The reaction of (R) or (S)-N4,N5-bis(t-butoxycarbonyl)-4,5-diaminopentanoic acid (6) with (R) or (S)-N3,N4-bis(t-butoxycarbonyl)-3,4-diaminobutylisocyanate (8) catalyzed by 4-dimethylamino pyridine (DMAP), leads to the synthesis of (R,R), (S,S), (R,S) and (S,R) isomeric amides (11 a — d) The addition of adipic acid monomethyl ester to (R) or (S) isocyanate, followed by saponification, acidification and subsequent reaction with the second molecule of (R) or (S) isocyanate allows isolation of the (R,R), (S.S) and the meso isomers of N,N′-bis[3,4-bis(t-butoxycarbonylamino) butyl]hexanediamide (17) Removal of protecting groups with HCl/EtOH affords chiral non-racemic molecules having two free vicinal diamine units.  相似文献

The nanohybrids which based on β‐cyclodextrin, platinum nanoparticles and graphene (β‐CD‐PtNPs/GNs) were successfully synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Then they were used to construct a simple and reliable chiral sensing platform to interact with tryptophan (Trp) enantiomers. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used to investigate the stereo selectivity of β‐CD‐PtNPs/GNs to Trp enantiomers. After interaction, the obvious difference of peak currents of L‐Trp and D‐Trp was obtained, indicating this strategy could be employed to chiral recognition of Trp enantiomers. Under the optimum conditions, the chiral sensor exhibited a good linear response to Trp enantiomers in a linear range of 5.0×10?5 to 5.0×10?3 M with a low limit of detection of 1.7×10?5 M (S/N=3). This approach provided a new available platform to recognize and determine Trp enantiomers.  相似文献

A series of chiral Schiff base ligands 1–4, derived from (1R,2S)-(+)-cis-1-amino-2-indanol and other chiral amines with substituted salycilaldehydes were synthesized and transformed to the corresponding Cu(II) complexes. Molecular structures of six Cu(II) complexes were determined by X-ray crystallographic studies. The structures show the metal ion in a distorted square planar geometry with dimeric or monomeric structures, depending on the ligand denticity. The potential use of these complexes in asymmetric Cyclopropanation was explored.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor with capability of probing chiral amino acids with gold nanoparticle (n-Au) labels using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a chiral selector and subsequent signal amplification step by silver enhancement is introduced. The assay relies on the stereoselectivity of BSA embedded in ultrathin γ-alumina sol–gel film coated on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The recognition to the n-Au-labeled l- or d-amino acids for BSA-GCE could be monitored by the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), while the DPV signal was greatly amplified by the anchored silver atoms on the n-Au, leading to a new way of quantitatively analysis of chiral amino acids electrochemically at sub-picomolar level. With l-tryptophan as the probe solute, the linear concentration range was from 1.33 × 10−12 to 1 × 10−9 mol L−1 and detection limit was 5 × 10−13 mol L−1. For tryptophan enantiomers, the enantioselectivity coefficient 2.3 was obtained.  相似文献

The 3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamates (2) of cellulose bearing a small amount of 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl residues were synthesized by a one-pot process and immobilized onto a silica gel through intermolecular polycondensation of the triethoxysilyl groups. The obtained cellulose derivatives were characterized by (1) H NMR and elemental analysis (EA), and their recognition abilities were evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The cellulose derivatives containing about 1-5% of the 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl residue were efficiently immobilized with a high chiral recognition ability. The immobilized chiral packing materials (CPMs) could be used with the eluents containing chloroform and tetrahydrofuran (THF), which cannot be used with the conventional coated-type chiral packing materials. By using these eluents, the chiral recognition for many racemates was improved.  相似文献

An increasing number of strategies and tools have been proposed to endow the electrochemical interphase with chirality, to achieve enantiodiscrimination in analytical and/or preparative applications. So far, chirality has mostly been implemented not only at the electrode surface side but also on the medium one. Recently, the attractiveness of the latter approach has remarkably increased on account of the increasing availability of advanced chiral molecular media with intrinsic attractive features for electrochemistry applications, such as chiral ionic liquids, chiral ionic liquid crystals, and chiral deep eutectic solvents. With respect to solid layer/fixed chiral networks, advanced chiral media can still offer a reasonably high degree of local structuring, while being less demanding concerning preparation and management protocols, as well as less sensitive to fouling/regeneration issues. Different ways to implement chirality in advanced molecular media, including cases of powerful ‘inherent chirality,’ will be presented and discussed, particularly focusing on recent applications in the electrochemical field.  相似文献

The facile synthesis of chiral materials is of paramount importance for various applications. Supramolecular preorganization of monomers for thermal polymerization has been proven as an effective tool to synthesize carbon and carbon nitride-based (CN) materials with ordered morphology and controlled properties. However, the transfer of an intrinsic chemical property, such as chirality from supramolecular assemblies to the final material after thermal condensation, was not shown. Here, we report the large-scale synthesis of chiral CN materials capable of enantioselective recognition. To achieve this, we designed supramolecular assemblies with a chiral center that remains intact at elevated temperatures. The optimized chiral CN demonstrates an enantiomeric preference of ca. 14 %; CN electrodes were also prepared and show stereoselective interactions with enantiomeric probes in electrochemical measurements. By adding chirality to the properties transferrable from monomers to the final product of a thermal polymerization, this study confirms the potential of using supramolecular precursors to produce carbon and CN materials and electrodes with designed chemical properties.  相似文献

Two pairs of amino-acid functionalized poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) derivatives, namely, poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Boc-Met) and poly(N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Boc-Met); poly(L-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (L-PEDOT-Met) and poly(D-methionyl (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-2’-yl)methylamide) (D-PEDOT-Met) were synthesized via chemical oxidative polymerization of corresponding monomers. The structural characterization, spectroscopic properties and thermal stability of these monomers and polymers were systematically explored by FTIR spectra, Raman spectra, XRD spectra, UV-Vis spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. As chiral electrode materials, these polymers were employed to successfully recognize 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA) enantiomers by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in sulphuric acid solution. The measurement results reveal that the tendency was hetero-chiral interaction between L-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and D-DOPA, D-PEDOT-Met/PVA/GCE and L-DOPA, respectively. Also, the mechanism of chiral discrimination was discussed. All the results implied that the combination of electrochemical molecular recognition technology and chiral PEDOT materials can be a promising approach for chiral recognition and may open new opportunities for facile, biocompatible, sensitive and robust chiral assays in biochemical applications.  相似文献

Chiral recognition is the fundamental property of many biological molecules and is a quite important field in pharmaceutical analysis because of the pharmacologically different activities of enantiomers in living systems. Enantio-differentiating signal of the sensor requires specific interaction between the chiral compounds (one or a mixture of enantiomers) in question and the selector. This type of interaction is controlled normally by at least three binding centers, whose mutual arrangement and interacting characteristics with one of the enantiomers effectively control the selectivity of recognition. Molecular imprinting technology provides a unique opportunity for the creation of three-dimensional cavities with tailored recognition properties. Over the past decade, this field has expanded considerably across the variety of disciplines, leading to novel transduction approaches and many potential applications. The state-of-art of molecularly imprinted polymer-based chiral recognition might set an exotic trend toward the development of chiral sensors. The objective of this review is to provide comprehensive knowledge and information to all researchers who are interested in exploiting molecular imprinting technology toward the rational design of chiral sensors operating on different transduction principles, ranging from electrochemical to piezoelectric, being used for the detection of chiral compounds as they pose significant impact on the understanding of the origin of life and all processes that occur in living organisms.  相似文献

L-亮氨酸(L-Leu)为手性源, 经酯化和缩合等步骤制备手性单体(NALL), 以该单体为手性识别基团, 在交联剂N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和引发剂偶氮二异丁腈的作用下, 与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)以不同的质量比发生自由基共聚, 制备了一系列新型手性温敏水凝胶P(NIPAM-co-NALL), 其结构经红外光谱确证. 相比于PNIPAM水凝胶, 疏水性单体NALL的引入使 P(NIPAM-co-NALL)凝胶的温敏性下降. 以D, L-苯丙氨酸为模型药物对P(NIPAM-co-NALL)凝胶的手性识别和拆分性能进行研究, 结果表明, 手性温敏凝胶对D型对映体具有选择吸附性, 且吸附量随着手性单体含量的增加而增加; 提高温度(40 ℃)有利于手性温敏凝胶对D, L-苯丙氨酸的手性识别和拆分. P(NIPAM-co-NALL)凝胶在重复使用后依然具有手性识别性能, 但其吸附量随着使用次数的增加而下降, 3次重复使用后吸附量下降到原来的27.6%.  相似文献

Three novel types of chiral calixarene derivatives 5, 8, and 10 were designed and synthesized by introducing chiral units to parent calixarenes. Their chiralities were confirmed by rotational analysis. Chiral recognition properties of these host compounds towards L- and D-threonine were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results indicated that calixarene derivatives 5 and 8 exhibited good chiral recognition capabilities toward L- or D-threonine. Although calixarene derivative 10 had no evident chiral recognition ability, the supramolecules of calixarene derivative 10 with L- or D-threonine showed a hypochromic effect or hyperchromic effect respectively. Therefore, calixarene derivative 10 might serve as a good chiral UV-indicator.  相似文献

In this study, the chiral stationary phase was prepared by bonding vancomycin to 5 microm spherical silica gel according to "one-pot" synthetic strategies, and used to separate the enantiomers of zolmitriptan under polar ionic mode. The influences of mobile phase composition, such as the concentration and ratio of glacial acetic acid (HOAc) and triethylamine (TEA), on the enantioseparation were investigated, and the chiral recognition mechanism is discussed. It was found experimentally that the retention factors were increased with the increase of the HOAc/TEA concentration in a certain extent, and the ionic interactions, hydrogen bondings, and steric interactions may play key role together. The method is suitable for baseline separation of zolmitriptan enantiomers.  相似文献

Micron-sized cellulose microspheres were prepared through sol-gel method using NaOH/urea solution to dissolve cellulose, then cross-linked by 1,6-hexanylene diisocyanate (HDI), toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate (PDI), respectively. The reaction conditions for partial modification of the microspheres were studied. The degree of substitution (DS) in cellulose was controlled by adjusting the reaction conditions. HDI-crosslinked microspheres were partially modified with phenyl isocyanate to obtain chiral stationary phases (CSPs). The CSPs of a lower degree of crosslinking (DC) showed better chiral recognition ability than those of a higher DC. Meanwhile the CSPs prepared by pre- modification exhibited better chiral recognition ability than those prepared by pre-crosslinking.  相似文献

采用Rh(nbd)BPh4催化剂合成了3种侧链带有L-氨基酸乙酯的螺旋聚苯乙炔衍生物PPA-S-Phe、PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu,并将其涂覆在氨丙基硅胶上制备高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性固定相(CSP),研究其对7种对映体的手性识别能力.由于侧链手性基团或主链与手性基团之间的链接基团不同,PPA-S-Phe、PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu形成了不同的螺旋构象,并表现出对对映体不同的手性识别能力.PPA-S-Phe和PPA-S-Leu的主链与手性基团之间的链接基团均为磺酰胺基,侧链手性基团为L-亮氨酸乙酯的PPA-S-Leu的手性识别能力优于侧链手性基团为L-苯丙氨酸乙酯的PPA-S-Phe.PPA-S-Leu和PPA-A-Leu的侧链手性基团均为L-亮氨酸乙酯,以酰胺基为链接基团的PPA-A-Leu的手性识别能力明显优于以磺酰胺基为链接基团的PPA-S-Leu.螺旋聚苯乙炔主链与侧链手性基团之间的链接基团、侧链手性基团在手性识别中均发挥十分着重要作用.  相似文献

A series of fourteen anilide derivatives of ibuprofen were resolved on six chiral stationary phases (CSPs) derived from N-arylcarbamoyl derivatives of (S)-phenylglycine. Excellent chiral resolutions were achieved on these CSPs. The ionic-type CSPs showed better chiral recognition abilities than the corresponding covalent-type CSPs, and the CSP bearing two chiral centers has better performance than the CSPs bearing only one chiral center. The highest separation factor was achieved using the ionic-type CSP bearing two chiral centers for the resolution of the 3,5-dinitroanilide derivative of ibuprofen. This result is better than those reported in literature for the resolution of ibuprofen on the CSPs derived from amino acids, According to the chromatographic behaviors, the hydrogen bonding interaction, the π-π interactions provided by the phenyl groups in CSPs bearing one chiral center, and the phenylethylcarbamoyl moiety in CSPs bearing two chiral centers dominate the chiral recognition.  相似文献

Here we report an electrochemical DNA (E-DNA) chiral sensor that can distinguish zinc-finger like metallo-supramolecular enantiomers based on human telomeric G-quadruplex formation specifically induced by one of the enantiomers. 使用手性阴离子表面活性剂作为超分子模板, 采用共结构导向法制备手性介孔二氧化硅(CMS), 并运用圆二色谱(CD)对CMS对映选择性吸附结果进行检测, 比较了有无共结构导向剂(CSDA)在介孔表面的排列对吸附选择性的影响. 结果表明, 当使用构型相反的手性超分子模板剂对原合成CMS材料的介孔内表面进行修饰时, 可诱导结构共导向剂N?三甲氧基硅基丙基?N, N, N?三甲基氯化铵(TMAPS)发生手性相反的排列进而导致完全相反的对映选择性吸附. 实验证明此方法合成的CMS的对映选择性吸附及分离能力主要是由修饰在介孔表面的TMAPS螺旋排列形成的手性印迹所导致. 此手性超分子模板诱导TMAPS手性印迹的策略具有一定的普适性, 可对原合成介孔材料对映选择性吸附进行原位调控, 对于拓展其在立体选择性识别、 不对称催化及药物输送等方面的应用具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献
