三七生长初期不同部位微量元素的含量测定   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),对文山地区GAP种植及农户常规种植的生长初期三七不同部位中的微量元素Mg、P、Ca、Mn、Na、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Mo、Cr、Ni、Ge、Se等14种元素进行了测定分析。结果表明,三七的根、茎、叶中含有丰富的人体必需Mg、P、Ca、Mn、Na、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Mo、Ge、Se等有益元素,且P、Ca、Mg、Fe含量较高,Na、Mn、Co、Zn次之,Co、Mo、Cr、Ni、Ge、Se含量均较低。为三七GAP栽培标准和特征制订、三七道地药材的化学特征——化学指纹图谱的建立及研究提供理论依据。  相似文献

提出采用ICP-AES法同时测定铜精矿中As、Sb、Bi、Ca、Mg、Pb、Zn、Ni、Co的分析方法:样品经王水 HF HClO4溶液后,直接测定。该方法测定As、Sb、Bi、Ca、Mg、Pb、Zn、Ni、Co的回收率在97.9%~102%之间,相对标准偏差在0.23%~2.5%之间。通过和国家标准物质比对及国家标准分析方法的比对,结果准确可靠,现该方法已用于本公司铜精矿的日常分析。  相似文献

用硝酸-高氯酸体系消解螺蛳和水葫芦样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、锌、镍、铬,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉。铜、锌、镍、铬、铅、镉的检出限分别为0.328、0.126、0.271、0.416、0.006 64、0.001 15 mg/kg,线性相关系数不小于0.999 0,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.7%,加标回收率为86.0%~94.2%。  相似文献

For future medical diagnostics and drug screening, chip-based single cell analysis based on a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology will be essential. Chip-based single cell analysis enables to perform exhaustive analysis of huge numbers of sample cells, reducing sample volume and analysis time and lowering the costs. However, the previously reported chip-based single cell analysis has some disadvantages of cell alignment, such as troublesome sample handling and long cell alignment time onto the chip. In this study, a cell alignment method and device based on electrically-generated air bubbles is presented. For practical realization, the cell alignment was carried out using microbeads. With this technique, the chip-based single cell analysis will be more simplified for medical and drug delivery applications.  相似文献

细胞内组分复杂、含量低,因此测定单细胞内化学组分的分析方法必须具有灵敏度高、选择性好和分辨率高的特点。高灵敏度的荧光检测技术是单细胞分析中应用最多的检测方法之一。但是细胞内绝大部分物质其天然态是没有荧光的,且由于细胞膜的阻碍,衍生试剂不能自由地进入细胞内。为了使衍生试剂透过细胞膜标记细胞内待测物质而不引起显著的稀释效应,已进行了大量的研究工作。本文综述了在单细胞分析中常用的荧光标记方法,包括细胞作为微反应器的衍生法,借助于脂质体与聚乙二醇(PEG)等增加细胞膜通透性的衍生方法和在毛细管/芯片毛细管电泳分析单细胞时柱上衍生和柱后衍生法以及量子点的标记法等。对这些方法的原理、特点和在单细胞分析中的应用也做了较为详细的阐述。  相似文献

The fundamental life processes such as signal transduction, intracellular trafficking, protein degradation, and DNA repair often occur in nanometric subcellular compartments. It is essential to conduct single cell analysis specifically at the nanoscale to fully understand the critical cellular processes while providing important medical applications. However, there are great challenges in achieving high spatial resolution in single cells for uncovering spatial heterogeneity, high sensitivity for biomolecule detections and high specificity in complicated cellular environment. In this tutorial review, we survey recent progress toward single cell analysis at the nanoscale by emphasizing how the advancement in nanotechnology has brought a plethora of nanotools to interrogate single cells with high spatiotemporal resolutions. In particular, analysis principle, nanoscale probe fabrication, high resolution cellular analysis, data collection and processing are introduced. New cell biochemistry and biology insights revealed by the unique single cell analysis methods are highlighted. The perspectives on future opportunities and unsolved challenges are also discussed.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been established as powerful tool for single cell analysis. Newly developed sampling, separation and detection methods have allowed the investigation of single mammalian cells with CE despite their small size and complex composition. Advances in sample injection techniques include several novel methods for the injection of whole cells and sampling techniques for the study of cellular secretion. CE of single mammalian cells has been applied in a wide range of fields including protein analysis, neuroscience, and oncology. The development of new detection schemes in the analysis of single mammalian cells with CE has included studies of protein expression and the utilization of mass spectrometric and electrochemical detection. Measurements at the single-entity level provide more precise diagnosis and understanding of basic biological and chemical processes. Recent advances in the chemical measurement provide a means for ultra-sensitive analysis. Confining the single analyte and electrons near the sensing interface can greatly enhance the sensitivity and selectivity. In this review, we summarize the recent progress in single-entity electrochemistry of single molecules, single particles, single cells and even brain analysis.The benefits of confining these entities to a compatible size sensing interface are exemplified. Measurement science has been converging to smaller and smaller samples, such that it is now possible to detect single molecules. This Review focuses on the next generation of analytical tools that combine single‐molecule detection with the ability to measure many single molecules simultaneously and/or process larger and more complex samples. Such single‐molecule sensors constitute a new type of quantitative analytical tool, as they perform analysis by molecular counting and thus potentially capture the heterogeneity of the sample. This Review outlines the advantages and potential of these new, quantitative single‐molecule sensors, the measurement challenges in making single‐molecule devices suitable for analysis, the inspiration biology provides for overcoming these challenges, and some of the solutions currently being explored.  相似文献

A colorless monoclinic crystal of dichloro-benzoxazine was obtained and examined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. At the same time, molecular modeling analysis of nine benzoxazine compounds with different substituting groups was performed. Both single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and molecular modeling analysis provide a detailed picture of molecular structure on molecular level and show good consistence with each other. On the basis of structural analysis, the effects of molecular structure parameters on ring-opening polymerization of ben-zoxazines have been explored.  相似文献
