The Schiff base pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde-4-aminoantipyrine (CI7H16N4O 1) and its perchlorate (C17H17N4O·ClO4 2) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray crystallography analysis. Both 1 and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. For 1, a = 8.6820(12), b = 24.934(3), c = 7.0064(10) A,, β= 97.942(3)°, V = 1502.2(4) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.293 g/cm^3, F(000) = 616,μ = 0.084 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0592 and wR = 0.1244. For 2, a = 5.9302(2), b = 20.347(7), c = 14.663(6) A, β= 90.200(9)°, V= 1769.201) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.475 g/cm^3, F(000) = 816, μ = 0.254 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0533 and wR = 0.0819. As expected, both molecular structures of 1 and 2 adopt a trans configuration about the central C=N double bond. 2 is an ionic compound with the protonation at N(1) of pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde-4- aminoantipyrine.  相似文献

The self-assembly reactions of MIICl2 (M = Ni, Co) with the flexible bix ligand [bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene] yielded a 2D network [NiII(bix)2Cl2]n 1 and a 1D chain [CoII(bix)Cl2]n 2. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Complex 1 characters a two-dimensional grid-type structure and crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.7231(7), b = 12.7787(9), c = 13.9374(13) , β = 105.419(4)o, C28H28Cl2N8Ni, Mr = 606.19, Ζ = 2, V = 1326.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.518 g/cm3, μ = 0.969 mm-1, F(000) = 628, R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0783 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Compound 2 is a one-dimensional chain and crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 11.3696(6), b = 10.2128(6), c = 14.4943(9) , C14H14Cl2CoN4, Mr = 368.12, Z = 4, V = 1683.01(17) 3, Dc = 1.453 g/cm3, μ = 1.334 mm-1, F(000) = 748, R = 0.0317 and wR = 0.0800 for 1778 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). A titanocene-ferrocenyl complex, (5-ferrocenyl-2-hydroxybenzenecarboxylato- O,O′)-bis(methylcyclopentadienyl)titanium(IV) 4, and an unexpected ionic complex, [C7H8NO3]- [(C5H5)Fe(C5H4)SO3]·H2O3 were synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. Crystallographic data for 1:C14H32CeFeN6O8S4, Mr = 736.67, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.952(1), b =13.7276(9), c = 15.392(1) (A), β = 108.288(1)°, V = 2999.6(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.631 g/cm3,μ =2.304 mm-1, F(000) = 1480, R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1611; and those for 2: C14H32CoLaN6O8S4,Mr=738.54, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 14.945(3), b = 13.731(3), c = 15.300(3) (A), β=107.806(1)°, V= 2989.3(11) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.641 g/cm3,μ = 2.288 mm-1, F(000) = 1480, R =0.0383 and wR = 0.1132. In both complexes the lanthanide ion is eight-coordinated in a square antiprism arrangement, and the Fe(Ⅲ) or Co(Ⅲ) ion in a nearly regular octahedral environment.The [LnM(CN)6(DMSO)4(H2O)3]·H2O (Ln = Ce and M = Fe for 1; Ln = La and M = Co for 2)species are held together via hydrogen bonds by coordinated water molecules, lattice water molecules and nitrogen atoms of cyanide groups to form a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

Crystallographic data for 1: C10H14CeFeN6O3S2, Mr = 526.36, monoclinic, P2/n, a = 7.852(4), b = 10.729(5), c = 11.181(5) (A), β = 96.992(8)°, V = 935.0(7) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.870 g/cm3, μ = 3.421 mm-1, F(000) = 512, R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0971; and those for 2: C10H14EuFeN6O3S2, Mr = 538.20, monoclinic, P2/n, a = 7.739(5), b = 10.668(7), c = 11.008(7) A, β = 96.943(3)°, V = 902.1(11) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.981 g/cm3, μ= 4.499 mm-1, F(000) = 522, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0855. In each complex the lanthanide ion is seven-coordinated in a pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement, and the Fe(Ⅲ) ion is in a nearly regular octahedral environment. The title complexes can be described as two-dimensional (2-D) stair-like structures, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form three-dimensional (3-D) frameworks.  相似文献

Crystallographic data for 1: C22H10ZnN6O5, Mr = 503.73, triclinic, space group P , a = 6.1411(5), b = 10.9111(9), c = 14.1925(1) , α = 89.1830(1), β = 79.3030(1), γ = 84.6350(1)o, V = 930.36(1) 3, Dc = 1.798 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.376 mm-1, F(000) = 508, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0323 and wR = 0.0789. 1 has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermal analysis, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three different 1,2-BDC ligands and two nitrogen atoms from one OHCT ligand, showing a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration.  相似文献
