 对高占空比、高功率线阵二极管激光器的封装技术进行了研究,给出了封装器件性能测试结果:在占空比20%(200μs,1000Hz)时获得峰值功率大于40 W的激光输出,100~1000Hz 重复频率下,输出激光中心波长为 805~808 nm, 谱线宽度3.2~4.2 nm,激光起伏小于 1%。  相似文献

We present results on a high-power, cladding-pumped, Yb-doped fiber emitting at 977 nm in laser and ampllified-spontaneous-emission source configurations. We obtained up to 1.4 W of fiber-coupled, single-mode output power and slope efficiency as high as 68%. To our knowledge these are the highest powers efficiencies achieved from a single-mode fiber laser at approximately 980 nm and the first demonstrated results on a high-power amplified-spontaneous-emission source in this wavelength range. High power and high slope efficiency are achieved by using a high numerical aperture (> 0.7), a jacketed air-clad fiber, and a high-brightness pump source. Both types of sources exhibit relative intensity noise below -130 dB/Hz and are thus suitable for a wide range of applications.  相似文献

提出了一种基于高掺杂硅酸盐增益光纤、输出波长为1 064nm的超短腔单频光纤激光器.该单频光纤激光器采用分布布拉格反射式腔型结构,有效腔长为2cm,其增益介质为1.1cm长的高浓度掺Yb3+光纤.通过恰当的温度控制,获得了线宽为4.8kHz的稳定单频激光输出.当注入泵浦光为378mW时,输出功率为13mW,斜效率为3.4%.在频率大于1 MHz时,测得该光纤激光器的相对噪声强度值约为-132dB/Hz.采用主振荡功率放大结构,对该单频光纤激光器的输出功率进行放大.当放大增益光纤长度选取为56cm时,得到了325mW的最大输出功率,其斜效率为52.8%.  相似文献

 以国产掺Yb光纤为增益介质,利用国产泵浦源和光纤器件,构建了主振荡功率放大结构的全国产大功率全光纤激光器。在注入的最大泵浦功率为75 W时,获得了52.5 W,1 080 nm激光的稳定输出,光-光效率为70%。实验结果表明,提高泵浦功率可获得更高的输出功率。  相似文献

This paper presents CW and acoustic-optical Q-switched Tm,Ho:YLF laser performance in a laser-diode end-pumping figure-eight ring resonator structure at 77 K. Under CW operation, different transmission of output couplers and different cavity length were used to achieve best characteristics of the laser. The maximum power of 1.85 W is achieved with the threshold of 2.09 W, slope efficiency of 28.14% and optical-to-optical efficiency of 20.3% on the condition of 1 m cavity length and 18% transmission. Under pump power of 4 W, laser characteristics under Q-switched operation with different pulse repeat frequency was investigated. Maximum energy of 5.86 mJ is achieved with pulse width of 171.2 ns, peak power of 34.2 kW and dynamic-static ratio about Q-switch laser of 0.62 at pulse repeat frequency 70 Hz.  相似文献

 对二极管激光侧泵浦Nd:YAG板条双程功率放大器进行了初步的研究,给出了激光器的数值模拟结果,建立了二极管侧面泵浦Nd:YAG板条激光主振荡-多程放大(MOPA)系统;在100Hz重复频率时,实验获得单脉冲能量为51.9mJ的输出,光束质量M 2小于2,脉冲能量起伏小于2%, 实验结果与数值计算结果相符合。  相似文献

对大口径的薄片激光器的失调输出特性进行了理论和实验研究,V-型腔由平面输出耦合镜和凹面反射镜及孔径光阑组成。基于矩阵光学和失调衍射积分方程得到了激光器的功率失调曲线。实验测量了在200 Hz泵浦频率下加入不同孔径光阑后谐振腔失调对输出功率的影响和谐振腔失调对光束质量的影响,以及在300 Hz泵浦频率下输出功率分别与平面输出耦合镜和凹面反射镜失调的关系。实验结果表明:失调输出功率和失调角度成二次函数关系,失调容限和腔镜口径成正比,光束质量因子随失调角度的增大而变小。  相似文献

We demonstrated continuous-wave (CW) and Q-switched operation of a Tm,Ho:YAP ring laser at 77 K. The maximum CW output power of 2 W at 2130.7 nm was obtained under the incident pump power of 12 W, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 23% and an optical-to-optical efficiency of 16.7%. For the Q-switched regime the maximum output energy of 5 mJ with the pulse width of 160 ns at the repetition rate of 100 Hz was achieved, corresponding to a peak power of 31.25 kW.  相似文献

At liquid-nitrogen temperature, at 10-kHz pulse repetition rate, Q-switched 36-ns pulses with average output power of 4 W at 2.05 μm and 4.5-W continuous wave output power with a total optical-optical conversion efficiency of 30%, were achieved from a 6% Tm, 0.5% Ho:YLiF4 laser. This laser was endpumped by a fiber-coupled laser diode emitting up to 15 W around 792 nm. The 1-m-long optical fiber carrying the pump radiation has a core diameter of 700 μm with a numerical aperture of 0.22.  相似文献

We describe high-energy Erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Er:YAG) lasers operating at 1617?nm, resonantly pumped using 1532?nm fiber-coupled laser diodes. A maximum continuous wave output power of 4.3?W at 1617?nm was achieved with an output coupler of 20% transmission under incident pump power of 29.7?W, resulting in an optical conversion of 14% with respect to the incident pump power. In Q-switched operation, the pulse energy of 11.8?mJ at 100?Hz pulse repetition frequency and 81?ns pulse duration was obtained. This energy is the highest pulse energy reported for a directly diode-pumped Q-switched Er:YAG laser operating at 1617?nm.  相似文献

报道了一台LD端面抽运Nd:YAG晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光高效率、高峰值功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型平平直腔,腔长仅106 mm.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为9 kHz时,获得163 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,光光转换效率达到最高2.84%.当注入抽运功率为6.7 W重复频率为5 kHz时,获得最高174 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,输出功率短期不稳定性为5%,光束质量因子M2为3.79.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为2 kHz时,获得112 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,峰值功率最高达到9.15 kW.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔结构,实现了中小功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器的应用领域. 关键词: LD端面抽运 内腔三倍频 Q')" href="#">声光调Q 紫外激光  相似文献

We present in this paper a highly stable and efficient KTP-based intracavity optical parametric oscillator with a diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4/Cr:YAG passively Q-switched laser. At the incident diode pump power of 4 W, the signal (1.57 μm) and idler (3.29 μm) average output powers up to 580 and 100 mW, respectively, have been achieved. The corresponding conversion efficiency from the input diode pump power to the output signal power is 14.5%, while that to the total OPO output (signal+idler) reaches 17%. To the best of our knowledge, these are the highest conversion efficiencies reported to date. After more than four hours of investigation, the OPO power stability better than 2% has been obtained. In addition, efficient cavity dumping of the IOPO has inevitably led to the short pulse duration (1.6 ns) and high peak power output (8.3 kW) at the signal wave.  为了实现高可靠、窄脉宽、高峰值功率激光输出,采用侧面泵浦技术和电光调Q技术,设计出一种激光二极管侧面泵浦电光调Q全固态绿光激光器。采用结构简单、紧凑的平-平腔设计,其端镜和输出镜均为平面镜,获得较稳定的侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG腔外倍频KTP脉冲绿光激光输出。当泵浦电流为120A,重复频率为600Hz时,获得脉冲绿光的最高输出平均功率为3.62W,1064nm到532nm的转换效率为15.3%,其脉宽为21ns,峰值功率为300kW, 单脉冲能量为6.01mJ。实验结果表明:该激光器稳定性可靠,输出激光脉宽较窄、峰值功率高。  相似文献

In this Letter, we demonstrate a diode-pumped electro-optical cavity-dumped Tm:YAP laser for the first time to our knowledge. A pulse width of 7.1 ns is achieved at a wavelength of 1996.9 nm. A maximum output power of 3.02 W is obtained with a pump power of 58.8 W at a repetition rate of 100 k Hz and a high-voltage time of 1000 ns, corresponding to an overall optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 5.2%. In addition, we study the effect of repetition rate and high-voltage time on the output power characteristics of a cavity-dumped Tm:YAP laser.  相似文献

We report a blue laser at 473 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of a 946 nm Nd:YAG laser under in-band diode pumping at 869 nm. An BiBO crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching at room temperature is used for second harmonic generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 8.6 W, as high as 721 mW of CW output power at 473 nm is achieved. The optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is up to 8.4%, and the fluctuation of the blue output power was better than 3.5% in the given 30 min.  相似文献
