混凝土单轴压缩下细观损伤特性的CT研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
混凝土是一种非均质的材料,在细观层次上将混凝土看作由骨料、砂浆和两者之间的界面组成的三相复合材料.本文利用CT技术对混凝土的细观损伤过程进行实时扫描观测,获得了混凝土试件实时静力压缩CT图像,提取出图像上各点的CT数并根据分区理论定义了一个基于CT数的统计损伤变量.通过对图像和CT数以及损伤变量的分析表明混凝土试件在静力压缩条件下经历了压密阶段、扩容阶段,损伤急剧增大到破坏的细观损伤演化全过程,以此反映了混凝土细观损伤演化的特性.进而通过细观损伤对混凝土材料裂纹的扩展、贯通以及最后失稳破坏的破坏实质进行了有益的探索.  相似文献

在细观层次上,混凝土被认为是一种由粗骨料、水泥砂浆及二者间的粘结带所组成三相非均质复合材料。本文首先基于蒙特卡罗随机抽样原理,用“取和放”方法在计算机上产生形状、尺寸和骨料颗粒分布与真实混凝土相似的随机骨料结构,再使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对骨料区域及砂浆区域分别划分网格,并编程在骨料和砂浆之间生成三角形三结点可控制厚度粘结单元,从而使三相网格缝合为一个整体,为混凝土非线性有限元分析提供可靠的细观计算模型。最后利用建立的模型进行混凝土轴心受拉和轴心受压的仿真模拟,在细观层次研究的基础上揭示出混凝土的宏观力学性能。  相似文献

基于对混凝土细观力学的认识,假定混凝土是由砂浆基质,骨料及它们之间的界面组成的三相复合材料,各组分的材料性质按照某个给定的Weibull分布来赋值,细观单元满足弹性损伤的本构关系,应用细观力学损伤模型研究了混凝土的宏观力学性质,并且通过有限元程序对中心裂缝混凝土试件在单向拉伸情况下的破坏过程进行了数值模拟.模拟结果表明,该模型可以用来研究单向载荷作用下混凝土结构的破坏机理.  相似文献

Classification of cracking mode in concrete by acoustic emission parameters   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The study occupies with acoustic emission monitoring of several types of concrete during bending. The signals emitted at the different fracturing stages exhibit distinct signatures. Specifically, frequency and shape parameters of the acquired waveforms shift during the experiment, closely following the sequence of fracture mechanisms from tensile micro-cracking to brittle macro-cracking and fiber pull out. A number of AE indices are proposed, the use of which will enable classification of the cracks according to their mode. The study sheds light to the fracture process of cementitious materials, and enables a warning against the final failure. The simplicity of the scheme renders it applicable in situ.  相似文献

粗骨料作为混凝土材料组成最主要的部分,对混凝土力学性能和破坏模式有着很重要的影响。为了研究粗骨料平均粒径对混凝土动态力学性能的影响规律,针对不同平均粗骨料平均粒径(6、12、24 mm)的混凝土和砂浆材料进行了一系列SHPB试验,得到了不同应变率下各试件的应力-应变曲线,并对每种材料的动态增长因子(dynamic increase factor,DIF)与应变率的对数进行了线性拟合。结果表明:砂浆和混凝土材料的抗压强度具有明显的应变率效应,其动态抗压强度随着应变率的增加而逐渐增大,应力-应变曲线呈现相似的变化趋势;在相同的动态应变率条件下,平均粗骨料粒径为12 mm的混凝土的动态抗压强度最大,这与准静态条件下砂浆抗压强度最大截然不同;不同粗骨料粒径混凝土材料的应变率强化系数均大于砂浆材料,且随着粗骨料无量纲尺寸的增大,混凝土材料的应变率强化因子呈现先增大后减小的趋势。  相似文献

The coupling between an implicit finite elements (FE) code and an explicit spectral elements (SE) code has been explored for solving the elastic wave propagation in the case of soil/structure interaction problem. The coupling approach is based on domain decomposition methods in transient dynamics. The spatial coupling at the interface is managed by a standard coupling mortar approach, whereas the time integration is dealt with an hybrid asynchronous time integrator. An external coupling software, handling the interface problem, has been set up in order to couple the FE software Code_Aster with the SE software EFISPEC3D.  相似文献

The fracture process zone (FPZ) ahead of a crack tip in concrete and mortar beams subjected to threepoint bending was studied using moiré interferometry. A large FPZ can occur in concrete before the external load reaches its maximum value. Comparing the experimental results between concrete and mortar suggests that the aggregate contributes to the formation of the large FPZ in concrete. The formation of this large FPZ makes concrete less brittle than mortar. The effect of the FPZ on the fracture property, such as stress intensity factor, is investigated by combining moiré interferometry measured displacements with the smoothing FEM method. The study shows that a large FPZ significantly affects the value of the stress intensity factor.  相似文献

在细观结构层次上将大坝混凝土作为骨料、固化水泥砂浆及其粘结界面组成的复合材料,建立了大坝混凝土三维细观力学数值模型。该模型既能够反映混凝土及其细观各相材料在荷载作用下的损伤演化过程,又考虑了动载作用的应变率强化效应。给出了该数值模型求解方法,并编制出能够在普通PC机上运行的串行程序。加载过程既可按荷载控制又可按位移控制。同时,为了减少求解自由度应用了分尺度方法以使最小骨料和固化水泥砂浆混合后其力学性能与一种复合介质等效。通过混凝土湿筛和三级配试件的静、动(冲击)弯拉数值计算验证了本文计算方法和程序正确有效。另外,在串行程序的基础上,优化了刚度矩阵的存储方式,采用双门槛不完全Cholesky分解(ICT)预条件的共轭梯度法(CG),完成了能够在Sun Fire 6800服务器实现并行计算的并行程序改造,从而大大提高了计算效率。  相似文献

This article reports the acoustic emission (AE) study of precursory micro-cracking activity and fracture behaviour of quasi-brittle materials such as concrete and cement mortar. In the present study, notched three-point bend specimens (TPB) were tested under crack mouth opening displacement (CMOD) control at a rate of 0.0004 mm/sec and the accompanying AE were recorded using a 8 channel AE monitoring system. The various AE statistical parameters including AE event rate $ \left( {\frac{dn }{dt }} \right) $ , AE energy release rate $ \left( {\frac{dE }{dt }} \right) $ , amplitude distribution for computing the AE based b-value, cumulative energy (ΣE) and ring down count (RDC) were used for the analysis. The results show that the micro-cracks initiated and grew at an early stage in mortar in the pre peak regime. While in the case of concrete, the micro-crack growth occurred during the peak load regime. However, both concrete and mortar showed three distinct stages of micro-cracking activity, namely initiation, stable growth and nucleation prior to the final failure. The AE statistical behavior of each individual stage is dependent on the number and size distribution of micro-cracks. The results obtained in the laboratory are useful to understand the various stages of micro-cracking activity during the fracture process in quasi-brittle materials such as concrete & mortar and extend them for field applications.  相似文献

基于Li Fa Ming的平行棒模型,对短钢纤维增强砂浆的平板试件,在直接拉伸条件下的破坏行为进行了分析,假设试件由N根相互平行的复合棒组成,每根复合棒又由一根纤维棒和S根砂浆棒组成,考虑纤维在基体中分布的方向因子和长度因子.砂浆的损伤可按连续损伤力学进行处理,将Loland模型和Mazars模型加以改进来描述.依据多根纤维的拉拨模型,假定纤维与基体间界面的损伤由纤维脱粘长度与纤维插入长度的比值来描述,复合材料的损伤包括基体的损伤和纤维的损伤,借助已有的试验数据和文献资料来确定本构模型中的各种参数,成功建立了短钢纤维增强砂浆直接拉伸应力一应变全曲线模型.所建模型与试件在直接拉伸试验下的应力-应变全曲线进行了对比,结果较为吻合.  相似文献

为研究细观混凝土靶的侵彻规律,采用LS-DYNA软件对刚性弹丸侵彻两相混凝土靶进行了数值模拟。结果表明,影响靶板抗侵彻能力的主要因素是砂浆种类、粗骨料种类和粗骨料体积分数;混凝土靶中的砂浆与对应的砂浆靶中的砂浆产生的阻力接近;混凝土靶中的粗骨料产生的阻力远低于对应的岩石靶中的岩石。通过扩展Forrestal阻力方程,建立了细观混凝土侵彻深度模型,模型和数值模拟一致性很好。  相似文献

This work aims at evaluating the mechanical behavior of sisal fiber reinforced cement mortar. The composite material was produced from a mixture of sand, cement, and water. Sisal fibers were added to the mixture in different lengths. Mechanical characterization of both the composite and the plain mortar was carried out using three point bend, compression, and impact tests. Specimens containing notches of different root radii were loaded in three point bending in an effort to determine the effect of the fibers on the fracture toughness of the material. The results obtained indicate that, while fiber reinforcement leads to a decrease in compressive strength, J-integral calculations at maximum load for the different notch root radii have indicated, particularly for the case of long fibers, a significant superiority of the reinforced material in comparison with the plain cement mortar, in consistence with the impact test data.  相似文献

钢筋锈蚀膨胀引起保护层混凝土开裂是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性和服役寿命的重要因素。考虑到混凝土细观结构组成对保护层破坏模式的影响,从细观角度出发,将混凝土看作由骨料、砂浆基质及两者间界面过渡区组成的三相复合材料,建立了描述钢筋锈胀力学行为的混凝土随机骨料模型。采用塑性损伤本构关系模型来表征砂浆基质和过渡区界面的力学行为,假定钢筋均匀锈蚀,对钢筋锈胀引起的混凝土保护层开裂破坏过程进行了细观数值研究。对比了宏观均匀模型与细观非均质模型下获得的保护层破坏模式,探讨了径厚比(c/d)、钢筋位置(中部和角区)及混凝土拉伸强度对保护层破坏模式及保护层胀裂时钢筋锈蚀水平的影响,得到了一些有益结论。  相似文献

为了研究碎石混凝土材料在不同应力状态下的声发射信号特征,在MTS材料试验机上对混凝土梁进行了三点弯曲实验,并利用先进的多通道声发射系统监测了混凝土梁在三点弯曲载荷下的破坏过程。通过对声发射信号的持续时间、振铃计数、撞击数进行滤波,将混凝土材料破坏过程的声发射信号分成七种类型,同时结合前人关于混凝土材料Kaiser效应的试验研究,将七种类型的声发射信号对应于不同的相对应力水平。研究结果表明,声发射信号的持续时间、振铃计数以及撞击数不仅可以表征混凝土破坏过程的类型,还可以表征混凝土材料所处的应力状态,从而为声发射技术在线监测混凝土材料提供了一种新的途径。  相似文献

基于剪滞理论,引入双线性内聚力模型研究了纤维与基体界面应力传递机理.采用ABAQUS模拟了非理想界面在单纤维拔出过程中的脱粘失效,分析了不同脱粘阶段界面剪应力分布情况,以及界面刚度和纤维长径比对界面应力传递和拔出载荷的影响规律.结果表明,在纤维受载失效过程中,纤维的拔出过程可分为4个阶段,即界面的完全粘结、损伤演化、逐渐脱粘、完全脱粘.界面的刚度和纤维长径比对界面应力传递与最大拔出力均有一定的影响.界面刚度、纤维长径比主要影响纤维的最大拔出载荷以及界面脱粘失效位移.  相似文献

Analyzed in this work is the failure mechanism of unidirectionally reinforced concrete under general stress state. The fracture process is described analytically by establishing the relation between loading and damage that involves the constitutive parameters of the reinforced concrete. Taken into account are the stiffnesses of mortar and reinforcement, bond strength of interface and mortar fracture toughness. An estimate on the ultimate strength is made with results given to the shear strength of a concrete slab.  相似文献

The computational method presented here can be used to study the effect of volume fraction and particle deformation on the rheology and microstructure of deformable fibers suspended in Newtonian fluid. In this method, the flow is computed on a fixed regular ‘lattice’ using the lattice Boltzmann method, where each solid particle is mapped onto a Lagrangian frame moving continuously through the domain. Instead of the standard bounce-back method, an external boundary force is used to impose the no-slip boundary condition at the fluid–solid interface for stationary or moving boundaries. The motion and orientation of the fiber are obtained from Newtonian dynamics equations. Although the external boundary force method is general, in this application it is used in conjunction with a flexible fiber model, which calculates the flexible fiber deformation by the real material properties. The methodology is validated by comparing with experimental and theoretical results.  相似文献

Uniaxial compression tests are the most common tests for characterizing the strength of concrete-like materials. The dynamic compression strength of concrete-like material is typically obtained by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB) tests. The increase in material strength under dynamic loading is usually attributed to the strain rate effect and modelled with a dynamic increase factor (DIF). However, it was observed by some researchers that the radial inertial confinement caused apparent increase of dynamic strength of concrete-like specimen in SHPB tests. They attributed the material strength increase to this inertial effect, instead of the strain rate effect. In the present study, numerical analyses are performed to investigate the compressive behaviour of concrete-like material at high strain rates. A homogeneous macroscale model and a heterogeneous mesoscale model are developed in the study. In the macroscale model, the material is assumed to be homogeneous and isotropic. In the mesoscale model, the test sample is modelled as a three-phase composite consisting of aggregate, mortar matrix and interfacial transaction zone (ITZ) between the aggregate and the mortar matrix. The aggregate is assumed to be circular and the ITZ is modelled as a thin boundary around the aggregate. In the both models, the materials are assumed to be insensitive to the strain rate first. Therefore, the obtained strength enhancement is only due to the inertial confinement. Strain rate sensitive material properties are then used in the two models in the calculations. Numerical simulations of the concrete samples under compression at different strain rates are carried out. The relative contribution of the inertial effect and the strain rate effect on the compressive strength DIF is examined based on the numerical results. The failure process of concrete specimen is also studied.  相似文献

纤维与聚合物的掺入可以明显改善混凝土材料的阻尼性能。本文首先给出了正弦交变激励下粘弹性材料三点弯曲梁阻尼特性关系,其次首次自主开发了大尺寸材料的阻尼性能测试装置,然后利用开发的装置在频率(0.5~2.0Hz)条件下测定了6种不同配比复合纤维增强阻尼混凝土的损耗因子与储存模量,最后对纤维的阻尼增强机理进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明:复合纤维增强阻尼混凝土与素混凝土相比,提高了混凝土的损耗因子80%~200%。主要原因是聚合物分子在外力作用下的内耗增加了普通混凝土的阻尼能力,而纤维的阻尼增强机理在于纤维的掺入增加了纤维与水泥基材的界面摩擦力。  相似文献
