针对单矢量传感器各通道之间的相位误差引起已有方法测向不准的问题,提出一种对相位误差稳健的高精度测向方法.该测向方法首先利用单矢量传感器接收信号协方差矩阵的主特征向量与其共轭向量做Hadamard积来构造空间谱,实现对水下目标的方位估计;由于Hadamard积消除了相位误差,此估计值与相位误差无关,但存在方位估计模糊。然后利用相位误差的估计值进行解模糊操作,从而得到正确的方位估计。该测向方法的测向性能独立于相位误差,估计精度高。仿真和试验数据处理结果验证了该测向方法对相位误差稳健;在相位误差条件下,其方位估计精度高于平均声强法、CAPON测向方法以及MUSIC测向方法。而且仿真结果表明,该测向方法的测向精度接近克拉美洛下界(CRB)。   相似文献

The phase errors among the components of a single acoustic vector sensor cause the direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation error of the existing methods.In order to address this issue,a DOA estimation method is proposed,which is robust to the phase errors.The proposed method first utilizes the Hadamard product of the principal eigenvector of the covariance matrix of the received signal by the single vector sensor and its conjugate vector to construct the spatial spectrum in order to estimate the DOA of the underwater target.Since the Hadamard product eliminates the phase errors,this estimation is independent of the phase errors.However,it is ambiguous.Afterwards,the phase-error estimate is explored to eliminate the ambiguity and get the correct DOA estimate.The proposed method performs independently of the phase errors and obtains high accuracy.The simulation results and the experimental result demonstrate the proposed method is robust to the phase errors.Furthermore,in the presence of the phase errors,it performs better than the average acoustic intensity method,the CAPON method,and the MUSIC method,in terms of estimation accuracy.In addition,the simulation results indicate that the estimation accuracy of the proposed method approaches to the Cramer-Rao bound(CRB).  相似文献

The wavefront of acoustic signal suffers from fast fluctuation after a long distance propagation in a random and inhomogeneous ocean channel, which makes the rank of the covariance matrix for the desired signal (signal of interest) remarkably higher than one. Consequently, the assumption of rank-one point signal model for existing adaptive beamforming algorithms is no longer suitable. In this paper, a matched spatial spectrum processing based robust adaptive beamforming (MASS-RAB) algorithm is presented for general-rank signal models. First, the interference-plus-noise covariance matrix and the desired signal covariance matrix are reconstructed using the matched spatial spectrum processing method. Second, the weight vector is directly calculated using these reconstructed covariance matrices for the minimum variance distortionless response (MVDR) algorithm, which is developed for the general-rank signal models. Due to covariance matrix reconstruction, the MASS-RAB algorithm is more robust than those methods relying on the sample covariance matrix. The cases of the rank-one point signal model and the full-rank non-point signal model are considered by several numerical examples. Experimental results have demonstrated the superiority of the proposed MASS-RAB method.  相似文献

针对水声矢量信号处理框架中的高速运动目标低信噪 比小快拍条件下的稳健高分辨方位估计问题, 将压缩感知技术应用于水声矢量信号空间谱估计模型中. 结合声矢量传感器结构特性, 探讨了基于声压振速联合处理的广义时域滤波方法; 结合矩阵空域预滤波理论, 设计了基于阻带约束通带均方误差最大值最小的空域滤波器, 研究了矢量声纳空域预滤波方法; 结合以上分析, 提出了基于压缩感知技术的时空联合滤波高分辨方位估计方法, 给出了方法的数学模型、物理解释及具体实施步骤.理论分析和计算机仿真试验表明, 新方法对于小快拍数 条件下的矢量声纳高速运动目标高分辨方位估计问题, 具有较低的双目标分辨门限和较高的估计精度, 有着良好的应用前景.湖上试验验证了方法的有效性. 关键词: 声矢量传感器 空间谱估计 时空滤波 压缩感知  相似文献

In order to solve the problem of DOA(direction of arrival)estimation of underwater remote targets,a novel subspace-decomposition method based on the cross covariance matrix of the pressure and the particle velocity of acoustic vector sensor arrays(AVSA)was proposed. Whereafter,using spatio-temporal virtual tapped-delay-line,a new eigenvector-based criteria of detection of number of sources and of subspace partition is also presented.The theoretical analysis shows that the new source detection and direction finding method is different from existing AVSA based DOA estimation methods using particle velocity information of acoustic vector sensor(AVS)as an independent array element.It is entirely based on the combined information processing of pressure and particle velocity,has better estimation performance than existing methods in isotropic noise field.Computer simulations with data from lake trials demonstrate,the proposed method is effective and obviously outperforms existing methods in resolution and accuracy in the case of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).  相似文献

自适应波束形成方法在存在协方差矩阵误差和导向向量误差的失配条件中性能严重下降。最差情况性能最优。(Worst-Case Performance Optimization,WCPO)方法可以显著增强失配条件下自适应波束形成的鲁棒性,但该方法存在系统性的信号功率过估计问题,并且限定协方差矩阵不确定集与导向向量不确定集的两个关键参数需要人为指定,缺乏具备明确物理意义的求解方法和数据自适应性.本文以WCPO方法为基础,给出了信号功率过估计的理论分析以及相应的改进方法,提出了基于矩阵重构的协方差矩阵不确定集参数的自适应估计方法,最终得到一种可变不确定集约束的鲁棒自适应波束形成方法(WCPO-PCVC).相比WCPO方法,该方法消除了信号功率估计的系统性偏差,且关键参数无需人为指定。数值仿真和海试数据处理结果表明,该方法在失配条件下具有良好的干扰与旁瓣抑制能力,与常规波束形成方法相比具有更好的信号到达角分辨能力,与自适应波束形成方法相比估计的信号功率更为精准。   相似文献

Fast implementations of the sparse iterative covariance-based estimation (SPICE) algorithm are presented for source localization with a uniform linear array (ULA). SPICE is a robust, user parameter-free, high-resolution, iterative, and globally convergent estimation algorithm for array processing. SPICE offers superior resolution and lower sidelobe levels for source localization compared to the conventional delay-and-sum beamforming method; however, a traditional SPICE implementation has a higher computational complexity (which is exacerbated in higher dimensional data). It is shown that the computational complexity of the SPICE algorithm can be mitigated by exploiting the Toeplitz structure of the array output covariance matrix using Gohberg-Semencul factorization. The SPICE algorithm is also extended to the acoustic vector-sensor ULA scenario with a specific nonuniform white noise assumption, and the fast implementation is developed based on the block Toeplitz properties of the array output covariance matrix. Finally, numerical simulations illustrate the computational gains of the proposed methods.  相似文献

实际浅海波导中环境噪声为相干噪声,最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法能在相干噪声背景下准确估计声源辐射功率,但该方法受环境不确定性影响较大;此外,由于最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法使用信号幅度作为中间量估计声源功率,信号幅度估计误差会二次放大并传递到声源功率估计结果中。本文提出一种协方差矩阵拟合稳健最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法,该方法引入信道传递函数不确定集,结合协方差矩阵拟合思想将声源功率估计问题建模为在信道传递函数不确定集约束下对函数取极值的问题,使用Lagrange乘子法求解该问题得到信道传递函数估计值和声源辐射功率估计值。环境失配影响声源辐射功率估计性能的根本原因在于信道传递函数偏差较大,协方差矩阵拟合稳健匹配场声源功率估计方法有效减小了环境失配时信道传递函数的偏差,从而显著提升环境失配稳健性。此外,该方法使用权值直接估计声源功率,无需使用信号幅度作为中间量,避免了估计误差的传递。仿真验证了协方差矩阵拟合稳健匹配场声源功率估计方法的环境失配稳健性。  相似文献

针对协方差矩阵含有期望信号成分以及波束指向角失配时,传统自适应波束形成器性能严重下降的问题,提出了协方差矩阵重构的稳健自适应波束形成算法。该算法将全空域划分成若干互不重叠的区域,分别对应干扰区域与信号区域,先利用Capon波束形成器对干扰区域积分,由此构造出干扰协方差矩阵。然后,利用标准Capon波束形成器的波束域MUSIC谱估计法对信号区域积分,重构出信号协方差矩阵,以其主特征向量作为期望信号导引向量估计。由于算法重构了干扰加噪声协方差矩阵并对导引向量进行了修正,保证了自适应波束形成器的性能。理论分析和仿真实验结果表明,算法在训练数据含有期望信号成分和波束指向角度失配情况下具有良好的性能。   相似文献

为解决信源在较低信噪比情况下的测向分辨率问题,提出阵列可扩展的声矢量锥形阵测向算法。算法基于四阶累积量的阵列扩展和高斯噪声抑制特性,计算声矢量传声器不同输出分量的四阶累积量,使其在三维方向上扩展与原阵型结构相同的虚拟阵,从而构造包含角度信息的旋转不变矩阵进行测向。推导给出了算法的克拉美罗界,理论分析了算法性能受信噪比、采样快拍以及入射声源俯仰角的影响。仿真实验验证了该算法较常规声矢量阵ESPRIT算法有更优的噪声抑制能力及更高分辨的DOA估计性能。   相似文献

通过对考虑障板影响下噪声互谱矩阵的精确求解,给出了一种计算刚性球体表面圆环阵阵增益的模型,并在此基础上提出了一种模态域二阶锥规划稳健高增益波束形成方法。该方法根据相位模态波束形成理论,将阵元域稳健加权向量转换为模态域的稳健模态系数,从而设计出不同模态阶数下的稳健高增益波束。由于采用了白噪声增益约束以及低频段较低的模态阶数,该方法提高了超增益波束形成器的稳健性。仿真结果表明该方法能够提供更多的稳健波束形成的方案,在多个关联的波束性能指标之间获得比常规方法和阵元域稳健性方法更合理的折衷。   相似文献

基于传感器网络的信号被动定位技术在电磁学、声学、声呐系统以及传热学等领域具有广泛的应用前景,当传感器网络节点所接收噪声强度不同或传输信道存在阴影衰落效应时,给出了目标信号到达距离比定位关联度量的估计方法与基于信号到达距离比的被动定位算法.将特征值分解技术引入到信号到达距离比定位关联度量估计中,通过接收信号协方差矩阵特征值分解技术估计各节点所接收噪声强度,并通过网络参考节点轮换与特征值分解方法消除阴影衰落效应所引入的定位误差,最后给出该算法的最小二乘定位解.该方法可较好的消除由于节点接收噪声强度不同以及阴影衰落效应等因素所带来的定位性能恶化.  相似文献

研究了基于传感器阵列的声源定位技术,并在此基础上提出了一种改进的最小二乘声源定位方法。首先,根据风速、风向、温度对声速的影响,建立了观测值修正模型,再根据误差传播特性合理分配权阵,然后用最小二乘法进行定位解算;考虑观测值中可能含有粗差,将IGG3抗差模型加入到数据处理中,以提高系统的抗干扰能力;另外,通过观察残差向量,判断可能出现时序错误的观测值,再对时序不断调整,解决多声源时序混乱的问题。最后,通过对试验数据解算分析,证明本文方法的有效性和可行性。试验结果表明:改进的最小二乘声源定位方法可使定位误差达到4 m以下。本文所提方法不仅能有效降低粗差的影响,而且可准确处理多声源定位中观测值时序关系混乱的问题,可靠性较高。本文的研究内容紧密联系实际,可为声源定位设备的设计和应用提供参考依据。   相似文献

为改善波束形成器在一定失配条件下的工作性能,提出了一种稳健自适应波束形成方法。该方法通过设计信号在波束空间能量分布的约束条件,利用阵列数据协方差矩阵,结合迭代二阶锥规化方法,实现信号驾驶向量的估计,最后利用该估计得到最小方差无失真响应波束形成器。该方法在较恶劣的失配条件下也可以自适应地准确估计信号驾驶向量并保证其成分无失真地通过,使系统的稳健性得到改善。数据仿真结果表明,该方法在理想条件下与成熟的对角加载法性能相当,在失配条件下则优于后者。   相似文献

矢量水听器同时拾取声场的标量信息声压和矢量信息振速。本文在分析了各向同性噪声场下矢量水听器阵Capon波束形成方位谱的基础上,提出了一种归一化加权Capon波束形成的改进算法,并给出了方位谱的表达式。本方法不需要特征分解,并且得到的是通常意义上的功率谱(可用于估计信号的能量)。仿真计算表明,此方法的性能优于Capon法,可大大提高方位估计的精度。  相似文献

Spectrum sensing is viewed as the basic and crucial technology for cognitive radio. To improve the accuracy of spectrum sensing in low signal to noise ratio (SNR), this paper presents an efficient TCVQ-SVM method based on machine learning for narrowband spectrum sensing. Firstly, trace of covariance matrix and variance of quadratic covariance matrix (TCVQ) is extracted as feature vectors and combined as training samples of spectrum sensing. Then, the classification model can be achieved by training samples based on support vector machine (SVM), which can avoid setting threshold and adjusting classification hyperplane by its self-learning ability. Lastly, the result of spectrum sensing can be obtained. By utilizing trace and variance as input features of SVM, the algorithm can make full use of the eigenvalue difference and structure characteristic of the received signal, and at the same time, achieve good performance in low SNR. Theoretical analysis reveals that the proposed method has low computational complexity. Simulation results and experiments on the hardware platform illustrate that the proposed algorithm is effective and robust.  相似文献

在RX算法中,局部背景协方差矩阵估计会由于背景受到异常像元的“污染”而不能准确反映背景分布,从而导致检测性能下降.针对这一问题,提出一种基于稳健背景子空间的异常检测算法.利用空间秩深度度量背景中每个样本相对于整个背景样本分布空间的位置,将“游离”于背景分布空间之外的样本看作是潜在的异常样本,并将其映射到背景分布空间之内.在此基础上,通过估计背景的协方差矩阵,利用主成分分析构造能更精确地刻画背景的子空间,在该子空间进行了基于马氏距离的检测异常.模拟和真实数据验证了该算法的有效性.  相似文献

为了提高医学超声成像的空间分辨率,提出一种融合了特征空间最小方差与符号相干系数的波束形成方法。首先利用最小方差法计算回波数据的协方差矩阵和加权向量;然后对协方差矩阵进行特征分解得到信号子空间,并将加权向量投影到该空间上;最后计算符号相干系数,用于优化特征空间法得到的回波信号,最终获得超声成像数据。为验证算法的有效性,对医学超声成像中常用的点目标、斑目标进行仿真,对点目标仿体和人体颈动脉组织进行超声成像实验。结果表明:所提出的方法在分辨率、对比度以及稳健性等方面都优于传统的延时叠加算法、最小方差算法、特征空间最小方差法以及特征空间与相干系数融合的方法。   相似文献

Aiming at high-resolution estimation of the direction-of-arrival of closely-spaced sources at low signal-to-noise ratio regions, this paper proposes a DOA estimation algorithm that is suitable for an extensible acoustic vector sensor array. Taking the 3D array composed of the minimum number(four) of acoustic vector sensors as the acquisition module, a virtual array having the same structure as the original array structure is extended in the three-dimensional space based on the aperture expansion characteristic of higher-order cumulants. The virtual array and the real array can construct a matrix with rotational invariance, which contains the angular information for estimating DOA. The Cramer-Rao bound of the algorithm are derived. We analyze the influence of SNR, the number of snapshots and the elevation angle on the performance of the algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better noise suppression ability and higher resolution in DOA estimation than the conventional ESPRIT algorithm using the acoustic vector array. Experiments are conducted to validate the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

以无限长刚性柱体表面圆环阵为研究对象,提出了一种直接模态域稳健高增益波束形成方法,并将其应用到更实际的有限长刚性柱体表面圆环阵。该方法运用相位模态理论将波束响应表示成特征波束与模态系数的乘积后求和的形式,并结合散射理论求解了其模态域的噪声互谱矩阵。与已有的模态域稳健高增益方法需利用阵元域权值间接求取近似模态权系数不同的是,该方法利用二阶锥规划,在满足相关约束条件下直接给出了最优的模态权系数。仿真结果表明,直接模态域方法不仅能通过白噪声增益约束提高稳健性,在低频段还能通过改变模态阶数更灵活地在阵增益和稳健性之间折中,同时对旁瓣级等其它性能指标也能很好地控制,可用以有效设计实用的稳健高增益波束形成器。   相似文献
