研究了时间测度链上一类具正负系数和阻尼项及非线性中立项的二阶变时滞非线性动力方程的振荡性.利用时间测度链上的有关理论及广义Riccati变换,结合大量不等式技巧,建立了该方程若干新的振动准则,这些准则不仅推广和改进了一些已知的结果,而且在时间测度链上统一了二阶非线性时滞阻尼微分方程和二阶非线性时滞阻尼差分方程的振动性质.  相似文献

The article is concerned with oscillation of nonautonomous neutral dynamic delay equations on time scales. Sufficient conditions are established for the existence of bounded positive solutions and for oscillation of all solutions of this equation. Some results extend known results for difference equations when the time scale is the set Z of positive integers and for differential equations when the time scale is the set R of real numbers.  相似文献

The oscillation of certain third-order nonlinear variable delay functional dynamic equations with nonlinear neutral on time scales is discussed in this article. By using the generalized Riccati transformation and a lot of inequality techniques, some new oscillation criteria for the equations are established. Many of the results are new for the corresponding third-order difference equations and differential equations are as special cases. Some examples are given to illustrate the importance of our results.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce the concept of principal and nonprincipal solutions for second order impulsive dynamic equations on time scales. Polya and Trench Factorizations play an important role in this article. Firstly we establish these factorizations. This paper is concerned with oscillatory behavior of a class of second-order delay dynamic equations on a time scale. Two new oscillation criteria are presented that improve some known results in the literature. The results obtained are sharp even for the second-order ordinary differential equations.  相似文献

This study purposes to present some new comparison theorems that guarantee the oscillation of all solutions of even order functional differential equations with a neutral term including both advanced and delayed arguments. The obtained results are based on comparisons with associated first-order delay differential inequalities and first-order delay differential equations, and they are applicable to the both cases where the neutral coefficients are unbounded and/or bounded. In the last section, several examples showing the applicability of the results are provided.  相似文献

We apply the strong maximum principle to obtain a priori bounds and uniqueness of solutions for some initial value and boundary value problems as well as to establish oscillation results for second-order dynamic equations on time scales. Our comparison, uniqueness, and oscillation results are new and are extensions of results for ordinary differential equations to the times scale setting.  相似文献

Very recently, a new theory known as set dynamic equations on time scales has been built. In this paper, a phase space is built for set functional dynamic equations with infinite delay on time scales and sufficient criteria are established for the existence of periodic solutions of such equations, which generalize and incorporate as special cases some known results for set differential equations and for set difference equations when the time scale is the real number set or the integer set, respectively, moreover, for differential inclusions and difference inclusions if the variable under consideration is a single valued mapping. Our results show that one can unify the study of some continuous or discrete problems in the sense of (set) dynamic equations on general time scales.  相似文献

Factorization theorems of Frobenius and M. G. Krein-Heinz-Rellich type are established for infinite systems of differential equations of arbitrary even order on finite or infinite intervals. From here, Etgen and Pawlowski oscillation theorems, referring to second order equations, are generalized to the considered equations of order 2n and also a variant of a Sturm type comparison theorem is derived. The paper discusses the notion of a delay dynamic equation on time scales and describes some asymptotic properties of its solutions. The application of the derived results to continuous and discrete time scales presents new qualitative results for delay differential and difference equations. This paper is concerned with the oscillatory behavior of a class of third-order noonlinear variable delay neutral functional dynamic equations on time scale. By using the generalized Riccati transformation and inequality technique, we establish some new oscilla- tion criteria for the equations. Our results extend and improve some known results, but also unify the oscillation of third-order nonlinear variable delay functional differential equations and functional difference equations with a nonlinear neutral term. This paper is concerned with oscillatory behavior of a class of fourth-order delay dynamic equations on a time scale.In the general time scales case,four oscillation theorems are presented that can be used in cases where known results fail to apply.The results obtained can be applied to an equation which is referred to as Swift-Hohenberg delay equation on a time scale.These criteria improve a number of related contributions to the subject.Some illustrative examples are provided.  相似文献
