研究了 L D泵浦的单频种籽激光器。以 Nd:YAG和 Nd:YL F晶体为工作介质 ,采用微片腔的谐振腔形式 ,获得了 1.0 6μm和 1.0 5 3μm的单频激光输出 ,其输出功率分别为 90 m W和 10 m W。采用光纤延迟自零差拍法测量了单频固体激光的线宽 ,其线宽为 30 0 k Hz。  相似文献

Two semiconductor saturable absorber mirrors (SESAMs), of which one is coated with 50% reflection film on the top and the other is not, were contrastively studied in passively mode-locked solid-state lasers which were pumped by low output power laser diode (LD). Experiments have shown that reducing the modulation depth of SESAM by coating partial reflection film, whose reflectivity is higher than that between SESAM and air interface, is an effective method to get continuous wave (CW) mode-locking instead of Q-switched power LD, in which no water-cooling system was used, could obtain CW mode-locking by the 50% reflector coated SESAM with average output power of ~ 20 mW.  相似文献

本文对非线性激活复合功能晶体激光器提出了一种新的理论模型.该模型采用慢变波近似,建立了耦合波-速率方程;并利用计算机对复合功能晶体NYAB激光器进行模拟,得到理论结果;并讨论了阀值及峰值功率.实际上采用波长为589nm巨脉冲激光泵浦,对(Nd_xY_(1-x)Al_3(BO_3)_4)NYAB激光器激光复合效应进行了研究,获得自倍频绿光输出峰值功率达37.5kW.理论与实验结果符合得较为满意.最后对理论模型与实验的偏差,探讨了一些改进器件设计的途径.  相似文献

 采用974 nm半导体激光器作为泵浦源,超高掺杂Yb3+光纤作为增益介质,利用光纤的非线性偏振旋转效应,得到稳定的ps量级锁模光脉冲。泵浦功率220 mW时,激光器锁模阈值功率150 mW,输出功率26 mW,锁模光脉冲中心波长1 046 nm,3 dB带宽6.01 nm,20 dB带宽16 nm,脉宽22 ps,重复频率20 MHz。与同类光纤激光器相比,该激光器输出功率高,具有更好的稳定性。  相似文献

利用棱镜对引进频谱空间啁啾来补偿飞秒脉冲激光二次谐波产生中的相位失配,提高了倍频效率建立了一套全固态、多波长(1065nm, 532nm,823.1nm, 402nm)飞秒脉冲激光系统自制的Nd:YVO4激光器输出532nm绿光激光,最高平均功率可达5.6W当用2.5W绿光激光泵浦时,从自制的钛宝石激光器及经BBO倍频可分别输出中心波长为823.1nm和402nm,平均功率300mW和73mW,谱宽32.3nm和5.1nm,脉宽22fs和33.3fs、重复率108MHz的近红外和蓝光激光整个系统具有结构紧凑、倍频效率高、运行稳定的特点.  相似文献

Efficiencies improvement of LD (laser diode) pumped multimode large mode area (LMA) Tm3+ doped double cladding silica fiber lasers with different in-line biconial tapers were reported. Two types of multimode Tm3+ doped fiber were used in this experiment. Each type of fiber was made into three fiber lasers, a uniform geometry fiber laser and two tapered fiber lasers with different taper parameters. Biconical tapers located several centimeters from the output end of the multimode fiber lasers were made by heating and stretching method. Although the threshold of the best tapered fiber laser was added 200 mW, the slope efficiency (25.3%) and the maximum output power (1.31 W) of the fiber laser increased by 10.3% and 350 mW respectively, in comparison with the un-tapered one. Pre and post output laser power ratio was 6.3–15.6. Simultaneously, the laser spectrum moved to shorter wavelengths. The same trends of these characteristics were also observed in the other three tapered fiber lasers.  相似文献

In high power laser systems, the stability of the seed laser is vitally important. This paper presents the work on the design and manufacture of a highly stable LD pumped solid state seed laser which has the advantages of being all solid state, compact, easy to manufacture and low cost. The laser was composed of two parts. One was an LD pumped 0.5 mm thin Nd: YLF laser system in which the instability was around±6% (3σ). The other was a close-looped laser power control system using external cavity power feedback. Using an electro-optic modulator, a 1×2 optical fiber splitter and a signal processing circuit, we successfully realized the highly stable LD pumped Nd: YLF laser in which the instability of laser output power was lower than±0.2 %/hour (3σ). A digital PID (Proportion, Integration and Differentiation) control method was used with a control frequency of 40 kHz. The 3 mW of highly stable laser power through the optical fiber was obtained.  相似文献

基于对Nd:GdVO4晶体热焦距的测量及其1.06 μm激光基本性能,用三镜折叠腔研究了半导体激光器(LD)泵浦的Nd:GdVO4/KTP晶体的内腔倍频性质.当用从直径为200 μm的单光纤输出的低功率的半导体激光泵浦时,绿光的阈值是26 mW,光光转换效率为17.3%.当用从直径为1.55 mm的光纤束输出的高功率的半导体激光泵浦时,绿光的阈值是200 mW,光光转换效率为19.35%.  相似文献

建立了在同一块非线性激光晶体上实现自混频激光的理论模型。该模型计入了具有任意腰斑大小的泵浦光和腔内基频光的空间分布,并将该模型应用到NYAB和Nd:GdCOB的自混频蓝光实验。理论分析预测和证实了一些实验结果,同时,讨论和总结了提高自混频激光输出效率的途径。  相似文献

 以两台808 nm半导体激光器LD1和LD2为泵浦源,对光纤激光器双端泵浦进行了研究,获得了6.5 W的激光输出。实验分别测出了LD1和LD2半导体激光器单端泵浦和双端泵浦时的输出功率,对双端泵浦输出功率与单端泵浦功率之和进行了比较,利用双端泵浦提高了泵浦效率和输出激光功率。同时测量了输出激光的偏振度,通过计算得到双端泵浦输出激光的偏振度为0.5。  相似文献

在考虑增益、损耗、群速度色散、自相位调制、快速可饱和吸收体等各种参数同时作用情况下,分析了非线性偏振旋转效应自启动锁模机理,研究了腔体参数与锁模脉冲之间的关系,并给出飞秒被动锁模环形腔掺Er3+光纤激光器实验原理。实验采用性能稳定的980nm半导体激光器作为抽运源,高掺杂短长度掺Er3+光纤作为增益介质,利用非线性偏振旋转锁模技术,得到了稳定的飞秒自起振锁模光脉冲。抽运功率为23mW时,激光器输出锁模脉冲中心波长1552nm,3dB带宽为7.6nm,重复频率14.0MHz,平均输出功率0.43mW,自起振锁模泵浦阈值功率11.5mW,并观测到了稳定的高阶锁模脉冲输出。该激光器与报道过的相同结构光纤激光器相比,自起振泵浦阈值低、脉冲能量高、稳定性好,且频谱边带幅度小。  相似文献

Free-running emerald laser pumped by 660-nm laser diode (LD) was reported. Free-running output powerof 24 mW has been obtained with overall efficiency of 1.4% and slope efficiency of 11.9% when the LD incident power was 2.56 W. A new experimental result obtained for the first time about LD pumped Nd: YAG microchip lasers in China is presented. The output power reached 62.5mW, when the input power was 340mW.  在铒/镱共掺杂有源光纤上直接刻蚀光栅,制成一台紧凑型非对称π相移分布反馈光纤激光器。光栅总长度约50 mm,最佳相移位置在29 mm处,最佳耦合系数为150 m-1。采用980 nm激光二极管同向泵浦,当最大泵浦功率为200 mW时,在1 550.94 nm处实现约10 mW激光输出,线宽小于0.05 nm,阈值约35 mW,斜率效率为6.06%,总光 光转换效率为5%,基本满足长距离光通信系统光源功率实用化的要求。  相似文献

报道了采用半导体二极管抽运的掺钕钨酸钇钾[Nd3+KY(WO4)2](简称NdKYW)蓝绿光激光器。腔内倍频采用了Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO(LiB3O5)晶体作为倍频器,阈值抽运功率为400 mW,在抽运功率为2 W时获得了200 mW的530 nm连续激光输出,其倍频光的光-光转换效率为10%。  相似文献

We present an investigation of the excited-state absorption and laser emission of a 1.0-at. %-Nd3+-doped YVO4 single-crystal fiber grown by the low-cost and versatile laser-heated pedestal growth technique. Efficient laser emission at 1064 nm was achieved when the fiber was pumped, in an end-pump cavity, by a Ti:sapphire laser at 808 nm. A continuous-wave threshold of 10 mW was observed with an efficiency of 42% with respect to the absorbed pump power and the maximum output power of 200 mW. These results are excellent when compared with those of a commercial bulk crystal adapted to the same cavity (48% efficiency, 250-mW maximum output power). Thus the fibers are characterized as strong candidates for the construction of compact lasers that can also be pumped by low-cost diode lasers.  相似文献
