In three-mode Fock space we find a new tripartite entangled state |α,γ>λ, which make up a new quantum mechanical representation. The state |α,γ>λ can be generated by using the setup composing of a beam splitter and a parametric down-conversion amplifier. Application of the state is briefly discussed.  相似文献

We introduce the so-called coherent-entangled state (CES) in the four-mode Fock space, which makes up a new quantum mechanical representation owing to completeness relation and orthogonal property. Its standard Schmidt decomposition and experimental generation using beam-splitter (BS) are proposed. In addition, its applications in quantum optics are presented. 一个量子系统将不可避免地受到不可预知的微扰影响,据此断定文献中的Grover量子搜索算法的实验实现是在三维复子空间中完成的.同时证明在二维复子空间中,对任意给定的初始态|γ0>=cosβ0| α>+sinβ0eiζ|β>(β0是较小的正实数,ζ是任意的一个实数),存在解集Fj={(θj,θj-1,…,θ1),(φj,φj-1,…,φ1)}(整数j≥2)使得目标态能以100%的最大成功概率找到,其中相位旋转角θj和φl是不为2k’π的实数(1≤l≤j,k’为任意整数).如果只要求目标态以较高的成功概率找到,那么当一个无序数据库中目标态和非目标态的总个数足够大时,对于相对较小的正整数j,解集Fj可表示为j∑l=1θl=j∑l=1φl的形式.  相似文献

A new kind of bipartite coherent-entangled state (CES) is introduced in the two-mode Fock space which exhibits the properties of both coherent state and entangled state. The set of CESs make up a complete and partly nonorthogonal representation. A simple experimental scheme to produce the CES is proposed by using a beam splitter. 从相位分布和Wigner函数两个方面研究了任意两个相干态|β〉and |mβeiδ〉的叠加态的量子统计性质.结果表明这种叠加态的非经典特性与β2,振幅系数m,相干态间的位相差δ以及叠加系数间的位相差都有关.当参量选择合适,这种叠加态存在着量子效应.计算了两个相干态等几率混合系综的相位分布和Wigner函数,经过与前者比较,结果表明由于相干项的存在,使得叠加态具有很好的量子力学行为.  相似文献

We demonstrate new experimental procedures for measuring small errors in a superconducting quantum bit (qubit). By carefully separating out gate and measurement errors, we construct a complete error budget and demonstrate single qubit gate fidelities of 0.98, limited by energy relaxation. We also introduce a new metrology tool-- Ramsey interference error filter-that can measure the occupation probability of the state |2> which is outside the computational basis, down to 10{-4}, thereby confirming that our quantum system stays within the qubit manifold during single qubit logic operations.  相似文献

We directly introduce a Bell-type inequality for four-qubit systems. Using the inequality we investigate quantum nonlocality of a generic family of states |Gabcd[Phys. Rev. A 65 052112(2002)] and several canonical four-qubit entangled states. It has been demonstrated that the inequality is maximally violated by the so called "four-qubit the maximally entangled state |Gm" and it is also violated by four-qubit W state and a special family of states |Gab00. Moreover, a useful entanglement-nonlocality relationship for the family of states |Gab00is derived. We investigated discrete-time quantum walks with an arbitary unitary coin.Here we discover that the average position x=max(x) sin(α+γ),while the initial state is 1/2~(1/2)(|0L+i|0R).We verify the result,and obtain some symmetry properties of quantum walks with a U(2) coin with |0L and |0R as the initial state.  相似文献

Exploiting the thermo entangled state approach, we successfully solve the master equation for describing the single-mode cavity driven by an oscillating external field in the heat reservoir and then get the analytical time-evolution rule for the density operator in the infinitive Kraus operator-sum representation. It is worth noting that the Kraus operator M l, m is proved to be a trace-preserving quantum operation. As an application, the time-evolution for an initial coherent state ρ |β = |β〉〈β| in such an environment is investigated, which shows that the initial coherent state decays to a new mixed state as a result of thermal noise, however the coherence can still be reserved for amplitude damping.  相似文献

The generalized continuous variable two-mode entangled state |ς> is proposed by using the technique of integration within an ordered product (IWOP) of operators. The characteristics of this new entangled representation and its application in quantum teleportation are analyzed in detail. These results indicate that such real parameters |ς> indeed make up a new entangled representation owing to its completeness and orthogonal relation. By employing the |ς> as quantum transmission channel, the teleportation of any single-mode quantum state 3 |ψ>3 can be realized by a unitary transformation.  相似文献

By introducing a fictitious mode to be a counterpart mode of the system mode under review we introduce the entangled state representation <η |, which can arrange master equations of density operators ρ(t) in quantum statisticsas state-vector evolution equations due to the elegant properties of <η |. In this way many master equations (respectively describing damping oscillator, laser, phase sensitive, and phase diffusion processes with different initial density operators) can be concisely solved. Specially, for a damping process characteristic of thedecay constant κ we find that the matrix element of ρ (t) at time t in <η| representation is proportional to that of the initial ρ0 in the decayed entangled state <ηe-κt| representation, accompanying with a Gaussian damping factor. Thus we have a new insight about the nature of the dissipative process. We also set up the so-called thermo-entangled state representation of density operators, ρ=∫(d2η /π)< η | ρ> D(η), which is different from all the previous known epresentations.  相似文献

In terms of the coherent state evolution in phase space,we present a quantum mechanical version of the classical Liouville theorem.The evolution of the coherent state from |z>to|sz-rz*> corresponds to the motion from a point z(q,p) to another point sz-rz* with |s|2-|r|2=1.The evolution is governed by the so-called Fresnel operator U(s,r) that was recently proposed in quantum optics theory,which classically corresponds to the matrix optics law and the optical Fresnel transformation,and obeys group product rules.In other words,we can recapitulate the Liouville theorem in the context of quantum mechanics by virtue of coherent state evolution in phase space,which seems to be a combination of quantum statistics and quantum optics.  相似文献

根据量子力学中的线性叠加原理,构造了由奇、偶相干态光场所组成的一种新型的四态叠加多模叠加态光场|Ψo,e(4)Ⅲ〉q.它是由多模虚奇相干态和多模虚偶相干态这两者的线性叠加所组成的.利用多模压缩态理论详细研究了态|Ψo,e(4)Ⅲ〉q的等幂次N次方H压缩特性.结果发现:当腔模总数q与压缩次数N的乘积为奇数时,若各模初始相位和qj=1φj、态间叠加几率幅γo、γe以及态间相位差θeo等相关参量满足一定的不同条件时,态|Ψo,e(4)Ⅲ〉q可分别呈现以下非经典效应:i)等幂次N次方H压缩;ii)"半相干态"效应.  相似文献

Chiral quantum optics is a new research area in light-matter interaction that depends on the direction of light propagation and offers a new path for the quantum regulation of light-matter interactions. In this paper, we study a spinning Kerr-type microresonator coupled with Λ-type atom ensembles, which are driven in opposite directions to generate asymmetric photon statistics. We find that a photon blockade can only be generated by driving the spinning resonator on right side without driving the spinning microresonator from the left side, resulting in chirality. The coupling strength between system modes can be precisely controlled by adjusting the detuning amount of the atomic pump field. Because of the splitting of the resonant frequency generated by the Fizeau drag, the destructive quantum interference generated in right side drive prevents the nonresonant transition path of state |1,0⟩ to state |2,0⟩. This direction-dependent chiral quantum optics is expected to be applied to chiral optical devices, single-photon sources and nonreciprocal quantum communications.  相似文献

In the paper, taking the atomic EPR entanglement states as quantum channel, we investigate the fidelity of quantum teleportation of atomic state in thermal environment and vacuum reservoir by means of quantum theory of damping-density operator approach, and the average fidelities are calculated. the resultsshow that the atomic quantum channel state |ø> = (1/21/2)(| 00>+ |11>) is more robust than | Φ> = (1/21/2)(|01> + |10>) in teleportation process when they are subject to the dissipative environments.  相似文献
