利用频域有限差分法,应用各项异性完全匹配层,设计了不同结构的含CdS量子点薄膜的光子晶体光纤,通过求解麦克斯韦方程得到了相应的波导模本征方程,进而得到一个复数形式的传播常数和波导模有效折射率,并在此基础上分析了所设计光纤的色散及损耗特性.分析结果表明,含CdS量子点薄膜结构光子晶体光纤存在基模;增大孔间距和增大量子点薄膜厚度,零色散波长与最小损耗波长均发生红移;选择较小孔间距、较薄量子点薄膜结构和合适的光波长,会有效减小损耗.  相似文献

提出一种新型的双折射光子晶体光纤,在正八边形的基础上改变纤芯附近的几个空气孔的直径产生双折射.利用多极法对该光纤基模的模场分布、色散、限制损耗及双折射特性进行数值分析,并且分析了一些参数对双折射的影响.计算了具有相同参数的六边形结构光子晶体光纤的色散系数、限制损耗及双折射率.研究表明,具有相同参数的八边形结构光子晶体光纤比六边形结构光子晶体光纤的双折射率明显提高,限制损耗大幅度减小,零色散波长也向短波方向移动. 关键词: 光子晶体光纤 双折射 色散 限制损耗  相似文献

本文设计了两种具有微结构纤芯的光子晶体光纤(PCFs)——矩形芯和椭圆芯PCFs,利用电磁场散射的多极理论研究了这两种光纤的基本特性.发现在光纤包层气孔不变的情况下,仅通过调节纤芯气孔的大小就可以灵活地调节光纤的双折射、色散和非线性特性.随着纤芯气孔半径r1的增大,两种纤芯结构的PCFs表现出如下特点:双折射度增大且最大双折射度对应的波长发生红移,零色散波长由一个增加到三个,短波段非线性系数增大而长波段非线性系数减小.r1=0.4 μm的椭圆芯PCFs的三个零色 关键词: 微结构纤芯光子晶体光纤 双折射 色散 非线性  相似文献

应用全矢量模型分析类矩形芯光子晶体光纤的色散和偏振特性,讨论了光纤结构参数对光纤特性的影响.研究表明:类矩形芯光子晶体光纤的模式双折射比普通椭圆保偏光纤至少高一个数量级.增大光纤的相对孔径,可获得更高的双折射.零走离点对应的波长也比普通椭圆保偏光纤长,随着孔距的增大,走离曲线将向长波长方向产生移位,零走离点发生红移,零走离点所对应的波长与孔距成正比.零走离点的出现,将有效地抑制一阶偏振模色散.通过调整光纤的结构参数,可以获得灵活的色散特性,在孔距Λ=2μm, 相对孔径d/Λ=03时,在波长155μm附近,获得近400nm的超平坦色散区.该光纤在偏振控制、色散控制和管理方面具有广泛的应用前景. 关键词: 导波光学 光子晶体光纤 类矩形芯 全矢量  相似文献

针对光子晶体光纤多零色散点、高双折射的应用要求, 设计了一种新型结构的光子晶体光纤, 其纤芯由位于菱形四个角上的圆形空气孔组成. 通过有限元数值分析方法对该种结构光子晶体光纤的色散特性和双折射特性进行数值仿真, 得到色散与波长、色散与纤芯圆孔尺寸、双折射与波长、双折射与纤芯圆孔尺寸的关系. 研究结果表明:在满足光纤传输功率要求的条件下, 光纤的双折射在d1<0.8 μupm 时的性能较好. 同时, 该种结构的光子晶体光纤在芯区直径满足d1=0.4 μupm或 d1=0.6 μupm时会出现两个零色散点, 这对进一步研制具有多零色散点的光子晶体光纤具有重要的意义.  相似文献

提出了一种正方形排列渐增空气孔高双折射光子晶体光纤,并利用多极方法对光纤基模的模场分布、色散、双折射以及损耗特性进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明利用这种结构可以在包层空气孔层数较少的情况下实现极低的限制损耗,通过调节内层空气孔的分布可以有效地控制光纤的双折射和色散特性.本结果对高双折射光子晶体光纤的制备具有一定的指导意义. 关键词: 光子晶体光纤 双折射 限制损耗 多极方法  相似文献

数值模拟分析了一种新型高双折射光子晶体光纤中的脉冲俘获现象,以及泵浦脉冲入射条件对脉冲俘获效果的影响机理.结果表明:泵浦脉冲和信号脉冲处于零色散点附近,且分别处于光子晶体光纤的反常和正常色散区,其走离参量的数值小于10-12 s/m时,可以实现脉冲俘获;泵浦脉冲和信号脉冲的时域中心延迟对泵浦脉冲光谱红移量和信号脉冲光谱...  相似文献

采用油相法合成了CdSe/CdS/ZnS量子点,相对于CdSe量子点,其吸收光谱、发射光谱均发生了红移。利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件模拟CdSe/CdS/ZnS量子点光纤和甲苯光纤的电场分布,结果表明CdSe/CdS/ZnS量子点光纤的电场强度高于甲苯光纤。采用中心波长为532 nm的稳态半导体激光器作为光源,对甲苯光纤、CdSe/ZnS量子点光纤、CdSe/CdS/ZnS量子点光纤进行电压信号测试,发现CdSe/ZnS量子点光纤和CdSe/CdS/ZnS量子点光纤的电压信号值相对于甲苯光纤电压信号值分别增强了6.28 mV和18.43 mV,表明双壳型量子点光纤的增益高于单壳型量子点。  相似文献

利用光子晶体光纤在不同零色散波长附近具有不同色散的特性,研究了在零色散波长为780 nm和1550 nm附近的双泵浦光子晶体光纤参量放大过程.在780 nm附近,讨论了零色散波长变化对双泵浦光子晶体光纤参量放大的影响.数值模拟结果表明:当零色散波长发生微小的变化时,信号增益谱带宽会发生很大的变化.当两泵浦光之间的波长差值减小时,零色散波长的变化对参量放大的影响在很大程度上可以得到抑制,但是增益带宽会有一定的减小.依据这一原理,在1550 nm附近设计光子晶体光纤中的色散平坦光纤参量放大,在5 m长的光子晶体光纤中,当峰值功率为10 W时,得到了增益为65 dB,带宽达到420 nm且极为平坦的增益谱.  相似文献

测量了不同组份比例x的CdS_xSe_(1-x)/ZnS(核/壳)量子点的吸收谱和发射谱,确定了量子点的吸收系数、吸收截面和发射截面.量子点吸收截面随粒径的增大而增大、随x的增大而减小.采用紫外固化胶,制备了掺杂浓度为0.1~5mg/mL的CdS_(0.4)Se_(0.6)/ZnS量子点光纤,测量了不同掺杂浓度量子点光纤中473nm泵浦功率的吸收衰减速率.吸收衰减速率和吸收截面弱关联于掺杂浓度.测量了光致荧光光谱强度随光纤长度和量子点浓度的变化.量子点光纤的光致荧光峰值强度随掺杂浓度和光纤长度变化而变化,且存在一个与最大峰值强度对应的饱和掺杂浓度和光纤长度.本文的实验结果有助于进一步构建新型的CdS_xSe_(1-x)/ZnS量子点增益型光电子器件.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献
