Stripping dispersion hollow fiber liquid membrane system(SDHFLM) containing feed phase adding acetate buffer solution and dispersion solution with HNO3 solution as the stripping solution and membrane solution of 2-ethyl hexyl phosphoric acid-mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(PC-88A) dissolved in kerosene,has been studied for the extraction of Sm3+.Many factors including pH value, volume ratio of membrane solution to stripping solution(OAV) and carrier concentration on Sm3+ extraction were investigated. Experimental results indicate that the optimum extraction conditions of Sm3+ were obtained as that PC-88A concentration was 0.120 mol/L,and OAV was 1.00 in the dispersion phase,and pH value was 4.80 in the feed phase.When initial Sm3+ concentration was 1.20×10-4 mol/L,the extraction percentage of Sm3+ was up to 92.8%in 160 min.  相似文献

This paper deals with the transport properties of oligomer of polythioether PSA used as moble carrier in bulk liquid membrane for gold(Ⅲ).It was found that Au(Ⅲ) can be transported by PSA from source phase to receiving phase completely under appropriate conditions and only Au(Ⅲ) can be transferred through the liquid membrane to receiving phase from a mixture of Na(I)-Cu(Ⅱ)-Au(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-Pt(Ⅳ) in the following system:HAuCl4-HCl(aq.)/PSA-ClCH2-CH2Cl/(NH2)2CS-HCl(aq.).The transport rate of Au(Ⅲ) depended on the concentration of carrier,the thickness of liquid membrane,the concentration of Au(Ⅲ) in source phase and the acidity of the media.  相似文献

The transport and separation of copper(Ⅱ) from waste water by a N530-OT-kerosene-HCl strip dispersion hybrid liquid membrane system was studied. The influence of penetrant OT, N530 concentration, pH in feed phase, membrane area, HCl concentration in stripping phase, and volume ratio of membrane phase to stripping phase on transport and separation were also investigated. The experiments demonstrate that Cu(Ⅱ) can be transported selectively from the binary Cu(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) solution to stripping phase and that the transport percentage of Cu(Ⅱ) exceeds 93.8% and Fe(Ⅲ) is only 1.8% after transport of 6 hours.  相似文献

The cadmium selenide quantum dots (QD) have been synthesized by template-control in an emulsion fiquid membrane system. The system consisted of kerosene as solvent, L152 (dialkylene succinimide) as surfactant,N7301 (trialiphatic amine, R3N, R=C8-C10) as carrier, 0.1mol/L CdCl2 solution as internal-aqueous phase and H2Se gas as external phase. Additive organic template agent in internal-aqueous phase was necessary to form CdSe QD. The influence of the nature of template and its concentration on sizes of the formed CdSe QD has also been studied. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the sizes of the products could be controlled down to 3-4nm. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the crystals had cubic structure. The formation process and the optical properties of CdSe QD have also been presented.  相似文献

A highly effective phase transfer of a quaternary ammonium gemini surfactant with ester groups((diethylhexanedioate) diyl-a,v-bis(dimethyl dodecyl ammonium bromide) referred to as 12-10-12)was synthesized with high yield and characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and1 HNMR. Then, 12-10-12 was used as a phase transfer catalyst to study the catalytic effect on the reaction of anhydrous sodium acetate and 4-methylbenzyl chloride. The possible catalytic mechanism and the influence of surfactant concentration, temperature and type are also discussed. The experimental results showed that the catalysis efficiency was more active than the traditional, single-chained surfactant,tetrabutyl ammonium bromide. It also revealed that the reaction was first-order with respect to the concentration of 4-methylbenzyl chloride. The concentration of 4-methylbenzyl chloride grew linearly with the concentration of 12-10-12 and as the reaction temperature increased. The optimum reaction time was 7 h.  相似文献

The development of economic and environmentally friendly extractants to recover cobalt metal is required due to the increasing demand for this metal.In this study,solvent extraction of Co(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution using a mixture of N,N’-carbonyl difatty amides(CDFAs) synthesised from palm oil as the extractant was carried out.The effects of various parameters such as acid,contact time,extractant concentration,metal ion concentration and stripping agent and the separation of Co(Ⅱ) from other metal ions such as Fe(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅲ) and Cd(Ⅱ) were investigated.It was found that the extraction of Co(Ⅱ) into the organic phase involved the formation of 1:1 complexes.Co(Ⅱ) was successfully separated from commonly associated metal ions such as Fe(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅲ) and Cd(Ⅱ).Co(Ⅱ) stripping from the loaded organic phase was studied in aqueous solution.These results are useful to recover Co(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution utilising(CDFAs) as an extractant.  相似文献

The liquid membrane oscillation of a novel water (aqueous tetradecyl trimethyl ammoniumbromide, TTAB and alcohol solution)/oil (picric acid in chloroform solution)/water (aqueous glucose solution) system was investigated. By using homemade device, the curves of various liquid membranes oscillation with different concentration of TTAB and picric acid, types of alcohol and other organic solvents at different temperature were measured. The results show that the water (aqueous 7 mmol/L of TTAB and 0.5 mol/L of n-propanol solution)/oil (0.5 mmol/L of picric acid in chloroform solution)/water (aqueous glucose solution) system performed sustained and stable oscillation at 30 ℃. And the novel system can recognise added amino acid.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and accurate high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) technique coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of epinephrine (E), noradrenaline (NA) and dopamine (DA). It was based on the analyte enhancement effect on the CL reaction between luminol and potassium ferricyanide. The effects of various parameters, such as potassium ferricyanide concentration, luminol concentration, pH value and component of the mobile phase on chromatographic behaviors of the analytes (E, NA and DA) were investigated. The separation was carded out on C18 column using the mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate solution and methanol (92 : 8, V/V). Under the optimum condi- tions, E, NA and DA showed good linear relationships in the range of 1 × 10^-8 -5 × 10^-6, 5.0× 10^-9 -1.0× 10^-6 and 5.0×10^-9-1.0× 10^-6 g]mL respectively. The detection limits for E, NA and DA were 4.0×10^-9, 1.0× 10^-9 and 8.0 × 10^-10 g/mL. The proposed method has been applied successfully to the analysis of E, NA and DA in human serum samples.  相似文献

Novel hierarchical porous carbon membranes were fabricated through a simple carbonization procedure of well-defined blending polymer membrane precursors containing the source of carbon polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and an additive of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), which was prepared using phase inversion method. The as-fabricated materials were further used as the active electrode materials for supercapacitors. The effects of PVP concentration in the casting solution on structure feature and electrochemical capacitive performance of the as-prepared carbon membranes were also studied in detail. As the electrode material for supercapacitor, a high specific capacitance of 278.0 F/g could be attained at a current of 5 mA/cm2 and about 92.90% capacity retention could be maintained after 2000 charge/discharge cycles in 2 mol/L KOH solution with a PVP concentration of 0.3 wt% in the casting solution. The facile hierarchical pore structure preparation method and the good electrochemical capacitive performance make the prepared carbon membrane particularly promising for use in supercapacitor.  相似文献

The critical concentration of lyotropic liquid crystalline phase transition for chitin derivatives was determinedusing a polarization microscope. The influence of molecular weight on critical concentration of liquid crystalline solution forchitin, chitosan, cyanoethyl chitosan and propionyl chitin successively increases as the chain rigidity decreases. In this study, a poly(ether block amide) (Pebax 1657) composite membrane applied for COa capture was prepared by coating Pebax 1657 solution on polyacrylonitrile (PAN) ultrafiltration membrane. Ethanol/water mixture was used as the solvent of Pebax and the effects of ethanol/water mass ratios and Pebax concentration on the permeation properties of composite membrane were studied. To enhance the com- posite membrane permeance, the gutter layer, made from reactive amino silicone crosslinking with potydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), was de- signed. The influence of crosslinldng degree of the gutter layer on membrane performance was investigated. As a result, a Pebardamino- PDMS/PAN multilayer membrane with hexane resistance was developed, showing CO2 permeance of 350 GPU and CO2/N2 selectivity over 50. The blend of polyethylene glycol dimethyl ether (PEG-DME) with Pebax as coating material was studied to further improve the membrane performance. After being combined with PEG-DME additive, CO2 permeance of the final Pebax-PEG-DME/amino-PDMS/PAN composite membrane reached 400 GPU above with CO2/Na selectivity over 65.  相似文献

Environmentally persistent and bioaccumulative perfluorooctanic acid (PFOA) was difficult to be decomposed under the irradiation of 254 nm UV light. However, in the presence of 80μmol/L Fe(Ⅲ), 80% of PFOA with initial concentration of 48μmol/L (20 mg/L) was effectively degraded and 47.8% of fluorine atoms in PFOA molecule were transformed into inorganic fluoride ion after 4 h reaction. Shorter chain perfluorocarboxylic acids bearing C3-C7 and fluoride ion were detected and identified by LC/MS and IC as the degradation products in the aqueous solution. It was proposed that complexes of PFOA with Fe(Ⅲ) initiated degradation of PFOA irradiated with 254 nm UV light.  相似文献

With insulin methanol-water,and the ion-pairing agent,hydrochloric acid and trifluroacetic acid(TEA),the character of the first plateau(FP)on the elution curve of frontal analysis in reversed phase liquid chromatography(RPLC)was investigated by on-line UV-spectrometry and identified with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectrometry and mass spectrometry.The profile of the FP is the same as that of a usual elution curve of methanol in frontal analysis(FA).When the insulin concentration was limited to a certain range,the height of the FP was found to be proportional to the insulin concentration in mobile phase and its length companying to shorten,The FP profile on the intersection of two tangents reflects the components of the microstructure in the depth direction of the bonded stationary phase layer and the desorption dynamics of the displaced components.The displaced methanol was quantitatively determined by NMR and on-line UV spectrometries.TFA with high UV absorbance can not be used as an ionpairing agent for the investigation of the FP in RPLC,but if can be used as a good marker to investigate the complicated transfer process of components in the stationary phase in RPLC.A stoichiometric displacement process between solute and solvent was proved to be valid in both usual and FA in RPLC.From the point of view of dynamics of mass transfer, the solutes can only contact to the surface of stationary phase in usual RPLC,while solute can penetrate into it in FA of RPLC.The solvation of insulin in methanol and water solution as an example indicating the usage of the FP in the FA was also investigated in this paper.  相似文献

The insoluble species of Gd ( Ⅲ ) in human blood plasma were investigated by computer simulation. The distribution of the Gd(Ⅲ ) species was obtained. It was found that most of the Gd( Ⅲ ) ions were bound to phosphate to form precipitate GdPO4 at the concentration of 1. 000 10-7 mol/L and when the concentration of the Gd (Ⅲ ) increased to 3. 750 X 10-4 mol/L, in excess of the concentration of phosphate, the Gd ( Ⅲ ) ions were bound to carbonate to form another kind of precipitate, Gd2(CO3)3.  相似文献

N1,N2-Bis[1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]ethanedihydrazide(MEH) was used as new compound which plays the role of an excellent ion carrier in the fabrication of a Ho(Ⅲ) membrane electrode.The electrode shows a good selectivity for Ho(Ⅲ) ion with respect to most common cations including alkali,alkaline earth,transition and heavy metal ions.This electrode has a wide linear dynamic range from 1.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-2 mol/L with a Nernstian slope of 19.8±0.3 mV per decade and a low detection limit of 5.8×10-7 mol/L in the pH range of 2.5-9.8,while the response time was rapid(<10 s).The suggested sensor was applied to the determination of Ho(Ⅲ) ions in tap water and river water samples.  相似文献

A derivative of thiazole(AAT) has been explored as a sensing material for preparation a selective Lu(III) PVC-based membrane sensor.The proposed sensor exhibits a Nernstian response over a wide concentration range from 1.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-1 mol/L of Lu(Ⅲ) and the detection limit is 5.7×10-7 mol/L.The sensor response is independent of pH of the solution in the range 3.2-8.8 and possesses the advantages of fast response time(~6) and in particular,good selectivity to the lutetium ions with regard to most common metal ions,and especially all lanthanide ions.  相似文献

The cloudy Silwet L-77 aqueous solution on the concentration range from 0.5%to 50%was investigated by dielectric relaxation spectroscopy.The concentration dependence of phase microstructure was confirmed by means of analyzing the dielectric parameters of bulk solution.The relaxation behavior was assigned to the interfacial polarization between the micelle and the medium,and the relaxation distribution parameter was used to figure the shape transition from sphere to ellipsoid with the concentration increasing.The synchronous reduction of permittivity and conductivity indicated the formation of the lamellar phase. As compensation,the quantity of the surfactant liquid phase gradually decreased,whose shape constantly kept ellipsoidal.  相似文献

Direct electrochemical reduction ofp-nitrophenol (PNP) was investigated on a room temperature ionic liquid N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate (BPPF6) modified carbon paste electrode (CILE). The cathodic peak potential was positively shifted and the peak currents were increased compared to that obtained on traditional carbon paste electrode (CPE). The results indicated that the presence of ionic liquid BPPF6 on the electrode surface showed excellent catalytic ability to the electrochemical reduction of PNP. The electrochemical behaviors of PNP on the CILE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and the conditions such as the scan rate, the buffer pH, the substrate concentration were optimized. The electrochemical parameters were further calculated with the results of the electron transfer number (n), the charge-transfer coefficient (α) and the surface concentration (Гr) as 1.76, 0.37 and 2.47 × 10^-9 mol/cm^2, respectively, for the selected reductive peak. The results indicated that PNP showed an irreversible adsorption-controlled electrode process on the CILE.  相似文献

A hybrid membrane consisted of aminated graphene and Ag nanoparticles(Ag NPs) was prepared on the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE) by cyclic voltammetry(CV) with aminated graphene(GR-NH2) as matrix for immobilizing Ag NPs.The morphology and electrochemical properties of this hybrid membrane were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and CV,respectively,and on this membrane,the voltammetric behaviors of epinephrine(EP) were studied in detail.The membrane exhibited excellent eletro-catalytic activities for the redox of EP,and could resolve the electrochemical response of EP and uric acid(UA) into two oxidation peaks.The peak current of EP was linear with its concentration in the ranges of 0.916-18.3 μmol/L and 18.3-184 μmol/L.The detection limit was 2.0 nmol/L(S/N=3).The proposed modified electrode retained the advantages of easy fabrication,high sensitivity and good repeatability for the determination of EP.  相似文献
