The inverse recursion operator, three new sets of symmetries, and infinite-dimensional Lie algebras for the nonlinear diffusion equation are given. Some nonlocal symmetries related to eigenvectors of the recursion operator with the eigenvalue λi are also obtained with the help of the recursion operator φi=φ-λi. Using a part of these symmetries we get twelve types of nontrivial new similarity reduction.  相似文献

A simple symmetry reduction procedure is repeatedly used to obtain infinitely many symmetries and then the exact solutions of the Burgers equation. Some sets of exact solutions such as the rational solutions, rationalkink solutions and error function solutions are explicitly given. As a byproduct the recursion operators can be re-obtained at the same time.  相似文献

We investigate the nonlinear correlations of protein sequences by using the nonlinear prediction method developed in nonlinear dynamical theory. It is found that a lot of protein sequences show strong nonlinear correlations and have deterministic structures. Further investigations show that the strong nonlinear correlations of these protein sequences are due to the symmetries of their tertiary structures. Furthermore, the correlation lengths of the sequences are related to the degrees of the symmetries. These results support the duplication mechanism of protein evolution and also reveal one aspect how amino acid sequences encode their spatial structures.  相似文献

Under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,a form invariance of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems is studied and the definition and criteria are given,In view of the invariance of rotational relativistic Pfaff-Birkhoff-D‘ Alembert principle under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,the theory of Noether symmetries of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are constructed.The relation between the form invariance and the Noether symmetries is studied ,and the conserved quantities of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are obtained.  相似文献

Based on the theory of symmetries and conserved quantities, the perturbation to the symmetries and adiabatic invariants of a type of nonholonomic singular system are discussed. Firstly, the concept of higher order adiabatic invariants of the system is proposed. Secondly, the conditions for existence of the exact invariants and adiabatic invariants are proved, and their forms are given. Thirdly, we study the inverse problems of the perturbation to symmetries of the system. An example is presented to illustrate these results.  相似文献

For a relativistic Hamiltonian system,two new types of the Lie symmetries and conservation laws are given under infinitesimal transformaitons of groups.On the basis of the theory of invariance of the relativistic Hamiltonian equations under infinitesimal transformations and introducing infinitesimal transformations for time t,generalized coordinates qs and generalized monenta ps,we obtain the determinging equations,the structure equations and the conserved quantities of the Lie symmetries.Introducing infinitesimal transformation for generalized coordinates qs and generalized momenta ps,we construct the Lie symmetrical transformations of the system,which only depend on the canonical variables.A set of conserved quantities are directly obtained from the Lie symmetries of the syste.An example is given to illustrante the application of the results.  相似文献

The differential equations of motion of a relativistic variable mass system are given.By using the invariance of the differential equations under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,the determining equations and the restriction equations of the Lie symmetries of a relativistic variable mass system are built,and the structure equation and the conserved quantity of the Lie symmetries are obtained.Then the inverse problem of the Lie symmetries is studied.The corresponding Lie symmetries are found according to a known conserved quantity.An example is given to illustrate the application of the result.  相似文献

According to the theory of the invariance of ordinary differential equations under the infinitesimal transformations of group, the relations between Lie symmetries and invariants of the mechanical system with a singular Lagrangian are investigated in phase space. New dynamical equations of the system are given in canonical form and the determining equations of Lie symmetry transformations are derived. The proposition about the Lie symmetries and invariants are presented. An example is given to illustrate the application of the result in this paper.  相似文献

The exact invariants and the adiabatic invariants of Raitzin's canonical equations of motion for a nonlinear nonholonomic mechanical system are studied. The relations between the invariants and the symmetries of the system are established. Based on the concept of higher-order adiabatic invariant of a mechanical system under the action of a small perturbation, the forms of the exact invariants and adiabatic invariants and the conditions for their existence are proved. Finally, the inverse problem of the perturbation to symmetries of the system is studied and an example is also given to illustrate the application of the results.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the classical Lie symmetry approach, Lie point symmetries and reductions of one Blaszak– Marciniak(BM) four-field lattice equation are obtained. Two kinds of exact solutions of a rational form and an exponential form are given. Moreover, we show that the equation has a sequence of generalized symmetries and conservation laws of polynomial form, which further confirms the integrability of the BM system.  相似文献

This paper presents the Mei symmetries and new types of non-Noether conserved quantities for a higher-order nonholonomic constraint mechanical system.On the basis of the form invariance of differential equations of motion for dynamical functions under general infinitesimal transformation,the determining equations,the constraint restriction equations and the additional restriction equations of Mei symmetries of the system are constructed.The criterions of Mei symmetries,weak Mei symmetries and strong Mei symmetries of the system are given.New types of conserved quantities,i.e.the Mei symmetrical conserved quantities,the weak Mei symmetrical conserved quantities and the strong Mei symmetrical conserved quantities of a higher-order nonholonomic system,are obtained.Then,a deduction of the first-order nonholonomic system is discussed.Finally,two examples are given to illustrate the application of the method and then the results.  相似文献

By Lie symmetry method, the Lie point symmetries and its Kac Moody-Virasoro (KMV) symmetry algebra of (2+1)-dimensional dispersive long-wave equation (DLWE) are obtained, and the finite transformation of DLWE is given by symmetry group direct method, which can recover Lie point symmetries. Then KMV symmetry algebra of DLWE with arbitrary order invariant is also obtained. On basis of this algebra the group invariant solutions and similarity reductions are also derived.  相似文献

Lie symmetry reduction of some truly "variable coefficient" wave equations which are singled out from a class of (1 + 1)-dimensional variable coefficient nonlinear wave equations with respect to one and two-dimensional algebras is carried out. Some classes of exact solutions of the investigated equations are found by means of both the reductions and some modern techniques such as additional equivalent transformations and hidden symmetries and so on. The perturbation to symmetries for the dynamical system of relative motion under small excitation is discussed. We study a third-order nonlinear evolution equation, which can be transformed to the modified KdV equation, using the Lie symmetry method. The Lie point symmetries and the one-dimensional optimal system of the symmetry algebras are determined. Those symmetries are some types of nonlocal symmetries or hidden symmetries of the modified KdV equation. The group-invariant solutions, particularly the travelling wave and spiral wave solutions, are discussed in detail, and a type of spiral wave solution which is smooth in the origin is obtained.  相似文献

This paper investigates the momentum-dependent symmetries for nonholonomic nonconservative Hamilton canonical systems. The definition and determining equations of the momentum-dependent symmetries are presented, based on the invariance of differential equations under infinitesimal transformations with respect to the generalized coordinates and generalized momentums. The structure equation and the non-Noether conserved quantities of the systems are obtained. The inverse issues associated with the momentum-dependent symmetries are discussed.
