1 INTRODUCTION 2-Amino-3H-phenoxazin-3-one (APX) is related to the naturally occurring antineoplastic actinomycin D and has been used as a chemical model of actinomycin D[1]. Usually APX is synthesized from 2-aminophenol with the phenoxazinone synthase in human body[2]. A variety of artificial synthesis methods of APX via the oxidation of 2-aminophenol have also been reported, but each method needs some artificial condition such as chemical catalysis[3～7], natural enzyme[8], UV…     

3—（3‘—羟基丁基）异苯并呋喃—1（3H）—酮的合成

由邻苯二甲酸酐为原料，经中间体３－羟基苯酞（３），再经溴丙烯及锡存在下３的烯丙基化、硼氢化氧化、铬酐氧化，二甲基锌甲基化，共６步反应合成了３－（３‘－羟基丁基）异苯并呋喃－１（３Ｈ）－酮。

研究了在氯化氢－乙醇溶液或乙醇溶液中，２，４－二羟基苯乙酮与甲醛和芳胺的Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应，分别得到了５个２，４－二羟基－３－芳氨基甲基苯乙酮和５个８－乙酰基－３－芳基－３，４－二氧－５－羟基－２Ｈ－１，３－苯并恶嗪新化合物，用元素分析，ＩＲ，ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ，ＵＶ确定了它们的结构，并成功地实现了２，４－二羟基－３－芳氨基甲基苯乙酮和８－乙酰基－３－芳基－３，４－二氢－５羟基－２Ｈ，１，３－苯并恶嗪     

A New Method for Synthesis of Methyl 3—Azido—3—deoxy—2—O—mesyl—5—O—benzoylxylofuranoside

A new method for synthesis of 3-azido-3-deoxyxylofuranoside was described. D-ribose was methylated, then treated with methanesulfonyl chloride to give Ⅱ.Ⅱ was selectively replaced by benzoate at the 5-position to give Ⅲ. All these processes gave good yields. Ⅲ was treated with sodium azide to afford Ⅳ, whose structure was determined by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.     

Ru（bipy）3^2＋—CO3^2——SO3^2——KClO3体系化学发光法测定空气中的二氧化硫

提出了Ru(bipy) 2+ 3-CO 2- 3-SO 2- 3-KClO 3体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐的方法.SO 2- 3浓度与化学发光强度在1.0×10-7～1.0×10-4 mol/L 范围内成正比,检出限为8.76×10-8 mol/L,对1.0×10-4 mol/L SO2-3溶液6次测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%.该法用三乙醇胺作为吸收液,成功地用于测定空气中二氧化硫的含量,结果满意.
