在局部紧可分群的一般理论中,分解正则表示以及获得反演公式(或 Plan-cherel定理的明确表示)是调和分析的基本目标之一.SL(2, )是最简单的非交换局部紧么模半单Lie群.Harish-Chandra在 C∞c(SL(2, ))上获得了反演公式,Xiao和heng在文[1]中证明了C3c(SL(2, )上的反演公式.在文[2]中Zheng引入了Lie群G上函数的广义微分(A导数)概念.在本文中,我们利用文[2]中的微分概念来研究SL(2, )上可微函数的Fourier变换的阶,并获得了SL(2, )上速降函数的反演公式.  相似文献

本文研究了s-空间的性质.利用加法定理及剩余性质,得到以下结论:(1)如果s-空间X是可数多个度量子空间的并,则X是序列空间;(2)如果非局部紧拓扑群G在某个紧化b G中的剩余是遗传s-空间,则G是可分度量空间或σ-紧空间.以上性质推广了Arhangel’skii关于s-空间的一些已有结论.  相似文献

A flat Lorentzian Lie algebra is a left symmetric algebra endowed with a symmetric bilinear form of signature (?, +,…, +) such that left multiplications are skew-symmetric. In geometrical terms, a flat Lorentzian Lie algebra is the Lie algebra of a Lie group with a left-invariant Lorentzian metric with vanishing curvature. In this article, we show that any flat nonunimodular Lorentzian Lie algebras can be obtained as a double extension of flat Riemannian Lie algebras. As an application, we give all flat nonunimodular Lorentzian Lie algebras up to dimension 4.  相似文献

We introduce and study a Hopf algebra containing the descent algebra as a sub-Hopf-algebra. It has the main algebraic properties of the descent algebra, and more: it is a sub-Hopf-algebra of the direct sum of the symmetric group algebras; it is closed under the corresponding inner product; it is cocommutative, so it is an enveloping algebra; it contains all Lie idempotents of the symmetric group algebras. Moreover, its primitive elements are exactly the Lie elements which lie in the symmetric group algebras.  相似文献

The classical characteristic map associates symmetric functions to characters of the symmetric groups. There are two natural analogues of this map involving the Brauer algebra. The first of them relies on the action of the orthogonal or symplectic group on a space of tensors, while the second is provided by the action of this group on the symmetric algebra of the corresponding Lie algebra. We consider the second characteristic map both in the orthogonal and symplectic case, and calculate the images of central idempotents of the Brauer algebra in terms of the Schur polynomials. The calculation is based on the Okounkov–Olshanski binomial formula for the classical Lie groups. We also reproduce the hook dimension formulas for representations of the classical groups by deriving them from the properties of the primitive idempotents of the symmetric group and the Brauer algebra.  相似文献

The quadratic dimension of a Lie algebra is defined as the dimension of the linear space spanned by all its invariant non-degenerate symmetric bilinear forms. We prove that a quadratic Lie algebra with quadratic dimension equal to 2 is a local Lie algebra, this is to say, it admits a unique maximal ideal. We describe local quadratic Lie algebras using the notion of double extension and characterize those with quadratic dimension equal to 2 by the study of the centroid of such Lie algebras. We also give some necessary or sufficient conditions for a Lie algebra to have quadratic dimension equal to 2. Examples of local Lie algebras with quadratic dimension larger than 2 are given.  相似文献

Let G be a semisimple Lie group, g its Lie algebra. For any symmetric space M over G we construct a new (deformed) multiplication in the space A of smooth functions on M. This multiplication is invariant under the action of the Drinfeld-Jimbo quantum group Uhg and is commutative with respect to an involutive operator . Such a multiplication is unique. Let M be a kählerian symmetric space with the canonical Poisson structure. Then we construct a Uhg-invariant multiplication in A which depends on two parameters and is a quantization of that structure.  相似文献

A symplectic symmetric space is a connected affine symmetric manifold M endowed with a symplectic structure which is invariant under the geodesic symmetries. When the transvection group G0 of such a symmetric space M is semisimple, its action on (M,) is strongly Hamiltonian; a classical theorem due to Kostant implies that the moment map associated to this action realises a G0-equivariant symplectic covering of a coadjoint orbit O in the dual of the Lie algebra of G0. We show that this orbit itself admits a structure of symplectic symmetric space whose transvection algebra is . The main result of this paper is the classification of symmetric orbits for any semisimple Lie group. The classification is given in terms of root systems of transvection algebras and therefore provides, in a symplectic framework, a theorem analogous to the Borel–de Siebenthal theorem for Riemannian symmetric spaces. When its dimension is greater than 2, such a symmetric orbit is not regular and, in general, neither Hermitian nor pseudo-Hermitian.  相似文献

The rings of symmetric polynomials form an inverse system whose limit, the ring of symmetric functions, is the model for the bosonic Fock space representation of the affine Lie algebra. We show that this limit naturally carries an action of the affine Lie algebra (in the sense of Rouquier), thereby obtaining a family of categorifications of the bosonic Fock space representation.  相似文献

Let (M, g) be a Riemannian manifold. We prove that the space of symmetric tensors invariant under the geodesic flow, is a Lie algebra which contains, as a subalgebra, the Lie algebra of Killing vector fields, and which also contains the space of parallel symmetric tensors as an Abelian subalgebra. Morever, we give a Weitzenböck decomposition of some Laplace—Beltrami operator on symmetric tensors and prove a vanishing theorem which generalizes a theorem due to S. Bochner [2].  相似文献

If K is a Lie group and q : PM is a principal K-bundle over the compact manifold M, then any invariant symmetric V-valued bilinear form on the Lie algebra \mathfrakk{\mathfrak{k}} of K defines a Lie algebra extension of the gauge algebra by a space of bundle-valued 1-forms modulo exact 1-forms. In this article, we analyze the integrability of this extension to a Lie group extension for non-connected, possibly infinite-dimensional Lie groups K. If K has finitely many connected components, we give a complete characterization of the integrable extensions. Our results on gauge groups are obtained by the specialization of more general results on extensions of Lie groups of smooth sections of Lie group bundles. In this more general context, we provide sufficient conditions for integrability in terms of data related only to the group K.  相似文献

In this present paper, the almost Lie algebra of operators is introduced. By a natural homomorphism, this almost Lie algebra of operators is mapped to a Lie algebra. By choosing a basis in this Lie algebra, a bilinear functional on the enveloping algebra of this Lie algebra is defined through the trace of some operators which are related to the communtators. A general trace formula is obtained by means of the partial derivatives and symmetric operation in the enveloping algebra. More concrete formula is also obtained in terms of a linear functional on the commutators in some special cases.  相似文献
