The aqueous phase nitration of benzoic acid and phenol was investigated via on-line capillary electrophoresis (CE). The presence of nitrated benzoic acid and phenol was supported through appearance of corresponding molecular ion peaks in ESI-MS measurements, and speciation of the nitrated isomers is achieved via the on-line CE method. The nitrated isomers produced in both reactions were successfully separated in <4?min by addition of 15?mM β-cyclodextrin to the electrophoresis buffer. Sequential separations (on-line analysis) allowed the reaction kinetics to be described. For benzoic acid, reaction yields were low (2–3%) however, results suggest both 3- and 2-nitrobenzoic acid form in a 1–1.4 concentration ratio. In addition, 3-hydroxybenzoic acid also forms in significant quantity under our reaction conditions. For the nitration of phenol, the reaction occurred more rapidly with observed yields between ≈10–30% for individual isomers. The yield of 2-nitrophenol was higher than 4-nitrophenol by a ratio of ≈?1.7–2, but 3-nitrophenol was not detected. For both reactions, nitrated and hydroxylated aromatics were the major products and formation of higher molecular weight oligomers was not observed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Bi(NO(3))(3).5H(2)O was used as an efficient nitrating reagent in the nitration of phenolic compounds to give nitrated phenols in good to high yields. The nitration reaction proceeded smoothly by grinding 1 equiv of phenol, 2-methylphenol, 4-methylphenol, or 4-chlorophenol and Bi(NO(3))(3).5H(2)O, and the nitration of other phenolic compounds could be performed in acetone at ambient temperature (22-30 degrees C).  相似文献

采用等温溶解平衡法研究了五元体系Na+, Mg2+//Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, H2O在298.16 K下氯化钠饱和平衡体系的溶解度, 获得了相应的投影干盐图、氯图和水图. 研究结果表明, 在298.16 K下氯化钠饱和时, 该五元体系投影干盐图由8个二盐共饱和的双变面、13条三盐共饱的单变线和6个四盐共饱的零变点构成, 存在两种复盐, 8个二盐共饱双变面分别对应于NaCl+NaNO3, NaCl+Na2SO4, NaCl+MgCl2·6H2O, NaCl+MgSO4·Na2SO4·4H2O, NaCl+Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, NaCl+NaNO3·Na2SO4·2H2O, NaCl+MgSO4·7H2O 和NaCl+MgSO4·(1—6)H2O. 讨论了该相图在新疆硝酸盐矿开发利用过程中的应用.  相似文献

In the ozonolysis of phenol in aqueous solution at pH 3, 7 and 10 the following products were quantified: catechol, hydroquinone, 1,4-benzoquinone, cis,cis-muconic acid, H2O2, 2,4-dihydroxybiphenyl and 4,4-dihydroxybiphenyl. At pH 10, material balance (products vs. phenol consumption) is obtained. Singlet dioxygen, O2(1 delta g), and .OH are formed as short-lived intermediates. The precursor of the latter, O3.-, and a phenoxyl radical is suggested to arise from electron transfer from phenol/phenolate to ozone. Addition of .OH to phenol gives rise to dihydroxycyclohexadienyl radicals which add dioxygen and eliminate HO2. thereby forming catechol/hydroquinone. In competition and catalysed by H+ and OH-, the dihydroxycyclohexadienyl radical eliminates water yielding a phenoxyl radical. At pH 10, they readily oxidize catechol and hydroquinone. This reforms phenol (accounting for the low phenol consumption) and yields higher-oxidised products, eventually 1,4-benzoquinone. cis,cis-Muconic acid can be accounted for by the Criegee mechanism, while O2(1 delta g) is released on the way to (some of the) catechol and hydroquinone. Similar reactions proceed with hydroquinone (products: 1,4-benzoquinone, 2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone and H2O2, with high yields of O2(1 delta g) and .OH) and with catechol (products: 2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoquinone, cis,cis-muconic acid, H2O2 with high yields of O2(1 delta g) and .OH). Material balance is not obtained for these two systems. Pentachlorophenolate, pentabromophenolate and 2,4,6-triiodophenolate ions give rise to halide ions, O2(1 delta g) (58%/48%/10%) and .OH (27%/2%/0%). It is suggested that together with O2(1 delta g) the corresponding ortho- and para-quinones plus a halide ion are formed. Further halide ion is released upon the hydrolysis of these and other products. For pentachlorophenolate the material balance with respect to the short-lived intermediates is 85%. With the bromo- and iodophenolates the O2(1 delta g) yields are substantially lowered, most likely due to release of triplet (ground state) dioxygen induced by the heavy atom effect.  相似文献

The phosphorylation of several D-glucose derivatives has been achieved using inorganic sodium cyclo-triphosphate hexahydrate (P3m), Na3P3O9 x 6H2O, in aqueous solution. In the phosphorylation of D-glucuronic acid, 6-phosphoryl-D-glucose and D-xylose, beta-D-glucuronic acid 1-triphosphate, 6-phosphoryl-beta-D-glucose 1-triphosphate and beta-D-xylose 1-triphosphate were synthesized stereoselectively with maximum yields of 43.5, 32.8 and 41.9%, respectively. In the case of D-glucosamine and 2-deoxy-D-glucose, the main phosphorylated products were assigned to beta-D-glucosamine 1-triphosphate and 2-deoxy-beta-D-glucose 1-triphosphate by 1H-, 13C- and 31P-NMR, and the yields were 13.9 and 13.4%, respectively.  相似文献

研究了农业废弃物玉米芯热解过程中气、液、固三相产率与裂解温度的关系;气相组成、液相组成与温度的关系,以及热解过程的机理。实验表明,在350℃~400℃,气相成分主要是CO2、CO所占比率为95%;随着温度的升高,H2、C2H4、CH4等气体的比率逐渐增高,CO、CO2的体积分数在逐渐降低。在450℃~500℃,CO、H2所占的比率达50%。GCMS,IR分析表明,裂解过程产生的液体主要是由含氧的化合物酚、呋喃及其衍生物组成;低温有利于酚类质量分数的增加,高温有利于4-乙基-2-甲氧基-苯酚、2-甲基-苯酚的增加;采用TGA分析,建立了热解过程的动力学方程,得到了热解过程的反应机理,即热解过程有两个分解阶段,在不同温度段具有不同的反应规律。在211℃~290℃具有三级反应的特征,其活化能为121.4kJ·mol-1;在290℃~418℃表现为0.5级反应的特征,其活化能为105.7kJ·mol-1。  相似文献

合成了两种稀土高氯酸盐与L 脯氨酸配合物的晶体.经热重、差热、化学分析及对比有关文献,知其组成是[Pr2(L Pro)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6和[Er2(L Pro)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6,质量分数为99.24%和98.20%.选用RE(NO3)3•6H2O(RE=Pr,Er)、L Pro、NaClO4•H2O和NaNO3作辅助物,使用具有恒温环境的反应热量计,以2 mol•L-1 HCl作溶剂,分别测定了[2RE(NO3)3•6H2O+6L Pro+6NaClO4•H2O]和{[RE2(L PrO)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6+6NaNO3}在298.15 K时的溶解热.设计一热化学循环求得化学反应的反应焓ΔrHm分别是:63.904 kJ•mol-1和91.017 kJ•mol-1,经计算得配合物[RE2(L Pro)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6(s)在298.15 K时的标准生成焓ΔfHm(298.15 K)分别是-6 594.78 kJ•mol-1和-6 532.87 kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

The reactions of the spirocyclic phosphazene [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 Cl 2 ] (O 2 C 12 H 8 = 2,2'-dioxybiphenyl) with the thiophenols HS--C 6 H 4 --R and M 2 CO 3 (M = K or Cs) in refluxing acetone gave respectively the spirocyclic substituted derivatives [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 (SC 6 H 4 --R) 2 ] R = H ( 2a ), Br ( 2b ), OMe ( 2c ), NO 2 ( 2d ). The reaction is a two-step process the second of which is much faster than the first and the monosubstituted intermediate [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 (SC 6 H 4 --R)Cl] cannot be detected. By contrast, in the analogous reactions with the phenols HO--C 6 H 4 --R and M 2 CO 3 (M = K or Cs) in acetone or THF, to give the known derivatives [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 (OC 6 H 4 --R) 2 ], the first step is faster although both are very dependent on R, M and the solvent. Thus, in the case of the phenol HO--C 6 H 4 --OMe the reaction conditions could be adjusted to give the useful synthetic intermediate monosubstituted derivative [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 (OC 6 H 4 --OMe)Cl] ( 3 ). The reaction of [N 3 P 3 (O 2 C 12 H 8 ) 2 Cl 2 ] with the bifunctional reagent mercaptophenol HS--C 6 H 4 --OH was not specific and led to mixtures of cyclic and oligomeric products.  相似文献

The nitration of alkanes by using nitric acid as a nitrating agent in acetic acid was efficiently promoted by vanadium-substituted Keggin-type phosphomolybdates such as [H4PVMo11O40], [H5PV2Mo10O40], and [H6PV3Mo9O40] as catalyst precursors. A variety of alkanes including alkylbenzenes were nitrated to the corresponding nitroalkanes as major products in moderate yields with formation of oxygenated products under mild reaction conditions. The carbon--carbon bond cleavage reactions hardly proceeded. ESR, NMR, and IR spectroscopic data show that the vanadium-substituted polyoxometalate, for example, [H4PVMo11O40], decomposes to form free vanadium species and [PMo12O40](3-) Keggin anion. The reaction mechanism involving a radical-chain path is proposed. The polyoxometalates initially abstract the hydrogen of the alkane to form the alkyl radical and the reduced polyoxometalates. The reduced polyoxometalates subsequently react with nitric acid to produce the oxidized form and nitrogen dioxide. This step would be promoted mainly by the phosphomolybdates, [PMo12O40](n-), and the vanadium cations efficiently enhance the activity. The nitrogen dioxide promotes the further formation of nitrogen dioxide and an alkyl radical. The alkyl radical is trapped by nitrogen dioxide to form the corresponding nitroalkane.  相似文献

采用长光路Fourier红外光谱(LP-FTIR)和高压液相色谱(HPLC)技术研究了乙烷/H2O/O2/N2光化学体系中过氧化物的产生,证实乙烷降解产物中有过氧化氢、乙基过氧化氢(CH3CH2OOH,EHP)和过氧乙酸[CH3C(O)OOH,PAA],并首次发现了甲基过氧化氢(CH3OOH,MHP)、羟甲基过氧化氢(HOCH2OOH,HMHP)和过氧甲醚(CH3OOCH3,DMP).H2O2,MHP和EHP的最大计算产率分别为6.8%,6.4%和6.7%,是乙烷降解生成的主要过氧化产物。MHP主要来自乙烷降解过程中的中间物乙醛的光解。HMHP的检出表明乙烷降解过程中可能有Criegee中间体.CH2OO.产生。OH自由基引发的乙烷降解反应可能是对流层大气H2O2,MHP及EHP的重要来源之一。  相似文献

微波辐射下,在水溶液中以KOH催化苯酚与六氟丙酮三水合物(HFA·3H2O)的缩合反应,制备了2-(4-羟-基苯基)六氟异丙醇的异构体混合物;目标产物结构经IR、1H NMR和MS确认。 结果表明,与传统加热法相比,微波辐射法可明显缩短反应时间。 在n(苯酚)∶n(HFA·3H2O)∶n(KOH)=3.0∶1.0∶0.3及微波功率为300 W条件下,反应时间可由常规加热法的35 h缩短至6 h,总收率由87%提高到90%,目标物产物选择性为94%。  相似文献

The reduction of 4-nitrophenol catalyzed by nitroreductase in the presence of NADH was investigated in this paper.4-Amino- phenol and 4-bydroxylamino-phenol were found in the reductive products.The relationship between reaction time and the reductive ratio were studied.The similar reducing ratios of 4-nitrophenol were obtained under aerobic and anaerobic conditions.The results indicated that an oxygen-insensitive reaction was proceeded in the reduction of 4-nitrophenol and nitroreductase was an oxygen- insensitive enzyme.The reductive products of 4-nitrophenol were determined by HPLC and MS.  相似文献

Reaction between [VO(acac)2] and H2L (H2L are the hydrazones H2sal-nah I or H2sal-fah II; sal = salicylaldehyde, nah = nicotinic acid hydrazide and fah = 2-furoic acid hydrazide) in methanol leads to the formation of oxovanadium(IV) complexes [VOL.H2O](H2L = I: 1, H2L = II: 4). Aerial oxidation of the methanolic solutions of 1 and 4 yields the dinuclear oxo-bridged monooxovanadium(V) complexes [{VOL}2mu-O](H2L = I: 2, H2L = II: 5). These dinuclear complexes slowly convert, in excess methanol, to [VO(OMe)(MeOH)L](H(2)L = I: 9, H(2)L = II: 10), the crystal and molecular structures of which have been determined, confirming the ONO binding mode of the dianionic ligands in their enolate form. Reaction of aqueous K[VO3] with the ligands at pH ca. 7.5 results in the formation of [K(H2O)][VO2L](H2L = I: 3, H2L = II: 6). Treatment of 3 and 6 with H2O2 yields (unstable) oxoperoxovanadium(v) complexes K[VO(O2)L], the formation of which has been monitored spectrophotometrically. Acidification of methanolic solutions of 3 and 6 with HCl affords oxohydroxo complexes, while the neutral complexes [VO2(Hsal-nah)] 7 and [VO2(Hsal-fah)] 8 were isolated on treatment of aqueous solutions of 3 and 6 with HClO4. These complexes slowly transform into 9 and 10 in methanol, as confirmed by 1H, 13C and 51V NMR. The anionic complexes 3 and 6 catalyse the oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde in water in the presence of H2O2/KBr to 5-bromosalicylaldehyde and 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde, a reaction similar to that exhibited by vanadate-dependent haloperoxidases. They are also catalytically active for the oxidation of benzene to phenol and phenol to catechol and p-hydroquinone.  相似文献

The direct reaction of europium with 2-propanol and phenols has been investigated under a variety of conditions. The reaction of europium metal with 2,6-dimethylphenol and 2,6-diisopropylphenol in 2-propanol at reflux revealed that polymetallic europium complexes could be generated by this method. Hx[Eu8O6(OC6H3Me2-2,6)12(OiPr)8], 1, and H5[Eu5O5(OC6H3iPr2-2,6)6(NCCH3)8], 2, were isolated by recrystallization in the presence of hexanes and acetonitrile, respectively, and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 has a cubic arrangement of europium ions with face-bridging mu 4-O donor atoms, edge-bridging mu-O(phenoxide/phenol) ligands, and terminal O(isopropoxide/2-propanol) ligands. Complex 2 is mixed valent and has a square pyramidal europium core with four Eu(II) ions at the basal positions and one Eu(III) ion at the apex. Since these reactions gave complicated mixtures of products from which 1 and 2 could only be obtained in low yields, direct reactions under less forcing reaction conditions were investigated. Europium reacts slowly at room temperature to form arene-soluble divalent [Eu(OiPr)2(THF)x]n, 3. Complex 3 reacts with 2,6-dimethylphenol to form the arene-insoluble complex (H[Eu(OC6H3Me2)2(OiPr)])n, 4. Recrystallization of 4 in the presence of THF results in the crystallographically characterizable divalent trimetallic complex [Eu(OC6H3Me2-2,6)2(THF)2]3, 5, which has an unusual linear metal geometry. In the presence of HOiPr at ambient conditions in the glovebox, crystals of 5 slowly convert to the mixed valent H10[Eu8O8(OC6H3Me2-2,6)10(OiPr)2(THF)6], 6, which was found to have a cubic arrangement of europium atoms similar to 1 by X-ray crystallography. Complex 4, upon heating under vacuum, followed by reaction with THF, forms the arene-soluble divalent complex H18([Eu9O8(OC6H3Me2-2,6)10(THF)7][Eu9O9(OC6H3Me2-2,6)10(THF)6]), 7, which contains two types of capped cubic arrangements of europium ions in the solid state.  相似文献

A novel para to meta shift of a nitro group at the phenyl ring of 3-(2-hydroxy-4-nitrophenylhydrazo)pentane-2,4-dione (H(2)L(1), 1), with formation of the new 3-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitrophenylhydrazo)pentane-2,4-dione (H(2)L(2), 2), occurs upon nitration of 1 with an equimolar amount of NaNO(2), under basic conditions. 2 acts as a polydentate ligand for the synthesis of the polymeric potassium [K(μ(5)-HL(2))](n) (3) and monomeric nickel(II) [Ni(H(2)O)(3)(L(2))]·H(2)O (4) compounds. They have been fully characterized, including single crystal X-ray analysis, and the complexes feature metal-organic (in 3) or supramolecular (in 4) 3D networks. The topological analysis of 3 reveals a uninodal 5-connected underlying net with the point symbol of (4(6).6(4)) and a very rare 5/4/t5 topology, which had not yet been observed in coordination polymers.  相似文献

采用水热合成法在SiO2-TiO2-MnO2-(TEA)2O-H2O-NH4F体系中合成了Ti-Mn-β沸石。 运用X射线衍射、红外光谱、固体紫外可见漫反射、热重-差热、扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等技术手段对样品进行了表征,探讨了影响Ti-Mn-β沸石合成的因素。 Ti-Mn-β沸石在以H2O2为氧化剂的苯酚羟基化反应中表现出较好的催化活性,苯酚的转化率为29.8%,邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的选择性分别为70.9%和26%。  相似文献

Rate constant ratios for addition of the three nucleophilic sites of phenol to the 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl carbocation (1+) in 50/50 (v/v) trifluoroethanol/water were determined from the relative yields of the three phenol adducts, and absolute rate constants were determined from product rate constant ratios for addition of phenol and azide ion to 1+ using k(az) = 5 x 10(9) M(-1) s(-1) for the diffusion-limited reaction of azide ion. A selectivity of 230:20:1 was determined for alkylation of phenol at oxygen, C-4 and C-2 to form 1-OPh and biphenyls 1-(4-C6H4OH) and 1-(2-C6H4OH), respectively, and of 2:2:1 for alkylation of the corresponding nucleophilic sites of phenoxide ion in diffusion-limited reactions. The Mayr nucleophilicity parameter for C-4 of phenol is N = 2.0. Encounter-limited addition of phenoxide ion to 1+ to form 1-OPh is faster than encounter-limited addition of oxygen anions that are either more or less basic than phenoxide ion. Only the products of solvolysis are observed from acid-catalyzed cleavage of 1-OPh in 50/50 (v/v) trifluoroethanol/water, but a 50% yield of biphenyls 1-(4-C6H4OH) and 1-(2-C6H4OH) are observed from spontaneous cleavage of 1-OPh, where the leaving group is phenoxide ion, because of the very low kinetic barriers to collapse of the ion pair intermediate 1+.PhO-. The 230-fold larger rate constant for O-compared to C-2-alkylation of phenol is due primarily to the larger thermodynamic driving force for oxygen addition. There are similar Marcus intrinsic barriers for these two reactions.  相似文献
