A novel MnⅡ complex [{Mn(IBG)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)}·4H2O]n 1(H2IBG=isophtha-loylbisglycine and 2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n,with a=13.667(2),b=14.045(2),c=14.195(2),β=101.483(3)°,V=2670.1(7)3,Z=4,C22H26N4O11Mn,Mr=577.41,Dc=1.436 g/cm3,F(000)=1196.0,μ(MoKα)=0.558 mm-1,the final R=0.0578 and wR=0.1460 for 2974 observed reflections with I2σ(I).In the structure,the MnⅡ atom is coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment arranged by one water molecule,one 2,2'-bipy ligand and two IBG ligands.  相似文献

以1,2,4,5-苯四甲酸(H4BTEC)为原料,用水热法合成了新的三维配合物Ni2(BTEC)(H2O)4·2H2O(1),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征.1属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.691 5(3) nm, b=0.740 2(3) nm, c=1.554 2(7) nm, α=88.344(6)°, β=85.070(6)°, γ=86.594(6)°, V=0.790 9(6) nm3, Z=2, Mr=475.63 g·mol-1, Dc=1.997 g·cm-3, μ=2.457 mm-1, F(000)=484, R1=0.029 2, wR2=0.064 8, S=1.011. 1中Ni原子均处于倒反中心上,与BTEC4-配体的四个羧基上的4个O原子和两个配位水上的2个O原子配位,形成一个畸变的八面体几何构型.H4BTEC完全去质子化,并以μ6-配位方式桥联6个Ni原子,形成罕见的(4,6)-连接点的三维超分子结构,其拓扑类型为(44.62)2(44.610.8).  相似文献

在水溶液中以Cu(NO3)·3H2O,2-mpac和KSCN反应得到了一个通过硫氰酸根桥连的混配配合物[Cu(2-mpac)(SCN)(H2O)·H2O]n(1)(2-mpac:5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylie acid),利用元素分析,红外光谱,单晶X射线衍射,X射线粉末衍射以及热重分析对配合物1进行了表征.晶体学数据:三斜晶系,P-1空间群,a=0.5567(2)nm,6=1.0339(3)nm,c=1.0532(3)nm,α=64.030(2)°,β=77.620(3)°,γ=85.945(3)°,V=0.5321(3)nm3',Z=2,S=1.061,最终偏离因子[I>2σ(I)]R1=0.0444,wR2=0.0905,对于全部数据R1=0.0647,wR2=0.0988.变温磁化率研究表明配合物1中的Cu(Ⅱ)离子之间存在弱的反铁磁相互作用.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H_2O)_3}·2H_2O]_n   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc = 5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 9.599(3), b = 18.699(5), c = 7.557(2) , β = 108.198(4)°, V = 1288.6(6) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 382.60, Dc = 1.972 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ = 1.740, the final R = 0.0555 and wR = 0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A novel NiⅡ complex {[Ni(IBG)(μ-H2O)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n 1(H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectra,and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2/c with a = 15.40(2),b = 6.960(10),c = 7.865(11) ,β = 90.32(3)o,V = 843(2) 3,Z = 2,C12H18NiN2O11,Mr = 424.99,Dc = 1.675 g/cm3,F(000) = 440,μ(MoKα) = 1.214 mm-1,the final R = 0.0514 and wR = 0.1247 for 1078 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the structure,each NiⅡcenter is situated in the center of a rather regular octahedron.Moreover,thermal stability has been studied and magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions for this complex.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) A, α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90o, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) A3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2'-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献
