<正>The generalized two-dimensional correlation analysis based on time-resolved light scattering patterns(2D TRLS) has been employed to study the phase separation process of an epoxy-amine-polyethersulfone blend in which the secondary phase separation takes place.The results of the 2D TRLS provided more detailed information that was not readily observed in the 1D TRLS patterns.(i) During the first process of phase separation,the sequential order of coarsening in size of the domains among the larger and smaller ones has been reversed between the diffusion regime and the hydrodynamic regime. (ii) The change of the larger domains in size,due to the hydrodynamic flow in the late stage of the first phase separation process,keeps on taking place earlier than that of the new domains appeared in the secondary phase separation process. (iii) During the secondary phase separation process the size growth of the smaller domains takes place earlier than that of the larger ones,probably due to the assumption that the coarsening mode could decrease the interface tension more quickly.  相似文献

Four neutral amino acids (Gly, Ala,.Val and Leu) were separated with ligand exchange resins. The separation capacity of the ligand exchange resins is compared with that of common ion exchange resins. The effects of eluent, column temperature, and central metal ions of the support on the separation are studied. A microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography method has been firstly used for the separation of the therapeutically important xanthones from Securidaca inappendiculata. The separation of the nine xanthones was systematically optimized with respect to pH, composition of microemulsion,addition of cyclodextrins, applied voltage and column temperature. Development of miniaturized separation system consisted of microscale extraction and liquid phase separation processes has been reviewed. Various types of novel bonded stationary phases have been developed on the basis of the systematic analysis for the retention behavior of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on experimentally synthesized phases. In this review, the miniaturization of microscale sample preparation technique and the effective on-line coupling to microcolumn liquid phase separations are also described especially focusing on the approach by the author‘‘s group. The novel use of synthetic polymer filaments as the stationary phase and extraction media in those microscale separation systems will be introduced along with the applications in gas chromatographic separation.  相似文献

The electrostatic interaction between additive and analyte is of great importance to non-aqueous cap- illary electrophoresis(NACE)separation.Three tetraalkylammonium bromides and acetonitrile were applied as additives and running solvent respectively.The effect of alkyl chain length and concentra- tion of additive on electrostatic interactions was investigated by the separation of phenols.The sepa- ration ability was found to increase with decreasing alkyl chain length of the additive,and the resolu- tion values were increased with increasing additive concentration.The separation was seriously dete- riorated after a little amount of water was added in the running solution.Furthermore,the electrostatic interaction is strong under the conditions of low electron cloud density,weak steric hindrance and multi-interaction sites.Thus,the separation result can be predicted by theoretical analysis,which is helpful for the separation of other substances in NACE based on electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

This review summarizes the preparation methods of support ionic liquids (SILs) and their applications in rare metals separation. The rare metals separation includes the recovery of high value metal ions and the removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater. SILs can be used as a kind of highly efficient multifunctional separation materials. The preparation methods of SILs include chemical immobilization technique in which ILs moieties are supported on solid supports via covalent bonds and physical immobilization techniques in which ILs are immobilized on solid supports via physical method such as simple im- pregnation, sol-gel method. According to the difference of solid supports, this review summarizes the application of polymer supported ionic liquids (P-SILs), silica based material supported ionic liquids (SM-SILs) and membrane supported ionic liq- uids (M-SILs) in rare metals separation. P-SILs and SM-SILs prepared by chemical method with N-methylimidazolium group can be used as highly efficient anion exchangers with high thermal stability and good chemical stability for adsorption of Cr(VI), Re(VII), Ce(IV). P-SILs prepared via simple impregnation afforded IL functionalized solvent impregnated resins (SIRs) which showed high separation efficiency and selectivity in the separation of rare earths(III) (REs(III)). SM-SILs prepared via sol-gel method with IL doped in the support as porogens or extractant show high removal efficiencies and excellent stability for the separation of RE(III), Cr(III) and Cr(VI). M-SILs with IL as plasticizer or carrier show improved stability, high perme- ability coefficient and good selectivity for Cr(VI) transport. Different supports and different supporting methods were suffi- ciently compared. Based on the different practical application, different forms of SILs can be prepared for separation of rare metals with high separation efficiency and selectivity.  相似文献

In recent times, membranes have found wide applications in gas separation processes. As most of the industrial membrane separation units use hollow fiber modules, having a proper model for simulating this type of membrane module is very useful in achieving guidelines for design and characterization of membrane separation units. In this study, a model based on Coker, Freeman, and Fleming's study was used for estimating the required membrane area. This model could simulate a multicomponent gas mixture separation by solving the governing differential mass balance equations with numerical methods. Results of the model were validated using some binary and multicomponent experimental data from the literature. Also, the artificial neural network (ANN) technique was applied to predict membrane gas separation behavior and the results of the ANN simulation were compared with the simulation results of the model and the experimental data. Good consistency between these results shows that ANN method can be successfully used for prediction of the separation behavior after suitable training of the network  相似文献

The separation of enantiomers of a series of eighteen novel nitrogen mustard linked phosphoryl diamide derivatives was investigated on the prepared phenyl carbamate derivative β-cy-clodextrin bonded phase in normal-phase HPLC. The adsorptive capacity and selectivity of a novel adsorbent with pyridyl group toward stevia glycosides were studied. The effect of polarity and physical structure of the sorbent on the selectivity was investigated in detail. Two separation methods were applied in the enrichment of rebaudioside A(RA). They were selective elution using methanol or ethanol solution as solvent, and dynamic chromatographic separation using pyridyl resin with high selectivity. Results show that the chromatographic separation method can effectively enrich RA from stevia glycoside with high content of stevioside.  相似文献
