Micromachining techniques were applied to construct biosensor systems. The micromachined biosensors have small size, low production cost, and good reproducibility. We made some detection units for flow injection analysis (FIA). An electrochemical flow cell was fabricated, and both the enzyme immobilized column and electrochemical detector were integrated onto the same chip. A chemiluminescence detector was also fabricated and applied to the determination of glucose and lactic acid contained in human serum and urine. 相似文献

Extending from the development of dual-electrode electrochemical detector, a hexa-electrode electrochemical detector for use with the FIA was proposed. With this hexa-electrode detector, the in-series and in-parallel modes of dual-electrode can be easily performed either individually or simultaneously. Feasibility of the hexa-electrode detector for repetitive analyses which would result in an enhancement of S/N ratio was demonstrated by running the square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) analysis of cadmium. From the normalized linear calibration graph and the enhanced sensitivity obtained. applicability of the HED as a versatile electrochemical detector for flow injection analysis was confirmed. 相似文献

A new concept based on the electrochemical conversion of analyte species during the injection into capillary flow systems is presented. This approach is termed electrochemically assisted injection (EAI). In a specially designed injection cell containing the analyte solution a conversion efficiency of about 83% can be achieved. Potassium octacyanotungstate(IV) served as a model compound for the analytical characterisation of EAI applying capillary flow injection analysis with double-pulse amperometric detection. Capillary electrophoresis experiments were performed using EAI to study the electrochemical oxidation of various ferrocene derivatives in acetonitrile solution. The electropherograms recorded with UV detection show separated signals for the ferrocene compounds and their oxidation products. The migration behaviour and the stability of ferrocenium cations and other reaction products were investigated. 相似文献

The enzyme catalase (EC: 1.11.1.6) has been covalently coupled onto the surface of glassy carbon (GC) powder matrix using a 16 atom spacer arm. The enzyme coupled powder was made into a paste electrode that was used to study the electrochemical properties. Standard electrochemical techniques like cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and flow injection analysis studies were carried out using this paste electrode. The cyclic voltammogram of the modified paste exhibited a clear increase in the reduction peak at −180 mV in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The potential at which maximum Faradaic activity was observed was determined using differential pulse voltammetry, which showed a clear peak at −100 mV. This potential was used to monitor the response of the electrode to varying substrate concentrations using a home made setup for flow injection analysis. A linear increase in the current values in the range 0.1–1 mM hydrogen peroxide concentration was observed in our system. 相似文献

The electrochemical analysis of tetracycline was investigated using nickel-implanted boron-doped diamond thin film electrode by cyclic voltammetry and amperometry with a flow injection system. Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the electrochemical oxidation of tetracycline. Comparison experiments were carried out using as-deposited boron-doped diamond thin film electrode (BDD). Nickel-implanted boron-doped diamond thin film electrode (Ni-DIA) provided well-resolved oxidation irreversible cyclic voltammograms. The current signals were higher than those obtained using the as-deposited BDD electrode. Results using nickel-implanted boron-doped diamond thin film electrode in flow injection system coupled with amperometric detection are presented. The optimum potential for tetracycline was 1.55 V versus Ag/AgCl. The linear range of 1.0 to 100 microM and the detection limit of 10 nM were obtained. In addition, the application for drug formulation was also investigated. 相似文献
