This paper focuses on the problem of impulsive synchronization of T–S fuzzy systems. A new synchronization criterion is derived for T–S fuzzy systems by utilizing the concept of average impulsive interval. The proposed impulsive control scheme has a simple control structure, and is theoretically and numerically proved to be less conservative than some existing results. The method is also illustrated by applying to Lorenz system, Rössler’s system as well as permanent magnet synchronous motors system.  相似文献

针对模糊控制系统提出了一种新的稳定性设计方法.该方法在传统T-S模型的局部子系统中引入脉冲控制项,构造了具有脉冲影响的模糊控制系统.然后,通过去模糊化技术,把具有脉冲影响的模糊系统转化为脉冲微分系统.这样,借助脉冲微分方程的比较原理和线性矩阵不等式技术,给出了模糊系统的脉冲稳定的充分条件.从而建立了模糊系统的简单脉冲控制策略.  相似文献

In this paper, by utilizing impulsive control theory and T-S fuzzy model, the fuzzy impulsive control and synchronization of general chaotic system are proposed. Some less conservative and more general conditions are obtained to guarantee the globally asymptotical stability for the impulsive control and synchronization of general chaotic system based on T-S fuzzy model. Moreover, some criteria of globally exponential stability of chaotic system are also derived. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.  相似文献

A novel impulsive control approach based on interval Type-2 T–S fuzzy model has been presented for nonlinear systems in this paper. This approach makes up for the drawback of Type-1 fuzzy impulsive control, which cannot fully handle the uncertainties in describing the complex nonlinear systems by Type-1 fuzzy membership functions and cannot give rigorous fuzzy rules. Further more, this approach uses the “broad band” effect of the Type-2 membership functions to solve the noise of training data and exterior disturbance of the Type-1 fuzzy impulsive control. By using Lyapunov theory and Lipschitz condition, which is combined with integrated approaches such as comparison methods and linear matrix inequalities, the Type-2 fuzzy impulsive controller is designed and the general asymptotical stability analysis of the systems is given. Finally, the simulation of the inverted pendulum model demonstrates the validity and superiority of the proposed method by easily determining the membership functions and choosing minimum number of fuzzy rules and the method can handle random disturbance and data uncertainties very well.  相似文献

This paper presents an approach for online learning of Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. A novel learning algorithm based on a Hierarchical Particle Swarm Optimization (HPSO) is introduced to automatically extract all fuzzy logic system (FLS)’s parameters of a T–S fuzzy model. During online operation, both the consequent parameters of the T–S fuzzy model and the PSO inertia weight are continually updated when new data becomes available. By applying this concept to the learning algorithm, a new type T–S fuzzy modeling approach is constructed where the proposed HPSO algorithm includes an adaptive procedure and becomes a self-adaptive HPSO (S-AHPSO) algorithm usable in real-time processes. To improve the computational time of the proposed HPSO, particles positions are initialized by using an efficient unsupervised fuzzy clustering algorithm (UFCA). The UFCA combines the K-nearest neighbour and fuzzy C-means methods into a fuzzy modeling method for partitioning of the input–output data and identifying the antecedent parameters of the fuzzy system, enhancing the HPSO’s tuning. The approach is applied to identify the dynamical behavior of the dissolved oxygen concentration in an activated sludge reactor within a wastewater treatment plant. The results show that the proposed approach can identify nonlinear systems satisfactorily, and reveal superior performance of the proposed methods when compared with other state of the art methods. Moreover, the methodologies proposed in this paper can be involved in wider applications in a number of fields such as model predictive control, direct controller design, unsupervised clustering, motion detection, and robotics.  相似文献

This paper proposes a self-triggered impulsive control for nonlinear time-delay systems, where the time instant of the next impulsive input is calculated based on the last measurement and the values of the systems’ parameters. Contrary to event-triggered scheme where the actuation is discrete but a continuous monitoring of the system’s states is necessary, in the self-triggered approach, both sampling and actuation are performed at distinct moments of time. Utilizing Lyapunov–Razumikhin method and by upper-bounding the system’s trajectory, the global asymptotic stability of the system’s equilibrium is verified when the rate of change in the Lyapunov function is exponential. In the general case, the global ultimate boundedness of the system’s trajectory is shown where the ultimate bound can be set arbitrarily small. As an application, for the first time, the problem of dose regimen design is formulated in the sampled data framework. Then, based on the obtained theoretical results, the appropriate regimen is suggested. In particular, time-triggered and self-triggered therapy protocols for docetaxel, a phase specific chemotherapeutic drug which is administered intravenously, are proposed. Clinical constraints such as maximum tolerated dose, discontinuous drug administration, and intermittent measurements are met in the proposed therapy protocols. According to in-silico results, both proposed self-triggered and time-triggered dose regimens outperform the traditional weekly fixed dose administration. Finally, the robustness of the proposed schemes to parameter uncertainties is evaluated through an extensive set of simulations.  相似文献

The basic concepts of the parking reservation system and parking revenue management system are discussed in this paper. The proposed “intelligent” parking space inventory control system that is based on a combination of fuzzy logic and integer programming techniques makes “on line” decisions whether to accept or reject a new driver’s request for parking. In the first step of the proposed model, the best parking strategies are developed for many different patterns of vehicle arrivals. These parking strategies are developed using integer programming approach. In the second step, learning from the best strategies, specific rules are defined. The uniqueness of the proposed approach is that the rules are derived from the set of chosen examples assuming that the future traffic arrival patterns are known. The results were found to be close to the best solution assuming that the future arrival pattern is known.  相似文献

Although a number of recent studies have proposed ranking fuzzy numbers based on the deviation degree, most of them have exhibited several shortcomings associated with non-discriminative and counter-intuitive problems. In fact, none of the existing deviation degree methods has guaranteed consistencies between the ranking of fuzzy numbers and that of their images under all situations. They have also ignored decision maker’s attitude toward risk, which significantly influences final ranking result. To overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, this study proposes a new approach for ranking fuzzy numbers that ensures full consideration for all information of fuzzy numbers. Accordingly, an overall ranking index is obtained by the integration of the information from the left and the right (LR) areas between fuzzy numbers, the centroid points of fuzzy numbers and the decision maker’s attitude toward risk. This new method is efficient for evaluating generalized fuzzy numbers and distinguishing symmetric fuzzy numbers. It also overcomes the shortcomings of the existing approaches based on deviation degree. Several numerical examples are provided to illustrate the superiority of the proposed approach. Lastly, a new fuzzy MCDM approach for generalized fuzzy numbers is proposed based on the proposed ranking approach and the concept of generalized fuzzy numbers. The proposed fuzzy MCDM approach does not require the normalization process and thus avoids the loss of information results from transforming generalized fuzzy numbers to normal form.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of locally exponential stabilization (LES) of nonlinear systems under a class of hybrid control in the framework of actuator saturation, where the limitation of actuator saturation on both continuous state feedback control and impulsive control are fully considered. Based on impulsive control theory and differential inclusion approach, some sufficient conditions for LES are derived, where a novel set inclusion relation is proposed to handle the double saturation nonlinearities. Different from the existing results that each part of saturated hybrid control (SHC) is required to stabilize the system individually, our results relax the requirement by making full use of the correction effect of the impulse. Moreover, the maximum of estimation of domain of attraction is obtained by a convex optimal problem and corresponding algorithm. The result is applied to the robustness for a class of nonlinear systems. Finally, the validity of the results is shown by two examples and their simulations, where the synchronization problem of Chua’s oscillator is illustrated in the framework of actuator saturation.  相似文献

An impulsive SI model with Monod-Haldane functional response for pest control is proposed and investigated. First, we have proved that there exists an asymptotically stable pest-eradication periodic solution when the impulsive period is less than some critical value. Otherwise, the above system can be permanent. Then, influences of impulsive perturbation including impulse period, the time of spraying pesticide and the quantity of releasing infective pests on the above system have been studied. Moreover, numerical simulations show that the system has rich dynamical behaviors. Finally, it is concluded that the approach of combining impulsive infective releasing with impulsive pesticide spraying is more effective than the classical one if the chemical control is adopted rationally.  相似文献

Telegeomonitoring system development combines two heterogeneous technologies: the geographical information systems technology (GIS) and telecommunications technology. In this paper, we give the system components for telegeomonitoring transportation of hazardous materials. The telegeomonitoring system uses GIS to capture civil infrastructure (urban network, land use, industries, etc.) and decision support systems technology to allow risks analysis and evaluate routing strategies that minimize transportation risk. Routing algorithms are to this effect adapted to graphs of the fuzzy risk. A new algebraic structure is proposed to solve a path-finding problem in a fuzzy graph. This algebraic structure is adapted precisely to solve the problem of the K-best fuzzy shortest paths. The approach that we proposed, consists of defining generic structures of operator’s traversal problem in fuzzy graphs. The principal contribution of our approach is to build adequate structures of path algebra to solve the problem of graph traversal in a fuzzy graph without negative circuits. Foundations of the system studied in this work will be able to be transposed to other fields of transportation.  相似文献

In this paper, we determined the criteria for the existence of solutions for delay impulsive differential equations containing ‘maximum’ (DIDEM) using the Morales’ fixed point theorem. An impulsive analogue of the Gronwall-Bellman’s inequality with deviating argument is also considered. Some results on the oscillation and non-oscillation of solutions of the (DIDEM) are also obtained. Applications of the oscillatory results obtained are made to four non-linear examples one of which is a military model and upper bounds found for the solutions of the impulsive Fitzhugh-Naguno model and an impulsive nonlinear control system.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback approach is proposed for a single-link robotic manipulator coupled to a brushed direct current (DC) motor with a nonrigid joint. The controller is designed to compensate for the nonlinear dynamics associated with the mechanical subsystem and the electrical subsystems while only requiring the measurements of link position. Using fuzzy logic systems to approximate the unknown nonlinearities, an adaptive fuzzy filter observer is designed to estimate the immeasurable states. By combining the adaptive backstepping and dynamic surface control (DSC) techniques, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control approach is developed. Stability proof of the overall closed-loop system is given via the Lyapunov direct method. Three key advantages of our scheme are as follows: (i) the proposed adaptive fuzzy control approach does not require that all the states of the system be measured directly, (ii) the proposed control approach can solve the control problem of robotic manipulators with unknown nonlinear uncertainties, and (iii) the problem of “explosion of complexity” existing in the conventional backstepping control methods is avoided. The detailed simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

A kind of real-time stable self-learning fuzzy neural network (FNN) control system is proposed in this paper. The control system is composed of two parts: (1) A FNN controller which use genetic algorithm (GA) to search optimal fuzzy rules and membership functions for the unknown controlled plant; (2) A supervisor which can guarantee the stability of the control system during the real-time learning stage, since the GA has some random property which may cause control system unstable. The approach proposed in this paper combine a priori knowledge of designer and the learning ability of FNN to achieve optimal fuzzy control for an unknown plant in real-time. In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy output tracking control approach is proposed for a class of single input and single output (SISO) uncertain pure-feedback switched nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. Fuzzy logic systems are used to identify the unknown nonlinear system. Under the framework of the backstepping control design and fuzzy adaptive control, a new adaptive fuzzy output tracking control method is developed. It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals in the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB) and the tracking error remains an adjustable neighborhood of the origin. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper studies the stability problem of two-time-scale system via event-triggered impulsive control and self-triggered impulsive control. The overall system is modeled with the hybrid formalism. Two Chang transformations are introduced to completely decouple the hybrid system states into flow set and jump set. A composite impulsive controller based on slow and fast system states is proposed, under which the slow and fast subsystems are simultaneously triggered by event-triggered and self-triggered mechanism, respectively. As a result, the stability conditions are derived for the system under event-triggered and self-triggered impulsive control, respectively. Furthermore, the theoretical result of self-triggered impulsive control is applied to the consensus of the interconnected two-time-scale systems. Finally, simulation examples and comparison study show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies.  相似文献

In this paper, feedback control based on discrete-time state observations is used to study the inner synchronization of stochastic impulsive coupled systems (SICSs). Therein, the coupling strength of SICSs is state-dependent switching and time-varying under each switching. Besides, by means of average impulsive interval approach, the Lyapunov method and the graph theory, a synchronization criterion of SICSs is presented. As an application, stochastic impulsive coupled Chua’s circuits with state-dependent switching coupling strength are investigated for the first time and some sufficient conditions are given. Finally, in order to illustrate the effectiveness of our main results, some numerical simulations are presented.  相似文献

The issue of impulsive control theory for the synchronization of the nuclear spin generator (NSG) chaotic systems is developed. We propose an impulsive control scheme for the complete synchronization of the NSG system including chaotic systems. A sufficient condition for the impulsive control is derived, with an easily calculated maximum impulsive interval. The proposed impulsive control scheme is applied to the NSG system and the simulation result demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献
