In this paper, a novel fractional‐integer integral type sliding mode technique for control and generalized function projective synchronization of different fractional‐order chaotic systems with different dimensions in the presence of disturbances is presented. When the upper bounds of the disturbances are known, a sliding mode control rule is proposed to insure the existence of the sliding motion in finite time. Furthermore, an adaptive sliding mode control is designed when the upper bounds of the disturbances are unknown. The stability analysis of sliding mode surface is given using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the results performed for synchronization of three‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic Hindmarsh‐Rose (HR) neuron model and two‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic FitzHugh‐Nagumo (FHN) neuron model.  相似文献

This article presents an adaptive sliding mode control (SMC) scheme for the stabilization problem of uncertain time‐delay chaotic systems with input dead‐zone nonlinearity. The algorithm is based on SMC, adaptive control, and linear matrix inequality technique. Using Lyapunov stability theorem, the proposed control scheme guarantees the stability of overall closed‐loop uncertain time‐delay chaotic system with input dead‐zone nonlinearity. It is shown that the state trajectories converge to zero asymptotically in the presence of input dead‐zone nonlinearity, time‐delays, nonlinear real‐valued functions, parameter uncertainties, and external disturbances simultaneously. The selection of sliding surface and the design of control law are two important issues, which have been addressed. Moreover, the knowledge of upper bound of uncertainties is not required. The reaching phase and chattering phenomenon are eliminated. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed scheme. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, an adaptive sliding mode technique based on a fractional‐order (FO) switching type control law is designed to guarantee robust stability for a class of uncertain three‐dimensional FO nonlinear systems with external disturbance. A novel FO switching type control law is proposed to ensure the existence of the sliding motion in finite time. Appropriate adaptive laws are shown to tackle the uncertainty and external disturbance. The calculation formula of the reaching time is analyzed and computed. The reachability analysis is visualized to show how to obtain a shorter reaching time. A stability criteria of the FO sliding mode dynamics is derived based on indirect approach to Lyapunov stability. Effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 363–373, 2016  相似文献

This article deals with the problem of control of canonical non‐integer‐order dynamical systems. We design a simple dynamical fractional‐order integral sliding manifold with desired stability and convergence properties. The main feature of the proposed dynamical sliding surface is transferring the sign function in the control input to the first derivative of the control signal. Therefore, the resulted control input is smooth and without any discontinuity. So, the harmful chattering, which is an inherent characteristic of the traditional sliding modes, is avoided. We use the fractional Lyapunov stability theory to derive a sliding control law to force the system trajectories to reach the sliding manifold and remain on it forever. A nonsmooth positive definite function is applied to prove the existence of the sliding motion in a given finite time. Some computer simulations are presented to show the efficient performance of the proposed chattering‐free fractional‐order sliding mode controller. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article proposes a novel adaptive sliding mode control (SMC) scheme to realize the problem of robust tracking and model following for a class of uncertain time‐delay systems with input nonlinearity. It is shown that the proposed robust tracking controller guarantees the stability of overall closed‐loop system and achieves zero‐tracking error in the presence of input nonlinearity, time‐delays, time‐varying parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. The selection of sliding surface and the existence of sliding mode are two important issues, which have been addressed. This scheme assures robustness against input nonlinearity, time‐delays, parameter uncertainties, and external disturbances. Moreover, the knowledge of the upper bound of uncertainties is not required and chattering phenomenon is eliminated. Both theoretical analysis and illustrative examples demonstrate the validity of the proposed scheme. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 66–73, 2015  相似文献

This article investigates the sliding mode control method for a class of chaotic systems with matched and unmatched uncertain parameters. The proposed reaching law is established to guarantee the existence of the sliding mode around the sliding surface in a finite‐time. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the conditions on the state error bound are expressed in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Simulation results for the well‐known Genesio's chaotic system are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 14–19, 2016  相似文献

The problem of finite‐time lag synchronization of delayed neural networks via periodically intermittent control is studied. In two sections, based on the same finite‐time stability theory and using the same sliding mode control, by designing a periodically intermittent feedback controller and adjusting periodically intermittent control strengths with the updated laws, we achieve the finite‐time lag synchronization between two time delayed networks. In addition, we ensure that the trajectory of the error system converges to a chosen sliding surface within finite time and keeps it on forever. Finally, two examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the analytical results obtained here. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 211–219, 2016  相似文献

This article is devoted to designing linear sliding surface and adaptive sliding mode controller for a class of singular time‐delay systems with parametric uncertainties and external disturbance. In terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), a sufficient criteria of H performance, and admissibility for considered sliding motion restricted to linear sliding surface is achieved, and the controller which guarantees the finite‐time reachability of the predesigned sliding surface is then developed, respectively. Finally, three examples show the effectiveness of the proposed result. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 165–177, 2016  相似文献

In this article, synchronization problem of master–slave system with phase‐type semi‐Markovian switching is investigated via sliding mode control scheme. By utilizing a supplementary variable technique and a plant transformation, the master–slave semi‐Markovian switching system can be equivalently expressed as its associated Markovian switching system. Then an integral sliding surface is constructed to guarantee stochastic synchronization of master–slave semi‐Markovian switching system, and the suitable controller is synthesized to ensure that the trajectory of the closed‐loop error system can be driven onto the prescribed sliding mode surface. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed sliding‐mode design scheme. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 430–441, 2016  相似文献

In this article, a control scheme combining radial basis function neural network and discrete sliding mode control method is proposed for robust tracking and model following of uncertain time‐delay systems with input nonlinearity. The proposed robust tracking controller guarantees the stability of overall closed‐loop system and achieves zero‐tracking error in the presence of input nonlinearity, time‐delays, time‐varying parameter uncertainties, and external disturbances. The salient features of the proposed controller include no requirement of a priori knowledge of the upper bound of uncertainties and the elimination of chattering phenomenon and reaching phase. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 194–201, 2016  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of finite-time chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters is investigated. First, a new nonsingular terminal sliding surface is introduced and its finite-time convergence to the zero equilibrium is proved. Then, appropriate adaptive laws are derived to tackle the unknown parameters of the systems. Afterwards, based on the adaptive laws and finite-time control idea, an adaptive sliding mode controller is proposed to ensure the occurrence of the sliding motion in a given finite time. It is mathematically proved that the introduced sliding mode technique has finite-time convergence and stability in both reaching and sliding mode phases. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed technique.  相似文献

In this article, a novel sliding mode control (SMC) approach is proposed for the control of a class of underactuated systems which are featured as in cascaded form with external disturbances. The asymptotic stability conditions on the error dynamical system are expressed in the form of linear matrix inequalities. The control objective is to construct a controller such that would force the state trajectories to approach the sliding surface with an exponential policy. The proposed SMC has a simple structure because it is derived from the associated first‐order differential equation and is capable of handling system disturbances and nonlinearities. The effectiveness of the proposed control method is validated using intensive simulations. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 117–124, 2016  相似文献

This article investigates the finite‐time stability, stabilization, and boundedness problems for switched nonlinear systems with time‐delay. Unlike the existing average dwell‐time technique based on time‐dependent switching strategy, largest region function strategy, that is, state‐dependent switching control strategy is adopted to design the switching signal, which does not require the switching instants to be given in advance. Some sufficient conditions which guarantee finite‐time stable, stabilization, and boundedness of switched nonlinear systems with time‐delay are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Detail proofs are given using multiple Lyapunov‐like functions. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper investigates the event-triggered sliding mode control (SMC) problem for singular systems with disturbance. Firstly, an event-triggered sliding mode control law is designed to guarantee the reachability of sliding surface. Different from the related methods, in order to deal with the difficulty caused by event-triggered SMC strategy, a novel Lemma is proposed in this paper. Secondly, the admissibility of sliding motion is presented, which is used to solve the controller gain. Then, a positive lower bound of the inter execution time can be guaranteed and the Zeno behavior is avoided. Finally, two simulation examples are presented to show the effectiveness of derived theoretical results.  相似文献

An adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) technique is introduced in this paper for a chaotic dynamical system (Genesio–Tesi system). Using the sliding mode control technique, a sliding surface is determined and the control law is established. An adaptive sliding mode control law is derived to make the states of the Genesio–Tesi system asymptotically track and regulate the desired state. The designed control scheme can control the uncertain chaotic behaviors to a desired state without oscillating very fast and guarantee the property of asymptotical stability. An illustrative simulation result is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive sliding mode control design.  相似文献

Design of a novel global sliding mode control law for the stabilization of uncertain nonlinear systems is presented in this article. A sufficient condition is derived using the Lyapunov theorem and linear matrix inequality to guarantee the asymptotical stability of the states and to improve the stability of the system. Under the uncertainty and nonlinearity effects, the reaching phase is eliminated and the chattering is reduced effectively and then, the robustness and performance of the system are improved. Lastly, the proposed method is applied on Genesio's chaotic system and the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this technique. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper proposes a new model that generalizes the linear sliding window system to the case of multiple failures. The considered k ‐within‐ m ‐from‐ r / n sliding window system consists of n linearly ordered multi‐state elements and fails if at least k groups out of m consecutive groups of r consecutive multi‐state elements have cumulative performance lower than the demand W . A reliability evaluation algorithm is suggested for the proposed system. In order to increase the system availability, maintenance actions can be performed, and the elements can be optimally allocated. A joint element allocation and maintenance optimization model is formulated with the objective of minimizing the total maintenance cost subjected to the pre‐specified system availability requirement. Basic procedures of genetic algorithms are adapted to solve the optimization problem. Numerical experiments are presented to illustrate the applications.
