用连续输出1W国产多量子阱激光二极管列阵(MQW-LDA)泵浦Nd:YAG固体激光器,连续激光输出最大功率为112mW,光-光效率为10.6%,斜效率为20%,实现了连续泵浦高重复频率(1kHz,4kHz,10kHz)调Q输出,最大峰值355W,最大平均功率为43.7mW。  相似文献

报道了由15W连续激光二极管端面抽运的Nd:YAG激光器,自由运转时输出功率达到4.5W,斜效率达到44%,声光调Q的重复率由3~65kHz可变。10kHz时,峰值功率达到28kW,脉宽8ns。还分析了激光二极管抽运的声光调Q高重复率激光器设计中的几个重要因素。从理论上分析了不同频率时激光单脉冲能量、斜效率产生区别的主要原因。  相似文献

研究了连续Nd:YAG激光器中由于热效应使YAG棒产生的双折射引起传输的线偏振光退偏为椭圆偏振光的退偏现象所产生的输出不稳定和多模的原因。电光调Q技术被应用于连续氪灯抽运的Nd:YAG激光器件。为了获得稳定、单模的输出,在谐振腔内放置了一对λ/4波片。通过实验研究,实现了重复频率1~6kHz的窄脉冲激光输出,这将为连续抽运的Nd:YAG激光器提供一种新的电光调Q技术。  相似文献

介绍了二极管激光侧泵浦单横模100Hz电光调Q激光器的实验结果。泵浦源为一个线阵准连续100W二极管激光器,激光工作介质为NdYAG薄梯形板条,板条与泵浦源间用柱透镜耦合,KD*P电光晶体调Q。在100Hz重复频率下,获得单脉冲能量2.37mJ,脉宽小于7ns,光束质量因子M2=1.1的1.06μm激光,光-光效率为8.5%,斜效率为18.7%。  相似文献

通过对谐振腔镜镀制合理的激光薄膜,成功实现了LD泵浦Nd∶YAG 1.111 μm激光谱线的运转.利用LBO腔内倍频Nd∶YAG/Cr∶YAG结构获得了高重复频率被动调Q556 nm全固态黄光激光器,在注入泵浦功率为1.6 W时,得到平均功率51 mW,脉冲宽度48 ns,重复频率8.9 kHz,峰值功率高达119 W的脉冲黄光输出.  相似文献

A LD-pumped, LBO intracavity frequency doubled and Cr:YAG passively Q-switched Nd:YAG green laser was reported in this letter. A compact diode-end-pumped passively Q-switched intra-cavity frequency doubled Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG composite crystal laser was demonstrated. The pulsed laser at 532 nm was produced and the dependence of the average out power, pulse width and pulse repetition rate on incident pump power were measured. Under the pump power of 14 W, the minimum pulse width of 3.5 ns with repetition rate of 27.5 kHz was obtained, corresponding single-pulse energy of 18 μJ and peak power of 5.3 kW.  相似文献

A diode-pumped acousto-optically (AO) Q-switched high-repetition-rate Nd:YAG lasers at 946 and 473 nm by intracavity frequency-doubling were reported in this paper. Using a compact V-type laser cavity, a maximum average output power of 4.5 W 946 nm laser was obtained at an operating repetition rate of 10 kHz, corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of 10.5% and a slope efficiency of 15.6%. With a BiBO crystal as the intracavity frequency-doubler, 1.35 W 473 nm pulsed laser was achieved at 10 kHz. The peak power of the Q-switched blue pulse was up to 4.1 kW, with a pulse width of 33.1 ns. Then, the long-term power instability was less than 1%. Moreover, stable pulsed operation of 946 nm and 473 nm lasers can even reach 50 kHz.  相似文献

A laser diode directly end-pumped, passively Q-switched Nd:YVO4/Cr:YAG laser is presented in this paper. With 600 mW incident pump laser, Q-switched 1064 nm laser with an average power of 138 mW, pulse width of 19.8 ns, repetition rate of 170.1 kHz and peak power of 40.96 W is obtained. When a KTP crystal was inserted into the cavity, Q-switched 532 nm laser with an average power of 56 mW, pulse width of 28.4 ns, repetition rate of 118.2 kHz and peak power of 16.7 W is obtained at last.  相似文献

We report a double z-type folded plane-plane symmetrical cavity diode side pumped solid state yellow-orange laser at 593 nm by using intracavity sum-frequency mixing. By carefully designing the cavity and employing several techniques to increase sum-frequency efficiency, a Q-switched yellow-orange laser source, with an average output power of 8 W, a beam quality factor M 2 = 4.86, and a repetition rate of 8 kHz is developed. In this paper, we first use 1338 and 1064 nm emissions of Nd:YAG crystal to generate 593 nm yellow-orange laser beam by intracavity sum-frequency mixing (SFM).  相似文献

We have made a gain-switched all-solid-state quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) tunable Ti:sapphire laser system, which is pumped by a 532 nm intracavity frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser. Based on the theory of gain-switching and the study on the influencing factors of the output pulse width, an effective method for obtaining high power and narrow pulse width output is proposed. Through deliberately designing the pump source and the resonator of the Ti:sapphire laser, when the repetition rate is 6 kHz and the length of the cavity is 220 mm, at an incident pump power of 22 W, the tunable Ti:sapphire laser from 700 to 950nm can be achieved. It has a maximum average output power of 5.6W at 800nm and the pulse width of 13.2 ns, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 25.5% from the 532 mn pump laser to the Ti:sapphire laser.  相似文献

A diode-end-pumped simultaneously Q-switched and mode-locked intracavity frequency doubled Nd:GdVO4/LBO red laser with an acousto-optic Q-switch was realized. The maximum red laser output power of 250 mW was obtained at the incident pump power of 8.3 W and the repetition rate of 10 kHz. At 5 kHz, the maximum mode-locking modulation depth of about 80% was achieved with the Q-switched pulse width of 440 ns. The red mode-locked pulse inside the Q-switched pulse had a repetition rate of 115 MHz, its average pulse width was estimated to be about 350 ps.  相似文献

We analyzed a linear cavity for intracavity frequency doubling of a diode-pumped acousto-optic Q-switched Nd:YAG rod laser, and showed that a green laser beam with a short pulse width can be generated efficiently. A green laser output power of 73 W corresponding to the 83.9% of maximum IR output power was obtained with a 40 ns pulse width at a 10 kHz repetition rate. A green output power of 40 W with a 35 ns pulse width was measured at a 5 kHz repetition rate. Minimum laser pulse width of approximately 32 ns was obtained around 1 kHz repetition rate for both green and IR laser beams.  相似文献

A compact and efficient intra-cavity doubled, actively Q-switched diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser has been developed. It generates as much as 1.55 W at 532 nm, with pulses of 400 ns at a repetition rate of 15 kHz, with an overall optical-to-optical efficiency of 15.5%. A beam quality factor M2 ≈ 2.35 has been measured at this power level.  相似文献
