有偏压的光伏光折变晶体中屏蔽光伏孤子的自偏转 总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3
修正了有偏压的光伏光折变晶体中屏蔽光伏孤子的理论。用微扰法研究了屏蔽光伏孤子的自偏转,得出孤子光呸中心的运动为抛物线,并且空间频率分量随传播距离而线性移动,改变外偏压或旋转光的偏振方向可以控制其自偏转。当光伏效应可忽略时,屏蔽光伏孤子的非线性波动方程就转化为屏蔽孤子的非线性波动方程,它的自偏转就转化为屏蔽孤子的自偏转。当外偏压为零时,屏蔽光伏孤子的非线性波动方程就转化为光伏孤子的非线性波动方程,它的自偏转证明了光伏孤子中也存在着自偏转。 相似文献

通过考虑扩散效应的影响,采用数值方法,研究了一维稳态闭路光伏暗空间孤子的自偏转特性。结果表明,在扩散项的影响下,光伏暗空间孤子光束的中心沿一个抛物线轨迹在光折变晶体光轴方向上产生偏转;孤子中心偏转距离随光伏场以及入射孤子波强度的增加而单调增加。光伏暗空间孤子与明孤子的自偏转规律有明显不同。 相似文献

用数值方法证实了亮、暗屏蔽光伏孤子在有外加电场的LiNbO3晶体中都可以发生大自偏转,并验证了这种自偏转现象不但与晶体中受主浓度NA有关而且还与外加电场E0有关. 在E0相同的条件下,NA越小这种自偏转现象越明显,在NA相同的条件下,E0越大自偏转现象越明显. 还发现亮、暗屏蔽光伏孤子的自偏转现象不同:亮屏蔽光伏孤子整体都发生明显偏转,暗屏蔽光伏孤子的偏转只是发生在一侧,其极值位置和另一侧几乎不发生偏转.

In an open-circuit dissipative photovoltaic (PV) crystal, by
considering the diffusion effect, the deflection of bright
dissipative photovoltaic (DPV) solitons has been investigated by
employing numerical technique and perturbational procedure. The
relevant results show that the centre of the optical beam moves along
a parabolic trajectory, while the central spatial-frequency component
shifts linearly with the propagation distance; furthermore, both the
spatial deflection and the angular derivation are associated with the
photovoltaic field. Such DPV solitons have a fixed deflection degree
completely determined by the parameters of the dissipative system.
The small bending cannot affect the formation of the DPV soliton via
two-wave mixing. 相似文献

We study steering of weak-light solitons in a resonant lambda-type atomic system. Signal soliton steering can be realized via input angle and power control of the control soliton. It is shown that, the deflection angle of a vertical input signal soliton increases linearly with the increase of the input angle of the control soliton due to the repulsive effect in collision, and thus leads to the increase of the output position shift of the signal soliton. When a signal soliton is input parallel with a control soliton, the output position shift of the signal soliton depends parabolically on the normalized power of the control soliton. Decreasing their soliton separation can increase the output position shift of the signal soliton. These properties may be useful in all-optical soliton switching and optical information processing, etc. 相似文献

We address a simple way to achieve routing of optical spatial solitons via soliton interactions in the inhomogeneous nonlocal media. We reveal that the variation of the nonlocality disturbs the solitons pairs and splits them into two individual solitons which have the same escape angle but opposite deflection directions. In particular, the escape angle monotonically increases with the increase of the nonlocality variation rate. We demonstrate that the soliton pairs could form self-consistent waveguides that are able to controllably guide a weak signal by any output positions. 相似文献

Methods of reducing the soliton interaction in distributed erbium-doped fiber amplifiers have been studied. The results show: if the optical phase conjugation is applied in proper periodic length, input relative phase between two solitons, and non-equal amplitude input is chosen, the soliton-soliton interaction and soliton self frequency shift can be deleted effectively. 相似文献

提出了一种利用孤子绝热放大效应与高阶孤子脉冲压缩效应相结合来压缩飞秒高阶孤子的新方法.通过数值模拟方法证明,采用三阶色散为负的色散缓变光纤压缩高阶孤子,可利用喇曼散射效应与负三阶色散的相互作用,消除正三阶色散对光脉冲压缩产生的不利影响,增加压缩比,提高压缩后光脉冲的质量.研究表明,在色散缓变参量一定的情况下,孤子阶数越高,所需最佳光纤长度越短、光脉冲的压缩比越大;对于相同功率的孤子光脉冲,光脉冲的压缩比随着色散缓变参量的增大而增大;无论是孤子脉冲还是高斯脉冲都适合于色散缓变光纤中的高阶孤子脉冲压缩. 相似文献

The low-amplitude spatial solitons in biased photovoltaic photorefractive crystals are investigated theoretically. The analytical solutions for both the bright and the dark low-amplitude screening-photovoltaic spatial solitons in photorefractive crystals are obtained. The expressions for the width of these solitons are given. The explicit expressions for the spatial deflection and angular deviation of the bright low-amplitude screening-photovoltaic spatial soliton are also presented by taking into account the effect of diffusion. 相似文献

We study the dynamics of bright solitons formed in a Bose-Einstein condensate with attractive atomic interactions perturbed by a weak bichromatic optical lattice potential. The lattice depth is a biperiodic function of time with a zero mean, which realizes a flashing ratchet for matter-wave solitons. We find that the average velocity of a soliton and the soliton current induced by the ratchet depend on the number of atoms in the soliton. As a consequence, soliton transport can be induced through scattering of different solitons. In the regime when matter-wave solitons are narrow compared to the lattice period the dynamics is well described by the effective Hamiltonian theory. 相似文献
