In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme to investigate the problem of finding a common element of the set of common fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings and the set of solutions of a variational inequality problem for a relaxed cocoercive mapping by viscosity approximate methods. The purpose of this article is to prove the strong convergence theorems for hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. In order to get the strong convergence theorems for hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings, a new monotone hybrid iteration algorithm is presented and is used to approximate the fixed point of hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings. Noting that, the general hybrid iteration algorithm can be used for relatively nonexpansive mappings but it can not be used for hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings. However, this new monotone hybrid algorithm can be used for hemi-relatively nonexpansive mappings. In addition, a new method of proof has been used in this article. That is, by using this new monotone hybrid algorithm, we firstly claim that, the iterative sequence is a Cauchy sequence. The results of this paper modify and improve the results of Matsushita and Takahashi, and some others.  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to prove strong convergence theorems for common fixed points of two countable families of weak relatively nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. In order to get the strong convergence theorems, the monotone hybrid algorithms are presented and are used to approximate the common fixed points. Using this result, we also discuss the problem of strong convergence concerning the maximal monotone operators in a Banach space. The results of this article modify and improve the results of Matsushita and Takahashi [S. Matsushita, W. A general framework for an algorithmic procedure based on the variational convergence of operator sequences involving A-maximal (m)-relaxed monotone (AMRM) mappings in a Hilbert space setting is developed, and then it is applied to approximating the solution of a general class of nonlinear implicit inclusion problems involving A-maximal (m)-relaxed monotone mappings. Furthermore, some specializations of interest on existence theorems and corresponding approximation solvability theorems on H-maximal monotone mappings are included that may include several other results for general variational inclusion problems on general maximal monotonicity in the literature.  相似文献

We iteratively generate a sequence of measurable mappings and study necessary conditions for its convergence to a random fixed point of random nonexpansive operator. A random fixed point theorem for random nonexpansive operator, relaxing the convexity condition on the underlying space, is also proved. In this paper, we modify Halpern and Mann’s iterations for finding a fixed point of a relatively nonexpansive mapping in a Banach space. Consequently, a strong convergence theorem for a nonspreading mapping is deduced. Using a concept of duality theorems, we also obtain analogue results for certain generalized nonexpansive and generalized nonexpansive type mappings. Finally, we discuss two strong convergence theorems concerning two types of resolvents of a maximal monotone operator in a Banach space.  相似文献

Maximally monotone operators play important roles in optimization, variational analysis and differential equations. Finding zeros of maximally monotone operators has been a central topic. In a Hilbert space, we show that most resolvents are super-regular, that most maximally monotone operators have a unique zero and that the set of strongly monotone mapping is of the first category although each strongly monotone operator has a unique zero. The results are established by applying the Baire Category Theorem to the space of nonexpansive mappings.  相似文献

In this paper a new kind of real-valued Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings is introduced, and some elementary properties of this kind of Choquet integrals are studied. Convergence theorems of a sequence of Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings are shown. However, in the case of the monotone convergence theorem of the nonincreasing sequence of Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings, we point out that the integrands must be closed. Specially, this kind of real-valued Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings can be regarded as the Choquet integrals for single-valued functions.  相似文献

We consider a lower bounded function on a complete metric space. For this function, we obtain conditions, including Caristi’s conditions, under which this function attains its infimum. These results are applied to the study of the existence of a coincidence point of two mappings acting from one metric space to another. We consider both single-valued and set-valued mappings one of which is a covering mapping and the other is Lipschitz continuous. Special attention is paid to the study of a degenerate case that includes, in particular, generalized contraction mappings.  相似文献

S. Hu and Y. Sun [S. Hu, Y. Sun, Fixed point index for weakly inward mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 172 (1993) 266-273] defined the fixed point index for weakly inward mappings, investigated its properties and studied the fixed points for such mappings. In this paper, following S. Hu and Y. Sun, we continue to investigate boundary conditions, under which the fixed point index for the completely continuous and weakly inward mapping, denoted by i(A,Ω,P), is equal to 1 or 0. Correspondingly, we can obtain some new fixed point theorems of the completely continuous and weakly inward mappings and existence theorems of solutions for the equations Ax=μx, which extend many famous theorems such as Leray-Schauder's theorem, Rothe's two theorems, Krasnoselskii's theorem, Altman's theorem, Petryshyn's theorem, etc., to the case of weakly inward mappings. In addition, our conclusions and methods are different from the ones in many recent works.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a new three-step iterative scheme for finding the common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of the variational inequality using the technique of updating the solution. We show that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of two sets under some control conditions. Results proved in this paper may be viewed as an improvement and refinement of the recent results of Noor and Huang [M. Aslam Noor, Z.
