用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定多环芳烃时,因芴、苊和菲,茚(1,2,3-cd)芘和苯并(g,h,i)苝的色谱峰严重重叠而影响测定结果。本研究用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)和荧光检测器(FLD)测定多环芳烃,在激发波长λex=230nm,发射波长λem=300~500nm范围内采集重叠峰的HPLC-FLD二维色谱数据,再用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)解析它们的重叠色谱峰,分辨结果令人满意。该方法对重叠组分的分辨下限为0.02mg/L。结果表明,用二维色谱荧光数据解析色谱重叠峰,灵敏度更高,可用于环境样品中多环芳烃的测定。  相似文献

利用组分光谱的特征信息,发展了一种能直接对联用色谱重叠峰中组分进行定性定量分析的新方法──双窗口因子分析(dualwindowfactoranalysis,DWPA)。该法可从多组分重叠峰中定性目标组分,且在未经其它组分的分辨下可直接对目标组分的光谱、色谱进行分辨。因此更适应于联用色谱对复杂体系中待测组分的定性定量分析。用该法成功地对4组分重叠峰进行了分析,实验结果令人满意。  相似文献

把光度分析的双波长法应用于二极管阵列检测高效液相色谱重叠峰的数据处理。对于色谱峰严重重叠的双组分,只要它们的紫外可见吸收光谱有差异,就可通过计算两个波长下的峰面积(其中一个组分在这两波长时的峰面积之比为常数k,并通过计算另一个组分在k比例系数下的两波长峰面积差)进行定量测定。检测了混合硝基苯类化合物,结果令人满意。  相似文献

将分形理论用于仪器分析信号的解析,提出一种面向分析谱图中重叠信号处理的分形分辨算法.通过对信号进行分形分析,采用分形维数可有效地反映信号的特征,准确地得到谱峰个数和位置的信息,避免人为判断的误差,实现重叠复合信号的分辨.实验表明,这种新的重叠谱峰分辨法能用于光谱、电化学、色谱等仪器分析数据的处理  相似文献

采用加速溶剂萃取法提取挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析,并借助化学计量学分辨方法,对川芎的挥发性成分进行了定性定量分析。通过采用子窗口因子分析法对重叠色谱峰进行分辨,从而获得每一组分的纯色谱和质谱。依靠每一组分纯质谱在NIST质谱库进行相似性检索而定性分析,用总体积积分法进行定量分析。在川芎挥发油中共分辨出67个色谱峰,通过质谱库检索得到其中56个组分的定性定量结果,占总含量的87.67%。该方法增加了可鉴定化合物的数目,提高了定性的准确度,能用于川芎的质量控制。  相似文献

中药化学组成的定性定量测定是药物活性理论的基础,联用色谱及其相关的化学计量学方法为中药复杂体系的分离和分辨提供了强有力的工具.采用GC-MS法对传统中药羌活中的挥发油成分进行了分离测定,并对其中重叠色谱峰根据其重叠程度,采用迭代的正交投影法(OPA)和非迭代的渐进窗口正交投影法(EWOP)进行了分辨,得到每个组分的纯色谱和光谱曲线,共分辨出98个色谱峰,通过质谱库检索得到其中65个组分的定性定量结果,占总含量的92.13%.  相似文献

提出了一种鉴别重叠色谱峰类型的化学计量学方法——模差渐进投影(MDEP)法。该方法利用二维色谱数据中相邻两个色谱流出点的光谱矢量模的和与该两个矢量和的模之差,建立模差-时间(dm-t)曲线判断非纯色谱峰的纯组分区,同时判定第二组分色谱流出点和倒数第二组分色谱结束点。分别以纯组分区的光谱矢量建立正交阵对该色谱峰进行投影运算,得到投影后转换色谱。该转换色谱消除了纯组分区所对应化合物的色谱和光谱信息。对转换色谱重复上述操作至整个色谱峰的模差-时间曲线均为0时终止,得到重叠色谱峰各组分的色谱流出点和结束点。利用上述结果,采用不包含待测组分光谱信息的该重叠峰二维色谱数据建立正交矩阵对该色谱峰进行投影运算,获得待测组分的相似色谱图。通过比对分析即可得到该组分在重叠色谱峰中的光谱和色谱信息。依次操作,即可获得重叠色谱峰中各组分的光谱和色谱信息。采用模差渐近投影法对4组分模拟重叠二维色谱峰及杜香挥发油GC-MS的重叠色谱峰进行了解析,方法简便、结果准确。  相似文献

提出了一个小波变换用于提取重叠色谱中组分信息的理论公式,并将它应用于三组分和五组分重叠色谱实验数据的解析。结果表明:在定定分离度范围内,当相邻色谱峰峰宽相近时,根据此公式的计算结果,可以将各组分的信息从重叠色谱峰信号中提取出来。洒工作对小波变换用于重叠峰的解析具有重要意义。  相似文献

In this paper, a novel procedure for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the two-dimensional data obtained from GC-MS is investigated to determine chemical components of essential oils in Cortex Cinnamomi from four different producing areas. A new method named iterative optimization procedure (IOP) specially used to resolve embedded peaks is also developed. With the help of IOP and other chemometric techniques, such as heuristic evolving latent projections, evolving factor analysis, sub-window factor analysis and orthogonal projection resolution, and etc., the detection of the purity of chromatographic peaks can be first addressed, and then the overlapping peaks are resolved into the pure chromatogram and mass spectrum of each component. The similarity searches in the MS database are finally conducted to qualitatively determine the chemical components. The results obtained showed that the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative analysis could be greatly enhanced by chemometric resolution methods. The chemometric resolution techniques upon the two-dimensional data can be quite promising tools for the analysis of the complex samples like traditional Chinese medicine.  相似文献

A novel immune algorithm for resolution and quantitative determination of the components in overlapping chromatograms was proposed by imitating biological immune systems. The algorithm takes an overlapping chromatogram as its input and subtracts the chromatograms of standard samples from the input by iteration of a network. When the residual does not change, the network will converge and chromatographic information of the components in overlapping chromatogram will be obtained. Both simulated and experimental data sets were investigated by the method. Results showed that both resolved results and recoveries of quantitative determination are satisfactory. Comparing with conventional least-square method, the immune algorithm is fast in calculation.  相似文献

Poor chromatographic resolution is one of the main challenges in chromatographic analysis. Partially separated chromatographic peaks frequently occur, due to the nature of analytes and the demand for fast analysis using high flow rates and shorter columns. Modeling of chromatographic three-way data using suitable chemometric tools enables determining co-eluted peaks without using additional experimental efforts. In this paper, parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC) was applied to chromatographic data for the quantitative resolution of a quaternary mixture at the co-elution condition of acetaminophen, aspirin, ascorbic acid, and guaifenesin in a spectrochromatogram. The spectrochromatograms of the calibration set, validation set, and real samples were arranged as a three-way array. In the next step, the PARAFAC model was implemented to decompose the spectrochromatographic array into trilinear components, corresponding to spectral, chromatographic, and relative concentration profiles of the analytes. The chromatographic and spectral modes were used for the qualitative analysis of components, whereas the analytes in commercial tablets were quantified from their individual profiles in their concentration mode. This study indicated that the application of the PARAFAC model provided a novel strategy for determining overlapping peaks in a chromatogram to perform the analysis of multicomponent mixtures with reduced runtime and without additional efforts.  相似文献

 在高斯基径向基函数神经网络 (RBFNN)学习算法中引入了鲁棒性和随机全局寻优的两阶段遗传算法 :结构学习和参数优化。通过两阶段学习算法的交替使用 ,使网络具有结构自学习和参数优化的能力 ,而后将网络应用于组分数未知的重叠色谱峰解析。该方法具有不需人为干预 ,可自动确定网络结构即组分数的优点 ;并且解析精度较高 ,适用于多组分重叠色谱峰的解析 ;对完全重叠色谱峰也具有良好的解析能力。  相似文献

对于两组份色谱重叠峰体系,当以小组份色谱峰作为干扰时,本文利用正交投影方法,通过构造正交投影矩阵,利用原始信号及其投影与背景之间的内在关系来确定真实背景,从而将背景干扰予以扣除,使含背景干扰的一维重叠色谱峰得以分辨。模拟研究表明,对于两组份色谱峰重叠体系当以小色谱峰为干扰时本文方法具有很好的分辨效果,对于完全重叠峰,即使其峰分离度为零能得到满意的结果。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A genetic algorithm for resolution of overlapping chromatographic peaks (GAROCP) using real-number coding, non-uniform mutation and arithmetical crossover methods is described in this paper. It was applied to resolution of highly overlapped multicomponent high-performance liquid chromatographic peaks by fitting experimental chromatogram to the exponentially modified Gaussian (EMG) model. The genetic algorithm was used to find the minimum of fitting error to optimize the parameters in the EMG functions which determine the shape and area of each peak. The applicability of the method was investigated with both simulated signals calculated by EMG functions and experimental multicomponent overlapping chromatograms.  相似文献
