研究了KZnF3中Ce3+和Eu2+的光谱特性,在共掺Ce3+和Eu2+的体系中,观察到了Ce3+对Eu2+的能量传递过程.计算了能量传递的量子效率,探讨了能量传递机理.研究发现,Ce3+的存在有利于Eu2+的f-f跃迁线状发射.  相似文献

The Dy3+ or/and Sm3+ doped LiLa(WO4)2 phosphors are synthesized by a facile solid state reaction method. The phase and luminescence properties of the phosphors are investigated. The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that the phosphor has a tetragonal phase crystal structure. The quenching concentration of single doped Dy3+ and Sm3+ in the LiLa(WO4)2 are determined to be 6% and 3%, respectively. Under the excitation of 404 nm, warm white light is obtained in the co-doped phosphors. With the concentration of Sm3+ increasing, the correlated color temperature (CCT) gradually decreases from 3090 to 2453 K. Two kinds of energy transfer may exist at the same time. The overlap between the emission spectrum of Dy3+ and the excitation spectrum of Sm3+ reveals that the energy of Dy3+ can transfer to Sm3+ via radiation. Another way of energy transfer, that is non-radiative energy transfer, is attributed to the excited state of Dy3+ (4F9/2) slightly higher than that of Sm3+ (4I19/2). The calculation results show that non-radiative energy transfer process from Dy3+ to Sm3+ ions is predominated by quadrupole–quadrupole interaction.  相似文献

Optical absorption, fluorescence and photoacoustic spectra of Dy3+ doped in oxyfluoroborate glass has been studied. Lifetime of 4F(9/2) level has been measured for different concentration of Dy3+. Effect of concentration quenching on the lifetime and the fluorescence yield has been observed and the mechanism of energy transfer discussed. The energy transfer from Pr3+ to Dy3+ has been observed and explained in a codoped glass containing Pr3+ + Dy3+.  相似文献

Luminescence of Ce3+ in the hydrogen peroxide induced sulfuric acid solutions was observed to be quenched by Ce4+ ions in the solution by energy transfer due to electric dipole interaction between Ce3+ and Ce4+. A systematic investigation of the energy transfer characteristics of Ce3+-Ce4+ mixture has been made by measuring the absorption, luminescence and excitation spectra at room temperature. The effect of the concentration of Ce3+ on the energy transfer process has been also studied and the critical transfer distance (Ro) has been calculated considering F?rster type interaction between the ions and found to be 8.7 A for the mixture of 1 x 10(-4) mol 1(-1) Ce3+ and 3 x 10(-4) mol l(-1) Ce4+.  相似文献

Steric effect for the formation of N 2 (B, (3)Pi u ) in the energy transfer reaction of Kr ( (3)P 2) + N 2 has been measured using an oriented Kr ( (3)P 2, M J = 2) beam at a collision energy of 0.07 eV. The N 2 (B, (3)Pi u ) emission intensity was measured as a function of the magnetic orientation field direction in the collision frame. A significant atomic alignment effect on the energy transfer probability was observed. This result was compared with that for the formation of N 2 (C, (3)Pi g ) in the Ar ( (3)P 2) + N 2 reaction. Despite the large difference on the energy transfer cross-section, the atomic alignment dependence for Kr ( (3)P 2) + N 2 is found to be analogous to that for Ar ( (3)P 2) + N 2. It is revealed that the configuration of inner 4p (3p) orbital in the collision frame gives an important role for the stereoselectivity on electron transfer process via the curve-crossing mechanism.  相似文献

By using equilibrium dialysis, atomic absorption spectrometry, fluorescence titration and determination of fluorescence lifetime, it can be determined that each fibrinolytic principle (FP) molecule contains one Ca2+-binding site and one Ca2+ ion, which can be substituted by a Tb3+ ion completely. The intramolecular energy transfer between Tb3+ and the tryptophan (Trp) residue in FP has been investigated through fluorescence spectroscopy. In the FP molecule, the excited energy can transfer from the Trp residue as an energy donor to the Tb3+ ion substituted as an acceptor. The distance between Tb3+ and the Trp residue, approximately 0.38 nm, has been calculated with the experimental data and Forster theory.  相似文献

The absorption and emission spectroscopies of Er3+ doped and Er3+/Yb3+ codoped Ca(PO3)2, Sr(PO3)2 and Ba(PO3)2 glasses have been studied. From the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters, the spontaneous emission probabilities of some relevant transitions and the radiative lifetimes of several excited states of Er3+ have been calculated. The decay curves of the Er3+ emission at 1.5 microm have been measured at different temperatures. The data have been fitted using a stretched exponential function and the obtained experimental lifetimes have been compared with the calculated radiative lifetimes. The difference between the experimental and calculated lifetimes is attributed to the presence of traces of OH groups in the host glasses. The absolute OH content in some glasses has been determined from the infrared spectra. The emission spectra at 1.5 microm of the Er3+ ion in the codoped glasses have been measured at different temperatures. The integrated emission intensities decrease significantly on passing from room temperature to 13 K, suggesting a temperature dependence of the rate of the energy transfer process between Yb3+ and Er3+.  相似文献

Europium-doped LaF3 nanoparticles have been prepared by the ionic reaction in the ethanol at 60 degrees C. From the XRD pattern of nanoparticles and the emission spectra of Eu3+ ions, it has been concluded that the Eu3+ ions could easily substitute the La3+ sites and the solid solution La(1-x)Eu(x)F3 can be synthesized. Due to very low phonon energies of LaF3 matrix, the 5D1 emission of Eu3+ ions in La(1-x)Eu(x)F3 nanoparticles can be observed at room temperature when doping concentration of Eu3+ ions is lower than 30 mol%. The quenching process of 5D1 emission can be attributed to cross-relaxation. Since clusters of Eu3+ ions and resonance energy transfer only occurs within one particle due to the hindrance by the particle boundary, the concentration quenching resulted from resonance energy transfer between neighboring Eu3+ ions occurs at higher Eu3+ concentrations in the Eu3+ doped LaF3 nanoparticles.  相似文献

Energy transfer studies have been made in a terbium-erbium coactivated calibo-glass system at room temperature and at liquid-air temperature. A study of the emission and decay of 5D4 level of Tb3+ has been made by varying the acceptor (Er3+) concentration. Probabilities and efficiencies of energy transfer as well as donor-acceptor distances have been calculated. At low acceptor concentration the decay of the donor (Tb3+) emission has been found to be diffusion limited. At high acceptor concentration the mechanism governing the transfer is found to be dipole-dipole.  相似文献

The hydride transfer reaction between OD+ and C3H6 has been studied experimentally and theoretically over the center of mass collision energy range from 0.21 to 0.92 eV using the crossed beam technique and density functional theory calculations. The center of mass flux distributions of the product ions at three different energies are highly asymmetric, with maxima close to the velocity and direction of the precursor propylene beam, characteristic of direct reactions. In the hydride transfer process, the entire reaction exothermicity is transformed into product internal excitation, consistent with mixed energy release in which the hydride ion is transferred with both the breaking and forming bonds extended. At higher collision energies, at least 85% of the incremental translational energy appears in product translation, providing a clear example of induced repulsive energy release. Compared to the related reaction of OD+ with C2H4, reaction along the pathway initiated by addition of OD+ to the C=C bond in propylene has a critical bottleneck caused by the torsional motion of the methyl substituent on the double bond. This bottleneck suppresses reaction through an intermediate complex in favor of direct hydride abstraction. Hydride abstraction appears to be a sequential process initiated by electron transfer in the triplet manifold, followed by rapid intersystem crossing and subsequent hydrogen atom transfer to form ground state allyl cation and HOD.  相似文献

Energy transfer from UO22+ to Sm3+ is described. The transfer efficiencies are calculated from the decrease of donor luminescence and lifetimes and from the increase of the acceptor fluorescence. It is shown that the transfer is nonradiative. The energy transfer efficiencies are greater when the donor is excited at higher energy levels due to stronger overlap between electronic levels of donor UO22+ and acceptor Sm3+. From the comparison of energy transfer efficiencies from UO22+ to Sm3+ and Eu3+ it is deduced that the overlap between excitation levels of donor and acceptor is a sufficient condition for the transfer.  相似文献

Energy transfer from Bi3+ to Nd3+ is reported in germanate glass. It was found that the excitation range and intensities of the 4F324I92, 4I112 emissions are increased several fold when excited through 1S03P1 absorption of Bi3+. It is shown that the energy transfer is nonradiative. The energy transfer probability and efficiency were calculated from the Bi3+ fluorescence decay rates and intensities. The Bi3+ → Nd3+ energy transfer may be utilized in Nd3+ glass laser.  相似文献

通过正交试验,采用高温固相法制备了Sr2-x-y-zMgSi2O7∶xCe3+,yTb3+,zEu3+系列样品.使用X射线衍射仪和荧光光谱仪表征了样品的物相和发光性质,并讨论了Ce3+-Tb3+-Eu3+共掺杂Sr2MgSi2O7体系中的能量传递过程.实验结果表明,在327 nm波长激发下,所合成荧光粉的发射峰主要位于387 nm(蓝紫)、542nm(绿)和611 nm(红)处;分别以387,542和611 nm为监控波长,所得激发光谱显示荧光粉在327 nm处有最好的激发.在327 nm光激发下,系列样品发光进入白光区.最优化的荧光粉为Sr1.91MgSi2O7∶0.01Ce3+,0.05Tb3+,0.03Eu3+,其色坐标为(0.337,0.313),是一种潜在的发光二极管(LED)用白色荧光粉.  相似文献

New high-level quantum chemical calculations have been undertaken to understand the rates and mechanisms of the reactive and associative channels for the reactants C2H2(+) + H2. The reactive channel, which produces C2H3(+) + H, has been shown to be slightly endothermic, confirming earlier calculations at a somewhat lower level and in agreement with some recent experimental work. The associative channel, leading to C2H4+, has been shown to proceed via a transition state with negative energy relative to the reactants, so that association is predicted to be efficient. This result is in conflict with an earlier theoretical study but in agreement with low-temperature experimental measurements.  相似文献

Energy transfer excited upconversion emission in Nd3+/Pr3+-codped tellurite glass have been studied on pumping with 800 nm wavelength. The upconversion emission bands from Pr3+ ion are observed at the 488, 524, 546, 612, 647, 672, 708 and 723 nm due to the (3P0 + 3P1)-->3H4, 3P1-->3H5, 3P0-->3H5, 3P0-->3H6, 3P0-->3F2, 3P1-->3F3, 3P0-->3F3 and 3P0-->3F4 transitions, respectively. The addition of ytterbium ions (Yb3+) on the upconversion emission intensity is also studied and result shows an eight times enhancement in the upconversion intensity at 488 nm from Pr3+ ions. The pump power and concentration dependence studies are also made. It is found that Yb3+ ions transfer its excitation energy to Nd3+ from which it goes to Pr3+. No direct transfer to Pr3+ is seen. This is verified by codoping Nd3+ and Pr3+ into the host.  相似文献

By using a hydrothermal method, a series of Eu3+ concentration dependent GdF3 nanocrystals have been synthesized. The crystalline structures of samples are characterized by XRD patterns, the morphology and size of the samples are illustrated by FE-SEM images, and the optical properties of the samples are presented by PL excitation and emission spectra. The energy transfer from host Gd3+ to Eu3+ is observed in the Eu3+ doped GdF3 nanocrystals. The optical properties of Eu3+ and the energy transfer efficiency from host Gd3+ to Eu3+ are discussed on the basis of the Eu3+ concentration dependent integrated PL excitation and emission spectra of Gd3+ and Eu3+. The discussion on optical properties of Eu3+ and the energy transfer from Gd3+ to Eu3+ is meaningful to design and synthesize Gd3+ based compounds.  相似文献

Er3+, Yb3+ and Tm3+ codoped fluorophosphate glasses emitting blue, green and red upconversion luminescence at 970 nm laser diode excitation were studied. It was shown that Tm3+ behaves as the sensitizer to Er3+ for the green upconversion luminescence through the energy transfer process: Tm3+:3H4+Er3+:4I 15/2-->Er3+:4I 9/2+Tm3+:3H6, and for the red upconversion luminescence through the energy transfer process: Tm3+:3F4+Er3+:4I 11/2-->Tm3+:3H6+Er3+:4F 9/2. Moreover, Er3+ acts as quenching center for the blue upconversion luminescence of Tm3+. The sensitization of Tm3+ to Er3+ depends on the concentration of Yb3+. The intensity of blue, green and red emissions can be changed by adjusting the concentrations of the three kinds of rare earth ions. This research may provide useful information for the development of high color and spatial resolution devices and white light simulation.  相似文献

Radiative properties of Er3+-doped tertiary bismuth glass has been analyzed by the Judd-Ofelt theory. NIR to visible upconversion in the Er3+-doped glass has been reported. The mechanism for the upconversion is explained on the basis of quadratic dependence on excitation power and on the energy-matching scheme. Energy transfer is noted as the dominant process including the long-lived 4I11/2 level as the intermediate state for the green and red upconversion emissions. The effect of temperature on the fluorescence intensity of the two bands due to 2H11/2-->4I15/2 and 4S3/2-->4I15/2 transitions as well as on the transitions due to Stark components of the 4S3/2 level have been monitored and it is concluded that their intensity ratio may serve as better temperature sensing device.  相似文献
