The transport property of electrons tunneling through arrays of magnetic and electric barriers is studied in silicene.In the tunneling transmission spectrum, the spin-valley-dependent filtered states can be achieved in an incident energy range which can be controlled by the electric gate voltage. For the parallel magnetization configuration, the transmission is asymmetric with respect to the incident angle θ, and electrons with a very large negative incident angle can always transmit in propagating modes for one of the spin-valley filtered states under a certain electromagnetic condition. But for the antiparallel configuration, the transmission is symmetric about θ and there is no such transmission channel. The difference of the transmission between the two configurations leads to a giant tunneling magnetoresistance(TMR) effect.The TMR can reach to 100% in a certain Fermi energy interval around the electrostatic potential. This energy interval can be adjusted significantly by the magnetic field and/or electric gate voltage. The results obtained may be useful for future valleytronic and spintronic applications, as well as magnetoresistance device based on silicene.  相似文献

Within our aim to clarify some aspects of the breakup dynamics of loosely-bound neutron-halo projectiles on a heavy target,we apply the continuum discretized coupled-channel formalism to investigate the beryllium11Be breakup on a lead208Pb target atElab=140 MeV incident energy.By evidencing that the continuum–continuum couplings are much stronger in the nuclear breakup than in the Coulomb breakup,we conclude that the strength of these couplings in the total breakup is dominated by the nuclear contribution,with the diagonal monopole nuclear potential in the projectile–target center-of-mass having negligible effect on the total and nuclear breakup cross-sections.For this kind of reaction,we show that the condition for the total breakup to approach its dominant component in the absorption region is strongly dependent on the continuum–continuum couplings and the diagonal monopole nuclear potential.  相似文献

利用同位旋相关的量子分子动力学模型研究了中能重离子碰撞过程中,具有不同中质比的中等质量核碰撞系统的高动量分布对原子核的阻止本领的影响,以及这种影响随入射能量的演化。研究结果表明:对于76Kr+76Kr,88Kr+88Kr碰撞系统,当入射能量较小时高动量分布对原子核的阻止本领影响很小;但当反应能量较大的时候,高动量分布对原子核的阻止本领影响较大,且这种影响随着入射能量和碰撞核质量的增大而增大。对于Ca同位素链的反应系统,高动量分布增大了反应系统的原子核的阻止本领。因此,高动量分布对中等质量核碰撞系统的原子核的阻止本领有重要影响,且与入射能量和碰撞核质量密切相关。Based on the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model, the effect of high momentum distribution on nuclear stopping in medium mass nuclear collision system is studied with different neutron-proton ratio in intermediate energy heavy ion collisions, and the evolution of this effect with the incident energy. The results show that when the incident energy is small, the high momentum distribution has little effect on the nuclear stopping. However, when the reaction energy is large, the high momentum distribution has a great influence on the nuclear stopping and the influence increases with the increase of incident energy and the mass of collision nucleus. For the Ca isotopes reaction system, high momentum distribution increases the nuclear stopping of the reaction system. Therefore, high momentum distribution has an important influence on nuclear stopping in medium mass nuclear collision system, and closely related to the incident energy and the mass of collision nucleus.  相似文献

研究了强流(~129 nA)、 高能(1 500~1 900 eV)电子束在大角度(9°)弯曲宏观石英管中的导向效应。 实验分别测量了入射流强及能量对出射电子角分布值(FWHM)和传输效率的影响。 实验观察到出射电子角分布FWHM随着入射电子流强和入射电子能量增加变化均不明显; 发现电子传输效率随入射流强增加而增加, 但随入射能量增加而减小, 这与高电荷态离子导向中离子传输效率随入射能量增加而增加的现象相反。 分析发现, 与高电荷态离子导向机制不同, 电子束导向并非是由电子在石英管内壁的自组织充电过程引起的, 而是入射电子与管内壁弹性和非弹性散射碰撞共同作用的结果。 By using an incident electron beam with the high current and high energy, the guiding effect of the bended macroscopic quartz tube for the electron beam has been investigated. The angular distributions of outgoing electrons depending on the current and energy of incident electrons were measured. The dependences of electron transmitted fraction on energy and current of incident electrons are also shown. As the incident electron energy increasing, the electron transmitted fraction increases, but it decreases while the incident electron current increasing. The results have been compared with the present data. This work presents, the process of guiding electrons is essentially different from that of guiding highly charged ions, the guiding electron beam was caused by both elastic and inelastic collisions between electrons and inner walls of quartz tube, rather than self organized charging effect on the surface of inner wall of quartz tube.  相似文献

Dirac particle penetration is studied theoretically with Dirac equation in one-dimensional systems. We investigate a one-dimensional system with N barriers where both barrier height and well width are constants randomly distributed in certain range. The one-parameter scaling theory for nonrelatiyistic particles is still valid for massive Dirac particles. In the same disorder sample, we find that the localization length of relativistic particles is always larger than that of nonrelativistic particles and the transmission coefficient related to incident particle in both cases fits the form T~ exp(-αL). More interesting, massless relativistic particles are entirely delocalized no matter how big the energy of incident particles is.  相似文献

We investigate the shot noise of electron transport through an Aharonov-Casher ring subject to the Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC). Analytic expressions for the coefficients of reflection and transmission are derived by using the Griffith boundary conditions. For this kind of SOC, the ballistic transport of electrons can be analyzed as two independent spin channels, and both of them have the same transmission and reflection coefficients. The dependences of shot noise and Landauer-Biittiker conductance on controllable factors, including the strength of Rashba SOC, the asymmetrical angle of lead-connection positions, the radius of the rings, and the wave vector (or energy) of the incident Fermi electrons, are explicitly described by some new combined parameters. The ways that the shot noise and conductance vary with Rashba SOC and with asymmetrical angle are demonstrated by numerical simulations, respectively. It is revealed that the shot noise reaches its maximum for the particular situation of half transmission and half reflection and zero shot noise occurs at conductance maxima.  相似文献

In this paper we investigate the influence of the dark energy on the time-like geodesic motion of a particle in Schwarzschild spacetime by analysing the behaviour of the effective potential which appears in an equation of motion. For the non-radial time-like geodesics, we find a bound orbit when the particle energy is in an appropriate range, and also find another possible orbit, which is that the particle drops straightly into the singularity of a black hole or escapes to infinity. For the radial time-like geodesics, we find an unstable circular orbit when the particle energy is the critical value, in which case it is possible for the particle to escape to infinity.  相似文献

在经典物理框架内和偶极近似下, 导出了超晶格量子阱沟道辐射频率和辐射谱分布。指出了对于自发辐射谱分布, 存在一个普适的线型因子, 而粒子的最大辐射能量与相对论因子γ 有关, 且与γ3/2成正比。以正弦平方势为例进行了具体讨论。结果表明, 由于势阱深度和噪音的影响, 谐波数l只取少数几个值。超晶格量子阱沟道辐射只存在不多的几条谱线, 为进一步应用提供了可能。最后, 还给出了一种可能的实验方案, 讨论了如何利用弯晶把超晶格量子阱的沟道辐射改造为相干辐射。 In the frame of classical physics and the dipole approximation the radiation frequency and the spectral distribution are derived for the channeling radiation of a charged particle in a superlattice quantum well. It indicated that there is a line type factor f(ξ) suited to various cases in the spontaneous radiations spectrum. Results also show that the maximum radiation energy is proportional to γ3/2 , but the relativistic effects have double effects in the spontaneous radiation of a charged particle. The case for the sine squared potential is discussed specifically. The harmonic number can be defined as a few variable values by the effects of the potential well depth and noise. In general there is a few spectral lines in the channeling radiation spectrum for the superlattice quantum well, and possibilities are provided for further application. Finally, a possible experimental scheme is proposed, and it is discussed that how to transform the channeling radiation in the quantum well into the cohenent radiation by the bent crystal.  相似文献

The dynamics of electron transport in single-layer MoS2 is simulated by employing the single particle Monte Carlo method. Acoustic phonon scattering, optical phonon scattering and Frohlich scattering are taken into account. It is found that the electron mobility decreases from 806cm2 /V.s for a transverse electrical field of 103 Vim to 426/112 cm2 /V.s for a transverse electrical field of 105/107 Vim. Further detailed analysis on carrier dynamics reveals that the low field mobility is dominated by the acoustic phonon scattering while the role of optical phonon scattering is to relax the electron energy below the optical phonon energy by efficient energy relaxation through optical phonon emission. Only when the transverse electrical field is larger than 106 V/m, the mobility can be determined by the optical phonon scattering, leading to a strong mobility degradation.  相似文献

The channelling of protons through a thin beryllium crystal is simulated in a computer. The angular dependence of the momentum density is computed using particle trajectory approximation and is reported as the transmission spectra. In obtaining the spectra, the energy loss suffered by protons due to electron multiple scattering is considered and the effect of thermal vibrations treated separately. The spectra obtained are characteristic of the hcp structure of Be. Positions of the major dips in the transmission spectra are found to correlate well with the directions of neighbouring strings. Variations in the angle of incidence of the beam and in its initial azimuthal angle bring about modifications in the spectra depending on the transverse kinetic energy of the incident particles and the crystalline structure of Be. Thermal vibration of the lattice does not modify the spectra appreciably.  相似文献

Alpha- particle scattering from the resonant (3 1 + ) and non-resonant continuum states of6Li is studied at incident energy 10 MeV/A. Theα+d breakup continuum part within the excitation energyE ex=1.475–2.475 MeV is discretized in two energy bins. Unlike the results at higher incident energies, here the coupled-channel calculations show significant breakup continuum coupling effects on the elastic and inelastic scattering. It is shown that even when the continuum-continuum coupling effects are strong, the experimental data of the ground state and the resonant as well as discretized non-resonant continuum states impose stringent constraint on the coupling strengths of the non-resonant continuum states.  相似文献

Single and two particle properties in a dense plasma are discussed in connection with their role in the mass action law for a partially ionized plasma. The two particle bound states are nearly density independent, while the continuum is essentially shifted. 使用具有不同有效质量的一维多阶梯势透射系数的递推计算公式,可以方便地计算任意形状的一维分区位势的透射系数。给出了几种位势的透射系数随入射粒子能量变化的曲线,研究了谐振隧穿现象。对半导体材料GaAlAs/GaAs/GaAlAs的谐振隧穿现象进行了较详细的讨论。计算结果表明,对于两对称方势垒夹一个任意形状势阱的位势,也可能存在谐振隧穿现象。  相似文献

We demonstrate theoretically the anisotropic quantum transport of electrons through an electric field on monolayer and multilayer phosphorene. Using the long-wavelength Hamiltonian with continuum approximation, we find that the transmission probability for transport through an electric field is an oscillating function of incident angle, electric field intensity, as well as the incident energy of electrons. By tuning the electric field intensity and incident angle, the channels can be transited from opaque to transparent. The conductance through the quantum waveguides depends sensitively on the transport direction because of the anisotropic effective mass, and the anisotropy of the conductance can be tuned by the electric field intensity and the number of layers. These behaviors provide us an efficient way to control the transport of phosphorene-based microstructures.  相似文献

In studying the sound transmission through panels, it is usual to consider a model based on an infinite panel. The sound transmission coefficient is defined as the ratio of transmitted power to incident power and must, therefore, be less than or equal to unity due to energy conservation. However, it is shown here that, for a finite panel, it is possible to find values of transmission coefficient that are greater than unity at certain frequencies due to the normalisation used for the incident power. This occurs at the fundamental resonance of the fluid-loaded panel. Example results are presented for a simple circular piston and then for a flexible rectangular panel and an explanation for this phenomenon is provided. In effect, the panel is excited by a sound field that is much larger than its own surface and attracts sound power from a wide region of the incident field. This result stands as an interesting test case for calculation methods where the occurrence of transmission coefficients greater than unity should not necessarily be seen as an error in the calculation.  相似文献
