药学专业化学实验课程教学改革

以药学专业化学类基础课程的主要内容为基础,以药学类专业的实用发展为指导方向,对实验教学基本内容的整合与实验课程体系的重新构建进行了研究与探讨。     

增加药学专业无机化学"药味"的思考与探索

无机化学是医学院校药学专业学生必修的专业基础课程。为了提高教学质量,增强学生的学习兴趣与专业素养,在药学专业无机化学教学中应强化与药学之间的紧密联系。文章结合教学实践,总结了增加药学专业无机化学"药味"的思考与探索。     

基于“5个对接”的医学类中职教科书体系构建

根据泰勒原理的课程研究与开发内容,以中等卫生职业教育药学专业的生物化学教材编写作为切入点,根据"4个合作"和"5个对接"的职业教育教学理念,论述医学类中职教科书体系的构建,要遵循专业知识的逻辑顺序、学习者认识程序、学习者心理发展程序的"三序"原则,教科书"三序"结合的方式要围绕主线分散难点、合理构建知识梯度和知识层次、个别知识点嵌入基干大块内容中的镶嵌式编排。     

“无机及分析化学实验”课程教学改革与实践

针对"无机及分析化学实验"课程的教学现状及存在的问题,结合贵州师范学院生物类专业的特点,以能力培养、兴趣激发为重点,从整合教学内容、改进教学方法、变革考核方式等方面进行改革与实践,取得了良好的效果。     

“基础化学”模块化、超市化递进式实验教学探索

针对目前"基础化学"理论和实验教学的现状,实行模块化、超市化实验项目建设,进行分层式、递进式开放实验教学探索。调查研究表明新的实验教学模式有利于弥补学生化学基础的不足,增强化学实验基本操作技能的训练,保障学生面向药学类各职业岗位所必须具备的操作技能,提高"基础化学"的教学效果,真正发挥"基础化学"对后续课程的支撑作用。     

高职院校药学专业以化学为中心的选修课程体系构建

分析了在高职院校药学专业中构建以化学为中心的选修课程体系的必要性,对其设置思路进行了探讨并构建了4类选修课程,即生活运用类、知识扩展类、思维发散类和能力拓展类。同时针对选修课程实施中的目标定位、课程整合、师资和课时等问题作了讨论。     

针对药学专业特点调整分析化学教学

"分析化学"是药学专业的一门基础课,与药学专业课"药物分析"关系密切。本文针对药学专业特点,适当调整分析化学教学大纲,重新安排重点教学内容,注意辨析2门课程中有关内容的异同点,明确相互关系,利于基础课更好地为专业课打好基础。     

以新药研发为案例的有机药物化学课程群PBL教学设计

在有机药物化学课程群中开展PBL教学改革,基于新药凯美纳的开发进行教学设计。通过凯美纳药物小分子的发现、合成设计、药学评价、新药上市等剧情把课程群间的课程内容有机地整合,从整体上加深学生对药学专业的认识,注重知识的灵活应用,达到“学有所成,学以致用”的目的;同时,PBL教学采用小组合作学习形式,培养了学生自主学习和终身学习的技能,提升了学生的团队合作意识和能力。     

综合性大学通识课程“化学与健康”的教学探索

通识课程是高校专业教学内容的重要组成部分,对于提高本科人才培养质量具有深远的作用。通识课“化学与健康”的教学内容涉及化学、生命、药学、医学、环境等学科。该课程可以拓宽学生知识面、促进多学科交叉,达到提高科学素养的目的。以通识课“化学与健康”教学实践为基础,针对综合性大学该课程的建设基础、课程目标及教学内容设计、教学方法与手段、教学效果、思政元素的引入等方面进行了讨论,调研了国外相关课程设置的特点,为加强高校、尤其是综合性大学通识课程的建设提供参考。     

职前化学教师实验教学表现性评价研究——以“化学教学论实验研究”教学为例

教学评价要与课程设置和教学活动整合起来。以化学教师教育课程群的主干课程"化学教学论实验研究"为例,将国外教师表现性评价方案本土化后,形成"课前、课中、课后"全过程的表现性评价量表。结合国内本门课程教学模式特色,将量表的使用镶嵌于该门课程的教学过程中。以清晰的表现性目标、具体的表现性任务、明确的评分规则,解困该课程学习者众、指导者寡、教学要求高、课时少的窘境,从而将表现性评价理念落到实处,促进职前化学教师自我引导的专业学习,促进课程质量和教学效率的提升。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
