In this paper the existence of solutions of a non-autonomous abstract retarded functional differential equation of second order with infinite delay is considered. Assuming the existence of an evolution operator corresponding to the associate abstract Cauchy problem of second order, we establish the existence of mild solutions of the functional equation. Furthermore, we study the existence of classical solutions of the abstract Cauchy problem of second order and we apply these results to establish the existence of classical solutions of the functional equation. Finally, we apply our results to study the existence of solutions of the non-autonomous wave equation with delay.  相似文献

In this paper the existence of solutions of a nonautonomous abstract Cauchy problem of second order is considered. Assuming appropriate conditions on the operator of the equation, we establish the existence of mild solutions and, in some cases, we construct an evolution operator associated to the homogeneous equation. Using this evolution operator we obtain existence of solutions for the inhomogeneous equation. Finally, we apply our results to study the existence of solutions of the nonautonomous wave equation.  相似文献

This paper aims at presenting a proof of the existence of the attractor for the two-dimensional weakly damped KdV equations in belt field. By using the Bourgain spaces and the orthogonal projection, we prove the existence of the attractor for the reduced equation which is obtained from the two-dimensional weakly damped KdV equation in belt field. By using the time estimate of the blow-up of the KdV equation, we get the compact and bounded aborting set and prove the existence of the attractor for the two-dimensional weakly damped KdV equation in belt field.  相似文献

本文讨论了一类共形不变摄动积分方程正解的存在性. 我们证明了:当参数对(p, q) 属于集合(-n, 0) × (0,∞) 且pq + p + 2n = 0 时, 对应摄动积分方程存在正解; 而当参数对(p, q) 属于集合(0,∞)×(-∞, 0) 也满足pq +p+2n = 0 时, 摄动积分方程不存在非负解. 这与原共形不变积分方程有着本质的不同, 此结果隐含着这类积分方程正解的存在性取决于解在无穷远处的性态.  相似文献

Sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution to a non-linear Volterra integral equation are given for special cases of the general equation. In the generality given here, this equation has, apparently, not been studied before. The major technique used is the classical fixed point theorem of Banach. An apparent innovation of this article is the use of Banach's theorem to prove both the existence and find the location of a solution to the integral equation and prove the existence and find the location of the derivative to this solution, which exists almost everywhere. Furthermore, it is shown that for some particular choices of the constants, multiple solutions exist to this equation.  相似文献

This paper aims to present a proof of the existence of the attractor for the one-dimensional viscous Fornberg–Whitham equation. In this paper, the global existence of solution to the viscous Fornberg–Whitham equation in L2 under the periodic boundary conditions is studied. By using the time estimate of the Fornberg–Whitham equation, we get the compact and bounded absorbing set and the existence of the global attractor for the viscous Fornberg–Whitham equation.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the Cauchy problem for the Dullin–Gottwald–Holm equation. First, the local well-posedness for this system in Besov spaces is established. Second, the blow-up criterion for solutions to the equation is derived. Then, the existence and uniqueness of global solutions to the equation are investigated. We study the global existence and asymptotic behavior in time of solutions to the Korteweg-de Vries type equation called as “Hirota” equation. This equation is a mixture of cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation and modified Korteweg-de Vries equation. In this paper we study a one-dimensional model equation with a nonlocal flux given by the Hilbert transform that is related with the complex inviscid Burgers equation. This equation arises in different contexts to characterize nonlocal and nonlinear behaviors. We show global existence, local existence, blow-up in finite time and ill-posedness depending on the sign of the initial data for classical solutions.  相似文献

In this paper we present some results on the global existence of weak solutions to a nonlinear variational wave equation and some related problems. We first introduce the main tools, the L p Young measure theory and related compactness results, in the first section. Then we use the L p Young measure theory to prove the global existence of dissipative weak solutions to the asymptotic equation of the nonlinear wave equation, and comment on its relation to Camassa-Holm equations in the second section. In the third section, we prove the global existence of weak solutions to the original nonlinear wave equation under some restrictions on the wave speed. In the last section, we present global existence of renormalized solutions to two-dimensional model equations of the asymptotic equation, which is also the so-called vortex density equation arising from sup-conductivity.  相似文献

Asymptotic relations between the solutions of a linear autonomous functional differential equation and the solutions of the corresponding perturbed equation are established. In the scalar case, it is shown that the existence of a nonoscillatory solution of the perturbed equation often implies the existence of a real eigenvalue of the limiting equation. In this paper, we study the optimal control problem for the viscous weakly dispersive Degasperis-Procesi equation. We deduce the existence and uniqueness of a weak solution to this equation in a short interval by using the Galerkin method. The operators radiative transfer equation constructed by Chandrasekhar has been extended to the non-stationary case by Bellman and Wang. The local existence of solution of such non-stationary equation is established based on the construction of scattering matrices from a co-propagation group with unbounded generator. By the interpolation inequality and a priori estimates in the weighted space, the existence of global solutions for generalized Ginzburg-Landau equation coupled with BBM equation in an unbounded domain is considered, and the existence of the maximal attractor is obtained.
