针对大型周边桁架式索网天线由拉索拉压模量不同引起的本构非线性和结构大变形引起的几何非线性问题,给出了基于参变量变分原理的几何非线性有限元方法. 首先针对含预应力索单元拉压模量不同分段描述的本构关系,通过引入参变量,导出了基于参变量及其互补方程的统一描述形式,避免了传统算法需要根据当前变形对索单元张紧/松弛状态的预测,提高了算法收敛性. 然后利用拉格朗日应变描述索网天线结构大变形问题,结合几何非线性有限元法,建立了基于参变量的非线性平衡方程和线性互补方程;并给出了牛顿-拉斐逊迭代法与莱姆算法相结合的求解算法. 数值算例验证了本文提出的算法比传统算法具有更稳定的收敛性和更高的求解精度,特别适合于大型索网天线结构的高精度变形分析和预测.  相似文献

应用INSTRON5544对110甲基乙烯基硅橡胶材料进行了单轴大变形压缩的力学特性测试。本文根据已有的Mooney-Rivilin模型和Yeoh模型的本构关系,采用泰勒级数展开的办法获得了基于小变形的本构关系表达式。利用本文所得本构关系,将实验数据进行了非线性拟合处理,得到了相应的Mooney-Rivilin模型和Yeoh模型的材料参数。拟合所得的名义应力-应变曲线与实测的名义应力-应变曲线吻合较好。利用非线性拟合所得的Mooney-Rivilin模型和Yeoh模型的材料参数,应用ABAQUS软件进行有限元分析计算。通过有限元的分析计算,验证了Mooney-Rivilin模型和Yeoh模型材料参数的正确性与可行性。  相似文献

为确定不同本构模型对橡胶制品进行非线性有限元分析的适应性,采用HyperMesh 和ABAQUS软件建立了橡胶标准试件和防尘罩制品的非线性有限元模型. 根据标准试件单轴拉伸试验数据,利用ABAQUS软件拟合了Mooney--Rivlin, Ogden 及Yeoh 3 种本构模型的特征参数,并给出了试件和制品轴向拉伸和压缩工况有限元分析结果. 实测试验与有限元分析结果对比发现:在应变不大于100% 时,两参数的Mooney--Rivlin本构模型计算误差较小;在应变大于100% 时, 用Yeoh 和Ogden 本构模型计算误差较小. 该结论对大变形橡胶元件的非线性特性理论分析具有实际意义.  相似文献

为解决BP (back propagation) 神经网络收敛速度慢,网络结构需事先定义等缺点,采用了级连相关神经网络模型来建立人工冻土应力和应变之间的关系. 基于该模型推导了冻土的一致刚度矩阵形式,利用人工冻土三轴试验数据对神经网络模型进行训练,并用其替换有限元计算中的传统本构模型,将计算结果与性质及含水率相同的冻土的试验结果进行了对比,发现该神经网络本构模型很好地反应了材料的非线性,能够改善数值计算结果,与实测结果吻合地很好,比具有相同隐含层神经元个数的BP 模型更接近实测结果.  相似文献

An accurate closed-form analytical solution for the strain energy release rate for a thin rectangular film loaded by a central line force using the pull-off test is derived in the presence of a tensile residual stress. The theoretical constitutive relation and the strain energy release rate agree very well with two-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis for the entire deformation regime ranging from bending plate to stretching membrane. Fracture modes for this pull-off test are also investigated based upon the finite element analysis, offering additional insights to the interfacial delamination.  相似文献

随着工字形短深梁和宽翼缘梁结构的发展,截面非线性剪切变形对弯曲应力的影响愈加突出,导致传统设计中所采用的初等梁理论计算结果误差较大,不再适用。本文基于比拟杆法综合考虑剪切效应,推导出工字形梁横力弯曲应力解析计算公式,并与有限元及现有解析计算方法进行对比分析。结果表明:当跨高比较小,翼缘腹板面积比较大时剪切效应对弯曲变形有显著影响。同时相比于现有解析方法,本文计算结果精度较高且适用范围更广,可用于梁结构设计。  相似文献

以高玉臣提出的弹性大变形余能原理为基础,利用Lagrange乘子,放松平衡方程和力边界条件对余能泛函的约束,推导出广义的余能原理.根据极分解定理,将变形分为刚性转动和纯变形两部分,则余能也包含相应的两部分,一部分与刚性转动有关,而另一部分与纯变形有关.使用线弹性本构关系,建立了可用于几何非线性计算的有限元模型.应用更新的Lagrange列式法,给出了增量形式的有限元公式.数值计算结果表明,该方法可用于浅曲粱的几何大变形计算.  相似文献

从事高强度的体力工作者经常会发生肌肉软组织的损伤, 因此对骨骼肌的变形特性和应力分布的研究受到了越来越多的重视. 获取正确的本构参数对于生物软组织的力学行为的研究至关重要, 而本构参数的确定本质上是一个逆过程, 具有很大的挑战性. 本文分别采用K近邻(K-nearest neighbor, KNN)模型和支持向量机回归(support vector machine regression, SVR)模型并结合非线性有限元仿真, 提出了两种确定骨骼肌本构参数的反演方法. 首先建立了骨骼肌压缩的有限元模型, 对其压缩条件下的变形特性进行了有限元仿真, 得到了相应的变形特性及应力分布规律, 同时也建立了骨骼肌组织的名义应力和主伸长之间非线性关系的数据集. 其次, 分别利用KNN模型和SVR模型搭建了针对骨骼肌组织进行本构参数反演的机器学习智能算法, 对相应的数据集进行训练, 结合单轴压缩实验的实验数据预测了材料的本构参数. 最后, 对分别基于KNN模型和SVR模型对骨骼肌超弹性本构参数的误差结果进行了分析, 通过引入相关系数$R$和决定系数$R^{2}$对采用两种反演方法的有效性进行数值上的验证. 结果表明, 利用KNN模型和SVR模型结合有限元仿真是确定骨骼肌超弹性本构参数的有效、准确的方法, 该方法也可进一步推广到其他类型的非线性软组织的本构参数反演.   相似文献

The silica-filled rubber material presented in this paper exhibits nonlinear elasticity, nonlinear rate dependence and stress-softening effect under cyclic loading. In order to model the material behavior in a finite element code, the internal state variable concept is considered for finite deformation viscoelasticity. Moreover, the so-called Mullins' effect is taken into account by using a discontinuous damage concept. A total Lagrangian formulation with incompressibility constraint is adopted in the finite element code. The constitutive equations with their optimized set of parameters are validated by comparing the simulated results with experimental data. This result is very useful for the fatigue lifetime analysis of the investigated silica-filled rubber material.  相似文献

对砂岩进行高围压高水压条件下的三轴压缩蠕变试验。试验表明,在整个加载过程中,孔隙水压力主要起到增强轴向变形和横向变形的作用;但在加载的初始阶段,孔隙水压力在一定程度上抑制了轴向变形。当应力水平高于屈服应力时,横向蠕变速率明显大于轴向蠕变速率,且横向蠕变率先进入加速蠕变阶段。本文提出一个新的非线性黏性元件,并引入一个能判断是否进入加速蠕变阶段的计时器元件,组建一个非线性黏塑性加速蠕变启动模型,将该黏塑性模型与Burgers模型串联,构建一个新的非线性黏弹塑性蠕变模型,推导了该模型在常规三轴应力状态下的本构方程。基于试验结果,通过对非线性优化算法(BFGS)的Matlab编程,实现对本文提出蠕变模型的参数识别,识别效果比较理想。对比试验曲线与拟合曲线,二者相当吻合,验证了新提出的非线性黏弹塑性蠕变模型的正确性。  相似文献

采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序对静态和冲击荷载作用下的含裂纹半圆弯曲(SCB)实验进行了数值模拟。根据静态实验的模拟结果,提出了适合复合型加载的Ⅰ型应力强度因子拟合公式,采用该公式计算应力强度因子的最大误差不超过10%。动态实验的模拟结果表明:对于纯Ⅰ型加载的SCB实验,动态应力强度因子随着试样半径、支座间距以及相对裂纹长度的变化呈现规律性变化;当试样半径小于60mm、相对支座间距为1.2、相对裂纹长度在0.1~0.4范围内时,惯性效应的影响较小,采用静态拟合公式计算裂尖的动态应力强度因子的误差约10%;对于复合型加载的SCB实验,当相对裂纹长度为0.2~0.4、裂纹倾角在10°~40°范围内时,采用静态拟合公式计算裂尖的动态应力强度因子的误差小于10%。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with objective stress update algorithm for elasto-plastic and elasto-viscoplastic endochronic theory within the framework of additive plasticity. The elastic response is stated in terms of hypoelastic model and endochronic constitutive equations are stated in unrotated frame of reference. A trivially incrementally objective integration scheme for rate constitutive equations is established. Algorithmic modulus consistent with numerical integration algorithm of constitutive equations is extracted. The implementation is validated by means of a set of simple deformation paths (simple shear, extension and rotation), two benchmark test in nonlinear mechanics (the necking of a circular bar and expansion of a thick-walled cylinder), a test which demonstrates the capabilities of the proposed model in simulation of cyclic loading and ratcheting in finite strain case (cyclically loaded notched bar) and finally, the analysis of a tensile test, which presents a shear band with a finite thickness independent of the finite element mesh using endochronic viscoplastic constitutive model.  相似文献

基于Timoshenko梁及Benscoter薄壁杆件理论,建立了考虑剪切变形、弯扭耦合以及翘曲剪应力影响的空间任意开闭口薄壁截面梁单元. 通过引入单元内部结点,对弯曲转角和翘曲角采用三节点Lagrange独立插值的方法,考虑了剪切变形和翘曲剪应力的影响并避免了横向剪切锁死问题;借助载荷作用下薄壁梁的截面运动分析,在位移和应变方程中考虑了弯扭耦合的影响. 通过数值算例将该单元的计算结果与理论解以及商用有限元软件和其他文献中的数值解进行对比和验证,结果对比表明该薄壁梁单元具有良好的精度和收敛性.  相似文献

This paper describes an hybrid procedure for mechanical characterization of biological membranes. The in-plane displacement field of a glutaraldehyde treated bovine pericardium patch obtained with an equi-biaxial tension test is measured with intrinsic moiré and then compared with finite element predictions. Preliminary analysis of moiré patterns observed in the experiments justifies the assumption of the constitutive model based on transversely isotropic hyperelasticity. In order to determine the 16 hyperelastic constants included in the constitutive model and the fiber orientation, the difference Ω between displacement values measured with moiré and their counterpart determined numerically is minimized by means of multi-level and multi-point simulated annealing. Results clearly demonstrate the efficiency of the identification procedure presented in this research: in fact, residual difference between experimental data and numerical values of in-plane displacements is less than 2%. In order to validate the entire identification process, another experimental test is conducted by inflating the same specimen. Out-of-plane displacements, now measured with projection moiré, are compared with predictions of a new finite element model reproducing the experimental test. The 16 hyper-elastic constants previously determined are given in input to the inflation test FE model. Remarkably, experimental and numerical results are again in excellent agreement: maximum percent error on w-displacement is less than 3%.  相似文献

A refined geometrically nonlinear formulation of a thin-shell finite element based on the Kirchhoff-Love hypotheses is considered. Strain relations, which adequately describe the deformation of the element with finite bending of its middle surface, are obtained by integrating the differential equation of a planar curve. For a triangular element with 15 degrees of freedom, a cost-effective algorithm is developed for calculating the coefficients of the first and second variations of the strain energy, which are used to formulate the conditions of equilibrium and stability of the discrete model of the shell. In this paper, new nonlinear dynamic formulations for belt drives based on the three-dimensional absolute nodal coordinate formulation are developed. Two large deformation three-dimensional finite elements are used to develop two different belt-drive models that have different numbers of degrees of freedom and different modes of deformation. Both three-dimensional finite elements are based on a nonlinear elasticity theory that accounts for geometric nonlinearities due to large deformation and rotations. The first element is a thin-plate element that is based on the Kirchhoff plate assumptions and captures both membrane and bending stiffness effects. The other three-dimensional element used in this investigation is a cable element obtained from a more general three-dimensional beam element by eliminating degrees of freedom which are not significant in some cable and belt applications. Both finite elements used in this investigation allow for systematic inclusion or exclusion of the bending stiffness, thereby enabling systematic examination of the effect of bending on the nonlinear dynamics of belt drives. The finite-element formulations developed in this paper are implemented in a general purpose three-dimensional flexible multibody algorithm that allows for developing more detailed models of mechanical systems that include belt drives subject to general loading conditions, nonlinear algebraic constraints, and arbitrary large displacements. The use of the formulations developed in this investigation is demonstrated using two-roller belt-drive system. The results obtained using the two finite-element formulations are compared and the convergence of the two finite-element solutions is examined.  相似文献

采用材料力学中的平面弯曲理论、以及弹性理论中平面应力问题和平面应变问题的转换关系,分析方管在均匀外压作用下的变形、临界压力和应力,得到了方管最大变形、临界压力和最大应力的求解公式.运用有限元分析软件Marc建立有限元模型,分析了方管在外压作用下的变形、临界压力和应力情况.分析结果表明,最大应力出现在凹角处,最大位移出现在各面的中截面处,并将有限元解与本文解作比较,从而验证文本解的正确性.  相似文献

采用外域双渐近法模拟外部流体域,内域双渐近法模拟内部流体域,采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS 模拟结构,建立流固耦合数值模型并验证了其有效性. 利用建立的数值模型研究内部流体对双层加筋圆柱壳动响应的影响. 研究结果表明:一阶双渐近的解在中后期振荡周期变短、幅值变小,而二阶双渐近的解与解析解吻合良好;内部流体的存在减弱了双层加筋圆柱壳外壳的塑性变形,对其内壳塑性变形的影响较小;内部流体的存在减弱了双层加筋圆柱壳的速度响应.  相似文献
