本文报道了在非离子表面活性剂PVA存在下,磷、硅、砷钼杂多酸-罗丹明6G形成离子缔合物,使罗丹明6G荧光猝灭。研究了罗丹明6G-磷、砷、硅钼杂多酸体系荧光光谱,形成条件和配合物组成。试验了共存离子的干扰。应用此方法对铜合金中磷、砷、硅进行同时测定,结果满意。  相似文献

测低含量的二氧化硅,分光光度法比较适用,但在类似条件下,磷、砷也和钼酸铵形成杂多酸,干扰测定,虽然可利用两种杂多酸形成速度不同,而同时测定硅和磷,或利用两种杂多酸稳定常数不同加入络合剂使磷分解,硅钼酸仍能稳定存在而进行硅的测定,但磷含量不能大于硅含量的150倍,否则会形成磷钼酸沉淀,使测定无法进行。本文提出加入适量的乙醇,可阻止磷钼酸沉淀.当铌、磷共存时加入常量的双倍掩蔽剂能消除铌、磷共存时产生的干扰.  相似文献

The H‐point standard addition method (HPSAM), based on spectrophotometric measurements for simultaneous determination of phosphate and silicate, has been established. The method is based on the difference between their reactions rates with molybdenum in the presence of ascorbic acid. The results revealed that phosphate and silicate could be determined simultaneously with the concentration ratios of phosphate to silicate varying from 1:10 to 12:1 in the binary mixtures. The effects of chelating agent nature, time, interferents and experimental variables are also investigated. Under working conditions, the proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of phosphate and silicate in synthetic detergents.  相似文献

Summary The simultaneous determination of In(III) and Cd(II), whose reduction potentials are very close to each other, was investigated by polarography in the presence of a crown ether such as 12-Crown-4, 15-Crown-5, or 18-Crown-6. An addition of the crown ether shifts the reduction potential of In(III) towards the negative side, its current remaining unchanged, while that of Cd(II) almost did not change, also leaving the wave current constant. Therefore, the difference in reduction potentials between two ions became appreciably large for the simultaneous determination by polarography.  相似文献

The H-point standard addition method (HPSAM), based on spectrophotometric measurement, for simultaneous determination of periodate-bromate and iodate-bromate mixtures is described. This method is based on the difference between the rates of their reactions with iodide in acidic media. The results showed that simultaneous determinations could be performed with the ratio 1:15-12:1 for periodate-bromate and 15:1-1:15 for iodate-bromate. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of periodate-bromate and iodate-bromate in water and synthetic samples.  相似文献

We describe a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in sediment based on liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure photoionization-mass spectrometry (LC/APPI/MS). The method consists of PAH extractions by ultrasonics, clean-up by a solid-phase extraction procedure and determination by LC/APPI/MS. The limits of the determination for PAHs in sediment using the proposed method ranged from 0.06 to 0.9 mg/kg. PAHs were detected by this method in sediment samples on the mg/kg level.  相似文献

A new method for the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative determination of alkyl benzyl and dialkyl quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs) has been developed. Analysis is by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry. QACs are extremely amenable to the electrospray ionisation technique (limit of detection of BAC C12 homologue 3 ng ml(-1)). The selectivity of mass spectrometric detection allows simultaneous determination of benzyl and dialkyl dimethyl ammonium compounds. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of real samples (occupational hygiene sampling devices, products and swimming pool water). Structural information was obtained by MS-MS and cone voltage ion dissociation techniques. Ion dissociation enabled the structural elucidation of an unknown quaternary ammonium compound present in a commercial formulation.  相似文献

本文将CPA-矩阵法用于光度分析中同时对多元素的测定, 确定了在SAF为显色剂、DTMAB为胶束增敏剂的配合体系中以CPA-矩阵法计算Mo、W、Ti三元素含量的各种最佳实验条件, 建立了在该体系中同时测定互相干扰的Mo、W、Ti三元素的分光光度法. 总结了进行多组份测定时选择分析波长的四项原则, 并依此确定了6个测定波长: 510、512、514、516、518、520nm为Mo、W、Ti三元素的测定波长. 依本文建立的方法, 通过对任意含量配比的三元素混合试样进行测定结果极为满意, 方法具有稳定、准确、简便、快速和经济等特点, 便于推广应用.  相似文献

1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) has been used for the simultaneous and individual determination of palladium and cobalt at trace levels. PAN complexes of palladium and cobalt at neutral pH form green-color neutral complexes, which are soluble in aqueous SDS micellar media. Under optimum conditions, calibration graphs for individual determinations by zero and first-derivative spectrophotometry, and also for simultaneous determinations by second-derivative spectrophotometry were obtained. A zero-crossing method using second-derivative spectrophotometry at 628 or 578 and 614 nm, respectively, for cobalt and palladium was used for simultaneous determinations. The method is able to determine the cobalt-to-palladium ratio, 5:1 to 1:10 (Wt/Wt), accurately. The accuracy and reproducibility of the determination method for various known amounts of cobalt and palladium in their binary mixtures were tested. The effects of diverse ions on the determination of cobalt and palladium to investigate the selectivity of the method were also studied. The recommended procedures were applied to a synthetic binary alloy, cobalt in vitamin B12 and B-complex ampoules, a Co2O3-Co3O4 laboratorial chemical mixture, some synthetic cobalt-alloy samples, a Pd-charcoal catalyst, and some synthetic palladium alloys.  相似文献

本文报道将乘子罚函数法用于处理多波长吸光度数据,同时测定样品中多组分的含量。简要介绍了原理和计算步骤。对安钠咖注射液模拟样和实际样品中的咖啡因、苯甲酸钠进行了测定,12份模拟样中咖啡因和苯甲酸钠的回收率分别为(100.16±0.54)%和(99.74±0.34)%(置信度95%),实际样品分析的结果与药典法一致。  相似文献
