A new lead(Ⅱ) carboxylate-sulfonate has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal and elemental analyses. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P, with a = 8.1573(6), b = 9.4663(7), c = 12.7488(9) , α = 89.2320(10), β = 80.7380(10), γ = 77.9760(10)°, Z = 2, V = 950.10(12) 3, Mr = 599.57, Dc = 2.096 g/cm3, μ = 9.032 mm-1, F(000) = 572, the final R = 0.0412 and wR = 0.1035. It has a 1D chain structure, and the Pb(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated. Two PbO6 polyhedra are interconnected via edge-sharing into a two-core unit. Such units are further interconnected by 3-sulfonato-benzoic acids into 1D chains which are linked by hydrogen bonds into a layer structure. The 4,4'-bipyridines are located at the interlayer space and link the layers into a supramolecular structure by π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

By hydrothermal synthesis,a manganese(Ⅱ)tetracarboxylate [Mn(2,2'-bipyridi-ne)btec)o.5(H2O)]2n(H4btec=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid)was obtained and characteri-zed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR,elemental analysis and thermogravimetrie analysis.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P(1),with a=7.721(4),b=8.905(5),c=10.712(6)(A),α=80.899(8),β=70.371(8),γ=78.201(8)°,z=2,V=675.8(7)(A)3,Mr=354.20,Dc=1.741 g/cm3,μ=1.007mm-1,F(000)=360,S=0.956,(△/σ)max=0.000,the final R=0.0490 and wR=0.1262.This compound presents an infinite 1D polymer featuring a double-chain structure.The Mn(Ⅱ)ion is five-coordinated.The four carboxylate groups of btec4- are all deprotonated and coordinated to four Mn atoms in a monodentate fashion,forming a 1D double chain structure with a cavity.Such chains are interconnected by π-π stacking interactions into 2D layers which are further interlinked into a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new intermetallic compound,Tb3Co4Sn13,has been synthesized by solid-state reaction of the corresponding pure elements in a welded tantalum tube at high temperature.Its crystal structure was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Tb3Co4Sn13 crystallizes in cubic,space group Pm3n(No.223) with a = 9.5072(2) ,V = 859.33(3) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 2255.45,Dc = 8.717 g/cm3,μ = 34.369 mm-1,F(000) = 1906,and the final R = 0.0140 and wR = 0.0312 for 199 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The structure of Tb3Co4Sn13 belongs to the Yb3Rh4Sn13 type.It is isostructural with RE3Co4Sn13(RE = La,Ce),featuring a 3D [Co4Sn12] framework based on [CoSn6] trigonal prisms.The [CoSn6] trigonal prisms are interconnected via corner-sharing and Sn-Sn bonds to form a 3D [Co4Sn12] framework.The other Sn and Tb atoms are located in the spacers of the 3D framework.Band structure calculations indicate that Tb3Co4Sn13 is metallic.  相似文献

A new intermetallic compound,YbCu6In6,has been synthesized by solid-state reaction of the corresponding pure elements in a welded tantalum tube at high temperature.Its crystal structure was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.YbCu6In6 crystallizes in tetragonal space group I4/mmm with a = 9.2283(5),c = 5.4015(4),V = 460.00(5) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 1243.20,Dc = 8.976 g/cm3,μ = 38.243 mm-1,F(000) = 1076,and the final R = 0.0258 and wR = 0.0602 for 173 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The structure of YbCu6In6 belongs to the ThMn12 type.It is isostructural with RECu6In6(RE = Y,Ce,Pr,Nd,Gd,Tb,Dy),containing one-dimensional(1D) [Cu10In6] cluster chain along the c axis,which is interconnected via sharing the Cu(1) atoms to form a three-dimensional(3D) [Cu6In6] framework with Yb atoms encapsulated in the 1D tunnels along the c axis.Band structure calculations based on Density Functional Theory(DFT) method indicate that YbCu6In6 is metallic.  相似文献

The structure of a binuclear cadmium(Ⅱ) quaternary complex,[Cd2(phen)2-Q2(BP)]n 1(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,BP = biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid,Q = 8-hydroxy-quinoline-anion),has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 13.1906(18),b = 10.9623(15),c = 16.947(2) ,β = 111.3430(10)°,V = 2282.5(5) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 556.85,Dc = 1.620 g/cm3,F(000) = 1116,μ = 0.994 mm-1 and S = 1.056.In the structure,1D chains are connected via biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid,8-hydroxy quinoline anion and binuclear cadmium atoms into an infinite 1-D molecular chain architecture.Via aryl ring π-π stacking interactions a supramolecular structure is formed in 1.  相似文献

A new intermetallic compound, Sm3In5, has been synthesized by solid-state reaction of the corresponding pure elements in a welded niobium tube at high temperature. Its crystal structure was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Sm3In5 crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Cmcm with a = 10.0137(8), b = 8.1211(7), c = 10.3858(8) , V = 844.60(1) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 1025.15, Dc = 8.062 g/cm3, μ = 33.791 mm-1, F(000) = 1724, the final R = 0.0346 and wR = 0.0775 for 533 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of Sm3In5 belongs to the modified Pu3Pd5 type. It is isostructural with La3In5 and β-Y3In5, containing one-dimensional (1D) [In5] cluster chains along the c-axis, which are weakly interconnected via In-In bonds (3.345 ) to form a three-dimensional (3D) structure. The samarium cations are located at the voids between the 1D [In5] cluster chains. Band structure calculations based on Density Function Theory (DFT) method indicate that Sm3In5 is metallic.  相似文献

A new pseudo Keggin-type bicapped compound(Et3N)0.5(en)2[SiMo12O40(VO)2]·4H2O(Et3N=triethylamine,en=ethylenediamine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,TG and X-ray crystallography.The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=17.576(2),b=13.535(1),c=21.587(2),β=103.790(10)°,V=4987.3(8)3,Z=4,Dc=2.925 Mg/m3,Mr=2196.12,F(000)=4148,μ=3.400 mm-1,R=0.0379 and wR=0.1219.The most remarkable structural feature of the compound is that the clusters represent bicapped pseudo-Keggin structure and are linked one by one through V-O-V bonds forming an infinite 1D chain.Furthermore,such chains are interconnected in a cross-like arrangement through multiform hydrogen bonds to yield a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

The complex [Co(Im)6](Cin)2 (Im=imidazole,Cin=cinnamate) was prepared by reaction of Co(PhCHCHCOO)2 with imidazole in ethanol. It has been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses. The crystals are triclinic, space group P, with a=9.7601(3),b=10.5935(3),c=11.3269(2)(A),α =69.948(1),β =71.027(1),γ =62.803(1)°, and Z=1. The crystal structure of the title complex consists of monomeric [Co(Im)6]2+ cations and cinnamate anions in which the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion assumes a centrosymmetric octahedral geometry with the CoN6 chromophore. In the solid state, the complex forms a three dimensional network through N-H… O hydrogen bonds, the intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the [Co(Im)6]2+ cations and cinnamate anions.The cinnamate anions are nearly planar.  相似文献

A new 3D supramolecular complex, namely dimethylammonium 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoate) dihydrate, has been synthesized by the reaction of 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoic acid) with aqueous dimethylamine solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, ~1 H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. It belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.5539(4), b = 9.4977(6), c = 12.1407(8) ?, α = 72.299(6), β = 89.160(5), γ = 70.797(8)°,V = 676.52(8) ?~3, Z = 1, Mr = 556.57, μ = 0.103 mm~(-1), Dc = 1.366 g/cm~3, F(000) = 294, the final R =0.0828 and w R = 0.2083 for 1934 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoic acid) dianion, dimethylammonium cation, and water molecule are interconnected by O-H???O, N-H???N, and N-H???O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional(2 D) layer. Two adjacent 2D layers are further stacked into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H???O hydrogen bonds. A Zn(Ⅱ) supramolecular coordination polymer, {[Zn_2(L)_2(m-bix)(H_2O)]·6 H_2O}n(1), with an interesting 1 D→2 D polythreading array from a flexible and angular organic aromatic polycarboxylate ligand 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl)isophthalic acid(H2 L), and N-donor ligand 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene(m-bix), has been obtained under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In 1, the Zn(Ⅱ) center has two coordination geometries. One exhibits a trigonal bipyramidal coordination sphere, and the other is a tetrahedral geometry; L2-has two different coordination modes, with one connecting three Zn(Ⅱ) ions through two monodentate carboxylate groups and the monodentate hydroxyl group, and the other bridging two Zn(Ⅱ) ions through two carboxylate groups. The L2-anions connect the Zn(Ⅱ) centers forming an infinite 1 D tubular structure. These 1 D tubes are interconnected by the m-bix spacers to form a 2 D framework. Such 2 D layers are further assembled into a 3 D supramolecular network via hydrogen bonds. Meanwhile, the luminescent property of 1 has also been investigated in detail.  相似文献

A novel Nd(Ⅲ) compound,[Nd3(OH)7(O2CC6H4SO3)(H2O)]n·nH2O 1,has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Nd2O3 and 3-sulfobenzoic acid monosodium salt. It was characterized by IR spectroscopy,elemental analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.024(3),b = 10.961(2),c = 12.792(3) ,β = 91.271(3)°,V = 1825.6(7) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 787.97,Dc = 2.867 g/cm3,μ = 8.584 mm-1,F(000) = 1460,S = 1.035,R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1166 (I 2σ(I)). In this compound,the cross-linkage of Nd atoms by bridging hydroxy groups results in a Nd-O inorganic 200 layer,and such layers are linked by the 3-O3S-C6H4-CO2 dianions into a pillar-layered structure. A new cadmium(Ⅱ) complex[Cd(Hminic)(IP)]_n(1,Hminic = 2-hydroxy-6-methylisonicotinic acid,IP = imidazo[4,5-f]-l,10-phenanthroline),has been synthesized by the reaction of a Hminic and auxiliary N-containing ligands with Cd(Ⅱ) ion under hydrothermal conditions.The complex was studied by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.It is formulated as C_(20)H_(13)CdN_5O_3,crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group C2/c with α=9.6764(8),b = 26.767(2),c = 14.1332(11) A and β= 97.4510(10)°.V= 3629.7(5) A~3,Z = 8,Mr=483.75,D_c = 1.770 g/cm~3,F(000) = 1484 and μ= 1.237 mm~(-1).The final refinement gave R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0703 for 4151 reflections with I 2σ(I).In the structure of 1,two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are joined by a pair of μ_2-hydroxyl oxygen atoms giving rise to a dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) unit which is bridged by Hminic linkers to form a 1D ladder-like polymer chain.The chelating ligand IP coordinated to the Cd(Ⅱ) atom,and alternately attached to both sides of the ladder-like polymer chain.Adjacent chains are further bound together by strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds and face-to-face π…πinteractions,resulting in the formation of a 3D supramolecular architecture.Furthermore,the thermal stability and luminescent properties of this complex and the free ligands have been investigated.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Cd_2(NIPH)(L)_2(H_2O)]n(1, HL = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole and H_2NIPH = 5-nitroisophthalic acid), has been synthesized. The structure of complex 1 has been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectrum analysis. Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.9539(6), b = 11.6252(8), c = 12.2472(8) ?, α = 80.011(2), β = 80.3850(10), γ = 86.773(2)°, V = 1237.37(14) ?~3, Z = 2, D_c = 1.987 g/cm~3, μ = 1.780 mm~(-1), M_r = 740.25, F(000) = 724, the final R = 0.0295 and wR = 0.1015 with I 2σ(I). Two H_2NIPH as monodentate and bidentate ligands and two L ligands link four Cd(Ⅱ) ions to form a tetranuclear subunit. Each pair of the tetranuclear subunits is bridged by NIPH ligands to yield a one-dimensional double-chain structure. Furthermore, the 1D chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular framework with hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. In addition, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) in using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method built in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results indicated the obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

A new Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, namely, [Cd3(1,2,3-BTC)2(L)2]·2.25H2O(1, L = 2-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline and 1,2,3-BTC = 1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylate), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.650(2), b = 12.240(2), c = 19.760(4), α = 72.01(3), β = 77.11(3), γ = 83.48(3)°, V = 2609.4(9) 3, Z = 2, C56H31Cd3Cl2F2N8O14.25, Mr = 1489.99, Dc = 1.896 g/cm3, F(000) = 1466, μ(MoKa) = 1.401 mm-1, R = 0.0401 and wR = 0.1104. Compound 1 shows a 1D chain structure, and the neighboring 1D chains of 1 are joined together by π···π interactions to result in a 2D supramolecular layer. In addition, the luminescent property of 1 has been studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The Mg(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. A new complex [Zn(4-nph)(bib)]_(2n)·nH_2O(1) has been obtained by the reaction of metal(Zn(Ⅱ)),1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-butane(bib) with 4-nitrophthalic acid(4-H_(2nph)).The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.Compound 1 is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 10.3251,b = 12.4503,c = 16.6497 ?,α = 88.487(3),β = 72.529(3),γ = 79.991(3)°,V = 2009.8(5) ?~3 and Mr = 945.47.Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional(3 D) framework.Moreover,through intermolecular hydrogen bonds,compound 1 is assembled into a supramolecular structure.The thermal stability and luminescent properties of 1 are also investigated.  相似文献
