用飞秒Ti:sapphire激光测定了3个对称噁二唑衍生物4-{N,N-双[4-(4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯乙烯基)苯基]氨基}苯甲醛(Bis-oxa)、2,5-双{4-[2-N,N-双(4-{4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯乙烯基}苯基)氨基苯乙烯基]苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(Quadri-oxa)和2,5-双(4-{2-N,N-双[({3,5-二[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯基}乙烯基)苯基]氨基苯乙烯基}苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑(Octu-oxa)的三光子吸收谱和三光子荧光光谱. 在1260 nm飞秒激光激发下, 2,4和8-支噁二唑衍生物的三光子吸收系数分别为5.0×10-5, 10.0×10-5和10.0×10-5 cm3/GW2, 三光子频率上转换荧光发射波长分别为533, 544和551 nm. 研究了多支化合物线性吸收和透过、单光子荧光及量子产率、荧光寿命、多光子荧光光谱和三光子吸收系数谱. 对称多支噁二唑衍生物具有很强的三光子吸收和上转换荧光性质. 相似文献

采用Wittig-Horner和Heck反应合成了3个对称多枝[1,3,4]-噁二唑衍生物2,5-双{4-{4-[N,N-二(4-溴苯基)-氨基] 苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(BrPASPO), 2,5-双{4-{4-{N,N-二{4-{4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑基-2-]苯乙烯基}苯基}氨基}苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(TPASPO)和2,5-双{4-{4-{N,N-二{4-{3,5-二[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑基-2]-苯乙烯基}苯基}氨基}苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(OPASPO). 目标化合物的结构经过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和熔点确认. 在CH2Cl2溶液中三者的最大吸收波长分别在403 (BrPASPO), 408 (TPASPO)和409 nm (OPASPO), 荧光发射峰分别为495 (BrPASPO), 509 (TPASPO)和506 nm (OPASPO). 化合物TPASPO和OPASPO在CH2Cl2溶液中的荧光量子产率分别为0.47和0.45. 8枝化合物的荧光寿命高于4枝化合物. 对称多枝化合物具有很强的分子内电荷转移能力和荧光发射能力. 相似文献

5-[2-[(4-Methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-thione, 5-[2-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one, N-(2,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)-3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanamide, and a series of N-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanamides and 3-[(4-methylphenyl)(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]-N-[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]propanamides, and their thio analogues were synthesized from 3-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]propanehydrazide. 1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione was converted to 4-amino-2,4-dihydro-5-[2-[(4-methylphenyl)amino]ethyl]-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione, whereas cyclization of N′-phenylcarbamoyl derivatives provided thiazole, oxadiazoles, and thiadiazole, as well as triazole derivatives. 2-(4-tert-Butylphenyl)-5-(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole reacts with a series of heteroaryl iodides under standard Sonogashira cross-coupling conditions (Pd[PPh(3)](2)Cl(2), CuI, triethylamine, THF) to yield products 2a-g in 40-79% yields (heteroaryl = 2-pyridyl, 3-pyridyl, 4-pyridyl, 2-pyrazyl, 5-bromo-2-pyrimidyl, 2-thienyl and 3-thienyl, respectively). Compound 2f was lithiated followed by electrophilic iodination (BuLi, perfluorohexyl iodide) to give 3, which by a two-step sequence gave the terminal ethynylthienyl derivative 5. Conversion of 5 into the terminal ethynylaldehyde derivative 7, via acetal derivative 6, proceeded in high yield. Starting from 2-iodo-5-methoxycarbonylthiophene, a five-step sequence afforded 2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-5-(4-ethynylthienyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole 13 (13% overall yield). Reactions of 13 gave terminal pyridyl, pyrazyl, pyrimidyl and thienyl derivatives, analogous to those obtained from 1. Two-fold reaction of 13 with 2,5-diiodothiophene gave the bis(ethynylthienyl)thiophene derivative 15 (30% yield). Solution UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence spectra establish that replacement of the phenyl ring in the 2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole series 2a-g by a thienyl ring [i.e. the 2-phenyl-5-(2-thienyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole series 14a-g] leads to a red shift in the lowest energy band in both the absorption spectra and emission spectra. The X-ray crystal structures of compounds 2d, 2g, 5 and 14d.CHCl(3) reveal that the molecular structures are approximately planar although there are substantial differences in the conformations. 相似文献

3-Phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4- b ][1,3,4]thiadiazepine-6,8-dione ( 1 ) was condensed with o -aminothiophenol, 2-amino-ethanol or cystamine to afford compounds 2-4 respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with dimethylthiomethylenemalononitrile yielded the corresponding pyrano[3,2- f ][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4- b ]-[1,3,4]thiadiazepine derivative 5 . 7-[5-Amino-1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene]-3-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4- b ][1,3,4]thiadiazepine-6,8-dione ( 6 ) was obtained by treating compound 1 with CS 2 and chloroacetonitrile. Thiation of compound 1 gave the corresponding thioanalog 7 , which in turn was condensed with malononitrile to give 3-phenyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4- b ][1,3,4]thiadiazepine-6-one-8-ylidenemalononitrile ( 8 ). On treating compound 8 with benzaldehyde or p -nitrobenzaldehyde, pyrano[1,2,4]triazolo[1,3,4]thiadiazepin derivatives 9a , b , respectively, were obtained. Compound 8 was treated with CS 2 and methyl iodid to give the corresponding dithiomethylmethylene derivative 10 which was subjected to react with aniline to give pyrido[1,2,4]triazolo[1,3,4]thiadiazepine derivative 11 . Compound 8 was treated with 3-aminopyridine, o -aminothiophenol, or o -phenylenediamene to yield compounds 12 and 13a , b respectively. A variety of 4′-(4-R-phenyl)-4-(methylthio)-2′-phenyl-2′H-spiro[chromene-2,5′-[1,2,3]thiadiazole] 5a–d and 5′-(4-R-phenyl)-4-(methylthio)-3′-phenyl-3′H-spiro[chromene-2,2′-[1,3,4]thiadiazole] 6a–d were synthesized regioselectively through the reaction of 4-(methylthio)-2H-chromene-2-thione 2 with diarylnitrilimines under refluxing dry chloroform. Whilst the reaction of 4-(allylthio)-2H-chromene-2-thione 3 with diarylnitrilimines under similar reaction conditions afforded the corresponding 4-(allylthio)-5′-(4-R-phenyl)-3′-phenyl-3′H-spiro[chromene-2,2′-[1,3,4]thiadiazole] 7a–d and 5-(4-R-phenyl)-2′-methyl-3-phenyl-2′,3′-dihydro-3H-spiro[[1,3,4]thiadiazole-2,4′-thieno[3,2-c]chromene] 9a–d as two unisolable diastereoisomeric forms. 1,2,3-Triazole derivatives have been reported as inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis[1]. The fused l,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. We have reported several 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the previous paper[4]. The novel 6-aryl-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[2,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 6a-j have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The mercaptotriazole 5 was prepared from 4,the latter being prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. The title compounds 6 were depicted in scheme 1. A series of novel 3-[5-(1H-indol-3-yl-methyl)-2-oxo-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]propionitrile(5),3-[4- amino-3-(1H-indol-3-yl-methyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-[1,2.4]triazol-1-yljpropionitrile(6),3-[5-(1H- indol-3-yl-methyl)-2-thioxo-[1,3,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]propionitrile(7) and 3-[4-amino-3-(1H-indol-3-yl-methyl) -5-thioxo-4,5-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazol-l -yljpropionitrile(8) were synthesized in good yields from the intermediate(1H-indol-3-yl)-acetic acid N’-(2-cyanoethyl)hydrazide(4).The chemical structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by their IR,~1H NMR and MS.Further,all the compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive,Gram-negative bacteria and also tested their ability toward anti-inflammatory activity. 相似文献

The bifunctional 3/4‐[acetyl]phenylsydnones 1a, 1b were subjected to a one‐pot ring conversion to 3‐[3/4‐acetyl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 2a, 2b , which on further bromination yielded the 3‐[3/4‐bromoacyl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 3a, 3b . Reaction of these compounds with thiourea yielded the 3‐[3/4‐(2‐aminothiazol‐4‐yl)]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 4a, 4b . The other thiazole derivatives 5a, 5b–7a, 7b were prepared by using thiosemicarbazide, thioacetamide, and thiobenzamide, respectively. In another reaction of the bromoacetyl compounds ( 3a, 3b ) with 2‐aminopyridine and 2‐aminothiazole, the fused biheterocyclic compounds 3‐[3/4‐imidazo‐[1,2‐a]pyridine‐2‐yl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 8a, 8b and 3‐[3/4‐imidazo‐[2,1‐b]‐thiazol‐6‐yl]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 9a, 9b were obtained. The 3‐[3/4‐(benzofuran‐2‐carbonyl)]phenyl‐5‐methyl‐3H‐[1,3,4]‐oxadiazol‐2‐ones 10a, 10b were obtained by treatment of compounds 3a, 3b with o‐hydroxy benzaldehyde. A new series of 2,3-disubstituted quinoline derivatives were synthesized from 2-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehyde. In the reaction sequence, acetanilide was cyclized to give 2-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehyde 1 , which was transformed to 2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinolin-3-carbaldehyde 2 by reaction with 4-phenylpiperazine in DMF-containing anhydrous K2CO3; then, compound 2 was oxidized by iodine in methanol, and methyl 2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carboxylate 3 was synthesized. The key intermediate 4 , 4-amino-5-[2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol, was prepared using the ester 3 by a series of step. Reaction of 5 with various aromatic carboxylic acids or phenacyl bromides yielded 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles 5a-c and 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 6a-c , respectively. Moreover, compound 2 condensed with o-phenylenediamine to give 2-[2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]-1H-benzimidazole 7 . Interaction of 7 and 2-chloromethyl-5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles in the presence of K2CO3 led to the title compounds 8a-c . Furthermore, 4,5-dihydroisoxazoline derivatives 9a-c were obtained by the reaction of readily accessible starting materials including 2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinolin-3-carbaldehyde 2 , 1-phenyl-2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)ethanone and hydroximoyl chlorides under mild conditions in the presence of Et3N. The hydrazone intermediates 10a-c were obtained by the condensation of 2 with aroylhydrazides in ethanol, then, refluxing in acetic anhydride yielded 3-acetyl-5-aryl-2-[2-(4-phenylpiperazin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazoles 11a-c . Structures of these compounds were established by their elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectral data. 相似文献

2,5-Bihydrazino-1,3,4-thiadiazole (2) was synthesized by condensation of 2,5-bimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (1) with hydrazine hydrate, and compound 2 reacted with acyl chloride to give 2,5-biacylhydrazino-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives (3a–3e). Ring closure of compounds 3a–3e was achieved with POCl3 as the cyclization agent giving 3,6-bisubstituted phenyl-bi-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives (4a–4e), respectively. The novel compounds were identified by elemental analysis, and by infrared (IR), 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance
(NMR), and mass (MS) spectrometry. The mechanism of the cyclization is also discussed.

Oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of 2-[(E)-2-arylethenyl]-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles gives the corresponding 2-(3-aryl-1-phthalimidoaziridin-2-yl)-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles. From 2-phenyl-5-[(1E,3E)-4-phenylbuta-1,3-dien-1-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole only the addition product at both C=C bonds was obtained, while in the reaction with 2,5-bis[(E)-2-phenylethenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole both mono- and bis-adducts were isolated. 相似文献

The fused 1,3,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles derivatives show various biological effects, such as antifungal[2], antibacterial, hypotensive and CNS depressant activities[3]. The novel 3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole 6 have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazole 5 with formic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The compound 5 was prepared from 4 that was prepared from 1 throng 2 and 3. Recently, we obtained the crystal structure of the novel compound 3-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole, C14H12Cl3N7S, Mr=416.72, Crystallizes in the triclinic space group with unit cell parameters a=9.049(2), b=10.486(3), c=10.843(2)Å, α=116.79(2), β=93.83(2), γ-100.64(3)°. V=889.3(4)Å3, Z=1, Dx-0.778 Mgm-3. The final R was 0.0535. 相似文献

A series of new N- and S-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized. 5-Pyridin-3-yl-3-[2-(5-thioxo-4,5-dihydro-l,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)ethyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione and 5-[(5-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio)methyl]-N-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine were formed by cyclization of 3-(5-pyridin-3-yl-2-thioxo-1,3,4-oxadiazol-3(2H)-ylpropanimidohydrazide and 2-[(5-pyridin-3-yl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio]thiosemicarbazide with CS2 and H2SO4. On the other hand, a number of new bicyclic 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized. 6-Pyridin-3-ylbis[1,2,4]‐triazolo[3,4-b:4′,3′-d][1,3,4]thiadiazole-3(2H)-thione was synthesized by reaction of 6-(hydrazino)-3-pyridine-3-yl[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole with CS2/KOH/EtOH. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by the spectral and analytical data IR, Mass, and 1H NMR spectra.

Some 5-aryl-3-carbazoyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-one derivatives 6 and 9 have been synthesized in two ways. The expected thermal ring transformation into 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles did not occur but, by acid hydrolysis of 5-aryl-3-[3-benzylidene-2-methyl(or phenyl)carbazoyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(3H)-ones 6 , a new ring transformation took place and the corresponding 4-benzamido-1-methyl(or phenyl)-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione derivatives 11 were formed. The 4-amino-1-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione ( 19 ) has been prepared and its structure was confirmed by some reactions. 相似文献
