一类时滞反应扩散方程的周期解和概周期解

通过构造上、下控制函数，结合上、下解方法及相应的单调迭代方法研究了一类时滞反应扩散方程，证明了在反应项非单调时，如果一雏边值问题存在一对周期（或概周期）上、下解，则方程一定存在唯一的周期（或概周期）解．并给出了二维边值问题周期（或概周期）解存在唯一性的充分条件．推广了已有的一些结果。

In this paper, by using the coincidence degree method, we obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence of multiple positive periodic solutions of a class of second-order differential equations under the existence of upper and lower solutions.     

Periodic boundary value problems for first-order impulsive dynamic equations on time scales

This paper deals with the periodic boundary value problem for a class of first-order impulsive dynamic equations on time scales. We introduce a new notion of lower and upper solutions, which extends the classical lower and upper solutions. The existence of extremal solutions is presented by virtue of the method of lower and upper solutions coupled with monotone iterative technique. An example is also included to illustrate the main results.

In this paper we show that the method of upper and lower solutions coupled with the monotone iterative technique is valid to obtain constructive proofs of existence of solutions for nonlinear periodic boundary value problems of functional differential equations without assuming properties of monotonicity in the nonlinear part.

Almost periodic solutions for undamped nonhomogeneous delay-differential equations

We first establish a result giving conditions that certain undamped delay differential equations with almost periodic time dependence have unique almost periodic solutions. Using this result we obtain conditions that a second order scalar nonlinear delay differential equation with almost periodic forcing will have a unique almost periodic solution having saddle-type stability properties. These results use the method of averaging.

Recurrent solutions of the linearly coupled complex cubic‐quintic Ginzburg‐Landau equations

In this paper, we will establish the bounded solutions, periodic solutions, quasiperiodic solutions, almost periodic solutions, and almost automorphic solutions for linearly coupled complex cubic‐quintic Ginzburg‐Landau equations, under suitable conditions. The main difficulty is the nonlinear terms in the equations that are not Lipschitz‐continuity, traditional methods cannot deal with the difficulty in our problem. We overcome this difficulty by the Galerkin approach, energy estimate method, and refined inequality technique.

On the existence of positive solutions for nonlinear differential equations with periodic boundary conditions

We prove the existence of positive solutions of second-order nonlinear differential equations on a finite interval with periodic boundary conditions and give upper and lower bounds for these positive solutions. Obtained results yield positive periodic solutions of the equation on the whole real axis, provided that the coefficients are periodic.

On monotone method for first and second order periodic boundary value problems and periodic solutions of functional differential equations

In this paper, we show that the method of monotone iterative technique is valid to obtain two monotone sequences that converge uniformly to extremal solutions of first and second order periodic boundary value problems and periodic solutions of functional differential equations. We obtain some new results relative to the lower solution α and upper solution β with α?β.
