ABSTRACT

The syntheses of N-hetaryl (thiazole-2-yl, 2-thiazoline-2-yl, 4,4-diphenyloxazoline-2-yl, cis-3a,4,5,6,7,7a-hexahydrobenzoxazole-2-yl)-N′-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) thioureas (1a-1d), N-hetaryl (2-thiazoline-2-yl, 4,4-diphenyloxazoline-2-yl)-N′-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-β-D-galactopyranosyl) thioureas (2b, 2c) and 1,2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-[3-(4′, 4′-diphenyl-2′-y1) thioureido]-β-D-glucopyranose (3c) are described. The structures and conformational properties of prepared compounds are based on analytical and spectroscopic (UV, IR, NMR and MS) data.  相似文献

The action of chloromethyl ether on di(2-thienyl)methane, 1, 1-di-(2-thienyl)ethane, 2, 2-di(2-thienyl)propane, 2, 5-bis(dimethyl-2-thienylmethyl)thiophene, and 1, 1, 1-tri(2-thienyl)ethane has given, respectively: 5-chloromethyl -2 -thienylthiophene, 1, 1-bis(5-chloro-methyl-2-thienyl)ethane, 2, 2-bis(5-chloromethyl-2-thienyl)propane, 2, 5-bis(dimethyl-5-chloromethyl-2-thienylmethyl)thiophene, 1-(2-thienyl)-1, 1-bis(5-chloromethyl-2-thienyl)-ethane, and the corresponding amines: 5-diethylaminomethyl-2-thienylthiophene, 1,1-Bis(5-diethylaminomethyl-2-thienyl)ethane, 2, 2-bis(5-aminomethyl-2 -thienyl)propane, 2, 2-bis(5-methylaminomethyl-2-thienyl)propane, 2, 5-bis(dimethyl-5-dimethylaminomethyl-2-thienylmethyl)thiophene, and 2, 8, 8, 14, 20, 20-hexamethyl-2, 14-diaza-3, 2, 3, 2-α-cyclotetrathiene. The reductive desulfonation over Raney nickel of the diacetyl derivatives of 2, 2-bis(5-aminomethyl-2-thienyl)propane and 2, 2-bis(5-methylaminomethyl-2-thienyl)propane has given the diacetyl derivatives of aliphatic amines.  相似文献

Complexes OsH2Cl2(PiPr3)2 and RuH2Cl2(PiPr3)2 promote the tautomerization of quinoline and 8-methylquinoline to NH tautomers, which lie about 44 kcal.mol-1 above the usual CH tautomers. The NH tautomers are stabilized by coordination to the metal center and by means of a Cl...HN interaction. As a consequence, the six-coordinate elongated dihydrogen complexes OsCl2{kappa-C2-(HNC9H5R)}(eta2-H2)(PiPr3)2, the five-coordinate derivatives RuCl2{kappa-C2-(HNC9H5R)}(PiPr3)2, and the six-coordinate dihydrogen compounds RuCl2{kappa-C2-(HNC9H5R)}(eta2-H2)(PiPr3)2 (R = H, Me) have been isolated and characterized.  相似文献

Insertion of CS2 into one of the Ir-H bonds of [Ir(H)5(PCy3)2] takes place to afford the dihydrido dithioformate complex cis-[Ir(H)2(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2] accompanied by the elimination of H2. Protonation of the dithioformate complex using HBF4.Et2O gives cis-[Ir(H)(eta2-H2)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][BF4] wherein the H atom undergoes site exchange between the dihydrogen and the hydride ligands. The dynamics was found to be so extremely rapid with respect to the NMR time scale that the barrier to exchange could not be measured. Partial deuteration of the hydride ligands resulted in a J(H,D) of 6.5 and 7.7 Hz for the H2D and the HD2 isotopomers of cis-[Ir(H)(eta2-H2)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][BF4], respectively. The H-H distance (d(HH)) for this complex has been calculated to be 1.05 A, which can be categorized under the class of elongated dihydrogen complexes. The cis-[Ir(H)(eta2-H2)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][BF4] complex undergoes substitution of the bound H2 moiety with CH(3)CN and CO resulting in new hydride derivatives, cis-[Ir(H)(L)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][BF4] (L = CH3CN, CO). Reaction of cis-[Ir(H)2(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2] with electrophilic reagents such as MeOTf and Me3SiOTf afforded a new hydride aquo complex cis-[Ir(H)(H2O)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][OTf] via the elimination of CH4 and Me3SiH, respectively, followed by the binding of a water molecule (present in trace quantities in the solvent) to the iridium center. The X-ray crystal structures of cis-[Ir(H)2(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2] and cis-[Ir(H)(H2O)(eta2-S2CH)(PCy3)2][OTf] have been determined.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of several sterically encumbered monoterphenyl derivatives of aluminum halides and aluminum hydrides are described. These compounds are [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(3)LiOEt(2)](n)() (1), (Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)-), 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)OEt(2) (2), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)](2) (3), 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)OEt(2) (4), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(3)LiOEt(2)](n)() (5), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)](2) (6), TriphAlBr(2)OEt(2) (7), (Triph = 2,4,6-Ph(3)C(6)H(2)-), [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(3)LiOEt(2)](2) (8) (Trip = 2,4,6-i-Pr(3)C(6)H(2)-), 2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)OEt(2) (9), [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)](2) (10), 2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)OEt(2) (11), and the partially hydrolyzed derivative [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)Al(Cl)(0.68)(H)(0.32)(&mgr;-OH)](2).2C(6)H(6) (12). The structures of 2, 3a, 4, 6, 7, 9a, 10a, 10b, 11, and 12 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of 3a, 9a, 10a, and 10b, are related to 3, 9, and 10, respectively, by partial occupation of chloride or hydride by hydroxide. The compounds were also characterized by (1)H, (13)C, (7)Li, and (27)Al NMR and IR spectroscopy. The major conclusions from the experimental data are that a single ortho terphenyl substituent of the kind reported here are not as effective as the ligand Mes (Mes = 2,4,6-t-Bu(3)C(6)H(2)-) in preventing further coordination and/or aggregation involving the aluminum centers. In effect, one terphenyl ligand is not as successful as a Mes substituent in masking the metal through agostic and/or steric effects.  相似文献

 采用不同的介质(HCl-H2O2,NH4F-H2O2,HNO3-H2O2,H2SO4-H2O2)对钛硅沸石TS-1进行预处理,并用IR,XRD,UV-Vis,XRF和27AlMASNMR对样品进行了表征;以丙烯环氧化为探针反应,考察了样品的催化性能.结果表明,经预处理后,TS-1中的TiO2均被脱除约20%,而Al几乎未被脱除;所脱除的TiO2为非骨架钛;环氧丙烷的选择性降低,但H2O2的有效利用率明显升高.特别是采用NH4F-H2O2预处理时,H2O2的转化率和有效利用率均提高10%.  相似文献

The reaction of Pd(OAc)(2) with polyfunctional iminophosphoranes Ph(3)P=NCH(2)CO(2)Me (1a), Ph(3)P=NCH(2)C(O)NMe(2) (1b), Ph(3)P=NCH(2)CH(2)SMe (1c) and Ph(3)P=NCH(2)-2-NC(5)H(4) (1d), gives the orthopalladated dinuclear complex [Pd(mu-Cl){C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)CO(2)Me-kappa-C,N)-2}](2) (2a) and the mononuclear derivatives [PdCl{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)CONMe(2)-kappa-C,N,O)-2}] (2b), [PdCl{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)CH(2)SMe-kappa-C,N,S)-2}] (2c) and [PdCl{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)-2-NC(5)H(4)-kappa-C,N,N)-2}] (2d). The reaction implies the activation of a C-H bond in a phenyl ring of the phosphonium group, this fact being worthy of note due to the strongly deactivating nature of the phosphonium unit. The palladacycle containing the metallated carbon atom is remarkably stable toward the coordination of incoming ligands, while that formed by the iminic N atom and another heteroatom (O, 2a and 2b; S, 2c; N, 2d) is less stable and the resulting complexes can be considered as hemilabile. The X-ray crystal structures of the cyclopalladated [Pd(mu-Cl){C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)CO(2)Me-kappa-C,N)-2}](2) (2a), [PdCl{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)-2-NC(5)H(4)-kappa-C,N,N)-2}] (2d), [Pd{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)=NCH(2)CONMe(2)-kappa-C,N,O)-2}(NCMe)](ClO(4)) (7b) and [Pd{C(6)H(4)(PPh(2)NCH(2)CONMe(2)-kappa-C,N,O)-2}(py)](ClO(4)) (3b), and the coordination compound cis-[Pd(Cl)(2)(Ph(3)P=NCH(2)CH(2)SMe-kappa-N,S)] (8) are also reported.  相似文献

The synthesis of a range of alkyl/chloro-gallium alkoxide and amido/alkoxide compounds was achieved via a series of protonolysis and alcoholysis steps. The initial reaction involved the synthesis of [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) (1) via methyl group transfer from the reaction of GaCl(3) with two equivalents of LiN(SiMe(3))(2). Reaction of 1 with varying amounts of ROH resulted in the formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2) (2, R = CH(2)CH(2)OMe; 3, CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)), [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(μ(2)-OR)Ga(Cl)Me] (4, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), or [MeGa(OR)(2)] (5, R = CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)). Compound 4 represents an intermediate in the formation of dimeric complexes, of the type [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2), when formed from compound [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2). A methylgallium amido/alkoxide complex [MeGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OCH(2)CH(2)OMe)](2) (6) was isolated when 2 was further reacted with LiN(SiMe(3))(2). In addition, reaction of 2 with HO(t)Bu resulted in a simple alcohol/alkoxide exchange and formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(O(t)Bu)](2) (7). In contrast to the formation of 1, the in situ reaction of GaCl(3) with one equivalent of LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) in low yield, where no methyl group transfer has occurred. Reaction of alcohol with [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) was then found to yield [Cl(2)Ga(OR)](2) (8, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), and further reaction of 8 with LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded the gallium amido alkoxide complex, [ClGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OR)](2) (9, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), similar to 6. The structures of compounds 4, 5, 7, and 8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Three unique thorium dimeric compounds have been crystallized from either direct hydrolysis of Th4+(aq)/HCl or titration of Th(OH)4(am) with Th(NO3)4(aq) and their structures determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound [Th2(micro2-OH)2(NO3)6(H2O)6]H2O (1) is identical to that identified previously by Johansson. Two additional unreported compounds have been identified, [Th2(micro2-OH)2(NO3)4(H2O)8](NO3)2 (2) and [Th2(micro2-OH)2Cl2(H2O)12]Cl4.2H2O (3). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 6.792(2) A, b = 11.710(4) A, c = 13.778(5) A, and beta = 102.714(5) degrees and 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 6.926(5) A, b = 7.207(1) A, c = 21.502(1) A, and beta = 96.380(1) degrees . The chloride-containing dimer, 3, crystallizes in triclinic P, with a = 8.080(2) A, b = 8.880(2) A, c = 9.013(2) A, alpha = 97.41(3) degrees , beta = 91.00(3), and gamma = 116.54(3) degrees . We also present high-energy X-ray scattering data demonstrating the presence of the hydroxo-bridged moiety in solution and discuss our findings in the context of known solid-state structures. The three structures demonstrate 11-, 10-, and 9-coordinate thorium, respectively, and coupled with the scattering experiments provide additional structural and chemical insight into tetravalent actinide hydrolysis.  相似文献

本文研究了一系列芳环聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)对H_2、CO_2、O_2和N_2的透过性能与分子结构之间的关系。单醚酐型聚醚酰亚胺具有较高的透氢系数和H_2/N_2分离系数。由半刚性的4,4′-二氨基二苯酮(DABP)与柔性的三苯二醚四酸二酐(HQDPA)、二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)缩聚得到的聚醚酰亚胺具有很高的H_2/N_2、CO_2/N_2和O_2/N_2分离系数。  相似文献

Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was purified from rat and bovine tissues by affinity chromatography on immobilized colchicine and used for the separation of isoenzymes by high-performance anion-exchange liquid chromatography (HPLC). This analysis showed the splitting of rat H2M2 into three peaks and of bovine H2M2 into two peaks. The heat stability, inactivation rate of urea and electrophoretic mobility of isoenzymes were examined and these analyses indicated differences in physicochemical properties for the respective peaks of rat and bovine H2M2. In hybridization experiments, the splitting of H2M2 into three peaks was achieved only with the combination of rat H4 and rat M4, while the other combinations of bovine H4 and bovine M4, of rat H4 and bovine M4 and of bovine H4 and rat M4 resulted in two H2M2 peaks. These results demonstrate that H2M2 of LDH in normal rat and bovine tissues is always split into two or three peaks by HPLC and that these H2M2 peaks have different physicochemical properties, suggesting the existence of three possible geometrical isomers of H2M2.  相似文献

New coumarin derivatives, namely 7-[(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)methoxy]-2H-chromen-2-one, 5-[(2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy)methyl]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-one, 2-[2-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-7-yloxy)acetyl]-N-phenylhydrazinecarbothioamide, 7-[(5-(phenylamino)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)methoxy]-2H-chromen-2-one and 7-[(5-mercapto-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methoxy]-2H-chromen-2-one were prepared starting from the natural compound umbelliferone. Addition of 1.5 equiv of I2 to a THF solution of UI3(THF)4, containing either 6 equiv of tBuNH2 or 2 equiv of RNH2 (R = Ph, 3,5-(CF3)2C6H3, 2,6-(iPr)2C6H3) and 4 equiv of NEt3, generates orange solutions containing U(NtBu)2I2(THF)2 (1) or U(NAr)2I2(THF)3 (Ar = Ph, 2; 3,5-(CF3)2C6H3, 3; 2,6-(iPr)2C6H3, 4), respectively, all of which can be isolated in good yields. Alternatively, 1 can be prepared by reaction of uranium metal with 3 equiv of I2 and 6 equiv of tBuNH2, also in good yield. Complexes 1-4 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, and each of these complexes exhibits linear N-U-N linkages and short U-N bonds. Using density functional theory simulations of complexes 1 and 2, two triple bonds between the metal center and the nitrogen ligands were identified. Complexes 1 and 2 readily react with neutral Lewis bases such as pyridine or Ph3PO to form U(NR)2I2(L)2 (R = tBu, L = py, 5; Ph3PO, 7; R = Ph, L = py, 6; Ph3PO, 8), and with PMe3 to form U(NR)2I2(THF)(PMe3)2 (R = tBu, 9; Ph, 10). The solid-state molecular structures of 5, 7, and 9 have been determined by X-ray crystallography, and these complexes, like their parent compounds, exhibit linear N-U-N angles and short U-N bonds. Complexes 1 and 2 also react with AgOTf in CH2Cl2, forming U(NR)2(OTf)2(THF)3 (R = tBu, 11; Ph, 12) after recrystallization from THF. Crystals of 12 grown from CH2Cl2 were found to contain a dimer, [U(NPh)2(OTf)2(THF)2]2, a complex possessing bridging triflate groups.  相似文献

A series of triphenyltin dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CNR2, where NR2=NMe2,-NEt2, N(pr-n)2,-N(CH2CH2OH)2, and diphenyltin derivatives of dithiocarbamatic acid Ph2Sn(S2CNR2)2,where NR2=NMe2,-NEt2,-N(Pr-n)2,N(Bu-n)2, N(CH2CH2OH),were synthesiced by the action of the correspending phenyltin (Ⅳ) chlorides with dithiocarbamates in dichloromethane. Eight new compounds based on [O3PCH2PO3]4- ligands and {MoV2O4} dimeric units have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Octanuclear wheels encapsulating various guests have been isolated with different counterions. With NH4+, a single wheel was obtained, as expected, with the planar CO32- guest, (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(CO3)2].24H2O (1a), while with the pyramidal SO32- guest, only the syn isomer (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].26H2O (2a) was characterized. The corresponding anti isomer was obtained with Na+ as counterions, Na12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]39H2O (2b), and with mixed Na+ and NH4(+) counterions, Na+(NH4)11[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].13H2O (2d). With [O3PCH2PO3]4- extra ligands, the octanuclear wheel Li12(NH4)2[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].31H2O (4a) was isolated with Li+ and NH4+ counterions and Li14[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].34H2O (4c) as a pure Li+ salt. A new rectangular anion, formed by connecting two MoV dimers and two MoVI octahedra via methylenediphosphonato ligands with NH4+ as counterions, (NH4)10[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2(HO3PCH2PO3)2].15H2)O (3a), and Li9(NH4)2Cl[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2]. 22H2O (3d) as a mixed NH4+ and Li+ salt have also been synthesized. The structural characterization of the compounds, combined with a study of their behavior in solution, investigated by 31P NMR, has allowed a discussion on the influence of the counterions on the structure of the anions and their stability. Density functional theory calculations carried out on both isomers of the [(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]12- anion (2), either assumed isolated or embedded in a continuum solvent model, suggest that the anti form is favored by approximately 2 kcal mol(-1). Explicit insertion of two solvated counterions in the molecular cavity reverses this energy difference and reduces it to less than 1 kcal mol(-1), therefore accounting for the observed structural versatility.  相似文献

SO2 -4 /ZrO2 固体超强酸用作合成辛基多苷 (OctylPolyglycosides)的催化剂 ,具有活性高、选择性好、易与产品分离、无污染、可重复利用等优点。文中主要讨论SO2 -4 /ZrO2 ,SO2 -4 /ZrO2 MoO3、SO2 -4 /ZrO2 Fe2 O3、以及SO2 -4 /ZrO2 SiO2 固体超强酸在合成辛基多苷反应中的不同催化活性。实验证明 :同一制备条件下的不同催化剂其活性不同 ,且SO2 -4 /ZrO2 的活性、选择性最好 ,可使葡萄糖的转化率高达 96%。  相似文献
