本文用文献提出的理论模型对脉冲主被动锁模钕玻璃和Nd:YAG激光器作了计算机模拟。得到了主被动锁模激光器的锁模阈值、输出稳定性、脉冲宽度、脉冲不对称度等特性对调制器的调制深度、失调以及可饱和染料的浓度、弛豫时间的依赖关系。理论计算结果与实验相比定性地符合得很好,由此解释了若干实验现象,并使我们更好地理解主被动锁模的物理过程。 关键词:  相似文献

利用Nd:YVO4激光晶体的自受激拉曼效应,结合Cr:YAG被动锁模技术和倍频技术,实现了结构紧凑的1176 nm和588 nm黄光锁模激光输出。激光器为LD端面泵浦,三镜折叠腔结构,并且采用了透过率为10%的输出镜。Nd:YVO4晶体长度为10 mm,Nd3+离子掺杂质量分数为0.2%,Cr:YAG晶体的初始透过率为67%。10 W激光泵浦时,1176 nm激光平均输出功率为123 mW,调Q包络宽度为6 ns,调Q包络内的锁模脉冲重复频率高达1 GHz。588.2 nm 黄光的平均输出功率为8 mW。  相似文献

报道了基于V:YAG可饱和吸收体的1.34μm被动调Q锁模Nd:YVO4激光器。采用直腔结构,使用透过率为10%的输出镜,在LD端面泵浦的情况下,实现了重复频率高达2.6GHz的1.34μm调Q锁模运转。Nd:YVO4晶体中,Nd3+离子掺杂质量分数为0.2%,V:YAG晶体的初始透过率为83%。在泵浦功率为11 W时,1.34μm调Q锁模激光的最大平均输出功率为308mW,光-光转换效率为2.8%。  相似文献

太阳光泵浦激光器可将太阳光直接转化为激光,在空间太阳能发电站、深海等领域有着极大的应用前景,而Cr,Nd∶YAG是一种很有潜力的太阳光泵浦激光介质。本文以高纯Y_2O_3、α-Al_2O_3、Nd_2O_3、Cr_2O_3粉体作为原料,采用固相反应法结合真空烧结技术制备了高光学质量的0.1%Cr,1.0%Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷,并研究了其光谱特性和激光参数。根据太阳辐照光谱和Cr,Nd∶YAG陶瓷的吸收和发射光谱,计算了不同条件下Cr,Nd∶YAG陶瓷激光器的泵浦率、阈值太阳聚光比、有效发射截面、饱和光强和阈值输入功率等激光参数。研究发现0.1%Cr,1.0%Nd∶YAG陶瓷(厚度为1.0 mm)在370 nm和1 064 nm处的直线透过率分别为81.5%和84.0%,晶胞密度为4.57 g/cm~3,光学散射损耗为1.4%cm~(-1),吸收带内的太阳辐照度约是太阳常数的42%。上述研究结果表明Cr,Nd∶YAG陶瓷是理想的太阳光泵浦激光介质,可通过优化聚光系统、泵浦方式和陶瓷尺寸获得高功率激光输出。  相似文献

研究表明,不用碰撞脉冲锁模技术,而由一台简单的线型腔染料激光器,就可成功地产生短达38飞秒的光脉冲。这种激光器用六镜折叠腔,其中有Rh6G和DOPCI两个喷流和一个棱镜对色散补偿器,用连续锁模Nd:YAG激光器的倍频输出同步泵浦。染料激光脉冲的平均功率为20mW,脉冲重复频率近100MHz。  相似文献

理论和实验研究了LD泵浦Nd∶Gd0.42Y0.58VO4/Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q锁模激光器.在分析Cr4+∶YAG晶体能级结构和调Q锁模物理过程的基础上,通过数值模拟给出了Cr4+∶YAG调Q锁模的参量要求,然后进行了实验验证.实验中Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0分别为86.3%、95%,输出镜的透过率T分别为10%、20%,在其他条件不变的情况下构成四种不同的组合,均实现了激光器的调Q锁模运转.实验结果表明,降低Cr4+∶YAG的初始透过率T0或提高输出镜透过率T有利于获得较好的锁模效果,与理论分析一致.  相似文献

对影响LD泵浦的Nd∶GdVO4,Nd∶YVO4和Nd∶YAG激光器输出特性的增益介质长度、腔内损耗、输出镜透过率、泵浦光和振荡光的光斑大小进行了分析和数值模拟。当腔内固有损耗为2%,输出镜透过率为10%时,Nd∶Gd-VO4,Nd∶YVO4和Nd∶YAG晶体的振荡阈值分别为1.77W、0.55W和3.34W。在25W泵浦功率下,利用1mm长的Nd∶GdVO4,Nd∶YVO4和Nd∶YAG晶体可分别得到13.17W,13.26W和8.43W的输出功率,相应的输出镜最佳透过率分别为24%,44%和16%。  相似文献

Laser performance of 1064 nm domestic Nd:YAG ceramic lasers for 885 nm direct pumping and 808 nm traditional pumping are compared. Higher slope efficiency of 34% and maximum output power of 16.5 W are obtained for the 885nm pump with a 6ram length 1 at.% Nd:YAG ceramic. The advantages for 885nm direct pumping are discussed in detail. This pumping scheme for highly doping a Nd:YAG ceramic laser is considered as an available way to generate high power and good beam quality simultaneously.  相似文献

Compact schemes of the phase-locked multichannel Nd:YAG laser system with the long- and shortrange coupling via the holographic gain gratings in the active elements are developed. The phase locking of various loop Nd:YAG lasers with an interference contrast of the laser channels of 0.50–0.87 and a single-mode lasing efficiency of up to 0.64% is experimentally demonstrated. The experimental results for the two- and three-channel laser systems are generalized on multichannel laser systems using the numerical simulation. It is demonstrated that the maximum number of the short-range-coupled laser channels can be increased owing to the leveling of the parameters of laser channels to a value that is greater than that the maximum number of the channels in the presence of the long-range coupling, which is limited by the damage threshold of the active element of the interchannel coupling.  相似文献

Ultrashort pulses were generated in passively mode-locked Nd:YAG and Nd:GdVO4 lasers pumped by a pulsed laser diode with 10-Hz repetition rate. Stable mode-locked pulse trains were produced with the pulse width of 10 ps. The evolution of the mode-locked pulse was observed in the experiment and was discussed in detail. Comparing the pulse evolutions of Nd:YAG and Nd:GdVO4 lasers, we found that the buildup time of the steady-state mode-locking with semiconductor saturable absorber mirrors (SESAMs) was relevant to the upper-state lifetime and the emission cross-section of the gain medium.  相似文献

Corner-pumping is a new pumping scheme in diode-pumped all-solid-state lasers, having such advantages as high pump efficiency, favorable pump uniformity and low cost. Compact corner-pumped Nd:YAG/YAG composite slab lasers at 1064 nm with low or medium output powers and high efficiency are demonstrated in this paper. Combined with intracavity frequency doubling by a LBO crystal, a corner-pumped Nd:YAG/YAG composite slab 532 nm green laser with a stable output is realized successfully. The experimental results show that corner-pumping can reduce laser costs greatly, release the thermal effects of slab crystals and improve the output beam quality, and that the new pumping scheme is feasible in the design of diode-pumped all-solid-state lasers with low or medium output powers.  相似文献

High power Nd:YAG lasers with fiber optic beam delivery have introduced new capabilities for material processing applications. Here, we present the stable resonator design for high power Nd:YAG lasers to optimize beam quality for fiber optic transmission. Dependence of beam parameters on position and dioptric power of thermal lens has been investigated and optimized to achieve efficient fiber optic beam delivery. With the optimum resonator configuration, an efficient fiber optic beam delivery over the entire operating range of input power has been achieved. The results of stable resonator design with good beam quality and output power have been presented.  相似文献

Many aspects of photophysical, photostability and laser properties of kiton red S dye remain unresolved, particularly for pumping with 578 nm radiation of CVL and 532 nm output of Nd:YAG lasers, and these are studied using different alcohol- and water-based binary solvents. Our results show that methanol is better suited for low and high-repetition-rate KRS dye lasers because of its superior laser efficiency, photostability as well as photothermal properties.  相似文献
