以氟化铵为液体缓冲剂,采用直接固体进样,使用CCD-I型交流电弧直读发射光谱法同时测定土壤中的Ag、Sn,其检出限为Ag 0.035μg/g,Sn 0.52μg/g。免去称样及与粉末缓冲剂混合磨匀的过程,缩短流程,快速简便。滴加氟化铵作缓冲剂,使Sn难挥发元素快速蒸发,增强检测信号强度,增加灵敏度。  相似文献

平面光栅摄谱仪是地球化学普查样品中,测定银、硼、锡等元素常用的仪器.为提高分析效率和质量,2015年我单位将二米平面光栅摄谱仪改造为CCD-Ⅰ型平面光栅直读光谱仪.改造后的仪器检测限为Ag:0.013μg/g,Sn:0.43μg/g,B:0.71μg/g.精密度(RSD%,n=12)均小于10%,测定国家一级标准物质结果与标准值相符,完全满足地球化学普查样品中银、硼、锡等元素的分析要求.  相似文献

在pH3.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,在表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,金和银与硫代米蚩酮(TMK)形成胶溶配合物,0~11μg/25mL的Au和0~7μg/25mL的Ag符合比尔定律。用卡尔曼滤波光度法进行测定和微机处理。对合成样测定结果,Au平均回收率为97.2%,Ag平均回收率为98.5%。  相似文献

采用离子色谱-串联质谱法测定了地下水中草甘膦、草铵膦和氨甲基膦酸,水样用0.22μm滤膜过滤后进样100μL,经Ionpac AS11-HC离子色谱柱分离,采用电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪负离子多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,草甘膦、草铵膦和氨甲基膦酸分别在质量浓度为0.05~2.00μg/L,0.30~12.0μg/L,2.00~80.0μg/L范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999。草甘膦、草铵膦和氨甲基膦酸检出限分别为0.01,0.08,0.50μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.3%~15%,8.0%~10%,5.9%~7.7%,实际样品加标回收率为60.0%~100.0%,80.0%~118.3%,80.5%~109.0%。方法适用于地下水中草甘膦、草铵膦和氨甲基膦酸的测定。  相似文献

建立碱熔–ICP–AES快速测定铅精矿中11种主次元素的方法。采用NaOH+Na_2O_2组合碱熔分解样品,被测元素的分析谱线分别为Pb 220.353,Sn 189.989,As 189.042,Zn 206.200,Bi 223.061,Mg 279.533,Si 288.158,Al308.215,Cu 324.754,Fe 259.940,Ag 328.068。被测元素的质量浓度在0~10μg/mL范围内与发射强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.006~0.028μg/mL。用该方法对铅精矿国家标准物质进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.40%~9.94%(n=7),测定值与标准值基本一致。该方法检测快速,结果准确,适用于铅精矿中金属元素的常规检测。  相似文献

建立了KSCN自动电位滴定法测定锡铅焊料中Ag的方法。富锡或铅焊料试样以HNO3-酒石酸-Na2EDTA混合试剂分解与络合,可使其溶解完全并能抑制Sn水解沉淀,Fe(Ⅲ)用抗坏血酸还原,在1.6 mol/L HNO3-聚乙烯醇(20 g/L)-水介质中,以银电极作指示电极,用0.02 mol/L KSCN标准溶液动态滴定Ag含量。对仪器滴定参数、试样分解、滴定时酸度、试剂用量、测定范围、等当点重现性、共存元素影响等分析条件进行了实验优化。Ag量在3.0~50.0 mg范围内与其耗用KSCN标准滴定溶液体积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.99999,方法的检出限(3s/k)为6.8μg。方法用于代表样及标样中0.513%~5.01%Ag的测定,RSD(n=11)为0.42%~1.7%,回收率为98.8%~103%,标样测定值与标准值相吻合。  相似文献

报道了以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮体为氟化剂,悬浮体制样/氟化辅助电热蒸发(ETV)/ICP -AES直接测定两种AI2O3粉末样品中痕量杂质钇。考察了影响基体和待测元素蒸发过程的各种因素;对比研究了待测元素和基体的氟化蒸发行为。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.1μg/g,相对标准偏差为5.6%(n=5,c=8g/L悬浮体)。并与溶样法气动雾化(PN)-ICP-AES的分析结果进行了对比。本法简便、灵敏、无需任何化学前处理,可用于相关陶瓷生产过程中的质量控制。  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
