In this paper, a bandpass filter with all-metal insert, an inductive strip in the E-plane of a waveguide is analyzed by a prototype filter and the scattering matrix of the strip is calculated by electromagnetic fields theory theoretically. By means of matrix combining technique, the scattering matrix of a bandpass filter of this type is obtained. And a rigourous error function is used to optimize the CAD program by Powell's method and make the experimental results agree well with the theory design at V-band. 相似文献

An ultra-wideband bandpass filter (BPF) with a wide out-of-band rejection based on a surface plasmonic waveguide (SPW) slotline with ring grooves is designed and analyzed. A paired microstrip-to-slotline transition is designed for quasi-TEM to TM mode conversion by using a microstrip line with a circular pad and the slotline with the same circular slot. The mode conversion between the TM and the surface plasmon polariton (SPP) mode is realized by using a gradient slotline with ring grooves and an impedance matching technique. The upper cut-off frequencies of the passband can be adjusted by using these proposed SPP units, while the lower frequencies of the passband are created by using the microstrip-to-slotline transitions to give an ultra-wideband BPF. The dispersion curves of SPP units, electric field distribution, and the transmission spectra of the proposed ultra-wideband bandpass filter are all calculated and analyzed by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The simulated results show that the presented filter has good performance including a wide 3-dB bandwidth of 149% from 0.57 GHz to 3.93 GHz, an extremely wide 40-dB upper-band rejection from 4.2 GHz to 18.5 GHz, and low loss and high selectivity in the passband. To prove the design validity, a prototype of the BPF has been manufactured and measured, showing a reasonable agreement with simulation results. The unique features of the proposed BPF may make it applicable for integrated circuit and plasmonic devices in microwave or THz frequency ranges. 相似文献

Two-dimensional metallic photonic crystal slabs with square lattice are proposed to be used for the design of waveguide bandpass filters operating in millimeter to terahertz region. Filter characteristics are studied when rod radii and lattice constants are changed. Based on the frequency scaling technique, a series of higher frequency filters has been designed. By using laser drilling and welding processing techniques, a compact waveguide filter embedded in an EIA-WR10 waveguide with central frequency 145.5 GHz and 3-dB bandwidth of 5.26 GHz is fabricated and measured. 针对无人机测控应用设计了一种S波段窄带带通体声波(BAW)滤波器,其技术指标为:中心频率2.46 GHz,带宽41 MHz,带内插损大于-3 dB,带内纹波小于1 dB,带外抑制小于-40 dB@2.385 GHz和2.506 GHz。采用Mason模型设计了BAW滤波器中各薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR)的叠层结构;使用变迹法设计了各FBAR(电极)的形状;采用一种自行开发的自动布局方法得到紧凑的BAW滤波器布局;建立了BAW滤波器的声-电磁协同仿真模型,通过这种高保真的多物理场仿真方法对设计结果进行了性能验证。该设计流程是通用的,并且有两个特点:采用声-电磁协同仿真方法对设计阶段的BAW滤波器进行最终性能检验,可以及早发现并拒绝1D Mason模型过于乐观的设计;滤波器布局设计中采用了一种新的自动化布局方法,大大简化了在此阶段的反复尝试工作,也为声-电磁协同仿真模型输出了必需的面内结构信息。 相似文献

A bandpass filter based on guided-mode resonance effects in a single-layer periodic waveguide is presented. Strong refractive-index modulation is used to support the excitation of a resonance pair in which leaky waveguide mode TE0 is excited by the second diffraction order and TE2 by the first diffraction order. It is shown that one resonance provides a broad low-transmission band, whereas the other supplies the transmission peak through its asymmetrical line shape. A bandpass filter with central wavelength at 1.55 microm is presented to demonstrate this concept. 相似文献

中红外带通滤光片在航天、气象、遥感等领域有着重要的应用,峰值透过率和通带半宽度是带通滤光片的重要指标,主要取决于光学薄膜的膜系结构和具体设计。论述了一种在锗基底上采用锗和硫化锌两种材料设计并成功制备出中红外带通滤光片的方法。详细介绍了镀膜材料的选择以及这种方法的设计理论,给出了膜系结构,运用离子辅助沉积工艺在ZZSX-1100镀膜机上制备出了这种滤光片,测试结果表明:所制备的滤光片峰值透过率达到87%以上,通带半宽度为70 nm,光谱性能稳定,膜层致密,附着力好,膜系结构简单,易于实现。 相似文献

本文研究了铁氧体磁性材料应用于太赫兹波导器件的可行性. 利用铁氧体磁性材料的磁导率随外磁场改变而变化的性质,设计出了一种新颖的磁控连续可调谐太赫兹滤波器和开关. 利用平面波展开法(plane wave expansion,PWE)和时域有限差分法(finite difference time domain,FDTD)计算了二维磁光子晶体中外磁场变化对带隙位置和宽度的影响,结果显示应用该结构实现的滤波器和开关具有良好的性能.

铁电薄膜的介电常数随外加电场强度的增加而减小.依据铁电薄膜的这一特性,提出了一种新颖的基于共面传输线结构的铁电薄膜可调带通滤波器.为了减小传输损耗,滤波器的导体部分由超导薄膜构成.滤波器的输入输出采用抽头线的方式分别与谐振器相接,外加电压通过输入输出端口直接施加到共面谐振器缝隙处的铁电薄膜上,用以改变铁电薄膜的介电常数,从而改变谐振器的谐振频率,实现带通滤波器通带频率的移动.这种新型可调带通滤波器具有结构紧凑、尺寸小及施加外加偏压容易等优点.仿真结果表明:铁电薄膜的介电常数在外加偏压下从250减小到150时,带通滤波器的传输特性曲线的形状基本保持不变,通带的中心频率从10.283GHz增加到10.518GHz,其3dB带宽保持在0.150GHz左右,反射损耗始终小于-17dB. 相似文献

The boundary marching method is applied for the analysis of the waveguide bandpass filers. The vector finite element method with the perfectly matched layers (PML) as the matching load is given for parameter extraction of millimeter wave filters. The implementation of the fast boundary marching method is described in detail. We demonstrate a method to easily and quickly determine the local fringe density map of a fringe pattern. The method is based on an isotropic adaptive bandpass filter that is tuned at different frequencies. The modulation map after applying a specific bandpass frequencies filter presents a maximum response in the regions where the bandpass filter and fringe frequencies coincide. We study the transmission characteristics of a photonic crystal waveguide with a single stub of a finite length and propose a double-stub waveguide structure for its application to optical filters. The proposed device operates as a Fabry-Perot interferometer and can be used as a broad bandstop filter and a narrow bandpass filter. 提出了一种数学建模方法用来分析折叠半模基片集成波导(FHMSIW)结构的场分布。基于多线理论首次计算了FHMSIW结构的衰减常数和相位常数,验证其与传统波导和基片集成波导的等效性。提出了FHMSIW结构具有高通特性和带阻特性,同时该结构的上下层具有近似奇对称的性质。通过在FHMSIW结构的中间金属层蚀刻缝隙或者添加金属过孔,就可以实现器件由带通到带阻的性能转换,给出了FHMSIW结构带阻、带通特性的产生和变换机理。利用其独特的性质,分别设计了等效HMSIW四分之一谐振枝节加载的FHMSIW均衡器和FHMSIW带通滤波器,设计的FHMSIW均衡器无需附加额外的馈电机制。测量结果显示出器件具有良好的性能,与仿真结果具有很好的一致性。相比于其他的平面电路,该设计的结构具有小型化、低损耗以及高Q值等优势。 相似文献

In this report we present the performance and test observation results of a waveguide band-stop filter (BSF) as an image rejection filter for the measurement of stratospheric ozone. By using the waveguide BSF, we are able to adopt a very simple optical system and achieve a good image rejection ratio. Additionally, we are able to observe in both single sideband (SSB) mode and double sideband (DSB) mode by only changing the local oscillator (LO) frequency. We have installed the waveguide BSF into an atmospheric ozone-measuring system using a superconductive (SIS) receiver and have successfully observed an ozone spectrum at 110 GHz in SSB and DSB mode. The receiver noise temperature (SSB) and the image rejection ratio at 110 GHz are about 60 K and more than 30 dB, respectively.Because of the IF power ripple, the waveguide BSF cannot be used with a wide-band spectrometer. However, it is quite practical for narrow-band observation. 相似文献
