用乙醚-己烷混合溶剂抽提柿树叶中的脂肪酸,NaOH-CH3OH交换法甲酯化,毛细管柱FFAP作为分离柱,进行气相色谱-质谱法测定脂肪酸(以甲酯的形式)的组成。共分离出21种脂肪酸,鉴定出19种,占总含量的98.72%,其中以肉豆蔻酸(6.68%)、棕榈酸(30.00%)、硬脂酸(10.42%)、十六碳三烯酸(1.44%)、亚油酸(1.84%)、十八碳-烯酸(22.22%)、亚麻酸(1.25%)、花  相似文献

以H_2S和CS_2作硫化剂,用TPS和TPDS方法研究了水媒气变换催化剂CoMoK/γ-Al_2O_3的硫化及反硫化过程。用H_2S/H_2硫化时,只发现H_2S的消耗和H_2O的生成,用CS_2/H_2硫化时,首先生成CO_2,然后是CH_4,H_2O和H_2S,TPG实验表明催化剂表面上有积炭,造成催化剂的活性降低。但积炭在水煤气变换反应进行中逐渐除去。TPDS实验表明N_2不起反硫化作用,H_2和CO也没有明显反硫化作用,H_2O对CoMoK/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂有根强的反硫化作用。O_2能使催化剂部分永久性失活。XPS测试表明反硫化的催化剂中低价的Mo ̄(4+)转变成高价的Mo ̄(5+)和Mo ̄(6+),导致其活性下降。  相似文献

研究了Pt/Al2O3和Pt/CeO2/Al2O3催化剂对甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的催化活性,发现Pt/CeO2/Al2O3显示了比Pt/Al2O3更高的甲烷转化率和合成气选择性。用H2TPR,H2TPD,SEM和XRD等手段和技术对催化剂进行了表征。CeO2与Pt之间存在较强的相互作用(SMSI),这种作用促进了Pt在催化剂表面的分散,抑制了Pt在催化剂表面的迁移,大大降低了催化剂在反应中的完全燃烧活性,提高了催化剂的部分氧化活性和选择性,避免了因催化剂床层局部温度过高而导致催化剂活性下降或失活,提高了催化剂的稳定性。同时,在反应过程中,CeO2通过促进水蒸气变换反应(WGSR)的进行使反应体系迅速达到平衡,提高了催化剂对H2的选择性。  相似文献

报道了日本沼虾( marcrobrachium nippoese)卵巢发育过程中脂肪酸种类和含量变化的情况。用GC—MS法对脂肪酸进行了分析测定,结果发现:卵巢发育早期脂肪酸种类和含量较少,卵巢生长期和成熟期脂肪酸种类较多,含量也高。卵巢发育的整个过程中棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸是主要的脂肪酸。十七碳一烯酸(C17:1)随着卵巢的发育含量减少,油酸、亚油酸含量上升;实验中未检到游离的二十碳五烯酸(C20:5)。  相似文献

用XRD、TG-DTG、SEM和化学分析等手段研究了浸渍H_2SO_4的无定形TiO2和Fe_2O_3在焙烧过程中的晶化、相变、失水及失硫情况,总结出SO42-/MxOy型固体超强酸具有与SO42-/ZrO2体系相同的形成规律;用IR光谱和常温正戊烷异构化反应对SO42-/TiO2和SO42-/Fe_2O_3的超强酸性进行了表征,表明它们与/ZrO_2体系具有相似的表面酸位结构,无水状态主要为L酸位,吸水后部分L酸位可转变为B酸位,但这两种体系的超强酸性均比SO42-/ZrO_2弱,其H0大约在-13~-14之间.  相似文献

研究贵州产蓝布正(Herba Gei)挥发油的化学成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓝布正挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量;水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率是0.10%,共分离出103种成分,鉴定出40个化学成分,其主要成分为脂肪酸及其甲酯类化合物、萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等,主要有棕榈酸(13.2%)、11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯(10.4%)、亚油酸(8.6%)、石竹烯氧化物(3.9%)、丁子香酚(3.4%)和反式-植醇(3.2%)等。  相似文献

 研究了贵州产追风伞 (LysimachiatrientaloidesHemsl.)挥发油的化学成分。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取追风伞挥发性成分 ,用气相 质谱进行分离测定 ,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定 ,从中鉴定出 4 0种化学成分 ;应用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。水蒸汽蒸馏提取物的提取率是 0 11%。研究结果表明 ,贵州产追风伞挥发油的主要成分为萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等 ,主要有广藿香醇 (2 2 5 4 % )、乙酸龙脑酯(16 17% )、γ 古芸烯 (3 2 7% )、δ 愈创烯 (2 6 2 % )、橙花叔醇 (2 0 2 % )、芳樟醇 (1 99% )和棕榈酸 (1 96 % )。  相似文献

Salvia verbenaca L. (syn. S. minore) is a perennial herb known in the traditional medicine of Sicily as "spaccapetri" and is used to resolve cases of kidney stones, chewing the fresh leaves or in decoction. The chemical composition of the essential oil obtained from aerial parts of S. verbenaca collected in Piano Battaglia (Sicily) on July 2009, was analyzed by GC and GC-MS. The oil was strongly characterized by fatty acids (39.5%) and carbonylic compounds (21.2%), with hexadecanoic acid (23.1%), (Z)-9-octadecenoic acid (11.1%) and benzaldehyde (7.3%) as the main constituents. The in vitro activity of the essential oil against some microorganisms in comparison with chloramphenicol by the broth dilution method was determined. The oil exhibited a good activity as inhibitor of growth of Gram + bacteria.  相似文献

The lipid fraction of Opuntia ficus indica seeds was extracted and analyzed for its chemical and physical properties such as acid value, free fatty acid percentage (% FFA), iodine index, peroxide value, and saponification value as well as refractive index and density. The yield of seed oil was calculated as 11.75%. The acid and free fatty acid values indicated that the oil has a fairly low acidity. The triacylglycerols, fatty acids, sterols, and tocopherols were identified and their concentrations determined. The main TAGs were LLL (25.60%), OLL (21.53%), PLL (15.53%), and POL + SLL (12.73%). Linoleic acid (60.69%) was the dominant fatty acid, followed by oleic (21.42%) and palmitic (12.76%) acids, respectively. A high level of sterols making up 16.06 g/kg seed oil was present. The sterol marker, β-sitosterol, accounted for 71.60% of the total sterol content in the seed oil. Among the tocopherols present in the oil, γ-tocopherol (421.08 mg/kg) was the main constituent.  相似文献

Using reversed-phase HPLC with refractometric detection, we determined the composition of triacylglycerols (TAGs) of manketti oil and calculated its fatty acid composition. It was shown that the oil consists of octadecatrienoic (34.6 ± 0.8 mol %), linoleic (35.4 ± 0.8 mol %), oleic (14.6 ± 0.4 mol %), palmitic (7.2 ± 0.3 mol %), and stearic acids. Using spectrophotometric detection, for the oils of centrathus and jacaranda seeds, it was demonstrated that octadecatrienoic acid is presented mainly by α-eleostearic acid and small impurities of β-eleostearic (2.8 mol %) and jacarandic (0.3 mol %) acids. The results of the quantitative determination of TAGs, obtained by refractometric detection (with corrections of the peak areas to the calculated values of the refractive indices of TAGs), are consistent with the data obtained using spectrophotometric detection.  相似文献

In this study, an orthogonal array design OA? (3?) was employed to optimise the conditions of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO?) extraction of Pinus koraiensis nut oil. The effects of pressure, temperature and extraction time on the oil yield were investigated. Next, the fatty acid composition of the oil was examined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The in vivo antioxidant activity of the oil was determined by estimating the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats fed with a high-fat diet. The results showed that extraction pressure and time were the main variables that influenced the oil yields. The optimal conditions with which to obtain highest yield of oil were determined to be 5760.83?psi, 50°C and 3.0?h (extraction yield was 458.5?g?kg?1); nine compounds, constituting about 99.98% of the total oil, were identified. The most abundant polyunsaturated fatty acids identified in the oil, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid, constituted 41.79% and 15.62% of the oil, respectively. Moreover, the results on their antioxidant activities showed that the oil could improve the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC, and reduce the content of MDA significantly, in the serum. These results indicate that P. koraiensis nut oil obtained by SC-CO? extraction had excellent antioxidant activities.  相似文献

 对云南产蒜头果油用硫酸 甲醇法酯化 ,以气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用仪进行了分析。共分离出 17种成分 ,鉴定了其中的 7种成分 ,分别为棕榈酸 (质量分数 (下同 ) 1.5 0 % )、油酸 (2 1.5 4% )、二十碳烯 11 酸 (7.0 4% )、芥酸(18.2 9% )、二十二烷酸 (1.33% )、二十四碳烯 15 酸 (4 0 .92 % )、二十四烷酸 (2 .14% ) ,占总质量的 92 .76 % ;未被鉴定的成分占总质量的 7.2 4%。  相似文献

This study was designed to examine the chemical composition and in vitro antioxidant activity of the essential oil and various extracts of Haplophyllum robustum. GC-MS analysis of the oil resulted in the identification of 30 compounds, representing 99.2% of the oil; 1,8-cineole (38.1%), myrcene (10.7%), α-pinene (8.5%), 4-terpineol (7.0%) and sabinene (6.1%) were the main components. The antioxidant potential of the oil and extracts was evaluated using three separate methods: inhibition of the free radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), β-carotene-linoleic acid assay and reducing power systems. The essential oil of the plant was able to reduce the stable free radical DPPH with an IC(50) of 72.0?±?1.2?μg?mL(-1) (the IC(50) for ascorbic acid was determined as 5.8?±?0.4?μg?mL(-1)). The essential oil also showed strong reducing power. The level of total phenolics was highest in the essential oil (179.5?±?2.1?μg?mg(-1)).  相似文献

The oil yields, fatty acid compositions, and total protein contents of three varieties of Turkish poppy were investigated. Solvent extraction of yellow seed gave the highest oil yield (49.2%), while white seed (36.8%) and blue seed (33.6) showed considerably lower yields. Yellow seed was also subjected to mechanical extraction, yielding 32.3% oil. Solvent extraction of the oilcake from the press gave 17.6% additional oil. Fatty acid compositions of the oils were determined by GC/MS and major components were found to be linoleic (56.4-69.2%), oleic (16.1-19.4%), and palmitic (10.6-16.3%) depending on the color of the seeds. The values of proximate analysis, nutritional elements and heavy metals content were also reported for the most widely cultivated yellow seed.  相似文献
