基于层层组装技术制备了聚烯丙基胺-葡聚糖微凝胶(记作PAH-D)/透明质酸钠(HA)膜, 将包覆有芘分子的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)表面活性剂胶束基于静电作用力负载到PAH-D/HA微凝胶膜中, 实现了疏水分子芘在微凝胶膜中的高效负载. 紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱证实了SDS胶束包覆的芘分子被稳定地负载在PAH-D微凝胶膜中. 透过光谱表明负载有芘分子的(PAH-D/HA)*10微凝胶膜在可见光区仍保持良好光学透过性. 芘在膜中的负载量可以通过改变PAH-D/HA微凝胶膜的沉积周期数和SDS胶束中包覆芘分子的浓度而实现调控. 具有光致变色性质的螺吡喃分子同样可以借助SDS胶束负载到PAH-D/HA微凝胶膜中, 制备具有光致变色性质的层层组装膜. 本工作为疏水有机分子在层层组装聚合物膜中的高效负载提供了一种简便、易行的方法.  相似文献

A facile way to prepare free-standing polyelectrolyte multilayer films of poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS)/poly(diallyldimethylammonium)(PDDA) was developed by applying a new pH-dependent sacrificial system based on cross-linked poly(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) microgels. The tertiary amine groups of PDMAEMA microgels can be protonated in acidic environment, and the protonated microgels were deposited by layer-by-layer (LbL) technique with PSS. PSS/PDDA multilayer films were constructed on the top of the PSS/microgels sacrificial layers. The LbL assembly process was investigated by UV–vis spectroscopy. Further study shows that the free-standing PSS/PDDA multilayer films can be obtained within 3 min by treating the as-prepared films in alkali aqueous solution with a pH of 12.0. The pH-triggered exfoliation of PSS/PDDA multilayer films provides a simple and facile way to prepare LbL assembled free-standing multilayer films.  相似文献

Two sulfonated poly(sulphone) sodium salts (SPSF) with different molecular weights and ionic exchange capacities in a N,N-dimethyl formamide/water (DMF-H2O) mixed solvent with various DMF contents were selected as a model system for investigating the influences of solvent composition, solution properties, and charge density of polyelectrolytes on the layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly of water-insoluble polyelectrolytes. Poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) (PDDA) in aqueous solution was used as the counterpart. The PDDA/SPSF multilayer films grew nearly linearly with the layer numbers regardless of the volume fraction of DMF, phiDMF, in the SPSF solutions. The total absorption amount of the PDDA/SPSF multilayer films was strongly dependent on the charge density of the SPSF molecules and the phiDMF value of the SPSF solutions. Minimum values of absorption amount were observed at phiDMF = 0.6 to approximately 0.7. The surface hydrophobicity and roughness of the multilayer films can be tuned by varying phiDMF. These observations were rationalized in terms of the chain dimension and the ionization degree of the SPSF molecules as a function of phiDMF, which was characterized by the intrinsic viscosity ([eta]SPSF) and conductivity (LSPSF) of the SPSF solutions. The results indicate that the molecular structures of the DMF-H2O mixed solvent strongly affect the solution properties of SPSF, which in turn determine the growth behavior and physical properties of the PDDA/SPSF multilayer films.  相似文献

The polarity of polyelectrolyte (PE) multilayer films is investigated with pyrene as a polarity-sensitive probe. Multilayer films of poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) and various polycations were prepared by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. Pyrene (PY) molecules were inserted into the films by exposing the multilayers to pyrene solutions. By this method a homogeneous distribution of pyrene molecules at low concentration within the film was obtained. The ratio of the fluorescence intensities of the first (I) to the third (III) vibronic band (Py-value) of the pyrene emission spectrum is employed here to determine the polarity of the PE films. PSS and poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) multilayer films yielded a pyrene value close to the solvent polarity of acetone, while multilayers of PSS and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) displayed a value higher than the one corresponding to water. The pyrene values of the polyelectrolyte films were independent from the solvent employed for probe dissolving. Although no direct relationship between solvent polarity and dielectric constant (epsilon) is available, an estimate of the static dielectric constant of the films can be provided by comparing the Py-values of the films with those of various solvents. Changes in the humidity conditions of the film environment in a closed cell did not affect the film polarity. However, a drastic and irreversible reduction of polarity could be induced by actively drying the samples by a nitrogen flow.  相似文献

用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)分散碳纳米管(CNTs),通过层层组装(LBL)聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDDA)和CNTs构筑PDDA/CNTs多层膜电极.利用紫外-可见光谱法对PDDA/CNTs多层膜的组装过程进行监测,用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了邻苯二酚和对苯二酚同时存在时PDDA/CNTs多层膜电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,碳纳米管修饰电极对邻苯二酚和对苯二酚有较好的电催化活性和电分离作用,邻苯二酚和对苯二酚无需经过分离即可同时被检出.在修饰电极上的线性范围如下:邻苯二酚为2.0×10-6~1.4×10-4mol/L,线性相关系数R=0.9991;对苯二酚为2.0×10-6~1.4×10-4mol/L,线性相关系数R=0.9987.  相似文献

We described the use of block copolymer micelles as building blocks for the incorporation of water-insoluble photochromic species of azobenzene and the fabrication of multilayer films by alternating the deposition of the block copolymer micelles of poly(styrene-b-acrylic acid), incorporating azobenzene and poly(diallyl-dimethylammonium chloride). The azobenzene incorporated into the block copolymer micelles can undergo a reversible photoisomerization under the irradiation of UV and visible light sources. An interesting finding is that the photoisomerization of the azobenzene in the multilayer film is faster than it is in its normal solid film, but very similar to that in its diluted solution. Furthermore, the amount of azobenzene incorporated into the micelles can influence the photoisomerization rates in the films. Therefore, we expect that the block copolymer micelles may provide a proper microenvironment for the photoisomerization of azobenzene and the as-prepared polyelectrolyte/block copolymer micelle thin films will be useful for photoswitching materials.  相似文献

Multilayer films of glucose oxidase (GOx) and poly(dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride) (PDDA) prepared by layer-by-layer deposition were studied using scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM). Aminated glass slides were coated with five bilayers of poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) and PDDA and used as substrates onto which GOx/PDDA multilayers were deposited. UV-Vis experiments confirmed multilayer growth, scanning force microscopic images provided morphological information about the films. SECM current-distance curves enabled the determination of kinetic information about GOx in GOx/PDDA multilayers as a function of layer number, film termination, inert covering layers, and enzyme substrate concentration after fitting to numerical models. The results indicate that only the topmost layers contributed significantly to the conversion. An odd-even pattern was observed for PDDA-terminated films or GOx-terminated films that correlated with morphological changes.  相似文献

A novel method based on electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly (LBL) technique for alternate assemblies of polyelectrolyte functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) is proposed. The shortened MWNTs can be functionalized with positively charged poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) based on electrostatic interaction. Through electrostatic layer-by-layer assembly, the positively charged PDDA functionalized MWNTs (PDWNTs) and negatively charged citrate-stabilized PtNPs were alternately assembled on a 3-mercaptopropanesulfonic sodium (MPS) modified gold electrode and also on other negatively charged surface, e.g. quartz slide and indium–tin-oxide (ITO) plate, directly forming the three-dimensional (3D) nanostructured materials. This is a very general and powerful technique for the assembling three-dimensional nanostructured materials containing carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and nanoparticles. Thus prepared multilayer films were characterized by ultraviolet–visible–near-infrared spectroscopy (UV–vis–NIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Regular growth of the mutilayer films is monitored by UV–vis–NIR. SEM provides the morphology of the multilayer films. The PtNPs containing multilayer films exhibit high electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of dioxygen. Furthermore, the electrocatalytic activity of the films could be further tailored by simply choosing different cycles in the LBL process. This assembling method for polyelectrolyte functionalized carbon nanotubes and nanoparticles introduces new opportunities for the incorporation of various functionalities into nanotube devices, which, in turn, opens up the possibility of building more complex multicomponent nanostructures.  相似文献

通过静电层层组装技术在玻碳(GC)电极表面制备{多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)}n多层膜,并采用循环伏安法在多层膜的表面电化学修饰一层磷钼酸(PMo12)膜,构筑GC/{MWCNT/PDDA}n-PMo12复合膜修饰电极.利用SEM对比观察{MWCNT/PDDA}n和{PDDA/MWCNT}n-PMo12的微观结构,并研究该复合膜修饰电极的电化学及其对溴酸盐(BrO3-)电催化还原性质.在此基础上研发一种基于GC/{MWCNT/PDDA}n-PMo12复合膜修饰电极的电流型BrO3-传感器,该传感器表现出明显增大的响应电流.在最优的实验条件下,采用电流时间曲线(i-t)法考察该复合膜修饰电极对BrO3-的安培响应.实验结果表明,该传感器在BrO3-浓度为50~400nmol/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9950,响应时间为1.53s,检出限为20nmol/L,灵敏度为13.81mA(mmol/L)-1cm-2.  相似文献

Organic/inorganic hybrid multilayer films with noncentrosymmetrically orientated azobenzene chromophores were fabricated by the sequential deposition of ZrO2 layers by a surface sol-gel process and subsequent layer-by-layer (LbL) adsorption of the nonlinear optical (NLO)-active azobenzene-containing polyanion PAC-azoBNS and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA). Noncentrosymmetric orientation of the NLO-active azobenzene chromophores was achieved because of the strong repulsion between the negatively charged ZrO(2) and the sulfonate groups of the azobenzene chromophore in PAC-azoBNS. Regular deposition of ZrO(2)/PAC-azoBNS/PDDA multilayer films was verified by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and quartz crystal microbalance measurements. Both UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and transmission second harmonic generation (SHG) measurements confirmed the noncentrosymmetric orientation of the azobenzene chromophores in the as-prepared ZrO2/PAC-azoBNS/PDDA multilayer films. The square root of the SHG signal (I(2omega)(1/2)) increases with the increase of the azobenzene graft ratio in PAC-azoBNS as the number of deposition cycles of the ZrO(2)/PAC-azoBNS/PDDA films remains the same, while the second-order susceptibility chi(zzz)(2) of the film decreases with the increase of the azobenzene graft ratio. Furthermore, the present method was successfully extended to realize the noncentrosymmetric orientation of azobenzene chromophores in multilayer films when small organic azobenzene compounds with carboxylic acid and/or hydroxyl groups at one end and sulfonate groups at the other end were used. The present method was characterized by its simplicity and flexibility in film preparation, and it is anticipated to be a facile way to fabricate second-order nonlinear optical film materials.  相似文献

Photoactive nanostructured micellar films were prepared from the amphiphilic copolymer poly(sodium styrenesulfonate- stat-2-vinylnaphthalene) (PSSS- stat-VN) and cationic polyelectrolyte poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) or poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) on quartz and silicon substrates via layer-by-layer (LbL) electrostatic self-assembly. The macromolecules of this amphiphilic copolymer adopt a coiled micellar conformation in aqueous solution that is preserved in the films as evidenced by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and spectroscopic studies. The hydrophobic domains present in the film can serve as host sites for various organic molecules. The probe molecules reside in those isolated nanosize domains. Their aggregation and quenching of their emission is eliminated. The experiments showed a regular growth of multilayer thickness and the content of solubilized compounds in the films. Thus, a defined amount of the hydrophobic compounds of interest may be introduced into these water-processable polymeric films. Some stratification of the films was induced by the presence of stiff nanoparticle-like micelles. That makes these films an important new material for studies of photoinduced energy and electron transfer.  相似文献

Polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEMs) are now widely used for bioanalytical applications. In this work, a bilayer of poly(diallydimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) is consecutively adsorbed on 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonic acid modified Au electrode surfaces, forming stable, ultrathin multilayer films. Subsequently, Prussian blue nanoparticles protected by PDDA (denoted as P-PB) and negatively charged glucose oxidase (GOx) are consecutively adsorbed onto the PSS-terminated bilayer. The growth of each of the P-PB/GOx bilayers is followed quantitatively using UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and the electrochemical method. The P-PB nanoparticles can catalyze the electroreduction of hydrogen peroxide formed from enzymatic reaction at lower potential and inhibit the responses of interferents, such as ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Performance of the multilayer films can be tailored by controlling the number of bilayers. Under optimal conditions, a linear range of 0.10 to 11.0 mM and a detection limit of 10 microM were achieved. The glucose biosensor has good stability and reproducibility.  相似文献

以二氧化硅胶体和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)为原料,利用静电自组装技术制备了PDDA/SiO2复合薄膜. TEM图象显示,薄膜中的SiO2纳米粒子为密堆积,薄膜均匀、致密;电子衍射实验结果显示,所组装的薄膜为非晶态膜.载玻片表面组装SiO2纳米粒子薄膜后,透射率随薄膜双层数增加呈现周期变化.薄膜具有增透作用,载玻片双面组装薄膜后在一定波长范围内的透射率可提高5%以上. PDDA/SiO2复合薄膜的光学性质主要由SiO2纳米粒子决定,每一双层的平均物理厚度小于SiO2纳米粒子的粒径,薄膜中存在层间穿插现象,逐层组装的复合薄膜具有单层光学薄膜的特性.  相似文献

The influences of pH and NaCl concentration of dipping solutions and the pH and NaCl concentration of disintegration solutions on the disintegration behaviors of poly(4-vinylpyridiniomethanecarboxylate) (PVPMC)/poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) (PVPMC/PSS) multilayer films were investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It was found that the disintegration rates and degrees of PVPMC/PSS multilayer films in neutral water could be well controlled by changing pH of dipping solutions and immersion time during the disintegration process. Furthermore, PVPMC/PSS multilayer films could be disintegrated completely and rapidly in pH 8 alkali solution or physiological condition (i.e., 0.15 M NaCl solution). The controllable disintegration of PVPMC/PSS multilayer films was then utilized to fabricate PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films, in which PEC was a positively charged polyelectrolyte complex made from excessive poly(diallyldimethylammonium) (PDDA) and PSS. The experimental results indicated that the disintegration rates of PVPMC/PSS sacrificial sublayer strongly affected the integrity of the resultant PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films. Only free-floating PEC/PSS was released from neutral water by disintegrating PVPMC/PSS multilayer sublayers. However, large size flat and tube-like PEC/PSS free-standing multilayer films with good mechanical properties were obtained facilely from pH 8 alkali solution and 0.15 M NaCl solution, respectively. The preparation of such free-standing films at physiological condition may be useful in the biological or medical application.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe the use of block copolymer micelles to incorporate Azo-AOT, an azobenzene-containing amphiphile having a structure suitable for reverse micelle formation and the fabrication of polyelectrolyte/micelle multilayer films. Interestingly, it is found that the PS21-PAA157 micelles can incorporate more Azo-AOT molecules than the PS115-PAA15 micelles, which is different from the case of incorporation of noncharged hydrophobic molecules. Moreover, Azo-AOT incorporated into the PS21-PAA157 micelles undergoes a faster photoisomerization than in the PS115-PAA15 micelles, which seems to be related to different aggregation states of Azo-AOT in the two micelles. From the data of UV-vis spectra, we can infer that Azo-AOT adopts a reverse micelle-like aggregation state in the PS115-PAA15 micelles and disperses in the interface between the core and corona of PS21-PAA157 micelles. These polyelectrolyte/micelle films incorporating functional amphiphiles have great potential in the field of functional thin films.  相似文献

PSS PDDAMD膜紫外 可见吸光度与层数呈线性关系 ,其延长线基本为零证实了是一单分子层层状沉积过程 ;利用接触角测量仪跟踪MD膜沉积过程 ,其结果表明 ,层数较少时PSS PDDAMD膜表面润湿性呈“奇 偶”性规律变化 ,层数较多时规律性不明显 ,这说明聚电解质MD膜结构缺陷随着层数的增加有增大趋势 ;通过对原子力显微镜 (AFM)测定结果的分析 ,进一步证实了多层PSS PDDAMD膜存在结构缺陷 .  相似文献

选择2种不同类型的聚阳离子[强电解质型聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)和弱电解质型聚盐酸丙烯胺(PAH)], 分别和脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)分子通过静电吸附作用制备层层组装膜. 利用原子力显微镜和紫外-可见分光光度计研究了聚阳离子结构和组装分子溶液中盐(NaCl)浓度对大孔结构及薄膜生长规律的影响. 结果表明, 在DNA/PDDA体系中, 盐浓度对于大孔结构的形成起到关键性作用. 而对于DNA/PAH薄膜体系, 即使增加DNA或PAH溶液中盐的浓度, 也不会有大孔结构出现, 这主要是由PAH分子的弱电解质特性决定的.  相似文献

Aqueous suspensions of hydrothermally synthesized titanate nanotubes and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) have been employed to fabricate multilayer films on various substrates in a layer-by-layer fashion. Atomic force microscopy displays the dense coverage of the substrate surface by the nanotubes. UV-vis absorption spectroscopy confirms the consecutive growth of PDDA/nanotube layer pairs. Single crystalline Ag and Au nanoparticles with narrow size distribution spatially correlating with the nanotubes have been obtained by treating the nanotubes with AgNO(3) or HAuCl(4) aqueous solution followed by chemical reduction. The noble metal nanoparticles show a strong surface plasmon absorption band. A multilayer film construction of the noble-metal-loaded nanotubes has also been achieved. This process has been further extended to the heteroassembly of nanotubes/nanosheets in different layer sequences.  相似文献

以化学交联的聚烯丙基胺盐酸盐拟葡聚糖微凝胶和透明质酸为构筑基元,在导尿管表面层层组装构筑了厚度小于500 nm可控释放抗菌药物的聚合物微凝胶膜。 广谱抗菌药物头孢曲松钠通过扩散吸附的方法在2 min内快速负载到聚合物微凝胶膜中,并且在生理盐水中可控释放时间达3 h。 抗菌实验表明,组装有层层组装微凝胶膜并负载广谱抗菌药物的导尿管具有令人满意的抗菌效果,避免感染的发生。  相似文献
