Derivations of the Even Part of Finite-Dimensional Simple Modular Lie Superalgebra M

Let F be the underlying base field of characteristic p > 3 and denote by M the even part of the finite-dimensional simple modular Lie superalgebra M. In this paper, the generator sets of the Lie algebra M which will be heavily used to consider the derivation algebra Der(M) are given. Furthermore, the derivation algebra of M is determined by reducing derivations and a torus of M, i.e.,As a result, the derivation algebra of the even part of M does not equal the even part of the derivation superalgebra of M.     

Jordan triple derivations on J-subspace lattice algebras

Let L be a J-subspace lattice on a Banach space X and Alg L the associated J-subspace lattice algebra. Let A be a standard operator subalgebra (i.e., it contains all finite rank operators in AlgL) of AlgL and M■B(X) the Alg L-bimodule. It is shown that every linear Jordan triple derivation from A into M is a derivation, and that every generalized Jordan (triple) derivation from A into M is a generalized derivation.

Non-abelian extensions of Lie 2-algebras

In this paper,we give the notion of derivations of Lie 2-algebras using explicit formulas,and construct the associated derivation Lie 3-algebra.We prove that isomorphism classes of non-abelian extensions of Lie 2-algebras are classified by equivalence classes of morphisms from a Lie 2-algebra to a derivation Lie 3-algebra.     

The Frattini p-subsystem of a solvable restricted Lie triple system

As a natural generalization of a restricted Lie algebra, a restricted Lie triple system was defined by Hodge. In this paper, we develop initially the Frattini theory for restricted Lie triple systems, generalize some results of Frattini p-subalgebra for restricted Lie algebras, obtain some properties of the Frattini p-subsystem and give the relationship between Фp（T） and Ф（T） for solvable Lie triple systems.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity, Tn （R） the R-algebra of all upper triangular n by n matrices over R. In this paper, it is proved that every local Jordan derivation of Tn （R） is an inner derivation and that every local Jordan automorphism of Tn（R） is a Jordan automorphism. As applications, we show that local derivations and local automorphisms of Tn （R） are inner.

On Certain Finite Semigroups of Order-decreasing Transformations I

Let $D_n $ (${\cal O}_n$) be the semigroup of all finite order-decreasing (order-preserving) full transformations of an $n$-element chain, and let $D(n,r) = \{\alpha\in D_n: |\mbox{Im}\alpha| \leq r\}$ (${\cal C}(n,r) = D(n,r)\cap {\cal O}_n)$ be the two-sided ideal of $D_n $ ($D_n \cap {\cal O}_n$). Then it is shown that for $r \geq 2$, the Rees quotient semigroup $DP_r(n)= D(n,r) / D(n,r-1)$ (${\cal C}P_r(n)= {\cal C}(n,r)/{\cal C} (n,r-1)$) is an ${\cal R}$-trivial (${\cal J}$-trivial) idempotent-generated 0*-bisimple primitive abundant semigroup. The order of ${\cal C}P_r(n)$ is shown to be $1+ \left(\begin{array}{c} n-1 \\ r-1 \end{array} \right) \left(\begin{array}{c} n \\ r \end{array} \right)/(n-r+1)$. Finally, the rank and idempotent ranks of ${\cal C}P_r(n)\,(r<n)$ are both shown to be equal to $\left(\begin{array}{c} n-1 \\ r-1 \end{array} \right)$.     

Green's Equivalences on Semigroups of Transformations Preserving Order and an Equivalence Relation

Let ${\cal T}_X$ be the full transformation semigroup on the set $X$, \[ T_{E}(X)=\{f\in {\cal T}_X\colon \ \forall(a,b)\in E,(f(a),f(b))\in E\} \] be the subsemigroup of ${\cal T}_X$ determined by an equivalence $E$ on $X$. In this paper the set $X$ under consideration is a totally ordered set with $mn$ points where $m\geq 2$ and $n\geq 3$. The equivalence $E$ has $m$ classes each of which contains $n$ consecutive points. The set of all order preserving transformations in $T_{E}(X)$ forms a subsemigroup of $T_E(X)$ denoted by \[ {\cal O}_{E}(X)=\{f\in T_{E}(X)\colon \ \forall\, x, y\in X, \ x\leq y \mbox{ implies } f(x)\leq f(y)\}. \] The nature of regular elements in ${\cal O}_{E}(X)$ is described and the Green's equivalences on ${\cal O}_{E}(X)$ are characterized completely.     

Nonlinear lie-type derivations on full matrix algebras

Let ${\mathcal{R}}$ be a 2-torsion free commutative ring with identity and ${{\rm M}_n(\mathcal{R}) (n\geq 2)}$ be the full matrix algebra over ${\mathcal{R}}$ . In this note, we prove that every nonlinear Lie triple derivation on ${{\rm M}_n(\mathcal{R})}$ is of the standard form, i.e. it can be expressed as a sum of an inner derivation, an additive induced derivation and a functional annihilating all second commutators of ${{\rm M}_n(\mathcal{R})}$ . A open conjecture about Lie n-derivations is posed at the end of this note.

Abstract In the present paper, some basic properties of MP filters of Ro algebra M are investigated. It is proved that（FMP（M）,包含,′∧^-∨^-,{1},M）is a bounded distributive lattice by introducing the negation operator ′, the meet operator ∧^-, the join operator ∨^- and the implicati on operator → on the set FMP（M） of all MP filters of M. Moreover, some conditions under which （FMP（M）,包含,′∨^-,→{1},M）is an Ro algebra are given. And the relationship between prime elements of FMP （M） and prime filters of M is studied. Finally, some equivalent characterizations of prime elements of .FMP （M） are obtained.
