研究了在包含一个供应商和两个零售商的供应链中的广告博弈协调问题.将该问题构造为一个两层次的博弈:供应商与零售商之间的Stackelberg博弈以及零售商之间的合作博弈.供应商作为整个供应链上的主导者,拥有产品批发价和零售价的决策权,而零售商则通过在当地市场上的广告促销投入来影响需求,进而影响整个供应链的收益.研究发现,供应商可以通过简单地设定适当的批发价来影响零售商的广告促销投入,从而使得整个供应链实现最大收益.  相似文献

研究了由风险中性的供应商和风险厌恶的零售商组成的二级供应链协调问题.零售商的风险厌恶由CVaR来度量,研究表明:零售商的风险厌恶加剧了双重边际效应,恶化了供应链效益.为了实现供应链的协调,供应商提出回购契约以减轻零售商的风险顾虑引导其增加订货量,结果表明:当零售商的风险厌恶超过了一定的程度,回购契约不能实现供应链协调;当供应链可以通过回购契约实现协调时,供应链的协调利益可以在供应商和零售商之间进行任意的分配,具体的分配结果取决于他们的讨价还价能力.  相似文献

文中基于Nash讨价还价博弈思想建立公平偏好框架,构建公平偏好效用体系,以此为基础对采用批发价契约的报童模型展开行为研究,采用数理模型和数值分析方法分析了零售商和供应商的公平偏好行为对零售商和供应链系统最优订货量的影响,即零售商和供应商同时关注公平时,零售商和供应链系统的最优订货量趋于保守;并发现零售商和供应链系统的最优订货量随零售商的公平偏好程度增加而递减,但随着供应商公平偏好程度增加而递增,且供应链系统最优订货量变化趋势比零售商明显.然后,在此基础上分析比较得到,无论供应商和零售商是否偏好公平,批发价契约都不能实现供应链协调.最后,对批发价、零售价、供应商生产成本、零售商缺货成本和供应商缺货成本进行敏感度分析.  相似文献

针对供应商和零售商组成的农产品供应链,研究市场需求受到努力水平影响的农产品供应链协调问题.由于双重边际效应,分散式供应链中的最优生产数量低于集中式供应链的情况,零售商努力水平也相对较低.引入期权契约时,在零售商主导期权契约的供应链中,研究得到零售商的最优初始订货量和最优期权价格,以及供应商的最优生产数量,实现供应链协调.数值分析证实了期权契约有助于提高零售商的努力水平以及整个供应链的利润.  相似文献

在两个生产替代产品的供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链中,探索了供应商之间合作而结成供应商联盟以及竞争而不结盟情况下,供应商以及零售商的最优管理决策问题,进一步分析了供应商联盟对于供应链中各方利益的影响.通过比较供应商结盟和供应商不结盟两种情况下的最优决策和利润,得到了一些与传统经验不同的管理启示:供应商联盟并不能保障供应商自身的利益,不能成为对抗强势零售商的手段.具体地说,供应商联盟损害了消费者的利益,损害了供应商自身的利润,损害了供应链整体的利益;相反,供应商联盟可以使得零售商受益.  相似文献

考虑由一个供应商和一个零售商构成的供应链系统,零售商的市场需求依赖于该产品的库存水平,研究了利用批量折扣实现供应链完美协调的问题.首先,我们得出了在分散式系统下供应链无法实现完美协调,讨论了供需双方的最优决策.其次,作为stackelberg的主导方,供应商提供批量折扣计划,得出了此折扣计划实现系统完美协调的条件,分别给出了实现完美协调和不能实现完美协调时的批量折扣计划.最后分析了需求函数中的参数和产品的成本对实现供应链系统完美协调的影响.  相似文献

本文针对一个供应商和零售商组成的供应链系统,主要研究零售商如何设计提前订货折扣来吸引顾客提前订货;而供应商如何根据市场需求的不确定性,设计零售商提前订货资金的付款时间等问题。在供应商-Stackelberg框架下,以期望利润为目标,建立了相应的决策模型。通过对模型的分析求解,给出了不同市场环境下供应商要求零售商支付提前订货资金的策略。最后,用算例验证了模型和理论分析的可行性。  相似文献

This paper contributes to the supply chain contracts literature in economics and operations by performing qualitative sensitivity analysis of a wholesale price contract in a two-echelon supply chain setting. Order-theory tools are used to derive sufficient conditions for monotonicity of contract parameters.The upstream supplier is modeled as a Stackelberg leader. The supplier is assumed to have complete information about the costs and revenue function of the downstream retailer. It is shown that an equilibrium wholesale price weakly increases with an increase in the supplier production cost rate, but it may increase or decrease with an increase in the retailer cost rate. As either the supplier production cost or the retailer cost increases, the supplier profit decreases weakly. Additional sensitivity analysis is performed assuming certain properties of the retailer revenue function.Several well-known results in the supply chain contracting literature can be considered as special cases of the more general theorems developed here. In particular, this paper reexamines the analysis of a newsvendor supply chain problem by Lariviere and Porteus [Lariviere, M.A., Porteus, E.L., 2001. Selling to the newsvendor: An analysis of price-only contracts. Manufacturing & Service Operations Management 3, 293–305]. This paper generalizes and extends their work, by establishing properties of the newsvendor demand distribution that guarantee monotonicity of the contract parameters, without requiring a unique contract solution.  相似文献

A contracting game under asymmetric information specific to two-echelon supply chain coordination between a retailer of unknown type and a supplier is studied. When the parameter which is private information to the retailer (holding cost) is known up to an interval of uncertainty, a uniform discrete approximation for retailer types leads to closed-form solutions where the joint (coordinated) optimal order quantity for a modified holding cost plays a major role. Furthermore, the closed-form solutions result in increasing information rent for higher types under easy-to-verify conditions involving strict lower limits on the total holding costs of retailer and supplier and the difference between uncoordinated optimal costs of consecutive retailer types.  相似文献

本文针对供应商面临生产资金约束的情况,在需求随机条件下研究了由一个风险中性零售商和一个具有风险偏好的供应商组成的二级供应链的协调问题。文章在零售商享有批发价折扣的提前支付和供应商银行信贷两种融资方式下,分别建立了零售商的最优决策模型以及基于M-CVaR测度工具的供应链整体订购决策模型,并给出了采用两种不同融资模式时零售商和供应链整体的最优订购量以及供应链的协调条件,分析了供应商的风险偏好对供应链整体最优决策及协调条件的影响。最后通过算例验证了文章的主要结论。研究表明,当提前支付价格折扣大于临界值时,零售商会选择提前支付货款;提前支付模式下供应链整体的最优订购量大于银行信贷模式;随着供应商的风险偏好由风险规避向风险喜好转变,供应链整体的最优订购量逐渐增大。  相似文献

This paper considers a two-echelon supply chain, where one supplier sells through a retailer a product with a stable market demand. We focus on how the supplier induces the retailer through trade credit to order more to reduce his/her own inventory-related cost. Under a ‘supplier-Stackelberg’ setting, we provide the supplier with the method of determining two trade credit scenarios: unconditional and conditional trade credit. We show that the unconditional trade credit scenario is always beneficial to the retailer but harmful to the supplier in most situations, while the conditional trade credit scenario is always beneficial to both parties. In addition, we specify the conditions under which the provision of unconditional trade credit is beneficial to the supplier. The three insights obtained in this paper are the following: (i) When the retailer’s per-unit opportunity cost is less than his/her per-unit opportunity gain, unconditional trade credit can induce the retailer to order less instead of more. (ii) If the supplier offers the retailer unconditional trade credit, the length of trade credit offered will have an upper bound. (iii) A well-designed conditional trade credit policy can realize a win-win outcome but also enables the supplier to occupy all the savings in the channel's cost incurred by trade credit, but any unconditional trade credit policy does not.  相似文献

在一个供应商与一个零售商组成的供应链中,讨论了逆向物流中的无缺陷退货问题。无缺陷退货的成本很高,并且都是由供应商承担。为了减少无缺陷退货的数量,需要零售商付出努力,因此供应商应当对零售商的努力成本进行补贴。当零售商的成本可以验证时,证明了成本分担合同可以协调供应链,并且讨论了供应链的利润分配问题;如果零售商的成本不易验证,供应商也可以采用零售努力水平的线性补贴合同达到相同的目的;最后结合数值算例说明了所得结果并分析了渠道内存在Pareto改进的可能性。  相似文献

In this paper, we consider revenue management for a service supply chain with one supplier and one retailer. The supplier has a limited capacity of a perishable product and both the supplier and the retailer face customers. Each customer may choose to buy a product from either the supplier or the retailer by considering prices and the cost associated with switching. For the centralized model, the supplier determines the selling prices for both herself and the retailer, and the retailer simply collects a commission fee for each product sold. We derive monotone properties for the revenue functions and pricing strategies. Further, we show that the commission fee increases the retailer’s price while decreasing the supplier’s and leads to efficiency loss of the chain. For the decentralized decision-making model, the supplier and the retailer compete in price over time. Two models are considered. In the first, the retailer buys products from the supplier before the selling season and in the second the retailer shares products with the supplier in retailing. For both models, we discuss the existence of the equilibrium and characterize the optimal decisions. Numerical results are presented to illustrate properties of the models and to compare the supply chain performance between the centralized and the decentralized models.  相似文献
