The voltammetric behavior of two genotoxic nitro compounds (4‐nitrophenol and 5‐nitrobenzimidazole) has been investigated using direct current voltammetry (DCV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at a polished silver solid amalgam electrode (p‐AgSAE), a mercury meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m‐AgSAE), and a mercury film modified silver solid amalgam electrode (MF‐AgSAE). The optimum conditions have been evaluated for their determination in Britton‐Robinson buffer solutions. The limit of quantification (LQ) for 5‐nitrobenzimidazole at p‐AgSAE was 0.77 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.47 µmol L?1 (DPV), at m‐AgSAE it was 0.32 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.16 µmol L?1 (DPV), and at MF‐AgSAE it was 0.97 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.70 µmol L?1 (DPV). For 4‐nitrophenol at p‐AgSAE, LQ was 0.37 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.32 µmol L?1 (DPV), at m‐AgSAE it was 0.14 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.1 µmol L?1 (DPV), and at MF‐AgSAE, it was 0.87 µmol L?1 (DCV) and 0.37 µmol L?1 (DPV). Thorough comparative studies have shown that m‐AgSAE is the best sensor for voltammetric determination of the two model genotoxic compounds because it gives the lowest LQ, is easier to prepare, and its surface can be easily renewed both chemically (by new amalgamation) and/or electrochemically (by imposition of cleaning pulses). The practical applicability of the newly developed methods was verified on model samples of drinking water.  相似文献

A cathodically pretreated boron‐doped diamond electrode was used for the simultaneous anodic determination of ascorbic acid (AA) and caffeine (CAF) by differential pulse voltammetry. Linear calibration curves (r=0.999) were obtained from 1.9×10?5 to 2.1×10?4 mol L?1 for AA and from 9.7×10?6 to 1.1×10?4 mol L?1 for CAF, with detection limits of 19 μmol L?1 and 7.0 μmol L?1, respectively. This method was successfully applied for the determination of AA and CAF in pharmaceutical formulations, with results equal to those obtained using a HPLC reference method.  相似文献

Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at a carbon fibre rod electrode (CFRE) and a capillary carbon paste electrode (CPE) have been used for the determination of pesticides cymoxanil and famoxadone, respectively. In the cathodic potential range, optimum conditions were found for the determination of cymoxanil by DPV at CFRE at pH 4 with limit of quantification (LQ) of 5.9×10?7 mol L?1. In the anodic area, determination of famoxadone by DPV at CPE was performed at optimum pH 2 with LQ=1.4×10?7 mol L?1. Practical applicability of the newly developed methods was verified on spiked samples of river water and soil.  相似文献

A simple, low-cost and sensitive electroanalytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of p-nitrophenol and o-nitrophenol isomers in water samples at a glassy carbon electrode (CGE) in the presence of cationic surfactant. The electrochemical behavior of p-nitrophenol and o-nitrophenol was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.1?mol L?1 acetate/acetic acid buffer (pH 3.70) in the presence and absence of cetylpyridinium bromide. The resolution of overlapped cathodic peaks potentials (Epc) of isomers was successfully improved in the presence of 100.0?µmol L?1 cetylpyridinium bromide, thus making this approach ideal for the simultaneous determination of isomers. Under the optimized conditions in 0.05?mol L?1 HEPES buffer at pH 7.0 using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at a scan rate of 45?mV s?1, pulse amplitude of 220?mV and modulation time of 10?ms, limits of detection 0.59?µmol L?1 for p-nitrophenol and 1.14?µmol L?1 for o-nitrophenol were obtained with linear ranges from 2.0 to 60.0?µmol L?1 and 3.0 to 60.0?µmol L?1, respectively. The intraday precision was assessed as relative standard deviation (%) for 20.0 and 40.0?µmol L?1 concentrations were 4.30% and 2.41% for p-nitrophenol and 4.87% and 2.20% for o-nitrophenol, respectively. The developed method was applied for the determination of the isomers in lake water samples. The accuracy was attested by comparison with high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) as a reference analytical technique. Recovery values ranging from 90.3% to 111.8% also attested to the accuracy of method for analysis of real samples.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was investigated at the gold nanoparticles self‐assembled glassy carbon electrode (GNP/LC/GCE), which was fabricated by self‐assembling gold nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine (LC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via successive cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of DA on the GNP/LC/GCE was obtained at Epa=0.197 V and Epc=0.146 V, respectively. And the peak separation between DA and AA is about 0.2 V, which is enough for simultaneous determination of DA and AA. The peak currents of DA and AA were proportional with their concentrations in the range of 6.0×10?8–8.5×10?5 mol L?1 and 1.0×10?6–2.5×10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 2.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 3.0×10?7 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The modified electrode exhibits an excellent reproducibility, sensibility and stability for simultaneous determination of DA and AA in human serum with satisfactory result.  相似文献

A novel and sensitive electrochemical sensor was developed for the simultaneous determination of the butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and tert‐butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) antioxidants in biodiesel samples employing the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). In this sense, a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with copper (II) tetrasulfonated phthatocyanine immobilized on reduced graphene oxide (CuTSPc/rGO) allowed the detection of BHA and TBHQ at potentials lower than those observed at unmodified electrodes. The sensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear scan voltammetry (LSV). After optimization of the experimental parameters, the analytical curves for simultaneous determination of BHA and TBHQ by DPV technique demonstrated an excellent linear response from 0.1 to 500 µmol L?1 with detection limit of 0.045 µmol L?1 for TBHQ and 0.036 µmol L?1 for BHA. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied in the simultaneous determination of BHA and TBHQ in six biodiesel samples, and the results obtained were found to be similar to those obtained using the HPLC method with agreement at 95 % confidence level.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method for morphine detection is described based on PEDOT electrode in the presence of SDS. The electrochemistry of morphine is investigated by CV, LSV and SWV. The effect of common interferences on the current response of morphine namely AA and UA is studied. The electrode is applied to the selective determination of morphine in urine samples in the linear ranges 0.3–8 µmol L?1 and 10–60 µmol L?1, with low detection limits of 50 and 68 nmol L?1, respectively and recovery of 96.4 %. The application of PEDOT is realized in determination of morphine in tablets successfully.  相似文献

The SAM nanoSe0/Vc/SeCys‐film modified Au electrode has been prepared to determine selenocystine and selenomethionine. The AFM and SEM showed the special three‐dimensional (3D) network structure of the sol‐gel films. The affinity between nanoparticles and biomolecules created special chemical characters analyzed by the XRD and fluorescence. The modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The modified films partly had resistance in the charge transduction of Fe(CN) , but the less electron‐transfer resistance. Differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) determination of selenoamino acids using SAM nanoSe0/Vc/SeCys‐film modified Au electrode was presented. In PBS (pH 7.0)+0.1 mol L?1 NaClO4 solution, selenoamino acids yielded a sensitive reduction peak at about +400±50 mV. The peak current had a linear relationship with the concentration of selenoamino acids in the range of 5.0×10?8–1.0×10?5 mol L?1, and a 3σ detection limit of selenoamino acids was 1.2×10?8 mol L?1. The relative standard deviation of DPV signals of 0.50×10?6 mol L?1 selenoamino acids was 3.8% (n=8) using the same electrode and was 4.4% (n=5) when using three modified electrodes prepared at different times. The content of selenoamino acids in the organo‐selenium powder were determined by DPV. The results showed 71.5 μg g?1 of SeCys and 65.1 μg g?1 of SeMet in the organo‐selenium powder.  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of 3‐nitrofluoranthene and 3‐aminofluoranthene was investigated in mixed methanol‐water solutions by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at boron doped diamond thin‐film electrode (BDDE). Optimum conditions have been found for determination of 3‐nitrofluoranthene in the concentration range of 2×10?8–1×10?6 mol L?1, and for determination 3‐aminofluorathnene in the concentration range of 2×10?7–1×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. Limits of determination were 3×10?8 mol L?1 (3‐nitrofluoranthene) and 2×10?7 mol L?1 (3‐aminofluoranthene).  相似文献

This paper describes the development a novel ruthenium(II) complex‐ZnO/CNTs modified carbon paste electrode (Ru(II)/ZnO/CNTs/CPE) for the electrocatalytic determination of ascorbic acid (AA). The objective of this novel electrode modification was to seek new electrochemical performances for the detection of AA, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) and folic acid (FA). The peak potentials recorded were 170, 500 and 830 mV vs. Ag/AgCl/KClsat for AA, NADH and FA, respectively. The peak currents were linearly dependent on AA, NADH and FA concentrations using square wave voltammetry (SWV) method at the ranges of 0.008–251, 1.0–650, and 3.0–700 µmol L?1, with detection limits of 0.005, 0.5, and 1.0 µmol L?1, respectively.  相似文献

A simple, low cost sensor was developed for the voltammetric determination of hydrogen peroxide in mouthwash and dental whitening gel based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes incorporated with hemin. The sensor showed electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of hydrogen peroxide in 0.05 mol L?1 Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH 7.0) using cyclic voltammetry. The optimum composition of paste was 20:10:70% (m/m/m) (multi-walled carbon nanotubes:hemin:mineral oil). A linear plot of the square root of scan rate vs. cathodic peak current showed that reduction of hydrogen peroxide is diffusion controlled. Using linear sweep voltammetry, the analytical curve ranged from 0.2 up to 1.4 mmol L?1 (r = 0.9996) with a sensitivity of 3.62 × 10?2 mA mol?1 L. The limits of detection and quantification were found to be 12.5 µmol L?1 and 41.7 µmol L?1, respectively. The developed method was applied for hydrogen peroxide determination in dental formulations. The results were compared with a volumetric method as a reference technique. No significant differences at the 95% level (paired student t test) were observed, thus demonstrating the accuracy of the sensor for the analysis of real samples.  相似文献

A bare graphite-epoxy composite was evaluated as an electrode material in the determination of atenolol in natural water samples and pharmaceutical formulations for which the analyte was spiked. Using a DPV procedure, a linear response was observed in the 4.45–84.7?µmol?L?1 range with a LOD?=?2.23?µmol?L?1, without need of surface renewal between successive runs, and recoveries between 92.5 and 107.5% for pharmaceutical formulations. The results obtained from the proposed procedure agreed with HPLC results within a 95% confidence level. During the determination of atenolol in water samples, recoveries between 96.1 and 102.6% were found.  相似文献

Voltammetric methods for estrone determination were developed using a cathodically pretreated BDD electrode with DPV or SWV. Analytical curves were obtained for estrone concentrations from 0.20 or 0.10 to 2.0 µmol L?1, for DPV or SWV, with detection limits of 0.20 and 0.10 µmol L?1, respectively. The SWV method was successfully applied in estrone recovery studies in different water matrices. Additionally, these recovery results were reasonably similar to those attained using HPLC/UV‐vis. Comparatively to other electroanalytical methods based on different carbon electrodes, the here‐reported novel methods yield very good results, being adequate for estrone determination in environmental samples.  相似文献

A multiwall carbon nanotube/silicone rubber (MWCNT/SR) composite electrode has been used for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) in pharmaceutical formulations by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The electro-oxidation process was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, from which it was observed that HCTZ presents an irreversible oxidation peak at 0.82 V vs. saturated calomel electrode (SCE) in the potential range from 0.5 to 1.1 V, in Britton-Robinson buffer pH 7.0 at MWCNT/SR. HCTZ was determined by DPV using a MWCNT/SR 70% (MWCNT, m/m) composite electrode after the optimization of the experimental parameters. The linear range was from 5.0 to 70.0 µ mol L?1, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 2.6 µ mol L?1. The HCTZ was determined in pharmaceutical formulations using the proposed composite electrode and the results agreed with those from the official high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method within 95% confidence level, according to the t-Student test.  相似文献

This work demonstrates gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)/functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (f‐MWCNT) composite film modified gold electrode via covalent‐bonding interaction self‐assembly technique for simultaneous determination of salsolinol (Sal) and uric Acid (UA) in the presence of high concentration of ascorbic acid (AA). In pH 7.0 PBS, the composite film modified electrode exhibits excellent voltammetric response for Sal and UA, while AA shows no voltammetric response. The oxidation peak current is linearly increased with concentrations of Sal from 0.24–11.76 μmol L?1 and of UA from 3.36–96.36 μmol L?1, respectively. The detection limits of Sal and UA is 3.2×10?8 mol L?1 and 1.7×10?7 mol L?1 , respectively.  相似文献

A graphite silicone-rubber composite electrode (GSR) was used for the determination of propranolol in drug formulation. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) at the GSR presented an irreversible oxidation peak at + 0.8 V vs. SCE, in Britton Robinson (B-R) buffer pH 7.4. The quantitative determination was carried out using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Under optimized parameters a linear dynamic range from 5.0 to 80.6 µ mol L?1 with a detection limit of 1.1 µ mol L?1 was observed. A repeatability of 4.5 ± 0.1 µA (n = 10) peak current was found after 10 successive DPV voltammograms of propranolol in the same solution after surface renovations. Using the proposed electrode, propranolol was quantified in a pharmaceutical formulation with results that agreed within 95% confidence level (t-test) with those from an official method.  相似文献

A cobalt oxide nanocluster/overoxidized polypyrrole composite film electrochemical sensing interface was fabricated by two step electrochemical method. The electrochemical properties and electrocatalytic activity of the resulting modified electrode were also studied carefully. The results showed that this modified electrode exhibited good stability, good anti‐interference ability, as well as high electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of glucose. The linear range for the amperometric determination of glucose was 2.0×10?7–2.4×10?4 mol L?1 and 2.4×10?4–1.4×10?3 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The sensitivity was 1024 µA mM?1 cm?2.  相似文献

The electrochemical reduction of carbamazepine in acetonitrile (ACN) and dimethylformamide (DMF) using a glassy carbon electrode and microelectrodes has been studied. The reduction process is consistent with an electrochemical‐chemical mechanism (EC) involving a two electron transfer followed by a first order reaction, as shown by the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Half‐wave potential, number of electron transferred, diffusion coefficient and rate constant of the associated chemical reaction are reported. Limits of detection (LOD) for DPV are 0.92 and 0.76 µg mL?1 (3.89×10?6 mol L?1 and 3.21×10?6 mol L?1) in ACN and DMF, respectively. Precision (%RSD) and recovery (%) values when pharmaceutical compounds (200mg carbamazepine tablets) and spiked plasma samples were tested ranged from 1.09 to 9.04 % and % recoveries ranged from 96 to 104.1 %.  相似文献

A sensitive and reliable method is described for the determination of total Sb(III,?V) at traces levels by Osteryoung square-wave anodic stripping voltammery (OSWASV). This method is based on the co-deposition of Sb(III,?V) with Bi(III) onto an edge-plane pyrolytic graphite substrate at an accumulation step. OSWASV studies indicated that the co-deposited antimony was oxidised with anodic scans to give an enhanced anodic peak at about 450?mV vs. Ag/AgCl (sat. KCl). The anodic stripping peak current was directly proportional to the total concentration of antimony in the ranges of 0.01–0.10?µg?L?1, 0.10–1.0?µg?L?1 and 1.0–18.0?µg?L?1 with correlation coefficient higher than 0.995 when 2.0?mol?L?1 hydrochloric acid was used. The detection limits calculated as S/N?=?3 was 5.0?ng?L?1 in 2.0?mol?L?1 hydrochloric acid at 180?s deposition time. The relative standard deviation was 5% (n?=?6) at 0.10?µg?L?1 level of antimony. The analytical results demonstrate that the proposed method is applicable to analyses of real water samples.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for simultaneously measuring dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA) using a poly(1‐aminoanthracene) and carbon nanotubes nanocomposite electrode is presented. The experimental parameters for composite film synthesis as well as the variables related to simultaneous determination of DA, AA, and UA were optimized at the same time using fractional factorial and Doehlert designs. The use of carbon nanotubes and poly(1‐aminoanthracene) in association with a cathodic pretreatment led to three well‐defined oxidation peaks at potentials around ?0.039, 0.180 and 0.351 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) for AA, DA, and UA, respectively. Using differential pulse voltammetry, calibration curves for AA, DA, and UA were obtained over the range of 0.16–3.12×10?3 mol L?1, 3.54–136×10?6 mol L?1, and 0.76–2.92×10?3 mol L?1, with detection limits of 3.95×10?5 mol L?1, 2.90×10?7 mol L?1, and 4.22×10?5 mol L?1, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine DA, AA, and UA in biological samples with good results.  相似文献
