In this paper, the synthesis of 3‐aryl‐2,5‐dihydro‐1‐benzoxepines is described. While the reaction was started from phenol and based on the sequential reactions such as Claisen rearrangement, O‐alkylation, Wittig reaction, and ring‐closing metathesis (RCM), a series of new 3‐aryl‐1‐benzoxepines were prepared in good overall yields.  相似文献

The reaction of N,N′‐diarylselenoureas 16 with phenacyl bromide in EtOH under reflux, followed by treatment with NH3, gave N,3‐diaryl‐4‐phenyl‐1,3‐selenazol‐2(3H)‐imines 13 in high yields (Scheme 2). A reaction mechanism via formation of the corresponding Se‐(benzoylmethyl)isoselenoureas 18 and subsequent cyclocondensation is proposed (Scheme 3). The N,N′‐diarylselenoureas 16 were conveniently prepared by the reaction of aryl isoselenocyanates 15 with 4‐substituted anilines. The structures of 13a and 13c were established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

4‐Halo‐2(5H)‐furanones were prepared by the halolactonization of 2,3‐allenoic acids. The subsequent Suzuki coupling reaction of 4‐halo 2(5H)‐furanones with aryl boronic acids was carried out to produce 4‐aryl‐2(5H)‐furanones in excellent yields.  相似文献

A series of thiophenyl‐containing 3‐thiophene derivatives ( 4a – 4i ) were prepared via the reaction of chalcone‐analogua compounds ( 3a – 3i ) and thiophenol in the presence of catalytic amount of KOBu‐t in CH2Cl2 with moderate to high yields. The mechanistic pathway of the reaction was explained by the Michael‐type addition of thiophenol to chalcone derivatives ( 3a – 3i ).  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot condensation of β‐naphthol, aldehydes and cyclic 1,3‐dicarbonyl compound has been achieved with ionic liquids as catalyst, thus a variety of 8,9,10,12‐tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen‐11‐one derivatives were prepared in good yields. The present approach offers several advantages such as shorter reaction times, good yields and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

A safe, efficient, and improved procedure for the regioselective synthesis of 1‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazole derivatives under ambient conditions is described. Terminal alkynes reacted with oxiranes and NaN3 in the presence of a copper(I) catalyst, which is prepared by in situ reduction of the copper(II) complex 4 with ascorbic acid, in H2O. The regioselective reactions exclusively gave the corresponding 1,4‐disubstituted 1H‐1,2,3‐triazoles in good to excellent yields. This procedure avoids the handling of organic azides as they are generated in situ, making this already powerful click process even more user‐friendly and safe. The remarkable features of this protocol are high yields, very short reaction times, a cleaner reaction profile in an environmentally benign solvent (H2O), its straightforwardness, and the use of nontoxic catalysts. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recovered and recycled by simple filtration of the reaction mixture and reused for ten consecutive trials without significant loss of catalytic activity. No metal‐complex leaching was observed after the consecutive catalytic reactions.  相似文献

The reaction of aryl(3‐isocyanopyridin‐4‐yl)methanones 1 , easily prepared from commercially available pyridin‐3‐amine, with aryl Grignard reagents gave, after aqueous workup, 2,3‐diaryl‐3H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐c]pyridin‐3‐ols 2 . These rather unstable alcohols were O‐acylated with Ac2O in pyridine in the presence of a catalytic amount of 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) to afford the corresponding 2,3‐diaryl‐3H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐c]pyridin‐3‐yl acetates 3 in relatively good yields.  相似文献

The first preparation of acridin‐9(10H)‐ones carrying a tertiary thiocarbamoyl group at C(10), i.e., N,N‐dialkyl‐9‐oxoacridine‐10(9H)‐carbothioamides 9 , is described. The method is based on the reaction of (2‐halophenyl)(2‐isothiocyanatophenyl)methanones 7 , prepared from (2‐aminophenyl)(2‐halophenyl)methanones 5 by a convenient three‐step sequence, with secondary amines in DMF at room temperature to generate the corresponding thiourea derivatives 8 in situ, which are treated with NaH at 100–120° to provide the desired products in one‐pot reactions in generally good yields.  相似文献

The three‐component Biginelli‐like cyclocondensation reaction of enamines 1 , urea, and aldehydes in dioxane/acetic acid efficiently afforded the corresponding 6‐unsubstituted 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H)‐ones 2 in good yields (Scheme 1, Table). The corresponding reaction of azaenamine (=hydrazone) 7 with benzaldehyde and urea afforded 6‐acetyl‐1,2,4‐triazin‐3(2H)‐ones in good yields (Scheme 3).  相似文献

An operationally simple approach for the tandem synthesis of isoquinolines by the reaction of o‐alkynylaldehydes with ammonium bicarbonate via Ag‐catalyzed 6‐endo‐dig ring closure is described. The reaction conditions and the scope of the reaction are examined, and a variety of substituted isoquinolines are prepared in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of 1‐acyl‐3,4‐dihydroquinazoline‐2(1H)‐thiones 5 has been developed. The reaction of N‐[2‐(azidomethyl)phenyl] amides 3 , easily prepared by a three‐step sequence starting with (2‐aminophenyl)methanols, with Ph3P, followed by CS2, allowed generation of N‐[2‐(isothiocyanatomethyl)phenyl]‐amide intermediates 4 , which underwent cyclization on treatment with NaH to furnish the corresponding desired products in generally good yields.  相似文献

By the treatment of N‐3‐bromo‐3‐alkenylthioamides with sodium hydroxide in DMF‐H2O in the presence of tetra‐butylammonium bromide, series of 6‐alkylidene‐5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐1,3‐thiazine derivatives were prepared in moderate to good yields. The cyclization is supposed to proceed via both the intramolecular vinylic nucleophilic substitution and the elimination‐addition mechanisms (formation of acetylenic intermediates) in a competitive manner.  相似文献

The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization/addition reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

Application of the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction for efficient synthesis of diverse substituted biaryl‐chromen‐4‐ones using an optimized palladium(0) catalyst system is reported. The coupling of arylboronic acids with the resin‐bound bromoflavanones which were prepared by organoselenium‐induced regioselective intramolecular cyclization of bromo‐2‐hydroxylchalcones proceeded smoothly. Biaryl‐chromen‐4‐ones were synthesized by subsequent selenoxide syn‐elimination in good total yields.  相似文献

Regio‐ and enantioselective synthesis of N‐allylindoles was realized through an iridium‐catalyzed asymmetric allylic amination reaction with 2‐alkynylanilines and subsequent transition‐metal‐catalyzed cyclization reactions. The highly enantioenriched allylic amines prepared from Ir‐catalysis were treated with catalytic amount of NaAuCl4 ? 2 H2O or PdCl2 providing various substituted N‐allylindoles in excellent yields and enantioselectivities.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐2,3‐dihydro‐3‐sulfanyl‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐ones 1 via Pummerer‐type cyclization of N‐aryl‐2‐(sulfinylmethyl)benzamides 2 is described. Thus, treatment of these sulfinyl‐benzamides 2 , easily prepared from 2‐(bromomethyl)benzoates 3 in three steps, with Ac2O at ca. 100° resulted in the formation of the desired isoindolones 1 in generally good yields.  相似文献

Stereospecific synthesis of a family of novel (E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐silylalka‐1,4‐dienes or (E)‐4‐aryl‐5‐silylpenta‐1,2,4‐trienes via a cross‐coupling of (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes with allyl halides or propargyl bromide is described. In the reaction with allyl bromide, either a Pd(dba)2? CuI combination (dba, dibenzylideneacetone) in DMF or copper(I) iodide in DMSO–THF readily catalyzes or mediates the coupling reaction of (Z)‐silyl(stannyl)ethenes at room temperature, producing novel vinylsilanes bearing an allyl group β to silicon with cis ‐disposition in good yields. Allyl chlorides as halides can be used in the CuI‐mediated reaction. CuI alone much more effectively mediates the cross‐coupling reaction with propargyl bromide in DMSO–THF at room temperature compared with a Pd(dba)2? CuI combination catalysis in DMF, providing novel stereodefined vinylsilanes bearing an allenyl group β to silicon with cis ‐disposition in good yields. The reaction of 1H‐imidazole‐4‐carbohydrazides 1 , which are conveniently accessible by treatment of the corresponding esters with NH2NH2?H2O, with isothiocyanates in refluxing EtOH led to thiosemicarbazides (=hydrazinecarbothioamides) 4 in high yields (Scheme 2). Whereas 4 in boiling aqueous NaOH yielded 2,4‐dihydro‐3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiones 5 , the reaction in concentrated H2SO4 at room temperature gave 1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amines 6 . Similarly, the reaction of 1 with butyl isocyanate led to semicarbazides 7 , which, under basic conditions, undergo cyclization to give 2,4‐dihydro‐3H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐ones 8 (Scheme 3). Treatment of 1 with Ac2O yielded the diacylhydrazine derivatives 9 exclusively, and the alternative isomerization of 1 to imidazol‐2‐ones was not observed (Scheme 4). It is important to note that, in all these transformations, the imidazole N‐oxide residue is retained. Furthermore, it was shown that imidazole N‐oxides bearing a 1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione or 1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine moiety undergo the S‐transfer reaction to give bis‐heterocyclic 1H‐imidazole‐2‐thiones 11 by treatment with 2,2,4,4‐tetramethylcyclobutane‐1,3‐dithione (Scheme 5).  相似文献

Catalyzed by molecular iodine at room temperature, under solvent‐free conditions, a two component aza‐Diels‐Alder cyclization of N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone with N‐arylimine gave tetrahydroquinoline derivatives in good yields and high stereo‐selectivity. And three components aza‐Diels‐Alder reaction of N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone, anilines and indole‐3‐carbaldehydes under the same condition afford only cis‐product in good yields.  相似文献
