Since there are only three variables in our Bayesian network, the algorithm is straightforward: we display all the 25 possible network structures and adopt certain scoring metrics to evaluate them. We applied five different scoring metrics in total. Firstly, for each metric, we obtained 24 scores, each calculated from one of the 24 possible structures i.e. a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG). Then we eliminated the network structure which represents the independence of the three variables according to our prior knowledge concerning the futures sugar market. After that, the optimal network structure which implies the causal relationships was selected according to the corresponding scoring metric. Finally, after comparing the results from different scoring metrics, we obtained the relatively affirmative conclusion that ZS causes ZF from both the Bayesian Dirichlet (BD) metric, Bayesian Dirichlet-Akaike Information Criterion (BD-AIC) metric, Bayesian Dirichlet-Bayesian Information Criterion (BD-BIC) metric and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) metric. The conclusions that NF causes ZF and ZF causes ZS from the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) metric and ZF causes ZS from the BIC metric were useful and significant to our investigation.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove the three-dimensional C P E $CPE$ conjecture with nonnegative Ricci curvature. Moreover, we establish rigidity theorems for three-dimensional compact, oriented, connected V-static metrics with nonnegative Ricci curvature. Finally, we obtain classification results on three-dimensional vacuum static space and Miao–Tam critical metric with nonnegative Ricci curvature.  相似文献
